The customer service workers there are always so accommodating, hard working and very kind; also the drink quality of the drinks is amazing! Definitely recommended for people who love boba tea♥️

I've only gone twice at the time of writing this but both times were pretty good! I've only had the boba milk tea and I'm becoming a fan of it, looking forward to working my way through most of the menu sometime The location is pretty convenient for me since it's down the street from work so as long as it keeps staying good I might just be a regular honestly

The young ladies at the counter the other day were sweet and quick with my order. The young lady Nyah was helpful and kind while she helped me choose my order.

Chau was awesome and coffee was great!

Very fast! I came at 8ish pm. It took less than 5 minutes from me showing up to leaving with boba in hand. Nice staff, quick service. I will be back again!

Every time I visit, there are three girls working who make me not want to return. The first time, they had run out of boba and didn’t want to make more. The second time, they said they were closing in 10 minutes with a noticeable attitude, so I decided to leave. Each visit leaves me feeling unwelcome.

I just went here to work on some art and grab a coffee and the staff was really friendly and the music was great. Sweet relaxed atmosphere. I’ve had boba here before too the boba was so fresh and soft it was really delicious.

I’m used to come this place KiwiCup New Port Richey , really i like it . Im always get my free drink after I complete stamping my card . But this time it was so different. They gave me 4$ off not a whole free drink .. and they told me it’s the coast of a drink that’ s wrong. They should make the meduim size free not the small . Even if they make the small one .. it will coast 5,90 without tax It’s not my first time there, but this time it was a really bad experience.

Friendly staff, large selection, clean and bright inside. Not a ton of seating, but worth the trip.

Honestly left with nothing bc the 3 girls working were very stale and un friendly / non welcoming .. I asked for suggestions and they didn’t seem to care. I asked about the menu and they said they had photos on the instagram… I asked about a specific lotus energy drink .. one girl answered the question but the conversation seemed forced. In this economy adults who work hard for their money don’t want to spend $ on unnecessary things such as boba, and when we do spend on the unnecessary items, we want to feel like our hard earned money is wanted and appreciated. It was me and 2 little girls … min $5 a drink plus tip is a lot to some people. Staff could act a little more friendly and eager for customers.. could make the difference between repeat customers and people walking out 🤷🏼‍♀️ Instead we’re going to go out of our way to a buisness down the road a few miles.. where we know give good customer service… we were only over here and willing to give a try bc we were already here and shopping

Great, quality boba! This shop has a diverse menu of drinks, including teas, yogurt mixed drinks, teas, etc. It’s a cute shop that you can sit inside with plenty of natural lighting coming in. The tapioca they make is soft and fresh, super yummy! I definitely recommend the brown sugar boba milk tea.

Enjoyed our espresso and our daughter had a Raspberry Love that she enjoyed. Lots of drink options for coffee, tea and sweet drinks. If I was a local I would get my coffee there often. Staff were friendly and it was a nice place to relax.

We got our first Boba here. What a weird thing. The flavors were good. Service was friendly and helpful. Ask them for a Loyalty Card!

Absolutely LOVE this lil shop! Very laid back, has seating for dining inside. I'm addicted to the boba drinks, I haven't tried the snacks yet but they look delicious. I'm glad it's close and I don't have to go to Pinellas anymore 😁

Delicious fruit teas! I imagine the coffee is delicious as well, but I have never been much of a coffee drinker. Love the peaches and cream fruit teas with caffeine!! Nutella filled croissants for the win!!

Add this to your "must visit" list ASAP!!! Even though I stopped in for a drink, the atmosphere we very welcoming and relaxing. They did not disappoint!

I got a taro milk tea with tapioca boba and it was amazing to say the least. So creamy and the boba was a perfect consistency. Flavor was on point. 10/10 recommend

The milk teas are so good, I went with my boyfriend and we got the Thai tea and the Hong Kong milk tea. The staff was really nice and our drinks were ready really quickly. The cafe was also super clean, we're definitely coming back!

Great local cafe. Frozen lattes are delicious. They use an excellent italian expresso machine so their shots come out with caramel notes which makes a huge difference in extraction and subsequently taste. I even like the cups and straws they use. Very nice servers there, unique vibe.

My Daughter and I asked for a Mango slush Boba drink and the server said we don’t have it in the Menu but we can make it, okay we’ll take that. Once we got the drink it tasted Bitter, watery not sweet at all, the Mango Flavor was completely MIA. I made them aware of it, and she acted “surprised” and said it should be sweet… well after few seconds of going back and forth with her about the ingredients and taste of their so called “Mango slush” she mentioned that the base ingredient was Green tea. Uhm I asked for Mango flavor drink not green tea! We don’t like green tea so it’s going to be a strong flavor to taste. 1. She didn’t mentioned there was going to green tea in there and she just proceeded to say. Oh there had to be a base flavor somehow. Yea but at least ask if we are ok with it. What if someone is allergic to an ingredient. With her careless face she just said you have to purchase another drink we cannot change the drink you already bought. To me is more like a way to get more sales. Overall Bad experience at this place.

The place is wonderful, the feel coming in is calm and soothing. The staff is kind and friendly always. I’ve returned a few times and hands down this is the best place in the area. I just went here once more, ordered a Milk Tea and the quality was up to par. I recommend giving them a try and bring some friends to share. 😌🧋

The tiger tea with boba is amazing. Not overly sweet and you definitely can taste the black tea used. Their reusable little cups are so cute too!

I ordered from Grubhub. I really wanted a Boba drink and they sold me on their cool cups! We got the Strawberry Watermelon with regular black bobas. It was so stinking good!!! We will be back!!

I was greeted by two amazingly friendly baristas. Upon me letting them know that I was new to the cafe they asked if I would like some recommendations. They both gave me great recommendations and I settled on a hot brown sugar latte with macadamia nut milk and it was delicious! I am still thinking about that drink.

I love my boba and my coffee, it's nice to have a place to go for both on my trips back home. They are very kind here and it has such a nice atmosphere. The drinks and made with skill and are always very good.

Great drinks, food and very friendly staff. Our kids loved the bubble waffle and when they ate all of the pocky sticks, one of the staff members gave them a whole pack. We’ll definitely be back.

Stumbled upon this place on opening day by pure coincidence. Fell in love since day 1. I don't even live here but Everytime we visit Tampa we make it a priority to come by. 10/10

This place is an experience and glad I stopped by.

I was in the area for work and stopped by because I love boba and coffee. As soon as I walk in I am greeted with a smile! The service was exceptional. She told me about what they offer, asked me what I liked and recommended a delicious Vanilla latte with boba. A kind and friendly interaction like that made my day! Will recommend and come back when I am in the area.

It’s super cute, my brother suggested going and it was very nice inside, not a huge fan of boba but the texture was good and the milk tea itself is really good. The staff is also very nice

Ariel was the sweetest and genuinely welcoming bobbarista that made my day and recommend me to have the winter melon oolong tea with lychee. She was so kind even, with me coming 30 minutes before close. Thank you Ariel.

It's my favorite place to get Matcha from in the area. I have tried more than 10 boba tea restaurants, and this is my top favorite.

One of the best places for getting boba and studying as well. Me and my brother are regulars there and the costumer service is great and the drinks taste good too. Really cozy atmosphere and a large selection of drinks to choose from. I would really recommend the frozen yogurts as well as the green tea with milk foam, and the mixed fruit passion fruit tea. Both of us really like all the seasonal drinks as well and have gone with our friends there quite a few times too.

KiwiCup never misses ever. Every drink you get is phenomenal, the waffles are super delicious (especially with strawberry syrup). Highly recommend the place.

Wow! I came here for the first time, never had boba before so intimidated to order and not like it. The owner and the barista were so kind and welcoming, on another level. They make you feel comfortable and help you find something you like. Their coffee is top notch and the boba is delightful. The cups are cute, the place is clean, and I'm definitely going back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here pretty much once a week since working in the plaza, every drink I have ever tried has been so so amazing, and the employees are always so nice and understanding when I’m deciding what I want to try. And even as someone who doesn’t like tea OR boba there’s so many options to choose from. (Chocolate Milk Tea pictured is ABSOLUTELY amazing)

THIS IS MY NEW COFFEE SPOT!!!! This place is so good, in addition to having standard milk tea & boba flavors, they have actual coffees as well (both are equally amazing). Great place for families to go out for dessert too.
