Excellent experience at Chubby’s today! The weather in Gettysburg at the picnic table while enjoying Chubbys hotdogs, wings and milkshakes was extraordinary. The family running the shop is amazing. Service was great. Food was comforting and yummy.

So went here about 2-3 months ago because my gf had wanted to try it. We are local and new to the area I had already been here once or twice. It was about 6pm we pulled into the parking lot and there was NO OTHER CARS. We go up to the window and there’s 2 girls inside and we overheard the old blonde lady in the back yell to the girl at the window “make sure everyone knows it’s and hour and a half wait for everything!!” We hadn’t even decided on what to get yet we just walked up and figured well if they are busy let’s go somewhere else instead of overwhelming them or being a bother. We were fine with it. No issues at all but as we began to walk back to the car the lady in the back screamed “SORRY WE CANT HIRE PEOPLE!!!” In an aggressive rude manner at us? You guys have terrible customer service especially when we didn’t didn’t do anything at all to provoke anyone there. I can understand if we were rushing or being disrespectful but we weren’t. Congrats on losing a local for your business

Absolutely amazing food for an affordable price. We got the wings, which were amazing and size for the price along with the flip cheese, steak and fresh cut fries absolutely phenomenal. We will be returning.

Food is decent, but, unfortunately, we watched the workers (women employees who look like biker chicks & probably could use some tips on customer service) make our food and everyone else's without wearing gloves. All the food was handled with their bare hands. Why do they not have health regulations on this? Needless to say, we won't be back until we hear that they improve better health and safety measures....

Best Wings in Gettysburg!!!. We had wings and the fresh cut fries 🍟. They were very very good and price was almost too cheap. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHUBBYS 👌 Best hamburgers (and cheapest) in GETTYSBURG!!!!! This place is so much better than McDonalds!!!

All food I've tried from here has been really good but I'll focus on Pizza, Wings & Fries since it's what we get most of the time. For the pizzas, to be real here, it's the ONE place we've found with good quality AND price. Topping selection could be bigger (Chilean side of me speaking since we add stuff like chicken or corn as a topping, very popular over there) but everything we've tried has been really good (my favorite 4 toppings are usually ham, bacon, onions and extra cheese). When it comes to wings, look... I'm not American, I've always hated chicken skin and I'm not a big fan of barbecue sauce, yet the wings here are delicious. My husband orders non spicy stuff since I'm not good with it so we go with Honey Barbecue and I enjoy them! For fries, their fresh cut ones are my favorites. Waiting time is decent, overall always a good experience. One of my favorite places for sure.

Who hammers their wings with red pepper flakes when you order honey hot ?? And it wasn’t a dry rub we ordered so what was the need ? I’ve never gone to a place that did that especially when you order saucy wings . Over all the food sucked . The old unimarts back in the day had better pizza than this place .i advise eating in town for better food than here .

Started ordering Chubby's on Doordash the pizza is good and the flips are so good if you want something different from a regular sub 😋 Pizza meets sub was a genius idea the cheessteak and Chicken ones are so good and the gravy fries are so good to 😋😋

I totally love this place! These are kind- hearted people who give you a proper amount of ice cream, and definitely don't withhold the burger meat! It's delicious! They have a sign " Cash is King" on window. Simply because they don't want to pass on the government fees to customers who use debit or credit. Chubby' s has a lot of tasty food available! They cheered me up today and the manager took time to chat with me a bit. I wish them very well and I hope to return very soon. I totally LOVE that location behind Round Top, so close to some of my very favorite parts of the battlefield. I have always wished I could live in that area right near that corner! P.S. to anybody reading this, I checked ALL the food choices simply because they gave me such a nice burger today that I figure everything else is enjoyable. (The pizza smelled great that they were boxing up for somebody!) I don't usually go past this corner on my way out of the area and am really glad I did today. I am having my burger now! Just remembered, they are open Wednesday to Saturday at the moment. Go on one of those days, at 11 or after, and just ask them if they will be opening any other days. Thanks again, you guys. Mrs bl

Cute place on the back end of the battlefield. Mozzarella sticks were really good and cooked perfectly! The chili dog was just ok. Not enough chili and cheese sauce overpowered the bun. The pizza was good, but the sauce was tangy, overly chunky, and acidic. For the price was a good value and would go back!

The food was awesome! I couldn't fit the pizza through the door! If you are in Gettysburg PA check out chubby's pizza.

Not our thing. The crust was similar to Papa John's (too sweet), the sauce (too much) tasted like jarred Ragu or Prego. Big pizza. Good service. Not the best in town. Suggest the owners simplify the recipe and lay off of the sugar in the dough and simplify the sauce.

Really cute spot. Nice deck with booths and tables that were decorated for Valentine’s Day. Easy to find and easy going people. The prices were really great. Especially for homemade onion rings and fresh cut fries. We tried the Cheesesteak Flip and it was so big we had plenty of leftovers. The wings were a nice size and all of the food came out relatively quick considering how much carryout was poppin. Will be back!

Outside looks a little runned down. Food is great though. Prices good. There is some out door seating. I didn't see any bathrooms though, I probably didn't look hard enough.

The owner was very cordial and costumer service was outstanding everything was tasty and portions were good and the prices were really reasonable I have been recommended them to my associates.

We stop by for lunch whenever we're in Gettysburg. Great food and service. We love the chicken tenders and the "works" hot dogs.

We got two full cheesesteaks and a container of fries. The cheesesteaks were delicious 😋 the fries reminded me of BK Fries they were alright. But the cheesesteaks were on point. Can't wait to try more from here.

Good local small business place to stop for classic American food without pretensions. Comfortable seating, good for kids, affordable. Pizza is good, perfect for kids, wings are ok.

The image on google maps doesnt do this place justice. Really great food & many yummy options to choose from (you get a large portion for a great price!!). Very nice and attentive staff. Clean indoor dining area. Can order outside and wait in your vehicle or order inside and dine-in. The Tuna Sub, Fries with Gravey, Pickle chips, and root beer float is my favorite order. Minutes from downtown Gettysburg, a quiet place to eat and hangout and not be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. This place never disappoints!

The wings are huge, juicy, cooked petfectly. They have dozens of sauces. I would write more but I'm in a food coma.

Tasty little sandwich shop on the side of the road, not far from Gettysburg Battle monuments. Family owned. We got two cheese steaks and a MEGA ton of fries. My favorite part was that the cheese steaks were not too salty. Well done.

The BEST Pizza place in Gettysburg!! Forget the one that everyone goes to unless you want a pizza that looks like it was frozen! Meatball subs are the bomb and their fresh cut fries are the BEST and can be shared with 3 or 4 people!!

Stopped here on our way out of Gettysburg for a quick lunch. Had lemon pepper wings, cheese fries and roast beef sub. Everything was top notch. Roast beef was fresh and wings were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Definitely recommend.

My family happened upon this place while on the battlefield tour. We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was fantastic.

The say food you can afford! This place has portions that will fill you up! Food was fresh and in large portions and affordable! Staff was super and food was amazing! We traveled up from the National Fire Academy and I recommended it to other! Will be back!

It’s a local establishment and I respect that! I have to be honest though, the pizza is not good. The sauce is ok, but it seems like low grade cheese, and they cut it like New York Pizza. The fresh cut fries are very good. Nice try but it needs improvement

I got to say this is a diamond in the rough type of spot to eat. Me and my family where on our way home from Washington DC and needed a spot to eat, saw this on google and the reviews where great alot of reviews about there pricing and there wings. And let me tell you they where definitely hitting the nail on the head the wings where amazing and we also got mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, kids pizza and fries, 20 wings and two cokes and the price was on $30. And to end the night/experience of course had to try their ice cream. With so many flavors and also cheap once again. I would recommend this place to anyone, was definitely a good choice over them chain restaurants in that area.

Wow, quite the diamond in the rough. After hiking around on a hot afternoon, we passed Chubby’s on the way back to the campground. Not much to look at but a milkshake sounded good. We got 2 milkshakes, an ice cream cone for my dog, and 20 wings to go…..less than $20! Shakes hit the spot on a hot day, but the wings were awesome, nice taste and quite meaty! Of course, the great food and prices had us stopping the next 2 days of our stay in Gettysburg! Did not disappoint! Don’t drive past; it is worth the stop!!! ❤️❤️

Shake was great wish they had large cups but were out. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 hot dogs

Tiny little drive in on the edge of the battlefield. Friendly service though a bit slow as there was only one employee on my last visit. Prices are crazy low, like visiting the past for lunch. Got a great cheese burger with all the fixing a hot dog and 2 bottles of water for $7. Can't beat that.

This place has the BEST Bacon Cheeseburger sub I have ever had. My wife and I literally drive 40 minutes just to get them!!

I'm not one to do reviews on any thing but I just had to for this place yesterday we ordered pizza and wings boy let me tell you chubbys has the best pizza and there wings wow the are sure finger licking good we are from York city just up here for bike week but let me tell you when I want a good pizza I'll sure make the drive back up here just for a pizza 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

We stopped in to look for some food and found this place. The food was great the price was amazing and the service was great. All good can out hot. The young lady at the window was very friendly .

The only reason I can think of for the high ratings must be for the takeout service. My experience with the dine-in service is: not clean, food okay, Service okay, bathrooms not clean, no soap in bathroom, no hand towels in the bathroom. When you pull up to the place take a look at it. It is what it looks like.

Their pizza is amazing better than a "intown favorite". Prices of the items are great too. Ice cream soooo many choices. The only thing is I wish they had fountain drinks. The staff are all so sweet and helpful.

The food is great and the prices are uncomparable. The owners, Josh and Angie Wagner, are working their tails off to bring this place back to life since opening in August 2022. They're always aiming to please with special requests. I especially enjoyed the Lucky Leprechaun milkshake, and they continue to make it for me even though it's out of season. Josh also added pierogies to the menu at my request. Best of luck to them in the future!

I ate at Chubby's for the 1st time ever, today. I bought a Large Cheese Pizza. It was Excellent and very affordable. I definitely recommend this place!! Very close to the Battlefield, as well. I will be back to eat there again.

The price they charge for 10 nicely sauced wings plus dip is half of what you would pay pretty much anywhere else and they are crisp and plump. Will definately be back to try some of the other flavors.

Small family run business. Pizza was good,but took a while to get.

The food was good and enjoyed our time there. The People were not quite as pleased serving us at 9pm when they closed at 10. We understand, we just had a long day and finally had a chance for dinner.

Good food. Wings were a little over done but still really good. They forgot my ranch and blue cheese I paid extra for but that's on me for not checking before we left. Nice place for good food.

Horrible service. Was told it would take 45 minutes for wings, but were told they only cook 14 minutes. Waited over an hour and then tried to get an update on the order. They were so confused and couldn't even figure out our order. Seemed like it hadn't even been started. Got a refund and won't be going back.

Welp, had my first experience of Chubby’s in Gettysburg this evening. Had the Caribbean Jerk wings and they were awesome! I’m not usually a fan of dry rub wings (usually a saucy wing fan) but I was NOT disappointed! Great job folks! Expect me back again and with my friends! Thanks for being a nice place for a guy like me! Also can I say, the prices are great! $7 for 10 wings?! Nice!

Chicken cheese steak delicious. Large serving of fresh cut fries. Old Bay wings and garlic honey wings large and delicious. Fish sandwich yummy. This time got sweet Thai wings. They did not disappoint.

We love this place!! They have affordable and delicious pizza and wings, a very friendly staff, and a great selection of ice cream flavors!! Definitely check this place out if you're in town, you can dine outside at the picnic tables, or there's also a great closed-in porch to dine-in.

Good evening everyone. I have eaten here two times in the last week one day I got a whole sub that lasted me 2 1/2 days it was huge and amazing. Tonight I got the wings absolutely phenomenal. The family and the owner are just a great bunch of amazing people along with their employees. The establishment is very clean and very nice atmosphere. I would recommend everybody to go here at least once because you will be back again. Respectfully Brad

Best Pizza and wings in Gettysburg. Haven't tried any other menus items yet but look forward to. With the service and quality I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Short of help but what business isn't these days. Remember high labor cost increases prices. So be patient. Its worth the wait. One more thing. Tommy's WHO!!??!!?? No comparison.

Let me say this; when I ordered, paid, got home and took my first bite I said "FINALLY" meaning, finally a place that is priced for what it is in this era(post covid). The wings were perfect (mild, old bay honey) and the price? Incredible. 16" cheese pizza will feed your kid's sleepover and not take you broke. Was it the best pizza in Gettysburg? No, but once again, for the price, it was perfect. It took me back to ice rink pizza (bowling alley) I loved it. 1/2 of meatball sub filled me up, very tasty and once again, priced perfectly. This place is priced like things were before covid. 16" pizza, 20 wings, huge 1/2 sub for low $30's and friendly service! Give it a try.

One of the best cheeseburger subs I’ve had. The toasted roll down to all the fixings made it the most delicious sub. I added the fresh cut fries which were perfectly made. I would recommend this small home town restaurant to anyone. Eating in was great food came out fresh from the kitchen.

My son and I were hungry on the way home from running errands. Decided to try this place instead of driving all the way into town to get fast food. The pizza was perfect! One bite, everyone knows the rules.. highly recommend this place. Took home a menu for future orders.
