Boba is okay BUT WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER ORDER JUST 1 DRINK AND HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 20 MINUTES, I THINK YOU SHOULD LET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW

Great experience overall. Got 3 separate drinks (Chocolate Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba, and a Taro Milk Tea) and they were all high end quality. Friendly staff, pleasant minimalist Japanese decor. Nothing to complain about and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Boba was pretty good, glad they had non dairy milk options (oat and almond) but they cost $1 more, the 70% sugar was still decently sweet so keep that in mind

The Yakult tastes really watered down. 1 star for the drink. Staff and atmosphere are good. Edit: just tried the other drink we ordered, winterlemon milk tea, also watered down,not as bad as the yakult.

really nice place, a lot of cool figurines and plushies from various animes adorn the walls— some are available for purchase which i found cool. I had a passionfruit tea with passionfruit popping boba and it was great. I also had a spam musubi which was amazing— freshly made and tasted so good. there is a lot of space to sit inside and enjoy your food/drink.

Excellent service, great taste, Good Speed, Lovely Ambience, Nice music. Time well spent. Suggesting if they can add wings or sushi to their menu too. Complete meal!!

This place is so nice , we went there after my friends graduation and ordered the mango slush but we didn’t like the way it tasted and they remade it for us and made sure we liked it . They have great service and good attitude I would go there again ☺️

I got a build your own UBE Buggle Waffle with Cookie Crisp and UBE Sauce on side. Ive been eating ube for years its good but more creamy but the waffle was what i wanted and i was very happy with my choice.

I love this place! It's hard to find a bubble tea place that has actual meals, bubble teas, and desserts! And all of them are delicious. Plus, there is a HUGE variety of drinks; something for everyone. For actual food, I definitely recommend the Bulgogi Kaito Cup. It's so delicious! Tere's a lot of seating and free Wi-Fi, making it perfect for remote work or school work. I love to come by and listen to an audiobook while I work on things. The staff are also very friendly and always get your order right! I have only had great experiences here. And finally, the claw machines by the entrance are a super fun bonus. This is my partner and I's go-to when we want to have a bubble tea date.

Milk Bubble Tea is exceptional here. You can really taste the depth of the tea flavor. I used to be a Kung Fu Tea fan, but I prefer Kaito now.

I've been going to this place since it first opened up. At the first, I wasn't really feeling their milk teas, but I loved their fruit teas. They actually pay attention to what people say in reviews, and they've totally perfected the milk teas now! Love the atmosphere for doing work and hanging out with friends. This is my to-go meet up place in Edison!

I visited this area to see a friend a few times. We’ve come here about different 4 times. The restaurant is always clean and bright. Staff are always friendly and service is fast. Love the anime atmosphere and the constant anime streaming on the tv. I’m a bit new to boba tea but I tried their Ube Taro boba float and I can’t stop thinking about it. I wish I would have gotten it a second time.

The bubble tea here was really great. The boba was also good. I would recommend this place for anyone that loves bubble tea like I do.

There’s definitely lots of “similar” places in the area to choose from, but this place has definitely earned a visit back in my book! Happened to be in the plaza with my partner and stopped in. We ordered a brown sugar boba float and a taro kaito bucket. Both have great flavor and aren’t overly sweet! We also got tokens for some of the games near the front. I’m usually hesitant since many similar claw style games cost a lot and often have claws that wouldn’t even pick up a feather lol. However, I left feeling happy like a little kid with a Charmander and Pikachu in hand too! On top of all that, the staff were very chill and welcoming, which is nice compared to some other spots. We will definitely be back :)

First time trying boba tea and the kani crab roll here - 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Really good drinks! I feel like most bubble tea places are just meh to me but I really liked this one. Hubby and I came by on a Saturday at around 2 pm and the place wasn't too busy except for some UberEats orders. I had iced rose milk tea with bubbles and it had lots of flavor. Hubby had the taro slush, which I also liked - lots of taro flavor. You can choose your sweetness level. We both did 0% and it was already sweet enough for us so you might want to start lower rather than higher. They also have a lot of different toppings you can choose from, and milk alternatives. Will definitely be back for more drinks!

I love their Jasmine milk tea. One of the most fragrant ones I’ve had and the bbq chicken cup was amazing!! I’d eat that everyday if I could. The employees were also really nice. I would definitely recommend this store!!

We went there after reading a lot of good reviews about this place. I have to agree that it’s the best place to visit for bubble tea. I had the honeydew bubble tea with bobba and jelly. My husband has a mango slushie. Both of us loved our drinks. The lady was so kind that she gave my daughter and sticker and a miniature bubble tea toy. I will visit this place again.

Came by on christmas day and surprisingly they were open. the Thai tea tasted like it was brewed with real tea and not powder. i really enjoyed.

A perfect place. If u try, you'll never go to other crepes place. I heard bubble tea is also great but I haven't had any. But the crepes and waffle bubble is the best. The staff are friendly. The ambiance is great. Totally worth place to visit.

Brought back incredible memories from case closed and detective Conan. Incredible drinks, great spot to chill and hangout as well as it is very spacious. Would highly recommend it and plan on going there again and again!

This is the best spot to kick it at with the homies. Quite literally addicted to the Oreo smoothie. Staff is hella cool and chill alongside the atmosphere of the shop. Great place to study or just hangout with friends.

I'd love to give Kaito a better review, but it seems that the taro bubble tea is just a powder mix, and their cabbage salad is actually just romaine with a few little slivers of cabbage? Sadly I am not impressed enough to return and try more, which is why I cannot give more than 3 stars for my review. I hope they improve their bubble tea/food quality since their service and atmosphere are so nice, I would hope their products are held to the same standard!

Good boba best place after school

Got a spam musubi and a bubble waffle. Spam musubi was just ok i thought it was just plain. Feel like they can add some rice vinegar or something to the rice. The bubble waffle was good just a little over priced… got the ube sauce on the side and I did not like it at all. Had no ube taste at all it tasted like flowers i was pretty disappointed in that. Other than that it was ok maybe will come back and try the bowls.

Love the vibe here, I love going here after thrifting. The tapioca is really nice and the sizes for drinks are great. The tea that i got tastes so good and like real fruit not artificial. This seems like a great place to study because of how much seating there is. The drinks are great and I can’t wait to come back and try the food.

Great bubble tea spot. For all my lactose free and dairy free peeps, they have a non dairy creamer option at no extra cost. They also have an option for oat milk and almond milk for a small cost. Love that I finally have an option to enjoy a milk tea with boba.

This place is the best. They have good food, desserts, and drinks. I recommend you try their bulgogi bowl and spam musubi if you’re hungry! It’s so good. 10/10 recommend.

Loved the drink options and quality of the boba is too good. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Tried bubble milk tea and taro milk tea, they have non dairy creamer option along with non dairy milk alternatives. Vibe of this place is cool too! Recommend trying their drinks. Will be back. Update - 9/8/2023 Tried Thai and Oolong tea and must say they both tasted below average and Oolong tea is least flavorful and watery tea I’ve ever had. Maybe should stick to the flavors they claim as popular!

You might know this place by its previous name back when they were still a franchise. I'm not going to mention it since I don't know if the staff wants me to or not, but they're the same people! I actually think their offerings have gotten better (and more creative) since they started going on their own, and their integration of SnackPass makes it an even more seamless ordering experience than before. If you want Asian desserts, there's competition in Edison now, and Kaito is definitely a mainstay
