Walked in with no reservation but there was room so no trouble accommodating us. Their tasting is very convenient, with five wines selected by them, and they were fantastic. The atmosphere is very quiet and calm, wines are great (we loved the pinot noir and their white blend) and service is fantastic. Highly recommend for a low-key wine tasting in the area.

The employee of the month, Harley, was the jewel of the show. Showing constant care for the customers by reminding said customers to rehydrate by taking regular sips from the river. 5/5 will come again when the season changes.

Amazing experience here on July 4th our wine sommelier her name started with an M was very personable. We walked in with no reservation and she was welcoming us. Even when it started to get busy she still made sure to pour our next wine on the list of tastings and the description. I love that you can purchase a bottle and it covers your tasting cost. The grounds are really nice to chill out and relax. Pet friendly is a plus since we’re traveling with our babies.

Wonderful backyard patio. We enjoyed the wine. We enjoyed the alpacas in the back field. Nobody was manning the food. Wish we could have tried something. Still 5 stars for how attentive the staff was to our needs.

We stopped in during a brief rain shower for a spontaneous tasting. Elaine was a fantastic host! My husband, who is NOT a wine drinker, fell in love with their wines. He loved the Reed’s Red Blend, so much so that we had some bottles shipped home for us. They make a tasting feel less pretentious, welcoming and engaging. Fantastic little vineyard in the Fruit Loop!

Had a very nice wine tasting served by Brittany who was so warm and welcoming to us out of towners. We had friendly conversation with some locals who were also enjoying some afternoon wine and who gave us great recommendations of places to visit in Willamette valley. Overall we loved the wine (left with 4 bottles!), the conversation and the entire visit. We are so happy to have stopped in Wy’East!

The winery is my favorite winery period! The staff is so kind and so knowledgeable about the wine. It is a family owned winery that works hard to be approachable with great wine. Also the price of their wines and wine tasting is incomparable. It is dog friendly which is so great! So bring your own food or check out their new food cart addition. 1000% recommend a visit here.

We stopped at this vineyard on a tour from Portland to mt.hood and it was easily one of our favorites! Their lunch options were so good… charcuterie boards and different sandwiches. They had great views and alpacas in the field in the back! They accomadated our larger tour group so we could all sit together and chat which o thought was a very nice touch rather than us spreading out in our smaller groups.

Wy’East Vineyards was on our list of places to visit and we are so glad we did! They have a fairly large indoor tasting room, but I can’t imagine it gets used that much due to the abundant, gorgeous seating that’s available outside. There are seating arrangements under a trellis of grapevines, seating nestled in the garden off the deck, and plenty of seating for couples or groups on the deck. It’s a very peaceful, chill place that had a variety of very tasty wines. We should know we tried 2 different flights. There’s a flower garden you can pick from, but this late in the season they were mostly picked over. Did I mentioned THEY HAVE ALPACAS?! Just a note: they generally don’t have food trucks during the week, mostly Fridays-Sundays. So call ahead.

Wy’east and The Wheels food truck hosted our wedding welcome party the day before our wedding and they did a great job! They were able to accommodate roughly 60 people. We ordered food ahead through the food truck and order a bulk amount of wine and it was a great way to kick off the wedding festivities.

This is a unique and charming winery. The setting is lovely with a gorgeous outdoor patio area. You can sit under a trellis covered in grapes. Stroll down to the pond and watch the Llamas grazing. Go indoor in the their tasting room for a flight of wine. There is a boules playing area. There are grapes growing nearby. There are even a couple Moai statues near the vines. The kids found the area fun to hang out in. The wine tasting can be done indoor or on the patio. The wine selection was quite good and the pour are generous. Price of a tasting was $20. Parking is free and there is lots of it. There is food available. We got the cheese and cracker platter which was very good.

We were driving back down to the path from Portland to Boise after a stop at Mount Hood when we saw a wine tasting sign. My husband and I both announced to the family that we were stopping, as I screeched my brakes to make the turn in time. When we entered the cozy, inviting space, we were greeted promptly. The woman helping us explained how they do their tastings and offered to let us sample there or out on the back patio. We opted to stay inside, as we only had a few minutes. We tasted 3 wines and purchased two. These are so smooth! They are clearly under priced. We learned about a grape variety we had not known about and managed to find a unique wine for a dinner party that we know will delight our guests. We will be back! Update: I came back & purchased 6 bottles today. Wy'East is still a stunning, cozy stop. It was even better than I remembered!

Had the most amazing time here. The view from the their back patio with the alpacas will keep you coming back. Their Rose Pinot Noir was one of the best wines I’ve ever had. Also, the $20 tasting fee is waived off if you buy a bottle. The staff was amazing. The veggie sandwich from the food truck was one of the best veg sandwich I’ve had in the US. A must visit!! Can’t wait to go back.

I saw this place on the way to the Mt Hood viewpoint so we stopped on the way back. They have only five wines to taste (one white, one rose, and three reds) and you get them all in the flight. Of course the flight fee is not charged if you buy a bottle. They have several nice areas in the back to sit and enjoy your wine. And you can watch their alpaca graze. She brought each generous taste out to me on the patio as I finished the previous one. It was truly enjoyable.

As new Hood River residents, we have made wineries part of our weekend excursions and Wy'East is easily one of the best wineries/wine clubs in this area. Their offerings are excellent from the delicious wines and member benefits to the Wheels food truck on the grounds serving incredible charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and other fare. The property is spacious and feels very private for small parties as well as accommodating for large parties, and often at the same time. From Hood River it is an exceptional (e)bike ride along East Side Drive with a very short cycle on 35. In the winter, it is a great place to stop after a day on the mountain. Family-owned and very, very welcoming!!

Very beautiful winery and great wines. The outdoor seating area is large and comfortable and provides many different types of seating, including more secluded, quiet areas. The outdoor seating area offers a view of a pasture with alpacas and it's so fun to watch them while enjoying a glass of wine (and so fun to pet them afterwards as well). The staff is friendly and kind and were fantastic about bringing us the next round of wine in the tasting at a great pace. Wonderful experience!

Wy'East Vineyards is an amazing place to visit and enjoy with friends! As expected, the wines were soooooo good, but the bocce ball courts were a special treat. Anyone can play. Bocce balls are from the main building. The pergola covered patios on each end were perfect shade on a warm afternoon. The charcuterie board from WHEELS at Wy'East was a special treat. They took extra care to protect my wife from gluten contamination, since she has Celiac Disease. A terrific afternoon with a lower than expected price! Can't wait to go back. Enjoy! SW
