Very good food and the portions are worth its value. Very good ingredients. Sushi 5/5 Spicy Edamame 5/5 has dried hot peppers in it Gyoza 4/5 Tofu hot and sour soup 5/5 has onions and vegetables in it!

Always happy with Kirin. We get takeout here a couple times a month. Sushi is our go-to but we've enjoyed everything else. So happy to see them come out to this area as we were fans of them in Scarborough originally!

Had some incredible crab rangoons and the rib eye boco box was amazing I have enjoyed everything I have eaten there except for the teriyaki sticks they were dry and tough but everything else has been amazing and the filet side was cooked perfectly and as tender as you would want it definitely a must try!!

As an out of stater who visits the area frequently. I have yet to find a better restaurant around

We got take out sushi (rolls), chicken and spring rolls from Kirin over the weekend for the first time and it did not disappoint! So excited we happened upon the reviews for this place on Yelp and gave it a shot as I’m not sure we would’ve stumbled across it otherwise. Just a quick drive from the Biddeford area to pick up the food, which was ideal - so convenient. Walked in to pick up the food: it was ready on time, the person helping me was friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very cute, modern, bright and clean. We had been looking for a “go-to” favorite sushi place for years after the previous one we loved closed and I am thrilled to say I think we’ve found it! All the food was cooked well and delicious but the sushi was especially stand out: huge pieces overflowing with all the good stuff. Definitely high quality. And there was a great variety of options to choose from. Can’t say enough good about this place - so happy to have found it!!

Sushi was delicious! Crab ragoons, beef and broccoli and spring rolls were also so good! So happy to have such a good Asian restaurant in this area! Prices are so reasonable for the portions, food was fast and hot!

Carefully prepared food! Seasoned as requested! Vegetables fresh and crisp. Miso soup not too salty and freshly made. Rice is firm . Chicken, shrimp, pork, beef are moist and tender. No after taste of oil. Egg roll or spring rolls are crisp and fresh. The green lettuce salad is fresh and clean- no brown edges on lettuce . Staff are pleasant. They are rightfully proud of their restaurant and products. The interior is clean and bright. Parking is easy.

We only have done takeout, the place is tiny however the food is extraordinary!

*Last & most recent experience: although the ramen egg may have not been to my liking, this place really is the best around here in regards to quality. Our food today has redeemed my only one negative experience (every other time besides once i loved it). It is so delicious and made perfectly very fresh.. the hot & spicy shrimp is packed with flavor and the lomein noodles are the best around. Nothing is ever soggy here unlike other near by places & i couldnt be happier today. However - I haven't ordered takeout in a while and was really looking forward to getting a couple things for myself & daughter. We haven't been feeling well and plain lomein noodles are her favorite. I decided to try the spicy miso Ramen with shrimp .. figured this might help clear the sinuses a little maybe? and be delicious. I was pretty disappointed:( my Ramen only had a couple of "veggies" one being corn and the other just was something inedible, couldn't bite through it- and the big disappointment which might be nothing to some but for me, was the egg. It was a fried egg. Where's the traditional Ramen egg? I wad looking forward to that! Maybe this is how they do it? I don't know. Lastly, there was no spice. The whole thing was very bland and I ended up having to cook my own veggies to add to it. With tax and tip at almost $27 - for just 2 things, pretty disappointed and didn't end up eating mine. I will say the shrimp was good, it usually is. It was fresh. Everything else, not good today. I added a photo for egg reference. could have made this at home.

Love the food and staff and one of my top 3 coconut chicken dishes I have tried. We do go almost every other week and have since it opened and have never had an issue or complaint about any of the food we have tried.

A great casual dining experience. Everything looks and feels clean and fresh. Delicious, quality food. Staff was polite and patient. The menu is huge, it was hard to pick. I got the gyoza/dumplings. I'd never had any before and they were delicious! I'll definitely order those again. The orange chicken was also fantastic.

Delicious food best around for the kinda food!

This place was amazing, and the food was excellent. The prices were perfectly reasonable,but then you realize the prices are actually really good when you see that the portions are big enough for sharing. They've got the really fun Japanese sodas with the marbles in them. My children loved them. There is also a nice sitting area with a few tables, booths, and a bar seating. Definitely a hit with the family!

Not nearly as good tonight as our first experiance. Our take out order was average, no better than other local asian. Twice as expencive. We are dissapointed .

As an individual with gluten intolerance, I appreciate how this establishment caters to and shows a deep understanding of gluten-free requirements, setting it apart from other Japanese steakhouses in the vicinity. The food here is notably fresh and appears to be of superior quality compared to other local options. It has swiftly become my new favorite takeout spot for the surrounding lake communities.

This is some of the best vegetarian/vegan asian food we've had. The staff is super friendly, always quick and the orders always correct (which can be rare for takeout) The taste is fantastic. The orange tofu and tofu in general is really delicious.

Favorite vegetarian Chinese food around. Super accessible and really kind people. Affordable and delicious. Servings aren't too big, either.

I love Kirin, their food is such good quality and good prices. The resturaunt is very clean and friendly. The menu is also very large so there's plenty to choose from.

I love there food don’t get me wrong but on 5 separate occasions I have had food missing from my order. Even after asking the young women at the front desk to check that all food items are included and her informing me that they are after 4 occasions of lost items, 3 of my items are still missing just from this order. It has cost me over 50 dollars of missing food. This extremely frustrating.

My family and I order from Kirin frequently. Take out is our go to but I have eaten inside once as well. Dining in was a calm and quiet experience, staff was very friendly and helpful with questions regarding things I've never tried before. I have never had any disappointment with this place. The food is fresh and delicious. They are efficient and everything is always ready quickly. Everything I've tried has been great from the maki rolls to the bento boxes to the noodle dishes. Love their soups, teriyaki salmon rice bowl is my favorite. Crab rangoon and edamame apps are amazing. Can't say enough good things about this place

We've been waiting for this place to open ever since my girlfriend moved to Hollis, and despite the wait it did not disappoint. I got orange chicken that was awesome and my GF got crab rangoons and pad Thai and she loved every bite. The inside of the restaurant was shockingly nice considering the view from the road. Once this place is finished it is going to be a serious dining destination in the area. Our only reservations relate to the fact that the outside is unfinished (causing us a little worry about where to put the car) and the inside dining area was too hot, but really we plan on getting takeout from here most of the time so it doesn't matter all that much. Tl;Dr EAT AT THIS PLACE IT IS SO GOOD!!!

Decided to try this place tonight. They were extremely busy, and still did an incredible job of putting out high quality food.

This is by far the absolute best Asian restaurant I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I go out for chinese, Indian or Japanese foor almost every week. We both agree that this is by far the best we have ever tasted. The staff was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and kind. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Overall, we can't wait to go back! We have tried multiple dishes, and everyone has been delicious!

We ordered from this place a couple days ago, kept telling my partner I can’t believe this quality of food is right here in waterboro... 7 minutes from us! The salmon sushi rolls are delicious, tofu pad Thai, hibachi styled chicken...everything we got was great and is priced accordingly to the quality and quantity. Highly recommended!

The young lady was very pleasant, place looks really good. I ordered wings, it said 6 wings for 10 and change with tax. Problem is 6 wings is actually three wings cut in half. Three wings for 10 plus is not any kind of a good deal
