Went for a ladies lunch . Had the burger special and a beer included for 8.50 fantastic value and great service.

The food is exquisite but the service is very slow, we waited 45 minutes for the dish without ordering starters, the young woman who served us was very clueless and talked a lot about the meals

One of my go to steakhouses. The quality of the meat is great. Service is fast and friendly. Awesome week day deals like 16$ prim on Thursday or the best burger at 8$ at lunch time, fries and BEER included... Yes you read right. Love this place go here all the time. Oh and the bread pudding.

I was very disappointed with the boneless prime rib I asked for medium and it came out rare. More disappointing was that it was hotel style in my mind before being served I thought it was going to be a nice grilled prime rib like I buy at the store instead it was cut off a hotel style meat glued piece of meat. On a good note the lobster mashed potatoes was delicious All those size servings are very small and the brussel sprouts are still a favorite.

Never never eat here. Calamari was rubber and burnt. Twice backed potatoes were all garlic powder and cold... steaks were rubber. Rae means bloody not burnt. No butter means no butter not served with a melted half stck of butter

Didn' take any pictures, but found the food fantastic! I had a Sirloin steak with baked potato. Steak was cooked to my liking and tasted great. I liked the baked potato, but underestimated how big it was. The service was great and perefrctly timed. I never felt rushed or forgotten about.

The surf and turf had several problems. Steak (filet) had zero seasonings as if washed off. Makes one wonder why!! I DID NOT EAT IT. The lobster was cold, not even slightly warm. The arugula bed was wilted. The baked potato, was good.... That's it, only the potato. The butter and sour cream was located at the ends of the cut in the potato and that was miniscule... So that meant 3/4 of the potato was bare. I have had the good fortune to eat well and have never given a bad review like this one. This was NOT a pleasant experience. Total 80+ dollars. NEVER AGAIN!

I really would not recommend. My husband brought me to KJs for my birthday... I hate to say, it was not good. I'm not a steak connoisseur but I didn't expect a ribeye to be so tough and chewy. I do know about roasted brussel sprouts and these were soggy and chewy. The wedge Cesar salad was really good and the server was sweet. Its just for almost $200 for 2 people (no alcohol)... I really thought that it would be good

As a young man at most restaurants service is pretty mediocre but today I visited KJs for my first time and my server Knox smacked it out of the park with his service. I’m normally against men working as a waiters but Knox absolutely stunned me. The best server and experience I’ve ever had. The food was delicious and if I didn’t live so far away I would definitely come here again.

First time here with my fiancée for our anniversary and this place was amazing ! Great service, food was fantastic. Their manager Richard was welcoming and nice to talk too. And our server Asia was attentive and has a great personality, definitely will come here more often !!!

Fries were amazing hand cut reminded me of fair fries. Hamburger has a funky smell. Added cheese wasn’t told additional fee of $2 for a slice of cheese which I would have skipped for that fee. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Went for a quick lunch. The service was excellent. The $8 burger and a beer can't be beat. The prime rib sandwich was delish. Ask for extra au jus if you like to dip alot. I plan on going back to try their steaks. Can't wait! I wish dining room and bathrooms were better taken care of given the prices. Carpet in a dining room doesn't cut it anymore. Bathrooms had nice towels but cheap bottled soap. Weird . ......and please turn up the a/c. Again, I will be back to try the steaks .

I'm a rideshare driver that has picked up many servers from this place. Most recently Kyle. EVERY single one of them gas stiffed me from my hard earned tip. Newsflash..... drivers deserve tips more then you servers as we are not protected under min wage laws, we pay high gas and ins prices to work and we are responsible for your safety. To anyone visiting this establishment I ask you to do to them what they all have done to me and not tip them so they understand.

First time here with a party of 10 & food was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly, all at different temps. Very impressed with the chef’s accuracy.

The hospitality was phenomenal, and wow the food was absolutely delicious! Very elegant ambiance, highly recommend!

Cooks have no idea what a steak temp is and management enjoys disagreeing with the guests about it

We did the Monday dinner for 2 special. The server was excellent! I wish I remembered his name. He was so friendly and helpful but also gave us our time to enjoy our meal. The food was amazing! The tomahawk steak was DELICIOUS. I think the loaded twiced baked potatoes were the best i had ever had. My wedge salad was so tasty and the gator bites were so tender. We really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and the pacing of the meal. We we were there at 5 on a Monday and there was only a few other tables, but they made sure to still time everything perfectly. We're looking forward to going back!

We went for a birthday dinner. It was also our 1st time. We were treated like family. Everyone wished the birthday man "A Happy Birthday." And made him feel Soo special. I 100000 percent recommend this steakhouse.

Just had an absolutely amazing experience at KJ’s. The food was stellar. We started with their creative take on a deviled egg that included jalapeño, bacon, and shallots. Then, moved on to a French onion soup that had us scraping the bowl for remnants with the table bread, which, by the way, tasted better than most candy I’ve had, finished with a sugary butter glaze. Our entrees were equally impressive. My filet minon was cooked to perfection, was so incredibly tender, and was finished with a house butter and rosemary. The loaded, twice baked potato was elevated with a totally unique presentation. The wine list was select, and had the perfect accompaniment to the steak. We finished off the meal with a creme brûlée. The staff attention to detail was perfect. Dino and Angelina went out of their way to make us feel pampered. 100% recommend.

First time here, came In mainly for the good steak reviews. The food I’d have to say was delicious. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for our server. We were rushed to order appetizers, she never refilled our water (we were literally waving at her but she was too busy at the front counter taking selfies with her friends), and was so distracted when she brought us the check that she didn’t bring us a pen. We had to ask someone else for a pen. She also miscommunicated several things. Not only was my husband’s food charged incorrectly on the receipt, but she told us (twice) that our order came with two sides. To my surprise, we were charged for all the sides. I’m sure this is probably stated on the menu, but then again, we were rushed to order and looked at the menu less than 5 min! The other server we saw was pleasant and was constantly checking on her guests, so I’m not sure why management would allow her to act this way.

Had a fantastic Ribeye on Father's Day! Ordered 14 oz bone in Cowboy Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was outstanding. Came with a loaded baked potato which was huge. Had a house salad with fresh crisp lettuce onion and tomato. Will be back !

We had a great night in the private room last night. The manager the server were excellent and by far one of the best lobsters I’ve ever eaten very pleased.

I had a 5 Star experience, it was my girlfriend's birthday and we both ordered the wagyu steak and It was absolutely delicious. Also ordered a bottle of wine which was also very delicious, the service was excellent. Five stars all the way around

I ordered prime rib sub with French fries...meat was over cooked and dry and fries were very limp (like they were yesterday fries) we were 4 in the table they didn't complain because didn't want to make scene.

Stopped for lunch during the week and had their $8.00 burger/fries/drink lunch special. Really a good burger and fries. I had a beer and it was nice and cold. Very nice atmosphere for a steakhouse. Will return, but next time for dinner. Their menu is amazing!

Everything about KJ's steakhouse is amazing! I especially loved the stir fry. My only regret about it, ITS NOT ENOUGH FOOD!! LOL. I have been craving it since! I wish it was a bigger portion, but it was the perfect flavor combination and each of the ingredients had their own flavor Highly recommend!

Only complaint is the steak was a little over cooked, but that could have been to me saying don't hurry it as I was enjoying my appetizers so much. The shrimp cocktail was really great and the sauce was outstanding. The bread is to die for. Service was spot on. I'll definitely be back.

Updated review* **Wow, what happened to this place? We’ve eaten here for years and specifically a number of times in the past month or so but our last two visits left us shaking our heads. KJ’s offers an $8 burger and beer special for lunch. We’ve ordered this two weeks in a row. Not only were our burgers cooked way under what we ordered, they were only charred on one side (which explains why the burgers were undercooked). Last week we mentioned it in passing to our waitress. We went back today and once again our medium well burgers were bloody as hell and only cooked on one side. Our waitress spoke to the cook whose response was “of course I cooked both sides I’m not an idiot” so we asked to speak to the manager. Mind you, we did not want our lunches comped, we wanted to let the manager know that it’s an issue. The manage arrived at our table with a smug grin, shaking his head no telling us that it’s impossible that both sides weren’t cooked. My husband then showed him the burger….charred on one side, grey on the other and he doubled down on his response and his smug attitude and repeatedly asked what we expected him to do about it. He then suggested that we request our burger be charred on both side the next time we come in. We won’t need to to make that request, we won’t be back.** Great experience. Excellent food and service, we will definitely be back!

I am a 62 year old man that eats in restaurants 6 times a week and just met the smuggest restaurant manager ever. I have eaten at KJ’s 3 or 4 times within a month. Once for dinner with 4, dinner for two and twice for lunch. I had a question about why my burger was so charred on one side and colorless on the other, not to mention bloody. This manager came to my table in an adversary way. He was shaking his head no as he approached my table and clearly did not want to hear anything I had to say. It got to the point that I explained that I was not here to argue with him. I wanted nothing from him except to listen what I had to say. That was clearly impossible for him. Hopefully this gentleman was having a bad day. Every one is entitled. But….. if this is his daily demeanor he has no business in the hospitality industry. He turned a simple question into something it did not need to be and turned a good patron into one who may never return.

It seemed to us that the cuts of meat were no more than grocery store quality. For the price they are getting, the quality is sub-par.

We sat at the bar. Kyle, our server was so friendly, informative, and provided great service. We had the Ahi Tuna salad. It was delicious 😋 We've come here for lunch and dinner and believe me you will not be disappointed. The prices are reasonable, and happy hour awesome!

Really good steak and the service was great.

We all had filet mignon which was cooked properly and was juicy and flavorful. Always a great choice for larger parties and I appreciate that they DO take reservations. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Stopped in late afternoon for cocktails and dinner. Sat in the beautiful bar. Malachi, our bartender (and waiter if seated at the bar) was friendly, efficient and a very up-beat positive person. Had an early dinner. Fillet was perfectly done, had with a baked and the side soup to go. No complaints whatsoever. The stir fry ( adding shrimp) was something that should be removed from the menu. If not for the up- charged protein of shrimp, this would be broccoli swimming in teriyaki sauce over spaghetti. Just not good. But... My wife is watching "points" and wanted a lighter choice. She's happy as the cocktails and service was on- point. She ate the shrimp and broccoli out of the plate. I'm happy as steak was great! Brandy Old Fashioned was very "Wisconsin super club" yummy. Yes, steakhouse prices. You get what you pay for. Been here before and will be back. Thanks KJs (and Malachi!)

We received above and beyond average service. Our dinners and plate presentation were excellent. The restaurant has a romantic modern concept style that we enjoyed. All staff members and management were very helpful and active making an impact to guest services. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Mitch was our server & he was on point! There was 12 of us & he didn't miss a beat- food was perfect & he treated my son to a spectacular dessert in honor of his graduation.

This place is a hidden gem, the service is great, food is great, and the atmosphere is everything.

Hands down the BEST steaks we've ever eaten. We even tipped the cook which we've never done before. Our booth was unexpectedly quietly decorated with a birthday card and table banner for his birthday. Very nice. Our server Ricky was perfect. We're planning on returning for date night. Thank you!

Had the sirloin special. Requested the meat to be very rare and it was served overcooked as medium. No flavor and very tough. Presentation was unappetizing. 5 oz Steak was served on a huge platter with a tiny sprig of rosemary. Salad was served on another plate. Waitress was not informed that the meal had been served. The waitress was very pleasant and was the highlight of the entire meal. We were a party of 4 who will not return.

Ordered the ribeye medium rare. Could barely cut it with the steak knife and putting a fork in it was even worse. I was unable to eat the steak. There was a hard white vein running throughout the entire steak. The waiter asked "so what are you looking for me to do about it". Based on his words, I told him to throw it in a box and I'll see if I can get my dog to eat it. Horrible experience!!

I'd give it zero Stars if I could. Went on a Tuesday night with my fiance for what we thought would be a good steak dinner ($115) but all I ended up getting was food poisoning and having to take off work next day up all night throwing up. He got the ribeye and I got the prime rib. Food is nothing special borderline edible. We'll never step foot in this place again too many other options around. Beware!

Horrible service, food is bland at best and the worst is that the place looks “nice” but it’s a dressed up Fast Food restaurant. You’ll get better service at Walmart, better food at McDonald’s and you won’t have to waste as much money. This place is a joke

First time going and I can honestly say it was a great experience. After sitting at our table we were greeted by Lucas. He is absolutely amazing. Just from that interaction alone is enough to come back aside from the delicious food. I had the Filet Mignon with a loaded mash potato and it was soft like butter to cut. Definitely an experience I would do over and over again. Thank you again to Lucas for making it a memorable moment! Especially that I brought my two children under 6! Loved it.

The gal at the bar was amazing. We got there when they first opened but the service never stopped being great. I eat my steak blue rare so I should have ordered the filet. I prefer the ribeye but it was thin and grissley. Not their fault. The veggies didn't come as asked, but I picked out the extra stuff. I did see some prime rib go by and it looked pretty good. Probably have to go back and give it a try. The ambience was good.

When you walk through the door you know you stepped into a world class Steakhouse the specials are amazing they have five in one week the deals are wonderful I enjoy going for the daily lunch special if you get there before 3:00 p.m. you can get a burger with either wine or beer for $8 you cannot go to any franchise fast food and receive any type of mail for $8 it is one of my favorite places in Fort Myers it is beautiful and one of a kind I suggest you and your family go there

I reached out to plan a little after wedding reception dinner with my family and was warmly greeted by Dino Komosinski who was so pleasant and easy to work with. He understood exactly what I wanted and then more. His communication was very clear and consistent. He made me a personalized menu with my husband's and my name on it and it was absolutely adorable. I am so happy I was able to find somewhere that offered a private room for me and my family to celebrate intimately and that it also offered great service and yummy food! If anyone is looking for a private little dinner with their friends and family for any occasion please do not hesitate to reach out to KJ's and ask for Dino, you won't regret it. We were pleasantly surprised that we found a fabulous steak & seafood restaurant. Our server, Isla was excellent. The staff was very attentive. The food was perfect. Highly recommend. Our next visit was just as good with Tara as our server. A wonderful experience.

First time here. Food was fantastic however the service was lacking. Margarita was our server and didn’t deliver our bar drinks until after we finished out appetizer. Asked twice to refill water and didn’t do so until our check came. Other than the service food was great!

Food is just okay. I've been here 3 times hoping that the next time would change my opinion but nothing gives you a wow factor here. The food is bland. My 2 drinks which were malibu bay breezes were good. Service has been good all 3 times so that is consistent.

Looked forward to a celebration with family only to be harassed by the busser from the moment we sat down. First, he took two unused plates we clearly didn’t need then proceeded to ask us if we needed them, to which we politely replied no, then he followed up with, “Are you sure?” Like it was a game… Yes, we’re sure… Not long after, he asked us if we needed anything. We said we could use a refill on our drinks, but he never brought them. After we were finished with our appetizers, he took one whole set of cutlery away and promised to bring a fresh set by… That never came, and when we kindly reminded him, he laughed and said, “You could’ve walked five feet.” Implying we should’ve got up from our table and taken a set from another table. Now, at this point, we’re already annoyed… Our dinner finally comes, and he brings over one glass of water with lemon. (There are two people at the table and neither of us asked for or are drinking that.) “Just in case,” he says. Just in case what? We were most looking forward to dessert (because the whole point of the meal was a celebration, and what’s a celebration without dessert?), and we couldn’t stand to stay any longer to even order it. 1 star because a lot of unnecessary interactions with an employee who is simply supposed to remove your dirty dishes ruined our evening.

We have eaten all over the world and never alter a restaurants recipe. This hands down start to finish the best meal and cocktail ever. Thank you for an amazing experience!
