Don't sleep on trying Smallcakes of Fort Myers!! Their flavors are spot on. It will take a couple of days to try these, but today's cupcake picks are Lemon Blueberry, Pink Chocolate, Hot Fudge Sunday & Salted Caramel. My daughter picked the Almond Crossaint Cheesecake. She also got a French Silk parfait. This weekend picks. Wedding Cake, Pink Vanilla, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry. Chocolate Covered Strawberry went to my dad. I tried a small piece of the other two. So good! I've been following the Smallcakes of Fort Myers Facebook page for a couple of weeks now. I believe in supporting small businesses, even if it's just sharing posts. I was scrolling a couple of days and came across one of their posts, with the cupcake specials of the day. My daughter and I love Italian rainbow cookies. They had a rainbow cookie cupcake as a special of the day. We decided to finally stop by the shop and take home a few different types. I'm going to have to say these are probably some of the best cupcakes that we have ever had. *The Italian Rainbow Cake is 3 layers of almond sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam, topped with chocolate ganache, Italian rainbow cookie, and sprinkles. *The Cannoli is a vanilla bean cupcake with chocolate chips, topped with cream cheese buttercream, chocolate, and a cannoli. *The Chocolate Cream is a chocolate cake filled with buttercream topped with fudge frosting and buttercream. *The Lemon Drop is a lemon cake filled with lemon curd, topped with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. If I could give them more stars for their rating, I would in a heartbeat!!

I've made several trips over the years to stop by and enjoy some gourmet cupcakes which have always been out of this world-delicious! I had a request to make my son's 1st birthday smash cake... my jaw dropped. The cake is stunning! You can definitely tell that this place takes their time and the cake came out effortlessly perfect. Not to mention, we couldn't leave without some additional cupcakes which everyone enjoyed to the fullest.

Alright, I am not the type to leave negative reviews. It really has to be real bad quality/service for me to complain. I asked for a 3 layer cake, with WHIPPED CREAM frosting, & chocolate mousse between the cake layers. I was charged $120 for this cake and I thought to myself “If it’s what I asked for, I don’t have a problem paying the $120”. When to my dismay I get the cake and it’s butter cream frosting, then we cut the cake and it’s two layers (When I payed for 3). They ended up putting the thickest layer in of buttercream frosting to mimic outside that it was tall enough to be a 3 layer cake. It was so thick it started ripping on the sides. And to top it all off they put chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting instead of chocolate mousse. When I say I feel completely taken advantage of and robbed I’m not even joking!!!! I am blown away that a licensed cake business can be so unprofessional!! Thankfully my friend at home made me an incredible cake the way I asked for. Which obviously is the one with the beautiful butterflies and gold flakes.

🚨BUYER BEWARE!!🚨 We ordered and paid for the cake we hoped to get for our daughter's birthday, but when we got our cake it was completely different from what we had order and paid for!! Manager never tried to fix the issue, and make things right. Instead tried to excuse their horrible work and never regard the issue in hand. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but here!!

Wow! The cake came out beautiful and it was incredible! I gave out so many referrals the night of the birthday party because the cake was that perfect and delicious. To top it off, the staff is so nice, attentive, and gracious. SmallCakes Bakery is going to be my go-to for all my cakes!

Really impressed with this store!! We were from out of town and celebrating three birthdays. I pre-ordered 3 cakes and they were pure perfection! Not to mention delicious. If you like cookie cakes- The cookie cake was the all star. That monster was nearly three inches thick and had weight. Haha! Additionally the candy crush theme cake had killer detail. It was pretty pricy (the candy crush cake) but totally worth it for a very special birthday guest. Thank you smallcakes ft myers for pulling this off with any problems! Highly recommend!

Haven't tried the cupcake yet but not satisfied with the service. Wanted 2 gluten free cupcakes one with choc frosting and one with the hostess frosting and a best dad tag on each. She went in back and then she came out and helped the next customer. After that customer I snuck in and said I wanted two more cupcakes before they run out. Then she went in back and finished my gluten free cupcakes. She came out with the chocolate and a peanut butter cup! I told her my husband doesn't like peanut butter cups and she still put the cupcakes in the box. I just paid for it and walked out.(she had a line) Then I realized I didn't get the the DAD pick so I went back in and asked for it. SHE TOOK IT OUT OF ANOTHER CUPCAKE THAT WAS NOT GLUTEN FREE. First time there and not happy, hopefully the cupcake is better than the service.

We just got married on the beach and decided we needed a small bit of wedding cake. Smallcakes’ wedding cake cupcake was a slice of heaven! And the staff was super sweet. So glad we stopped!!

My birthday cake was a BIG hit thanks to Smallcakes! It was absolutely delicious! Everyone enjoyed and raved about it all weekend. The staff was wonderful from start to finish with the service and design. I definitely will order again! Thanks! 🙂

We bought some cupcakes from behind the counter to celebrate my birthday and they were delicious! We couldn’t decide which was the best because they were all so good! The chocoholic is not for the faint of heart 😂 My husband (who isn’t really a cake/cupcake person) kept asking if we could go back during our trip. The shop was cute and the people working were kind. Definitely recommend!

Definitely would not recommend giving this place your business. I used to love the specialty cupcakes, so I requested a chocolate & raspberry cake for my graduation. My father picked it up, drove it home carefully in an air-conditioned car, and immediately put it in the fridge, where it has stayed. First picture is the night we picked it up. The second & third are the day after. It split almost completely in half. For a $60 cake using extremely dense frosting you’d think it would hold up right? Every time I purchased a cupcake it was left out and had zero issues. Emailed the owner and she just had the nastiest attitude. You can read it in the other negative reviews. Very quick to be rude and blame the customer. Not deserving of anyone’s business! The Naples location treats its guests with much more respect. Some people should not be business owners. Aside from that the cupcakes have nice flavor and variety, often kinda dry, the atmosphere and employees are nice as well. However, whoever this owner is, she does not deserve your money, you are better off getting a Publix cake. They are much cheaper, frosting is much better, cake is moister, they are consistent, and they have great customer service.

I made an online order today for delivery and my mother inlaw never received it date May 12, 2024 time of order 1:49pm my contact number was also added I never got a call I also added my email and nothing I screen shotted my online receipt just incase

False advertisement on Facebook, shows two special cupcakes 🧁 thar you receive on YOUR day. Well "BEWARE" that's only get you there!! Then she smiles and says for the "Special" you PAY extra. Or you can have a plain JANE! Like I said FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! how hard is it to say " you have to pay extra "????? 🤔 won't be back!

I had a Bluey themed strawberry short cake made for my daughter’s birthday and it was delicious. Cake was moist, not overwhelming sweet, absolutely perfect!! Will definitely be going back for more 😋

Jaden I believe was her name, she was absolutely amazing. She couldn’t have been more pleasant & helpful. The cupcakes are always delicious and almost too perfect to eat, but after one bite they don’t last long. Service was above and beyond!!!

I like local business and you could do much worse than this place. Great product and nice people. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. Hit me up if you don’t like it and I’ll buy your treats. It’s a safe bet on my part.

I live out of state but ordered from here for a treat for an anniversary present. The cupcake selection was awesome and the recipients loved each flavor. I was jealous I couldn't taste them but I was very pleased with the service!

I sent a message through Facebook and asked if they sold gluten free cupcakes. I was told they did and then they asked what flavor I wanted and when I needed some. Then they proceeded to make me the most delicious lemon cupcakes and some that were blueberry lemon. Both were absolutely delicious! 😋 I hadn't had a yummy lemon cupcake in years! I'll definitely be back when I visit Ft Myers again! Oh and they sell pupcakes which my puppy absolutely loved! 🙂

Mouthwatering! Delicious cupcakes. It has a lot of decorative icing so the kids love it.. so be prepared to take them to the park afterwards. I got them at an event and you and you can’t have just one. They are so pretty and they have a variety to choose from.

Let me tell you, my bestie brings me cupcakes on several occasions from here, I'm a cupcake fanatic and all I can say is THANK GOD THEY'RE NOT IN CAPE CORAL bc id be sooooo over my weight limit! Incredible

Amazing decorating and taste! They were able to make a 7” two layer custom cake in 5 days for us. We asked for no fondant, buttercream icing, lemon filling, and a floral design. They asked for a few pictures for inspiration to get an idea of what we wanted. After we had a good conversation we agreed on some real flowers on top, decorated flowers on the side, lemon curd filling, and butter cream frosting. What they delivered was nothing short of perfect. It felt too pretty to cut. The icing was amazing. The cake was nice and soft, the filling between layers was an amazing lemon curd. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of work and decorating they did. Only thing I would tweak is to ask them in the future if they could cut the layers in half and add more filling.

Excellent experience. Service was great and the cupcakes were just as good! I’ve had cupcakes from a lot of different places and this one takes the cake…Would absolutely recommend and I will come back if I’m ever in the area again.

The best cupcakes I have ever had. They are huge! Most with buttercreme icing. The first time I picked up a box of 4 I was surprised how heavy it was. Hard to pick a flavor. I tag my friends on the days they offer a free cupcake beginning with the letter of your name. Then we buy 3 more with the free one so we each have 2! But you can't eat 2 in the same day. In fact, sometimes I only eat half of one. You gotta try them!!! I will say they are not easy to get out of the box without a mess, at least for me. After reading previous reviews (which I should have done first) as far as customer service, it did appear they were training someone but let's face it, they need to learn. I found customer service excellent. The cashier was even patient with me showing me how to take a pic of the QR Code and giving me the discount even though I couldn't stand there and leave a review at the time. I find it hard to do things like that on my phone. She trusted me to leave the review when I got home and could use my computer. So, here it is! Thank you for your service!

This place is great! The lady upfront Jaden always greets me with a smile and provides great service. The carrot cake cupcake and the red velvet are the best! You also have to try the cup of cakes.

Jaden was kind & helpful. Her favorite is Carrot cupcake & it was worth the calories. We are looking forward to our mini cupcakes for my daughter birthday. She did tell me when driving hold them tight because they are little and the yummy frosting make it top heavy!

Cupcakes here are some of the best its my Go to place for them. However, i had a pick up order, prepaid, told them i would be there around 5 the next following day. On on the phone they said perfect, we close at 6" i arrived around 5:20, just to find out the store closed (later, i was told they sold out.) Fortunately, staff members were still cleaning up, one of them being hesistant to open the door and proceeded to point at the "closed" sign, i explained i had a pick up order i just called about the day prior, once she had opened the door. I was not pleased with this experience, i think they should have double checked to see if they had any pick up orders left that were to be picked up for that day instead of just locking the doors and closing half hour early with no real warning/ announcement. atleast a sign saying "sold out" would have been semi- helpful as there was another lady that walked up to the door a few seconds after me and was just as confused.

The space is so cozy and gives industrial vibes and the cupcakessssss?!? Delicious!
