First let me start by saying the place was so clean and beautiful decor. Next they give you so much food. Every meal comes with onion soup (chicken/beef broth) and salad with ginger dressing! Then fried rice to follow. Recommended to ask for extra ginger sauce. It’s delicious! And lastly the customer service was amazing. Antonio was our server and was accommodating, polite and sincere. We are visiting from out of town and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend making a reservation.

I prefer this location on 192. It's a very large space but doesn't have as many tables as you would think.

I'm giving this place 4 stars based on the food and service.. however the manager feme' was horrible amd completely inappropriate in all my years as a restaurant manager I've never been treated like that.. and why because you were an hour late seating us with open tables everywhere that you were holding for reservations I guess the one I put in that I had to guarantee with my cc at 630 wasn't important... you should be ashamed of yourself yelling at a customer in front of family and a restaurant full of people.. if you don't like your job quit..don't take it out on me

Exceptional experience at this Kobe. The service was incredible. Antonio and Kevin were at the top of their game and provided a memorable experience. I brought family with me, for their first teppanyaki dinner, and they left with a smile on their faces. Strong recommendation with 5 star service.

Ventilation needs helps, very smoky and warm inside. Other than that the food was great.

Stay far away! The server ignored me 3 times when I was ordering my beverage while trying to push an upsell… When I asked for the happy hour menu the server said happy hour didn’t start until later at night. Being long time guests of Kobe I know this wasn’t true but pulled up the website to verify. Once the server saw this he came over and said that they were opening happy hour now, which was a complete lie. At that point I asked for the check for the beverages, paid and went to another location near Disney.

I had a delightful dining experience last night during my first visit to Kobe. Edward, our server, provided exceptional customer service, particularly by ensuring our glasses were always filled. However, I rated my experience four stars due to a few minor issues—the pickled ginger was not delivered as expected, and there was an awkward moment with the birthday hat and cupcake for our celebrant. The GM and another staff member initially presented the items, but a few minutes later, Edward returned with another set, which felt redundant. Also, some of the dishes were overly oily. I'm unsure if this is typical of their preparation or simply my personal preference. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the attentive service.

Kobe has never disappointed our family on our bigger gatherings! Tonight with Antonio as our server and Danny as our chef, the experience was wonderful. The atmosphere isn’t bad either, I’m also just a bigger fan of a quiet experience, which this building is not. Overall, a great experience!

The atmosphere was greatly illuminated. The chefs & all of the staff working were super welcoming and nice . All around 10/10 . Me and my family definitely enjoyed and we will be back . With no reservation we only waited 25mins to be seated which is great in my opinion.

This restaurant is by far exceeded all other hibachi restaurants I’ve been to Houston has this place running very efficiently and was very attentive and polite, Marium attended to all our needs she gave us excellent service

Our server Liz was amazing! Party of 7 and 4 of us never experienced Hibachi before. Liz and our chef put on a great show and made the night memorable. If you go to a Hibachi restaurant, please be ready to wash the clothes you wore. Foo is literally grilled a foot a way from you, of course you'll smell like it after.

Food excellent not the first time at Kobe parkway (good) but atmosphere horrible they have to do something with the exhaust system. I had to come home and take a shower because I smell like food head to toe. Also had to put the clothes in the washer. Unacceptable…………..
