Lily was a great server, food was awesome but she made the experience even better recommending us a great selection of food, drinks and sauces

The food was great and Lily was fantastic!

It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. Kallie the waitress was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making sure every aspect of our meal was perfect.

This was our second time here. Kallie and Anna our first and second time servers were completely amazing. Great service ! And great food !!

Stephen B dealt with our large party of 8 and made it a good time and had all the jokes…will always come back here but even more so for him!

The service is absolutely phenomenal. Steven,our server, was always there to help us with any questions or requests that we may need. He is very friendly and nice! Definitely ask him if you guys eat at this place.

Kallie was amazing. The food was wildly flavorful, you can pick whatever you like, the atmosphere was perfect... Simply the best restaurants I've been to in my life. Highly recommended. Go twice.

Amazing food, Kallie was on us the whole time, changing our grill, making sure we're happy. You order on an iPad so you don't have to worry about your server not getting to you when you want more meat, you can go get your own kim chi. Truly amazing

We appreciate the excellent service provided, Lily. The cuisine was exceptional, offering a wide selection and creating a wonderful ambiance.

Food was very good for the price, our server Ken was very kind and helpful. The electronic menu shows a large selection of meat out of order but they've changed the meat selection to being you pick it up yourself instead of ordering it.

Anna, our server, was pretty nice and funny, i like her hair. The food was a a bit expensive though. We also tried out the claw machine at the front and didn’t win anything😢😢

Pretty standard Hot Pot/Korean BBQ experience. There was a good collection of sauces, some really delicious self serve appetizers, and the service was friendly and attentive. Kallie did a great job balancing attentiveness and distance!

TORI WAS PHENOMENAL. She made the experience nice, enjoyable and showed great patience for our first time there. Would definitely go back if she was to be our server again.

Food is good but not great. Ribs and pork belly are delicious and the steak is good too, but everything else is just ok. The buffet is satisfactory but then again that's not why you come. Staff is very friendly and service is prompt. Not a lot of waiting for food to arrive like at some other places, so you do feel like you're getting your money's worth. All in all a solid 4.5

I attended a birthday dinner and our experience with our server Connor was the icing on the cake! He is really funny, kind, and hard working.

My husband and I came to Kpot for the first time and we sat with Ken. It was such a lovely experience! He was quick to get us started with BBQ and attentive the whole time, we never had to wait to order our next rounds of meat. We will definitely be returning to sit with him, he’s one of the best servers we’ve ever had!

Our first time here was way far to good. We expected a better experience as we read a lot of good reviews. I must say that the food is good but damn the customer service from our server and the little chubby guy at the front is terrible. First thing was from that little chubby boy at the front who wore a gray jacket or sweater on 9/2. He was not welcoming at all. He's working at the front as CS rep but didn't have CS skills 🤷‍♀️ 2nd thing was our server, we felt so uncomfortable as we felt rushed by her and some issues that I'm not gonna state it. It's a very unenjoyable experience that my husband got upset and decided to pay with no tip and just leave. A restaurant with good food but terrible CS is not something to go look back for.

Food was really good - but we were a bit disappointed that now customers have to go get sliced meats from a freezer area themselves instead of them being delivered to the table with the rest of the meats and veggies.

We have been to this location multiple times and I can say that Kallie by far is the nicest most attentive server we have ever had. She made us feel very welcome and she just has a very kind personality. Definitely will be coming back again and asking for her.
