Great service and delicious food.

Food was delicious! But we waited an uncomfortable long time for our drinks but I must admit the drink was so tasty! Double check your car doors my car was broken into in the parking lot for this particular location while we ate inside. Once outside there was a group of 3 men , a child and a girl that looked really off just chilling in the parking lot while the girl was walking down towards us / the ppl she was with from the back of of the parking lot area.

all their delivery services are down for the weekend, understandable they are busy. but can’t even contact them for takeout? crazy.

We were very happy and enjoy the food , Esteban Gutierrez did a wonderful job . We will come back .

The food it's okay, but the waitress is super rude! I won't go back there just because of her attitude, she always serves with reluctance... it's not the first time because we've already been there twice and it's the same time, it takes a long time to serve even though the restaurant is empty and well, she's rude 🤷🏻 ‍♀️

When you buy the tray they don't give it any spice, but you can buy an empanada, knowing that the tray costs 20 dollars and an empanada costs 2 dollars 🤔🤣

Very rude to answer the phone if you know you are going to hang up and not take the order!!! Unprofessional.

Very delicious food and very good service What I don't understand is that they took the bill and it had included the tip. I give them my card and they take me the paper so I can sign and accept the payment, but this paper is for you to tip again, so you can keep it in mind when you go. I know how many times we tipped twice.

I loved Gutierez's service and the restaurant's food and drinks.

I love me some La Casona my sister and I are regulars when it comes to the La Pechuga Empianzada and Frijoles with Yuca Fries or Maduros for me. I have not eaten inside the restaurant yet, but I order take out often and have never had a problem! My food always comes hot, fresh tasting and well seasoned. The restaurant staff has always been friendly and welcoming and patient when I order or asks questions about the menu. The bakery items are yummy as well as the food.

Fantastic Colombian food with a really solid atmosphere

Going to La Casona is like being transported to Colombia in one second, as soon as you cross the front door you are in Colombia. The decor, ambiance, food and service is second to none. CAMILA S. is a wonderful host that exemplifies the warmth, friendliness and good will of the Colombian people. She made my visit one that I will definitely repeat!!

First time here and we will definitely be back! Food was excellent, service was exceptional. Clean , even the high chairs were clean. Margarita was strong and larger than normal. Camila our waitress was so welcoming, reviewed the menu with us and helped put all our food to go. Came running with a clean fork when we dropped it.

Very bad service from the waitresses, we went to eat because it was a celebration for my son and the waitress treated us very badly, she spoke badly to us, discriminating against my son who couldn't eat there. He had a bag of McDonald's because my son is special and He wanted that and well, we adults wanted his food but unfortunately we couldn't, I think they should be considerate and understanding, it was so easy to let the child eat in peace that it wouldn't be any harm to them, that's my opinion 🙏

Had the red snapper and picada, everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress JLo was very attentive and friendly. My first time here but definitely plan on coming back!

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the warm Welcoming. Gutierrez was our waiter and he was amazing. Great customer polite and frequently came over to our table to access if everything was all right. It definitely must try. Definitely got all the stars in with me. Ask for Gutierrez he is a must have as server. 🥰

I've been to La Casona on April 13th of this year, and I don't think there's been a single day since where I haven't thought about the place. Unfortunately, I live about 9 hours away, but I will be going back sooner than later. If you're in the area, go, go, GO! You won't regret it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Missing food from our order and they said our options were a credit or drive back 30 minutes to pick up the food. Completely unacceptable. Food is subpar. Wasted $82 for a birthday dinner to be skimped out and ruined. Overpriced and service sucks. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is me and my family’s favorite restaurant. We drive over an hour just to come. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I order an empanada to start and we get served little mini ones I was confused but they were okay just not what I’m used to getting when I ask for an empanada at a Colombian restaurant or at least one I’ve been too before. For dinner I got the mini bandeja and my spouse got the bigger version of it. The egg was so over done the yolk didn’t spill out. Overall taste it was good in flavor I would just say the quality has gone down over the years and it was very disappointing. Unfortunately we won’t be back and it’s sad because it’s our go to for special occasions. The first picture is what I got and the second is what I’ve gotten before at a previous visit.

La Casona is a gem in Central Falls, RI specializing in traditional Colombian cooking. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with friendly staff, a clean environment, and an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. One of the standout features of La Casona is the parking lot, making it convenient for patrons to dine without worrying about parking hassles. The menu boasts a delicious array of Colombian dishes with good portion sizes. The overall dining experience at La Casona was delightful. The Bandeja (comes in small and large portions 4oz versus 8oz) was delicious. Lots of flavor and variety. The only thing is the food came out cold, especially the rice. We were surprised to be served bottled water (we weren’t informed it was bottled) instead of tap water and therefore charged for it. It would be helpful for the restaurant to inform patrons upfront about the choice of water to avoid any unexpected charges. The cocktails are a little overpriced for the restaurant type. Overall we would return to La Casona! Whether you’re craving authentic Colombian cuisine or simply looking for a spot to unwind, La Casona is definitely worth a visit. With its warm hospitality, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere, it’s sure to leave you coming back for more!

The food is good, but I thought it was very poorly done that I placed a large order, of several products, including 14 chicken pies, and when I got home I was missing 2. On top of that, I asked for pineapple sauce and they told me they had an additional cost. Despite having ordered 4 and they also charged me for them, they did not include it either. It seems very dishonest to me.

My friend recommended that I give La Casona Restaurant a try. So after a productive work week, my son and I made the trip. Everything we ordered, from the appetizer to our main dish was so delicious! Our waiter Esteban was very attentive and helped us with what we should order. His recommendations were spot on! We will definitely be back and will refer all our friends!

VERÓNICA is the best Waitress I have ever had in all the experiences I have had in the restaurant. Good atmosphere, good flavor in the meals, everything good! Just so you take it into account, the only thing I can criticize is that instead of soda cans, they put a soda machine with refills. They always tell me that in the mountain dish YOU CANNOT change any element, neither chorizo ​​for pork rinds, nor plantains for tostones, but VERÓNICA did tell me that it was possible and I feel that she has been the best employee I have ever had. Have been coming to La Casona since moving to RI in 2022. Luckily for me, Camila has always been the server at our table which has enhanced the experience each time. Great food, great drinks and great atmosphere. The patio seating when the weather permits is a nice touch as well. Please note that gratuity is included in your bill regardless of party size

Check your receipts very well! They charge *15% for “gratuity”* (subtotal + 15%) and in the same receipt at the bottom it says “Tip suggestion: 18%, 20% and 25%” They even have the numbers ready so you do not need to think😕 *So read very well before paying* If you want to give them 20% you will be giving 35% if you don’t pay attention. I am sad I did not take a picture of the receipt before and now it is so wrinkled, but another person also mentioned that on her review. Food and service was good for that reason I am giving two stars. It was my first and only time there. Service and the patio area were good.
