Wife and I discovered La Esquina when we moved to the west side of town. We have found ourselves here every single Saturday for their amazing breakfast. Very consistent quality, great portions, and well priced. We have also came in for dinner several times. Food comes out quickly even when busy. Again, portions for the price are spot on. I take account for the little things too: soda is always crisp, the salsa is fresh and full of flavor, servers are friendly orders, tables and menus are clean. All in all, La Esquina is great. I recommend checking them out for breakfast and dinner!

Hands down the best Mexican I have ever had ! Stopped today for the first time , I told the server I would like to look at a menu to place a take out order . She was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of some of the favorites. I ordered the Fajita Jalisco. it was delicious and enough for probably 2 more meals 😋 The restaurant was bright and clean . I will definitely go back .

Came in today to treat my brother for his birthday.The waitress was very friendly and made sure we were good. The food was amazing and everything was seasoned well and nothing was dry. I got the torta De birria and the roll was so soft and everything blended really well.my son got the quesabirrias and my brother got a burrito la esquina.we will definitely be returning again.you will not be disappointed if you try any of these options.

The servers here are very attentive and kind. The food is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had, comparable to places I have tried in South Beach, Miami! I will be back to try the quesabirrias and the torta sandwiches.

I ordered food to go . underwhelming.the flan I ordered came out first,it was spoiled ,harder than cheese,to cut.i took one bite and it broke apart into my mouth like cottage cheese .I closed the container and told waitresses it wasn't good ,she said I'm not Mexican so it's not Gona taste good for me .lol.i asked for a refund ,she said she couldnt because it was already paid for.lol,im never going back there.i just hope i dont get sick.

The flan wasn't good it was like cottage cheese and it was spoiled. I hope I didn't get sick or something. The waiter I asked for a refund the waiter was kinda rude and didn't give me my money back. I wasted my money on spoiled food the rest of the food was good.

Tried the tacos, chicken enchiladas and burrito. Tacos are a good deal especially on taco Tuesday. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp tacos (taco Tuesday includes beef and chicken only). Generous portions. Their hot salsa has the perfect amount of kick. Service is very friendly and quick even as they get busy.

Whether it's lunch or dinner the service is efficient and the food comes out relatively quick. I've been visiting over the past month or two and haven't been disappointed. It's a smaller space, but the quieter atmosphere is refreshing and worth stopping in for a bite.

We've been here several times now and it's undoubtedly our favorite Mexican restaurant. We love the bright colors and quiet atmosphere. The food, as well as the service, is always spectacular. If you like shrimp, their shrimp chimichanga is delicious!

Best Mexican food since Mi Pueblo El Restaurante Mexicano & Cantina Venice. Have tried all Mexican restaurants here for miles and this is by far the best! The food is fresh, the online ordering is user friendly and allows you to order exactly how you want it. The take out order was exact when we arrived home. The prices are comparable. The food was delicious. This is our #1 pick for Mexican meals going forward.

I’ve been living in Michigan for a total of 6 years, and I’m originally from Chicago. Being a daughter of Mexican immigrants, one of the hardest things about my move has been missing the food I grew up with. I’ve been to several Mexican restaurants in the area, including some in Detroit. Nothing really has compared to La Esquina. I am continually impressed with their quality of food and customer service. Even when I had a small mishap with my order, their management was quick to fix the issue. I’ve dined in before but usually order takeout. The restaurant is amazing, could not recommend this place enough!

Very solid Mexican food. I had the quesabirria tacos, agua de jamaica and of course chips salsa, and queso. The queso was delicious, some of the better queso I've had at a Mexican restaurant. The tacos were also very good, I just wish they soaked the tortilla a little more in consomme before grilling the tacos. The refried beans were really good, that had a smoky chipotle flavor. Overall a good experience, the waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. Food came out fast and hot.

I am really glad I found this place. I heard about it over the weekend when I tried the Birria Tortas at the Hispanic Festival. After eating the Torta and seeing they serve breakfast I had to go. Loved the breakfast. Will be back.

It's one of those places where you feel literally the good vibe. This amazing site has a service beyond expectations, along with food that honestly is out of this world!!!! I want to thank the server who did my experience awesomely unique. Folks .… Finally, we have a restaurant with pure Mexican flavor here in Jackson, Michigan. Thanks for the experience, and one more time is proven, there is no need to go to a fancy place to feel at home.
