Terrible service, especially disloyal and rude on the part of their workers, especially the boy at the checkout, rude, shameless, vulgar, with a arrogant and vulgar attitude! I do not recommend it in its entirety! Local without hygiene measures, dirty and over all your staff rude and vulgar!

My recent visit to La Granja was marred by a deeply troubling incident involving the manager, a Spanish lady in her forties. Despite the promising exterior and reputation, the experience was overshadowed by her appalling behavior towards a homeless man who simply asked for a cup of water. The manager's response was not only unprofessional but downright cruel. Instead of showing basic human decency and providing assistance, she callously told the man he stank and demanded he leave the store. Witnessing such blatant disregard for another person's dignity was deeply disheartening and left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this incident was not the only disappointment during my visit. The food quality was lackluster, the service was slow and inattentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant was uninspiring. Overall, my experience at La Granja was deeply disappointing. From the mistreatment of a vulnerable individual to the mediocre food and lackluster service, there was little to redeem this dining establishment. I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

Bad service... the person at the checkout was angry, I don't know why, but I only ended up consuming, not getting scolded. They are supposed to respond to customer needs. And the truth is, what a bad temperament. I told him but he still didn't care. He just told me “aha” And reading the comments I see that it is normal here….

Apparently for the cashier and the manager gossip is more important than customer service. The cashier put her hand up, interrupting my order. A lack of respect, and the manager as if nothing had happened, with a mocking face. What little professional ethics. Because they were attentive to gossip, they did not take the order as it should have been. I had to return to have my order fixed. On several occasions I have arrived and stayed waiting for the employers to finish their conversations before being attended to. I don't know what happens to them. I don't know if the employees don't have the ability to know how to serve customers.

I see that I am not the only one who complains about the bad service... the cashier who served me did so reluctantly and I left scolded like what happened to another lady... no one is friendly, everyone is angry... .. but then the worrying thing is that it seems that no one is happy with their job... Manager... be careful...

I came this evening to pick up some food & arrived 15 mins before they closed, yet the doors were already locked & they refused to acknowledge me. What is the purpose of having hours of operations if they won’t follow them?! Horrible, horrible customer service — they prefer to “get out early” for the night instead of serving a customer who went out of their way to pick up some of their food.

Was in hospital in swfl. Don't remember which one my husband pickup the food from,very good In good quantity for the price. Came home I went to the LA Grandma's by my house,and the amount of gumbo that I received was about 2/3 of what I received from the other one. Very disappointed there should be equal qualities at each store or at least noted on the menu .

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!’ Went to buy lunch there spent 29 dollars plus tip and I asked for an extra sauce for fish and the low life manager and employees that can’t speak proper English made a huge deal of giving me a sauce they wanted me to pay extra unbelievable how do they have people like that working with paying customers very very unprofessional I was in shock will never go back !!!!!! Would have given a O star if I could shame on manager and the poor speaking employees they have really pathetic !!!!!

The ceviche is also good for the location.

04.20.23 Came here 15 mins before closing got the #2 (1/4 chicken with rice beans and banana). Even at 15 mins to close chicken was excellent and juicy as if the freshly made it on the spot. Never had a bad time here. -------- I have gone here many times in the food is always Great and the service is always above par highly recommend it

Local lunch spot for workers to grab a fast bite. It is one up from a fast food joint. Service is as fast as fast can be when they are making your meal fresh. The atmosphere is clean and humble. Nothing fancy but a nice place for workers to be able to sit and enjoy a fast bite for lunch. They do not have servers. You order and you bring to your table or you take out to go.

Went there to pick up an large order. No one helped me. 17 meals to my car. Had to do it alone . And than had to pour q7 soft drinks by myself with no help to my car. Girl behind register standing there eating an orange. Awful service

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill.... Quality of food is not the same as it used to be... 2 TIMES already we went and arrived like 8:40-8:45pm and even when there is a sign that says that they are open until 9 pm they had the door locked and the people inside tell you that they are closed from far away. Just terrible. Unfortunately better off going to a different la granja location or somewhere else.

Llamé para hacer un pedido en inglés para recoger y le pasaron el teléfono a Guarde. Mientras hacía el pedido, le informé que quería mis frijoles principalmente con la salsa de frijoles, pero al revisar mi recibo después de pagar, me cobró frijoles adicionales. Le pregunté si podía reemplazar los frijoles por otra empanada que cuesta un dólar menos que los frijoles, y groseramente dijo que no y pasó al siguiente cliente. Le devolví los frijoles y no me devolvió el dinero. Guarde necesita aprender modales de servicio al cliente y dejar de robar a sus clientes por su error. Y La Granja su ubicación comercial está en los Estados Unidos de América. Al menos tenga un empleado que pueda hablar inglés correctamente I called to place an order in English for pickup and they passed the phone to Guarde. While placing the order i informed him i wanted my beans mostly with the bean gravy but upon checking my receipt after i paid he charged me an additional beans. I asked him if he could replace the beans for another empanada which is a dollar less than the beans, and he rudely said no and moved on to the next customer. I gave him the beans back and he didn't refund me the money. Guarde you need to learn customer service manners and stop stealing from your customers because of your mistake. And La Granja your business location is in the United States of America. At least have one employee who can speak proper English.

I have ate in several franchises of La Granja . And this is the only one ,where they gave me only white rice without beans . I ask for beans and They told me , only one side .a plate of 20$ one side ???

Este es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos ya que la comida es buena y lo más cercano a ser casera, he visitado en varios locales. Este localizado en Boca es muy pequeño y mal organizado. La atencion es buena, el personal muy amable y atento. Pero es dificil conseguir mesas y si te ubicas en las que estan en el pasillo por el baño preparate para comer con malos oleres de excretas, esto es totalmente desagradable. Les hace falta otro local, para que sigan siendo un restaurant ideal.

La la la la la la Granja! I love this place. Best bang for your buck around. This location stays open late, till 10pm as promised, when many other restaurants close as soon as it gets a little slow.

Was very unhappy with the onion sauces that are red, green, and white. They all tasted like vinegar and ruined my large steak bowl. Couldn't get past the vinegar.

Delicious! Fantastic little fast food Latin restaurant. I had #7-decadent!!! Food was cooked to perfection, sauces unbelievable, and yummy plantains! Highly recommend. Great for a quick bite before shopping as service and food prep were quick!

This one specific fast food restaurant is horrible. It was dirty, the self serve sauce station was gross, there was filth on the floor and the 2 guys behind the register had no sense of wanting help anyone. They were more intrigued speaking to one another and when it was time to take our order, it was more of a disturbance than it was a duty as employees. La Granja is good overall but this location is the grunge of the chain. Never going back here again. GROSS!!!

Terrible. The cashier and two other people did not know what the dishes contained (ingredients, allergens, etc.) The bathrooms were dirty. The floors were sticky. Yuck. Would not recommend this to anyone and will certainly not be coming back.

The #7 is amazing! not sure how they can make chicken, rice and beans so good. no longer need to go to pollo tropical anymore as this blows them out of the water. would be a 5 star rating except the staff are the most unenthusiastic and uninterested people I may have consistently come across. they are NOT rude or anything of that nature, they just act like they just woke up and you are the one preventing them from getting back to bed. the food is so amazing that it doesn't even bother me at this point. everything is always on point. just don't expect much from those taking your order at the register. those in the kitchen put it work though. blows my mind how they make something so simple so good
