The food was absolutely delicious!! I can’t wait until they come back to our apartment complex again! The boy taking the orders was literally so nice & had great energy. The food came out in 10 minutes and it was so much food for a good price. We were so happy with the meal!!! Can’t wait to eat it again.

My experience with La Santa Maria Kitchen was absolutely incredible. The service is top notch, friendly, prompt, and extremely well priced for the high quality of the food. I ordered the cheese empanada, birria shrimp tacos, and birria chicken tacos. Every bite was delicious. The flavor profiles were unmatched compared to empanadas and birria tacos I've had anywhere else nationally or internationally. I am excited to keep trying out their menu options, but it will be hard to order anything other than what I mentioned above because it was really that heavenly.

Seriously one of the best food trucks I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. The staff is friendly and the food is out of this world. I usually go for the quesabirria tacos and empanadas, and they always hit the spot. This time, however, I decided to try the Alfredo pasta, and it was heavenly. Every time La Santa Maria Kitchen is at my complex, I have to make sure I get some. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I am so impressed!!! I work right over on Brittany way and my coworkers raved about how good the food was yesterday. I decided to give it a try since they came back over today and WOW 🤩 I got the Korean BBQ wings and they were delicious!! They were crispy and fresh. 10/10 for me! Can’t wait to try more of their food.

I was so impressed with my order yesterday at Asbury ! I tried the Rib BBQ burger , Lobster fries , Taro bubble tea and Mango juice .Service was delightful and very professional. If you're a fan of great food, you absolutely have to try La Santa Maria Kitchen. From the moment I approached the food truck for my special event, the service were great. Some days after my initial call, I went to meet them and believe me, I could smell the delicious aroma of their food. My event was setup to get (4) Taco Platter for al guests, chicken, birria and OMG the shrimp tacos with that special sauce is the best, they were the perfect balance of tender and juicy with fresh, zesty toppings. The tortillas were so good, adding the perfect texture to each bite. And the best part? The portions were generous, so I felt like I got my money's worth. Overall, I highly recommend La Santa Maria Kitchen to anyone looking for delicious food. The quality and taste are truly unbeatable. I can't wait to go back and try more items from their menu! And by the way; we are getting them for our event next year for sure.

This dude cooks some of the best food HANDS DOWN. I could eat this man's cooking every breakfast, lunch , and dinner. The only thing that could possibly make this place better is if they moved into my kitchen full time. If you're looking for quality in the food, service, and people, you found the right place. Also come to allegro palms more often. ❣️

Went to the location, it was in a neighborhood at somebody’s house and there wasn’t even a food truck. I work night shift at the port of Tampa and only have a 30 minute lunch. I wasted it looking at nice houses in a suburban area in search of a food truck. Lol well at least now I know!

The food here was so good! I ordered the bang bang shrimp, beef and chicken empanadas, and the taro bubble tea. All were so good and flavorful, and both of my young children loved it too. Lots of flavor, great prices, and the two men that were working the truck were both so nice as well. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

How good is La Santa Maria? Their tacos literally changed my life. I’ve had birria tacos all over Cali, the DFW area, and Mexico and these are the best I’ve ever had. Check them out whenever you can! Can’t wait til they’re near me again!

The order and food was done quickly and tasted amazing even though it was raining outside. The food taste amazing and everyone loved it. My family and I will be back here soon.
