Grest coffee to start your day..Great service with a smile ! Prices better than any type Starbucks company and located in Valdez..what a plus !

Staying at a nearby RV park and stopped in twice for coffee and the first time for two breakfast sandwiches. Two young ladies working were excellent. Very efficient, polite, service was great. Food was as expected, meaning precooked and warmed in an oven but it was tasty. Lots of seating inside and they had some shop specific swag to buy but it was pricey ($60 for a zip up sweatshirt). I would have to say the ONLY negative both times was the coffee was warm, not hot. I suspect since I asked for normal coffee and it was dispensed from a large thermos, it had sat for awhile.

The tiger chai latte w/ almond milk is a divine salve for a rainy morning and a missed ferry.

Nice coffee shop, sweets are delicious, and the coffee is great. Decorated with local art, this is a very inviting place to relax or surf the web.

Really enjoyed this little coffee shop! I fact, I went a few times to get coffee while I was in Valdez. Coffee was very good and I like that you have the option to use medium roast or dark roast.

Pretty good breve/latte coffee and scones here. Baristas were pleasant and efficient, nice open space with some pottery for sale and some chairs/couches to sit at. We ordered drinks to go twice while in Valdez for 3 days. Would come back.

Great coffee and great service when they’re open. The hours posted on the door and on Google say they open at 6:00 AM. At 6:00 this morning the shop was not open and showed no signs of opening soon. There were probably a dozen disappointed potential customers that left without coffee this morning. I did have a cup yesterday afternoon that was wonderful and the baristas were great!

This is our favorite coffee stop in Valdez each year when we come to visit. Quick eats and delicious coffee and Lotus drinks. Friendly and fast service. I love the local art prints in the cafe seating area, and this year, they've expanded their seating capacity and have cute planters for sale.

Tends to be my go to for coffee. Croissant and vanilla latte is a staple in my life and they deliver every time. Staff has been nice every time I’ve gone in.

The food is tasty. Don't expect a large selection. I have always had good experiences here.

Surprisingly good quality specialty coffee bar in Valdez. They offer medium and dark roast beans (and decaf), and they serve Califia oat milk. Only downside is their breakfast food options for vegetarians are limited.

I am a coffee nut and roast my own at home. I also make my own favorite espresso. This place consistently provided the best coffee I've had away from home. The service and atmosphere were also excellent. I highly recommend!

Amazing breakfast burritos and coffee

Some friends and I visited Valdez, AK in August 2023 (for a fishing trip, or course). The morning we were leaving town, I suggested we get coffee from this shop. I'm glad we did. The coffee had great flavor - much better than the national chains. We also got their breakfast burritos, which were delicious! The ladies working seemed a little crabby, but I get it - it was busy and non-stop for them. I highly recommend a visit if you're in town! If I lived in Valdez, I would be there everyday!!

I’ve had better Burritos at a truck stop. They are very unorganized Burrito was cold by the time we got our coffee. My wife’s croissant was greasy. They need to be more organized when they call out the food.

Fantastic coffee!!! Amazing service!!! We were in Valdez during a family cruise trip and on the look out for a coffee shop with internet and found this cute coffee shop with great reviews!! We had a great time here. The coffees were amazing, some of the best we've had in a long long time!!! The girls running the shop are amazing as well. Very efficient service, super clean shop. Some beautiful art displayed on the walls as well. We ended up buying some art from the showcased artist down the Harbor ave. They also have a great collection of plants. And did I tell you they serve the best coffee in All of Alaska!!??? LOVE IT!!

We went to Latte Dah every morning of our trip to Valdez. Excellent shop! 6/22/2022 Update: They've since rebranded as "The Coffee Co." and it's still the #1 coffee spot in town.

Stopped in for a quick double espresso. Very nice people working and was served quickly. Will return again!

Love this place! If I come back to Valdez again I will definitely revisit. I ordered the Mexican hot chocolate. It tasted more like a hot horchata with slight chocolaty notes, which made it very unique compared to other "Mexican hot chocolate" drinks I've had. They also can make these (and their mochas) with different types of chocolate, which I love because I'm a huge dark chocolate fan. My boyfriend ordered an iced dark chocolate mocha which was fantastic. Aside from the drinks, the atmosphere is very cozy, with comfortably spaced seating, beautiful art on the walls, and great music. This would be a wonderful place to study.

Definitely the best coffee I drank in my visits to the US! It’s a small, charming place, beautifully decorated. And while you drink your coffee, take something to eat with it, excellent choice!

This is a great little, quiet coffee shop. I personally really like khaladi (sp?) bros coffee, it makes for an excellent latte. If you're in Valdez you should definitely check out this hidden gem.

This small coffee shop has gotten better over the years. It is now a comfortable place to sit and enjoy some good coffee and have a nice breakfast sandwich or muffin. Great to see small businesses succeed like this. I always try to stop by at least once during a trip to Valdez.

An amazing coffee experience! Very cute shop and decor. The baked treats looked so yummy. Husband had not one negative comment about the coffee (and he’s usually very picky). Kids enjoyed their hot chocolates. They were REALLY busy and still managed to get product out quickly and with a smile.

This is a great place to stop in for a good cup of coffee and baked goods. For the guest wanting heartier fare, they also offer a few savory breakfast sandwiches. Good WiFi and appealing Alaska lodge like furnishings make it one of the nicer spots to duck into in Valdez, which overall as a city is showing a good bit of aging otherwise.
