We ate very well in a very pleasant setting in the Lyon Bouchon area. The poultry fricassee is extraordinary... Everything was perfect until the bill or the waiter (a small one), was hoping for 50€, I would like to change jobs if each table pays 50€, he only got 10 and so didn't even say goodbye to us, Very disappointed.

This fantastic restaurant has been in business since 1994. Consistently great menu with authentic French dishes in a small and cozy setting. We enjoyed the delicious food and the outstanding service of the whole team.The place is rather small and fills up fast. Reservations are recommended, especially on a Friday evening.

Just simply amazing that Risotto mouth orgasm. Jackie had * PAVÉ DE SAUMON RÔTI - RATATOUILLE NIÇOISE, HUILE DE BASILIC MAISON Roasted salmon served with Niçoise ratatouille and homemade basil oil.

Le Bouchon - Cononut Grove My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Le Bouchon in Coconut Grove last night, celebrating Bastille Day in one of the our favorite French restaurant. As long-time patrons, visiting at least every two months for the past four years, we have always found ourselves enamored with the consistently delightful experience. The evening was very special with the addition of live music in honor of Bastille Day. The atmosphere was lively and the music was a charming touch that enhanced the ambiance, making the night feel celebratory and full of joy. When it comes to the food, Le Bouchon has always met our expectations, delivering authentic French flavors with each visit. However, this time there was a slight hiccup. I ordered the Chicken Fricasée, which, unfortunately, was overcooked and a bit burned at the bottom. It was an unusual miss for a place that typically nails every dish. Despite this minor setback, the rest of our meal was excellent, and the overall experience was still very enjoyable. And, I must highlight our waitress, who was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the evening. In conclusion, even with the overcooked Chicken Fricasée, our night at Le Bouchon was pleasant, filled with good music, delightful company, and attentive service. We continue to love this gem in Coconut Grove and look forward to many more evenings here.

Great spot here in the Grove. It can definitely get very busy and the space is small, but it is delicious food! I recommend calling to make a reservation if you can, as sometimes they cannot take walk-ins. Food is very, very good and great quality. Pricing is not too bad either! I will say that it did take a bit for the food to come out, but it is very busy. We had a lot of fun here and it’s definitely a new go-to spot for me!

What a great experience. Went on a busy Friday night, our resy was not booked properly but they honored our request and sat down right away. It’s a tight, loud spot but with the chef at the helm his staff just dances around the tables producing some of the richest dishes we’ve ever tasted. Must have is the chicken fricasse. It easily feeds two. However every plate was left cleared. Service is warm and there is no rush for us to leave. We appreciated that. $40 corkage. Infatuations review led us to try this charming establishment and we’re glad we did. Can’t wait to return.

Unfortunately both me and my husband were sick during the night after eating here. Staff was pleasant but chef was arrogant. We have lived many years in France so were happy to see this restaurant in the neighborhood but the excitment short lived.

Le Bouchon du Grove is a Miami staple. I've been here many times before through the years, and this restaurant never disappoints. Chef and owner Christian is always there to make recommendations and for those great daily specials. This time, he recommended that I try the Alligator Blanquette, and it was mind-blowing. The fettuccine was perfectly cooked, and the Blanquette sauce was light, which made this delicate, flavorful Alligator incredibly delicious. Attention to detail and service here is always on point. If you are in the area, definitely give this restaurant a try. You will be pleased. PS: Other great dishes from here to try are moules e frites, coq au vin if avaliable. Great restaurant .

A lovely and bustling French spot with charming retro interior design. We stopped by for brunch and found the food, especially the escargot that was rich and garlicky.

A great place to put the phones down and just have a beautiful dinner with real French chef cooking for you daily. Wow! Where do I begin, the service and food here was immaculate! Sofiane, Mad Max and Raoul went above and beyond for us. To their knowledge of dishes, great recommendations and celebrating my husband so well for his birthday, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was a group of 6 and each one of our dishes were so tasty, we were all extremely pleased. They are also open late at night, so that’s a plus. I would definitely Le Bouchon as a MUST visit restaurant when visiting Paris.

The place is quite nice and the food is very good. We ordered the filet mignon which was delicious, very soft and full of flavor. We also ordered scargot and they were very delicious.

This modern Coconut Grove institution offers hearty dishes of classic French food with a slight Lyon-inspired spin on some dishes. The complementary champagne is a nice touch to offset the prices of each dish. To boot, the cluttered decor is a cozy simulacrum of French restaurants. The onion soup and beef bourguignon with noodles were standouts.

I came here for a lunch, I was sat at a nice table close to the sidewalk, it was wonderful in that sense… I got a complimentary mimosa, which was a nice surprise …. and then the server took off and that’s where the experience took a dive. No menu was provided. 20 min later and after he had taken the order off the adjacent table that was sat after me, comes by and then provides me a menu. 15 min roll by, he finally takes my order… I order onion soup but asked for a little more time to make a selection on the entree. The onion soup makes it out by someone else, I’m about done before he comes to ask what I’d like to order, I order salmon dish and coffee. 20 min roll by, no coffee, but he made his way to adjacent table, took their coffee order and promptly brought it to them… while I never got it. Main entree finally arrives at 1:05. I tell my server to cancel my coffee order as it never made it out. Food was good. Service was absolutely lagged and terrible. First and last time here based on this experience.

Good French cuisine among the nearby Burgers, duck confit like at home and mussels with a surprising but nice parsley recipe, we had a great time. To do for compatriots wanting to rediscover the flavors of the old continent.

You can't get much more authentic than this! Le Bouchon du Grove lovingly serves French bistro cuisine in a charming, romantic setting. The menu contains everything you'd hope to find in a typical French restaurant. Portions were generous, and the food was delicious. There were so many dishes that we wanted to enjoy! We chose the escargots (great), the homemade foie gras terrine (really great!), as well as a huge bowl of very fresh mussles and fries. Mousse au chocolat for dessert? Of course! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Christian, who greeted us warmly. The staff was friendly, too. If you miss France, then Le Bouchon du Grove is an excellent alternative -- right in Coconut Grove. Merci!

Since 1994, in the heart of Coconut Grove, this restaurant is satisfying customers with traditional French specialties which make you feel in Lyon. Onion Soup, Escargots, Onion Tarte, Mules and Duck Confit are part of the selection served daily. Desserts: Tarte Tatin and Chocolate Mousse are a must. The quality is superb. The waitstaff aims to please. Highly recommended!

This is the third time that after 2 hours and consuming more than 500 dollars that we have been kicked out of the place, it is super rude that the owner throws away customers the way she does and even seeing that we are still consuming, I will definitely not return again

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience at Le Bouchon. Despite being a patron and spending more than $600 over the course of two hours at the table for my sons birthday, I was unexpectedly asked to leave to make room for patrons waiting, which was both unprofessional and disheartening. The incident tarnished what could have been an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Excellent French bistro faire with the Chef/Owner on site. Can't beat that. Plus (and it's a big plus) if he has the confidence to put steak tartare on his menu, you should have the confidence to eat it. It was perfect!

If you love authentic French cuisine, this is the best spot in Miami. The place is cozy and the staff is great. The chef will even come out and make sure you are enjoying the food. You will never go wrong with the Foie Gras. The Escargot was reliably great, but note that they bring it out of the shell. The beef tartar was fresh and mixed with a perfect combination of vegetables and herbs, including one of the best capers I have ever tried. The Crème Brûlée will be your safe bet to close a delicious evening. We have only been here once, but we are definitely coming again!

I have been there many times and always liked it very much. Unfortunately this time both the food and service were not good.

we made reservations over the phone a few hours prior but when we arrived it seemed like we weren’t in the logbook. however, we were sat down immediately. it’s a lot more compact and crowded than we thought. really good food and wine selection available. we got the duck confit and the beef fettucine pasta dish. my girlfriend insists i mention “the bread is good!!!”

People working there were very nice but the service just average and the food ordinary. The bread was excellent as was the butter. Snails were ordered and served cold. Not a good feeling in the mouth. Had to return them and they were returned extremely hot and bathing in a parsley butter sauce. Not impressive to look at nor was the taste. The duck was ordinary but the sauce was excellent and the fries were ok. The mousse was a disaster as was the English cream Will definitely not do a redo

Mediocre at best. Dining room is cramped with tables where it’s even difficult to walk without bumping into someone. Floor appeared to be so greasy that my shoes almost slide while walking. Food was nothing spectacular. Service was mediocre, we get there and they’ve asked us about five times in ten minutes if we were ready to order. Waiter was more like a lecturer than anything else. When they brought the card machine he purposely asked me to “choose a tip amount”…. I thought 15% was too much for the service we got but there were no other options beside 18, 20% etc. I asked for a doggy bag and I was admonished not to wait too long to eat the leftovers …… Otherwise they could go bad…. I was like WTH…. But sure enough, the following day I had to throw out the “salad” …. Which was only lettuce. Entree portions were small and overpriced. I could go on. But I won’t be back.

Nice French restaurant. We were given complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival which was very nice. Ordered the steak au poivre and a French onion soup and both were very good. We shared a créeme brûlée for dessert and was good though not the best I’ve had. Overall great experience. Prices were decent, service was amazing.

Love Le Bouchon! Upon arrival, they serve each person a complimentary glass of champagne, which is already worthy of a 5-star review. But, the food and atmosphere here are also absolutely incredible. We started with the onion soup and escargots, which were both incredibly delish and flavorful. For our entrees, I opted for the mussels with fries and my mans got the chicken fricasse with mushroom risotto. The portions are HUGE, so definitely keep that in mind when ordering. While I wasn't able to tackle all of the mussels, thankfully we were able to take the leftover mushroom risotto home. We ended the meal with their creme brûlée, which was also a generous portion. The service is so attentive and friendly and they don't skimp on the bread (which is a huge deal for me ). The dining area is a bit cramped, but thankfully we were sat in a more spacious area facing the open street (how French, right?!) Overall, a delightful experience!

Perfectly paced out between appetizer and entree. Everything so fresh and delicious and loved that the owner stopped by to say hello! Definitely recommend.

Beyond horrible service! We were forced to drink warm white wine even after we called the manager to take it back. She would not. The steaks came out of the kitchen cold and we had to beg for two pots of mussels instead of one large pot that would have had to be placed in the middle of the table for two people on opposite ends to share. The bathroom was out of order and our elderly disabled friend had to walk a distance to the only working restroom outside of the restaurant. The service was so miserable and the manager was so condescending I could never fathom returning to this establishment again.

Three meals at Le Bouchon du Grove and five stars each time. A wonderful tiny restaurant whose charm has not diminished since we first ate here way back in 2000. Just enjoyed a significant lunch with our whole family and loved the steak tartare as well as the chicken fricasse - which was delightfully served in a hot cast iron pot. The aroma of porcini mushroom wafted over the entire table. Go hungry and leave full and happy. A true taste of France in Coconut Grove.

As someone that’s lived in the grove for such a long time we had been dying to go here. This place was a total disappointment. Everything was just awful. I asked for fresh squeezed OJ and the waiter told us that it was Tropicana. The butter was frozen and SYSCO brand. You’d think a French cafe would offer great quality butter at least. We knew it was only going to go downhill from there. We ordered the mussels and fries, as soon as they hit the table I knew it was going to be bad because 80% of the mussels were unopened and the fries were from a frozen bag. The broth of the mussels had no salt, no white wine, just bland and so terrible. Now the jam at the table….it was smuckers brand… how difficult is it to buy a good jam or make some in house???? The waiter then let us know that they had no breakfast potatoes after 20min that we had ordered. The decor is so cute and the place has so much potential, what a shame. I had really high hopes. Hopefully they can start paying attention to these small yet big details that make the customer want to stay or come back.

First time visit and it brings us back to Europe! Authentic taste that’s for sure and Bordeaux Wine is just as good as when your in France! Beef Tartare, asparagus mouse is something I can recommend.

We were wandering about downtown Cocoa Beach, searching for a restaurant to try. We found about 40 or so, each offering a specialty of one type of another. We saw Le Bouchon, which was recommend to us by our VEBO host (who also recommended seven or eight others). The resto has an authentic Parisian bistro vibe. We had a table open to the sidewalk; more or less outdoors indoors. The service cold bot have been better. Attentive. Wanting to please. We ordered a bottle of wine; a tad on the pricey side, but restos have to rely on wine sales to keep the doors open. (OK. Beer and liquor sales, too.) We split an endive salad not knowing how large it might be. We each had half and we each could not finish. The full-size portion would likely require a pick-up truck to deliver. No complaints about that! I followed with a tuna steak accompanied by tomatoes. The tuna was great, but the tomatoes seemed to be the type grown to not be bothered by transportation; kind of hard and not much taste. My wife had the escargots and loved each one. Altogether, a delightful spot in a delightful spot.

Oui Oui! This place is fantastic. We’ve been coming since the ‘10s and have never been disappointed. Admittedly MIA has some great trendy places, but when you’re ready for a tried and true experience go to LeBouchon. It’s in a great location, staff is always great, usually French (adds to being at a FR restaurant), and the food is fantastic! Cozy, eclectic, authentic, and delicious; what else do you want?!

Simple but beautifully executed food. The Duck Confite was by far the BEST I've ever had. The potatoes were incredibly crisp yet creamy. The appetizer special was an onion tart with a salad over the top. It was to die for. Absolutely scrumptious. Wait staff were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was very reasonably priced. Wine menu was small, but well selected and paired appropriately with the menu. Portions were generous and as such, we were unable to partake in dessert, which I imagine would have been wonderful, too. Finally, I loved the atmosphere, which is designed like a small cafe or bistro in France. Next time I'm in Coconut Grove, I'll make a point to visit.
