Honest review. So this café is very personable, and the atmosphere is always incredible. The owner is incredibly sweet, and she always meets you with a smile on her face. I’ve ordered here over 5 times. I’ve had the quesadilla, cheeseburger, the jerk chicken sandwich, chocolate cake, banana pudding, and fries if I remember correctly. I would 100% recommend this place. Definitely get the cheeseburger with bacon added. The chocolate cake is pretty good too. I do intend on trying some other foods here soon, but all in all this is a great place. They tend to be rather quick. And they give a good portion size. Which I feel like is 100% important.

10/10 definitely recommend! Lovely! The wrap was so juicy and full. Not too full to where it’s falling apart. Seasoned just right. The crumbled blue cheese was definitely a nice touch to it. It won’t too much chicken or too much lettuce everything was balanced. The quesadilla was gooood too. If the jalapeños won’t in it, it would have been alittle bland to me. But it was still delicious. The season on the fries just right! Not too much or too little

This is my first experience, and I must say everything was top tier. I had the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The food is cooked to order, seasoned just right; the staff are super friendly (even early in the am!) The atmosphere is nice, smooth jazz in the morning is always a winner. I will be returning.

I stopped by here for a light lunch and enjoyed a very pleasant experience! The grilled chicken wrap was the next most popular wrap to the Buffalo I was told, and it had a really good flavor! The chips had a kettle cooked texture to them and were a perfect compliment to the meal. I wish I had time to eat there because the view--as you can tell from other reviews' photos--is spectacular from the Arboretum patio area.

Service was great everyone was very energetic and and engaging. My food was great and the desserts (cookies) were great as well. Plenty to choose from on the menu.

I liked Walt’s steak and cheese better, was more filling and cheaper. Ordered fries and the breaker flipped the fryers off(never got the fries), not a great first impression from the new owners

I stopped in this corporate building because I was charging my car outside and saw there was a cafe. I then met Walt, who told me all about his vegan burgers that took years to perfect. It sounded amazing, and it is! Walt is such a nice person who really takes pride in his food. Plus, there's an outdoor seating area by a pond with a fountain and geese. It may seem weird in a corporate building, but I highly recommend it!

If I could post this without a star I would have. I will never order from this establishment again. I had a horrible experience. The obese Caucasian male was extremely rude and disgusting towards me. He called me stupid and stated that’s why he hates people. He didn’t allow me to exit the establishment before me hearing him spew his hatred towards me while waiting for the elevator. All this because I asked to substitute vegetables on my salad for different vegetables when placing my online order. This man is a disgusting human being and does not need to be dealing with patrons who are there to support local business. I could’ve gotten a salad from anywhere and next time I will.

Stopped in with my daughter and had the club, BLT and pasta salad. The friendly manager was right, everything is great there! Highly recommend.

I’m picky about my scrambled eggs I like the scramble cheesy no white showing in them. The guy was very nice

Spoke with the chef about items on the menu, and some of the ingredients, so I could determine if there were things in the food that I did not prefer. I settled on Chicken Salad to replace the grilled chicken on the Grilled Chicken Salad. (Follow that?) I asked what the dressing options were and the first one he stated was a Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette. SOLD! This salad was fresh, Chicken Salad excellent, and mixing in the dressing, it hit every note I had hoped it would hit in my mouth. The Chef is a CHEF, not a 'cook', and this place exceeds the expectations. I also had a cup of Chorizo and Roasted Poblano Soup he has created, and it was excellent as well. A full-mouth experience as well. This spot is a formidible competitor to other nearby restaurants open for lunch.

Walt and Rob run a great place. Both are extremely friendly and Walt's food ensures to light up your tastebuds. Daily specials and clean environment also add to this places charm.

Used LeBox for our week long training series. Was SUPER impressed with the owners communication and promptness. Diners raved about the food. Will be using again!

I really like this lunch spot mostly because the staff is so nice. Everything is made to order, and while there are plenty of “staple” foods, there are also some well thought out options and specials. There are vegetarian options, and if you’re lucky they may even have an off menu house made veggie burger that is delicious. Nice outdoor seating by the “lake”, and there’s even an electric car charger at the office complex!

Our family was visiting the area and Le Box Lunch was across the street from our hotel. I’m so happy we googled local restaurants and supported a local business. The owner was extremely nice and hospitable. Everything is made from scratch and is absolutely delicious. If I lived in the area I’d be back on a regular basis. Not only is the food great and reasonably priced, but it was nice to chat with such a hard working and passionate small business owner. The restaurant is very clean as well.

I normally order from here once a week. I work in the complex, and you could not ask for a more convenient option. the food is always fresh and cooked to perfection! 10/10 would recommend any day of the week!

Just had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and mac n' cheese as a side and it was amazing. I think they are looking to do this as a special every Wednesday moving forward and if they do I will be there every Wednesday for it. Also just to add a side note I've worked in the same building for a few years now and Walt does a great job with everything on the menu. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the area. Great breakfast too!

We had a catered lunch for 120 staff. Rob was professional, on time, and very organized. The food was delicious and filling. We will definitely use them again.

Today I had the most delicious chicken Caesar salad wrap with croutons! It was very light and bursting with flavor. The environment was pleasant as well! This was my first visit, and I will be retuning soon.

Even though I am an employee at Le Box Lunch, I believe in what we are trying to do as a company, and that is to provide the freshest, tastiest food possible at a reasonable price... Come by and check us out!!!! Rob and I strive every single day to create a memorable experience in our little corner of Richmond... We are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 2 pm... Breakfast is served from 7 to 11 and lunch can be ordered anytime

Got the Cuban sandwich, and later got a cookie before I left. Cuban was great with the pulled pork. Chocolate chip cookie was worth the dollar. Dude working there was the only one and let us know he was short staffed. He still was banging out ourders left and right. A colleague gave me his carrot cake because he decided not to eat it and boy was that tasty. Will absolutely come back when I'm in the area again.

Absolutely stellar food, delivery and presentation. This is a really class act! They catered our employee training seminar and each little boxed lunch had a personalized gold seal with the employees names & contents on it. Very impressive!!!! The food was absolutely out of this world and we will definitely use them again!!!

Had a grilled chicken wrap on wheat spinach while my Leaf charged. Absolutely delicious and priced in reason ($6). I will definitely visit again, whenever I charge here between 10 and 2 weekdays.

Open 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM M-F only. Le Box Lunch is a good "old fashioned" lunch counter that provides simple yet tasty food at good prices. They have a salad bar, often have a Nacho Bar in the summer and Soup in the cooler months. Sandwiches, wraps, burger and fried, or chicken tenders. Fresh sides include their signature bow tie pasta salad <YUM!> as well as potato salad. They have specials each day that change up. During Tuesday Tunes at lunch time in May and September they run the BBQ outside and cook burgers and dogs while the live band plays. If you work in any of the Arboretum buildings or across the street at the TV station or are at the extended stay hotel, it is a quick walk over and definitely worth it!
