The food is to die for and it’s a lovely place to go if you’re on a date or NOT dining alone. Great place to go for a romantic (or not) meal for two. Ambience is lovely. Owners are FANTABULOUS. Food is ultimate fresh and OUT OF THIS WORLD. Cannot wait to be blessed to go back for more! Thank you ladies :0)

Last night our Friday night dining group found a hidden gem in Wilton Manors called Le Patio 2401 NE 11 Avenue. It serves European food & it's very "cozy" only seating about 30-35 people. Since it's off season get there by 5:30 or eat somewhere else. We had a party of 6 and arrived at 5:25 & sat immediately. For starters we ordered French Onion Soup, Escargots de Bourgogne, Tomatoes a la Provencal (my favorite topped with French herbs, garlic, bread crumbs & olive oil), we shared a Veros Garden Salad & Artichoke Bottoms. Entrees were amazing. Shrimp & Crab Ravioli, All Lobster Ravioli (my fav), Chicken Richelle, Shepherds Pie, Diver Sea Scallops w/Lentils & Bacon. The owner, server & chef made the best recommendations & all the food arrived hot (some very hot) & not a single complaint as we dined and enjoyed ourselves for over 2 hours. FYI remember to feed the electronic meter as one of our guests got a $25 parking ticket (ughh). In season make a reservation. 5 star dining to say the least and we'll be back. This one has a special place on Larry's List.

To think an authentic, wonderfully friendly and incredibly charming French bistro is hiding in this neighborhood makes me smile. While not on the main drag, it's just far enough down the road on 11th Ave to be a quiet haven with truly incredible food. Not fussy or unapproachable, the menu has some classic country French favorites (escargot, duck liver mousse) mixed in with Southern Italian influence (heavier pastas, lasagne). Solid wine list. Very nicely priced. For us, the escargot, broiled tomatoes a provencal and chicken richelle were literally just perfect. This was exactly the kind of food I was used to eating when living in Paris. The owner/chef is kind, funny and a integral part of the process, which I love to see. She also loves Absolutely Fabulous, so she's aces in my book. GO EAT HERE NOW.

This is a charming place. The food was excellent. However, one person waits on tables, cooks and takes care of check out. It's daunting. Perhaps a two person team will be conducive to a calmer ambience.

I had dinner this week, with my brother, at le Patio. Everything from the food, service and atmosphere were all compliments of owner: Veryl. She was the singular person working the restaurant. From cooking everything to serving it all. Her warmth and inviting manner is liken to no other. Please don’t miss this tiny gem. I plan on becoming a regular. Oh yeah, the food was beyond amazing!

We were very impressed with the little place. You should make reservations though. There is a few parking spots available.

Sitting on the cute Patio was pleasant. The food was poor although I know they try their best but it is not really food that's cooked on the premises more heated up bits and pieces with no real flavours or authenticity. Sorry but not a place I will revisit or recommend

Delicious food and great atmosphere. I would suggest a good lounge music instead of a radio music, then the atmosphere would become amazing.

Had dinner here recently and cannot stress enough how worth the wait the food is. The owner runs the whole show - answering the phone, taking orders, cooking, everything. Even the atmosphere is very homey, you feel like you're in her house and she's cooking just for you. She's an incredible host and an outstanding chef; we loved our meals here. Be sure to order the French onion soup!

Great tiniest cutest place. the food superb 5 STAR for the cutest. We tried asparagus in cheese sauce, onion soup, Macaroni and their cheese, beef wellington and feta fingers. Ambiance was charming. Definitely will return.

I have been wanting to try this place, but won't be back. Went in around 1 pm for lunch and the place was empty. We ordered escargot to share, my friend had a salad and I had the French Onion soup. She brings out the soup and salad and disappears. Had to interrupt her on the phone to just finally get salt and pepper. We had finished to soup and salad and assumed she just forgot the escargot because it was 45 minutes since we ordered. Then my friend asked for the check. Then she got very rude and said the escargot needed time to cook. Very unfriendly, needed to track her down for everything, and took way too long for a simple lunch.

It was a 1 woman show with 1 helper and every table was full. I was fascinated on how chill she was doing all the prepping and cooking. The food took a while, obviously and it wasn’t what we expected. The apps and soup we got were great but, we all were underwhelmed by our main courses.

We found this place by luck, what a wonderful , Little restaurant with great ambiance and food. When we go out to dinner we are never in a rush, nor anyone should be. This is a one person service. It took almost an hour to get the drinks only. The food is normal, nothing special, I wouldn't go back there to be honest. The place is pretty, and the wine selection is amazing.

How is this a one woman show? She had our table and two others. Yet, the food was prepared fresh, fantastic portions, and really really good. Even though she was jumping from French (onion soup) to Italian (lasagna and ravioli) everything was first rate. We never felt neglected and our water & wine were always topped up. Given that there is only one person, you won't get ASAP "Denny's" style service. But, what you lose in speed, you more than make up for in charm, atmosphere, and attention to detail.

Big things truly do come in small packages! This tiny unassuming little restaurant is by far the best dining experience I’ve had in years. If you are ever anywhere near Le Patio, do yourself a favor and go.

I wanted to visit here in March but missed it, but now in October I made it and I'm so glad I did. She (the owner) is a one lady operation, literally, so please be patient. Food is beyond wonderful and the place has a great ambiance. My friend and I had dinner here tonight and it was an 'experience', not just food brought to my table. She is a blessing.

Didn’t expect to find one of my favorite restaurants ever in Fort Lauderdale. It’s like stepping into another realm where I have a French mother. Everything about the place, the ambiance, the music and the FOOD is amazing. The owner and chef is a one person team. She’s literally the only person working! This is a little hidden gem. Vera takes great care of us every time. Highlights are the French Onion Soup, Broiled Tomatoes, and Shrimp Cocktail.

Still an awesome place. I was at their orginal place on East Oakland Park so many years ago. This was a 2 store front resturant, very large and big kitchen. They moved to a small place in Wilton Manors and still are consistently serving great food! Yes, there are some different items on the menu but the ones they kept are still on point! Now Vera works out of a 12 foot by 8 foot kitchen, how she does it is amazing yet, still keep the standard up, awesome! Is this a place to come in eat fast and run, not happening, it is to come to relax, enjoy friends and great food. So come and enjoy.

I don’t usually write reviews unless an experience is extremely bad or extremely good but I felt should write about this one because many people said it was the best restaurant they’ve been to in South Florida but I didn’t think it was anything to write home about. The artichoke bottoms were good, as was the french onion soup, but frankly, none of it was anything special. Shepherd’s pie (their bestseller) needed salt and the bacon that wrapped the tiny scallops tasted like your average store-bought bacon. The atmosphere is cute but keep in mind there is no AC and little lighting because you must sit outside as there are only two 2-person tables inside. Again, nothing particularly bad to say about this place but it didn’t feel like gourmet, authentic French cuisine- just average french-ish. No coffee available with dessert because they don’t have a coffee machine, we didn’t drink any alcoholic beverages so can’t speak of the wine. Service was good and the owner/server was nice, clean bathroom and tables, and everything just nothing really special. For context- nothing special in comparison to other French cuisine I’ve had in South Florida, Spain, France, or Italy

No joke, tiny. But not lacking by any means. Entering, you walk by the home-styled kitchen, small dining room out to the patio. Tinted dim and green, the French setting is really homey and intimate. Our host this evening was the does-it-all owner, who was funny and kind. She made suggestions, prepared our food, and top off the wine. Completely delightful find!

What a fantastic gem. Completely reminds me of some of the best places I've been in France. Those tiny restaurant has a truly amazing atmosphere. With just a few tables inside and a bit more on the amazing patio, it is like eating in someone's home. The chef/owner/server was great. We spent 2 hours having lunch. We had the cheese course, escargot, tomatoes and lasagna, followed by a nice dessert. The wine we had with the meal was great. For was amazing and patiently served with no rush. I can't wait to come back on our next visit. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a true French restaurant experience.

It's a cut eclectic space, with lots of appeal. To be fair, the night that I went there was only one person handling all of the duties, hostess, wait staff and cook and was doing an amazing job. Very cute place with an intimate setting and an old European charm. The outside patio is cozy and inviting with great lighting details. The escargot is quite divine, and the garlic butter smell will entrance you. The scallops were beautifully prepared with a nice crust and a bit of salt to compliment the lentils. This was my first authentic French cuisine and it was fantastic! The cook/waitress was very personable. My bud had the French onion soup which I'm not usually a fan of. We both thought each other's dish was better. The lady was working solo that night and warned us there would be a wait. She had one table left and offered it to us and said it could be 20 minutes before she even sees us. We were thankful and accepted because it's so hard to get into this place without a reservation. This restaurant is an insult to France and French cuisine. The executive chef is Le Microwave. This had to be some sort of joke. The almonds were rancid, food microwaved, I could have had a better meal at Applebees. This experience ruined a lovely night out for us. Excellent little place. Reservations are must on a Saturday. We tried the Artichoke bottoms, escargot, mini beef wellington and bacon blue salad for appetizers.
