First place I've come across that doesn't have sealed coffee bags. Two more bags in freezer. I guess we'll find out if that was a one off or not.

The patio is disgusting there's garage everywhere could use a good sweeping... I would of sat longer if it was cleaner.

Great little local spot with great selections of coffee flavors! My only issue is the warmth the coffee is served at. First visit, durning my vacation, was early afternoon and the coffee was barely warm and this is before creamer was added. So I thought that maybe because I came kind of late this could have been the reasons why being the coffee may have sat for a while and had time to cool off. So then decided to stop in much earlier the next day hoping for a hotter cup. This wasn’t the case. No matter the time or day I decided to go the coffee was barely Luke warm and this is all before the cream is added in which cools the coffee more. I feel as if I would only have a short few minutes of drinking before it was cold so felt rushed to drink something I like to take my time with. Other than this issue this place is great and it didn’t prevent me from buying a lot of bags of coffee to take back home to FL. Flavors are great, the atmosphere is great, the staff is super friendly and fast to serve customers, but the coffee is in fact barely Luke warm.

Delicious food and coffee options—easily one of my favorite coffee spots. We were also able to bring our pup as they have an outdoor patio!

Food and drink are good and the counter girl was friendly but their ordering system is terrible. You have to bounce back and forth between the food counter and register just to place an order. No good place to wait for your drink so you are just claustrophobic the entire time. After waiting 20min for a small iced coffee I finally gave up and left and went to Dunkin. If you just want to pop in for a quick coffee or something, avoid Leaf & Bean.

Kate sierra morgan and emma were AMAZING !!!!! I went in to grab a coffee 7/26/24 and I received some of the best service ever !!!!!!! I went in to get a coffee, my moms blood sugar was running low so before i even ordered i asked the girls “do you sell apples or oranges etc my moms blood sugar is running low” and they immediately scrambled around grabbing me a tiny cup of manderins and then asked if i wanted more, another girl said “here take a cookie what type of cookie would she like” they were all BEYOND helpful, my mom had her snack and felt better and i wanna give a shout out to those four girls at leaf and bean !! They deserve a raise !!

Their cappuccino italiano is comparable to what I ordered at a café along the St. Lawrence River in Québec City.

Become a favorite coffee spot for when im in area, highly reccomend

Drinks are amazing, and food is good, but does lack in some departments. New kitchen remodel does look nice and adds to the atmosphere.

I've always loved this place but decided to leave a review. Me and my partner got these Rio Grande sandwiches and I added onion to mine. My partner is highly allergic so something literally so small like this really matters and shows the thoughtfulness of the staff. Doesn't hurt that the food and drink is amazing

Excellent in every possible way! The food is excellent every time, in both quality and consistency. Salads, breakfast sandwiches, soups and wraps—all made from fresh and high quality ingredients! Even the simplest menu item is sure to please! The Lobster Bisque is especially out of this world and hard to beat. I tour all over Rochester as a private food critique and have yet to find a better one. You have to be early and you have to be quick because this soup gold can only be snatched—on Fridays! ( Come on L&B give the people more LB! ) The service at Leaf & Bean is always friendly and expedited well. Leaf & Bean is clean, organized and well maintained. The owner frequents the store and I have seen him play many rolls to keep this cafe’ thriving. The atmosphere is happening at mealtime yet completely inspiring for this local author’s out of house writing time. It’s a great spot (indoors or out) to knock out a few hours of editing, personal business or in-person mentoring. I love my in house Double Cappuccino Italiano, and my husband can’t rave enough of their Cronuts! Their packaged cookie provider, “Jacks Sweet Shack,” whom bakes from a local kitchen, is a delicious addition that allows this town to support yet another local entrepreneur. Leaf & Bean Coffee Co. is Chili New York’s secret gem, make the stop!

Nothing even close the this level of Cafe anywhere near this part of town....

The sweets here, wow. They're fantastic. The espresso bar is always great, and we frequently take home bags of their regular beans for our own coffee maker. I haven't tried the menu options.

Great food, great desserts, nice atmosphere. Always love their specialty drinks. I don't like their mocha though, it just tastes super sweet and not at all like mocha, so I wouldn't recommend that.

Ww are regulars at Leaf & Bean. They even creat an eat & veggie mixture just for me that isn't on the menu! Go good and very inviting to eat there. Donna

Leaf and bean is a fantastic cafe. They're always well staffed, and the staff are polite and kind. Shout-out to the baristas for always double checking what milk I want, because I forget to ask for oat milk nearly every time.

The best coffee on the planet. Order beans on line. Totally worth it.

Very highly recommend the black tea lemonade if you're a fan of Arizona's Arnold Palmer; it's a somehow better version! Staff and owners were exceptional to deal with this past weekend, great attitudes and great service. The place was bustling during my visits, but running pretty efficiently and getting people in and out quick. The blueberry muffin is also great. Even in cooler weather, the front of the patio was a great place to sit and I could watch the whole town come in and out. Other great businesses all around too!

Nice ambience, friendly, has character

Ordering was different as there was one line for food and one for drinks. I got the sandwich/salad combo and both were very good. The specialty drink I had was too sweet but there are plenty of options

Stopped coming after a bad experience couple months ago. And things are back to normal with the good food and service.

Very cute place with amazing food and excellent service. Order food at the second counter that is deeper into the cafe and they will write up your ticket to be taken to the first counter where you can add drinks or dessert and pay. They will give you a number to place on your table and will bring you your food. Everything I tried was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice.

Delicious food! Great, little cozy cafe, often busy and have to do takeout. I hope they can get into a little bit larger place to accommodate their growing clientele.

Super cute and cozy coffee shop. Ordered a Honey Oat Latte and it was delicious. They also have tons of baked goods; including several gluten-free options. They also serve food like breakfast sandwiches, wraps, soup & salads, and paninis. I'm a Starbucks girl, but if I lived closer to Leaf & Bean - this would be my new go-to!

I had a chicken Caesar on a spinach wrap that came with dill pickle chips and a lovely sauce I'm not sure what it was but it was delicious with a caramel latte 16 and some change it was excellent Will definitely be returning

The coffee here is so delicious. Employees are all friendly. Does get busy but definitely worth standing in line for a few minutes. Sandwiches are very good here as well. Definitely would recommend coming here especially if you love coffee.

Great place to hang out with friends, get work done, or hide away with a good book. Their food is amazing (the westside is my favorite) and their drinks are diverse and delicious.

Lovely cafe! Their food & drinks are amazing! We called ahead and placed a very large order for my team at work for lunch today. They were very friendly, and accommodating. When I arrived, they double checked that we had everything (they got the whole order correct) and they even helped me out to my car! Great shop, great folks, great service and great food/drinks!!

I came here and met a friend for lunch to catch up. The atmosphere was amazing. Nice area to sit and eat in the front and the back. I don’t even drink coffee but they definitely had other options for me to choose from. I got a frozen drink and turkey panini it was delicious. I will definitely be returning once the weather breaks to enjoy the outside patio.

Coffee is good. Food is good. The seating is good, and the patio is nice as well when the weather allows it. Would recommend the Thai Iced Coffee if they're offering it and you want a real kick.

Great little, local coffee shop. This was our first time here, and we both got drinks and food. To a newbie, the setup was very confusing. When you first enter, the drink counter is right in front of you. We waited in line to figure out that, to order food, we would have to go to a counter further in the back, order, get a ticket, and then go back to the drink counter to pay for it. Some signage would help first-timers figure out the flow. The paninis were great, but I could have done without the overly salty, bag chips. Seemed a touch expensive for what was received. Drinks were top-notch, though. Overall, a very solid place for a coffee and lunch. We will be returning.

Very cozy and economic, their coffees are amazing as well as their sweets and breakfast, you get to enjoy it either on the tables or walking/driving to work. Overall a wonderful place.

Great local spot with good prepared coffee shop drinks and sandwiches/wraps. They also sell great coffee beans for brewing at home. Simultaneously a hipster place and the local motorcyclist hang, which is great.

Great food, but a little confusing with paying and ordering. Sandwiches are ordered in a separate line further than the drink line. Once you get the order slip, you pay in the drinks line and the staff will bring the food to your seat. If you're just grabbing a pastry or drink, then just the drink line will suffice. Was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, seems to be a popular spot!

Food is good but service is very lacking. Went in and stood in a long line to order. The cashier skipped me twice to help other people. Was then told I had to order food at a different counter which is not clearly marked at all. Went to order food just to be given a ticket to bring back to the other counter, wait in line again, for them to just type in what I ordered at the other counter. It was a single sandwich and would have taken them zero time to just take my order the first time I waited in line. An absurd experience to say the least.

I've been going here for over 10 years and it has great music, good prices, good food, and a good staff. Good place to do some work or talk with some friends, the only problem is that it's grown so popular that too many people around can be a nuisance at times.

This is my favorite cafe of all time!

First time here and loved it. It's not just for coffee and tea. Four of us had wraps and paninis and ate on their outdoor patio. The staff was super friendly with taking our order and bringing us our food. If I wasn't so full I would have taken home some carrot cake, muffins or macarons. Everything looked so good. Next time.

I ordered one of their seasonal fall drinks and was very impressed. The cafe is very nice and well taken care of inside and out. The outdoor area was lovely too!! I highly recommend the Frozen Pumpkin Pie Chia Latte!

I was in town for 4 days and started my afternoon with iced coffee and also ended my afternoon with iced coffee Really great muffins and delicious scones! I asked for lavender and vanilla along with oat milk and they were very accommodating!

Cute and cozy coffee cafe. Welcomed by a delicious looking baked goods display and coffee aromas. Also have a food menu with breakfast and lunch items. I side and outdoor seating available. Enjoyed our coffees and breakfast sandwiches.

Pleasant staff with great recommendations. My breakfast sandwich was quick and hot off the press very good! The coffee was great too not burnt at all and I grabbed a bag to go as well. Cozy inside and spacious seating outside too!

I will say the food is delicious HOWEVER there is a young man that was working today when I ordered 5 sparkling lemonades. He was rude, extremely rude. It seemed to be a difficult task to tell me the sizes, did not help when I attempted to to pay. He stormed off into the back to to get the ingredients. He said that it was an inconvenience to make 5 drinks and should have ordered ahead. Every time when ordering ahead, I am told to not order drinks and order drinks when picking up the food. He then slammed the drinks on the counter. Who hires and then allows a human like this to talk to customers? He needs to be held accountable for his rude actions. The managers did not apologize and instead defended the rude behavior. I was refunded and left the drinks on the counter.

The owner, Bill, has treated his employees unfairly and unprofessionally. I have witnessed him cursing out his employees loudly while people were in the store and being extremely unapologetic. This behavior seems unacceptable when you are the owner of this business and everyone else in charge of the business is family as well, meaning any and all behavior goes dismissed or overlooked. As a former customer, I can easily say I will not be returning as long as he is there. Considering how he treats his employees, and seeing this interaction, I do not want any part of the environment he has created. My heart goes out to those that are left silent in fear of losing their jobs; hopefully any inappropriate behavior will not be dismissed going further and the customers/employees will be more comfortable there

Had food catered from this establishment and the food was amazing. The problem was that we found hair in the cookies, salad, and in the wraps. It was multiple hairs throughout all of our catered food. Would not recommend coming here!

Love the lattes and tea selection. Great assortment of desserts! Cozy atmosphere. I do wish they asked for names and called them out/wrote them on the cup to make the pick-up process a little smoother. I’ve called ahead to order drinks multiple times and the past 2 times that I’ve gone to pick them up they hadn’t even started making them which was a little frustrating. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling ahead.

If having food, order at counter under "GRILL" first, then get in line to order your beverage, pay for beverage and food. I had a French Toast bagel with cream cheese and a side salad size of the Mixed greens, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, sesame seeds and poppy seed dressing. [I forgot the name of the salad]. Also had a hot Rasberry Chai, yummy!! I will be returning when I visit my daughter's family.

Just another yuppie/millenial/gen xyz coffee shop. Save your mo wy and go to dunkin unless you drive an emblem (audi,mercedes,bmw,Lexus, etc) and are all about keeping up with the jones
