Great food. Its my second time and ordered the same bread pakoda and tea like last time. Tastes like back home. Very humble ladies working hard in Bakersfield summer. Its my go to place now. Will try other sabjia and food next time. Good job

Royal taste of India is one of the best food trucks that I have seen the food there is very delicious and it feels like I'm back in India , usually my favourite is veg wrap 🌯, bread , burger 🍔 and etc the food is very good 💯

If you are looking for some amazing Punjabi food make sure to stop here. Aloo paratha, dal makhani and lassi was amazing. Felt like eating at a dhaba in punjab

Ate at sunset, nice benches behind food truck. Ordered soya chaap, was really tasty and flavorful. Good price too, no complaints

Had our lunch at this place and loved it. We had alu paratha, tawa roti, sarson ka saag, karhai chicken, butter chicken, zeera rice & sweet Lassi. Everything tasted the way it should be, like home. A tad on the spicier side which can be balanced by their Lassi. They have small seating areas under fruit trees which added a nice flavor to the experience, like a real dhaba. We will surely visit again while on this route.

Wow! I have to concur with another reviewer. They are serving food from the fridge that they merely warm up. I ordered the Chicken Karahi and they combined it with the rice. The curry was wet at the bottom bc it came from the freezer or fridge and was just heated. I've never seen that before from any Indian cuisine establishment. They need to be shut down!

Had a delicious vegetarian biriyani for $15. The portion was easily enough for two people to have a full dinner. I'll try to remember to come back the next time I pass.

They claim fresh food but serve old food. Only one dish is fresh every day made at home!!?? (does Health Dept. know this?) according to the owner. One should pay for the fresh food if charged full price. I would stay away from this food truck. I can’t find Zero or negative stars for them ; they deserve minus stars for serving old food.

Awesome Place and the food tastes really good, just like home made food.. prices were reasonable. Very polite chef and the aunty who served.. highly recommend this place.. some outdoor seating like Dhaba style may be something they can think of to give a much more authentic Dhaba experience..

Butter chicken with 2 crispy roti is my favorite with a cup of chai tea . Good food, when i am on i-5 i have to stop here. I recommend to try them out you won’t regret it.

Decided to stop here and try the indian Quisine. Was skeptical at first but man did they win me over ! This place slaps and the food is fresh too. Enjoyed every bite. Will be coming here again when I'm in the area! I had the creamy butter chicken with some roti loved it!

Amazing rotis and Curries!! They have a food truck outside of Chevron gas station and it's pretty convenient for gas and the best part is the tasty food. Try the rotis!

Excellent food- was delicious and very flavorful. Authentic Punjabi homemade flavors and taste. The people were very nice. Would highly recommend taking the exit off of the freeway to enjoy this food! We took the food to go and enjoyed at a rest area.

They cook one of the best Authentic punjabi Food in California. I tried their Aloo Paratha, Bread pakora and samosa. Aloo Paratha with raita, Butter and pickle is a delicious Meal. Samosa is ok but Bread Pakora is Yummy they made fresh on order so it takes some time. Tea is also refreshing. Best Aloo Paratha❤️

Excellent food and great service. Aalo paratha along with raita and achar will take you back home to your grandmother’s cooking. All other items like rice, fish curry is fantastic. Tea is precisely what you wish for when you are on a long drive

Absolutely delicious Indian food in an unassuming place. Ordered pani puri, roti & butter chicken, which was a pretty big portion for a reasonable price. It’s still by a gas station and the seating area is pretty barebones but that won’t matter when you’re enjoying your meal ;)
