Great food! Love the fried rice with Bourbon Chicken and Mongolian Chicken!

1 star, just because cash register lady threw my change to the floor after payment. Lady shouldn't go in if she can't handle simple customer service 😒. Great food! Service means a LOT! LEARN MANNERS.

Witnessed blatant discrimination from the server Kristi on July 6th, 2024 at around 6:30 PM. Walked up to the counter to order some food. There was a woman with her 3 kids ordering food. The other server was very attentive and courteous, doing her best to help the woman. Then all of a sudden, Kristi walked up from the back, and asked if I was helped. I stated, I was waiting my turn, since the woman was there first, ordering her food. She directed the woman ordering food in a very hostile manner, to leave her place in line, and let me jump in ahead of her. I was very confused and dumbfounded by this, since the woman was there first, halfway through ordering her food already. It was very disheartening too see the woman distressed and rightfully offended by this, walking away disgusted by Kristi's behavior.

Fantastic Bourbon Chicken, Mongolian Chicken, and green beans. Highly recommend! Go eat there.

We had the worse customer service experience on March 26 , 2024 at the West Acres Mall Fargo, ND, USA. We were visiting from Canada. I gave it 1 star for the rude Asian lady server/ food attendant/cashier, her attitude was disgusting! Even our 13, 12 and 10 years old kids could not stopped talking about her nasty Attitude toward us. We the Adults had to tell her that her customer service was nasty. We ordered food for our kids because, they wanted to eat Asian food. My sister and I had to go somewhere else to order our food because of her behaviour.

Customer service was very poor. The lady was quite rude. Then went to sit down and eat and find a whole bug on my plate. Absolutely disgusting. Went to get a refund and the employees acted like it wasn’t a big deal, brushed it off and everything is served as usual. No thanks.

I usually get the Mongolian chicken. Since COVID and the shrink flation I need to add a side to the meal. The food has always been good and consistent in flavor and texture. I do recommend LeAnn Chin's

This place used to be better. Chicken pieces in my orange chicken were sooo small that I could even see any real chicken in there. Food tasted horrible and oily.

Delicious mall food,served fast & fresh.Really enjoyed the Bourban Chicken. The only downside was the crabby,rude ladies who served up our food. They were impatient & acted quite bored with all of us. I asked a question & the lady actually rolled her eyes! Wow! Management really needs to "school" thier employees on how to serve tthe public. Even though the food was delicious,I would think twice about going back. Too many places that treat you nicely,to put up with abuse at Leeann Chins.

This location does not have Peking Chicken or even Sesame Chicken on the menu. These are staples at every single other Leann Chinn location I've ever been to. What kind of Chinese restaurant doesn't even have sesame chicken??? You really need to add these items to your menu.

Agree with other user. Menu needs more spicy options. Peking chicken or at least sesame chicken. Egg rolls are good though.

Staff is incredibly rude!!! Watched as Kristi talked down to every person in line. I made the mistake of asking a question about my order and was told "I know what I'm doing" with an eye roll and a sigh. Then told her I needed to order a drink and was told "I know that but what do you want in it?" With her hand on her hip. I definitely did not need the attitude, and there are plenty of other places to choose to eat in the mall. Not even the quality of the food will ever make me return. Please send Kristi in for some customer service training because I fear you will continue to lose customers when you treat them like they are below you.

Staff is very stuck up. Not helpful or understanding. Very rude host in the Fargo mall, Host’s name was Kristi. Food wasn’t bad though

Food tasted very bland. The orange chicken flavor was barely there. Most my chicken was tiny bits and a very mushy rice.

Best orange chicken in town. A manager of higher ups waited on me. He was excellent. So friendly I was very impressed with this man. Dont know his name but he was very good!! He had to be like a regional manager and very nice looking.

Im not normally the review person, especially bad reviews.. but I found black mold on my white rice and a hair on my chicken.. in the same day. I told the worker and she continued serving. Didn't change out the rice. Gross and terrifying. I normally love going there. It's cheap and normally tasty.

Service was good. I tried their beef and broccoli, grilled chicken, and Mongolian chicken. The food was served hot. I found the Mongolian chicken extremely sweet as if I'm eating pure honey. Additionally, the Mongolian chicken was put on top of the noodles which made the whole meal extremely sweet and tasts like Mongolian chicken. Thank you!

Usually always a great choice for dining, fast, free samples to try b4 you buy, great flavor on almost everything, and appropriate sized portions for the price paid for each different plate combo choice offered. Only PROBLEM WAS THIS TIME I FOUND-MIDWAY THRU MY MEAL, AS I WAS EATING ONE BITE I FOUND SOMETHING UNEXPECTED AND HORRIFYING TO ME WHICH RUINED WHOLE MEAL... I FOUND TWO HAIRS, ONE WHILST EATING ONE BITE, AND THE other HAIR I FOUND AFTER HAVING EXPERIENCED FINDING FIRST HAIR IN MY MOUTH, I INSPECTED PLATE FURTHER AND FOUND THE OTHER SECOND SMALLER HAIR ON SIDE OF THE OTHER PART OF MY PLATE YET TO BE EATEN FROM... GROSSED ME OUT HORRIBLY, AND ONCE BROUGHT TO STORES ATTENTION DURING MY COMPLAINT, THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO EVEN APPROPRIATELY HANDLE OR CORRECTLY ADDRESS ISSUE LIKE PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO... SAD SITUATION ALL AROUND, BECAUSE I USUALLY LIVE TO EAT THERE...SAD DAY, SAD SCENARIO, WITH SAD SERVICE TO BOOT...

Just amazing! Great customer service

This is a great little restaurant. They have a staff always friendly and great with kids. The food is hot sometimes very hot lol. Servings are big so you won’t leave hungry. Keep up the great job. We will be back.

Love the place just upset you can’t buy there product in pints or quarts sized containers! Being the only one up here in the north you would think we could. Atleast was told that when called there. Would be 5 stars if they did.

Nice workers who get you the food quickly, and the prices are reasonable. The food itself is always great, and surprisingly filling, and this is the only place we ever end up eating at when at the mall. Will definitely be going back.

It's mall food, and slightly expensive for 2 people around $20. It's good to carry you over tot he next meal time but you'll forget you ever ate it until nature calls
