The food is excellent! The staff and communication is very BAD! I had a female rolling her eyes, letting out sighs and she still did not understand my request. It’s not complicated. I feel like that specially authentic food businesses should offer me an interpreter like we supply in the medical field, so we can make sure our communication is correct. I have placed the same order 4 times now in the last week. Each dinner is 20.00. I have spent enough money to have been given some patience!

In person order, two taquitos meal. Each meal comes with three taquitos . Asked for 6 extra taquitos and extra rice. The girl who was taking order gave a smirk look and she spoke no English. Over and over telling her two taquito meals. Side order of rice and no Sour cream, no salsa, no chips. Over and over. I was given the order and it was 4 meals and sour cream and salsa and chips. Asked to speak to a owner or manager and no one speak English there? The cook did, ask him can someone help with this huge mixup order. He says no they all on break. The total of order was over 50.00 They charge extra for a little salsa and I was so upset. I just got off work and so hungry. I have ordered there always and no problem they know what I ask for and it is always correct. I called order in but the phone vm says the mail box is full. What kind of business you are running when you have no one available who speaks our language of ENGLISH. You come in our town open up a food business but yet no speak English and you charge over 50.00 and the order is not what you asked for . You go home and you have sour cream on your food. Some people are allergic to certain things. No owner around. Staff on break and can not get off their butt ro help a customer. Poor customer service and poor language barrier. My last time I will ever go there. 50.00 dollars . You take our revenue out of our town by your poor business service. Someone needs to have a phone as well to answer calls of people who want to order and pick up. Sadly, my sister said she would go take it all back. I had to wash the sour cream off the food. I honestly would like someone to do something about this. BBB I WILL REPORT THIS.

We stopped by after a trip to Hanging Rock. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the food. They serve authentic Mexican at a great price. The restaurant is clean and bright, and the service was fast. Highly recommended.

We just tried this wonderful place for the first time tonight. The food was absolutely AMAZING! I ordered the fajita Quesadilla Texana and it is the best thing I’ve ate in a very long time. First time I finished my entire Mexican plate in one sitting! Definitely worth a try. Portions are big as well. For 2 of us both huge plates was 28 dollars, which is honestly great compared to the ones I’ve been to recently!

This restaurant is my favourite in the area. They offer a large variety of Mexican dishes, and sides. Everything is super fresh and the staff take extra care to ensure quality. Great beverages are also available, and range from ice cold beer, to top shelf margaritas! I highly recommend Linda Vista - Great Food... Good Times!

The food here was pretty good. Service was excellent and the atmosphere seemed nicer than you'd expect for such a small establishment. I appreciate that they have a selection of vegetarian dishes and are open to making them without dairy. The rice reminded me of another Mexican restaurant I used to frequent. Very authentic and tasty!

Stopped here while coming back from hanging rock. Easily the best food I've ever had out & about. Unbelievable service & taste. It doesn't even matter what you compare it with. It's not only best Mexican place I've tried it's really the best cheapest but greatest food I've ever had. Their burrito are epic wish they won't cut & serve them. & also exceptional quesadilla's too,srimps are big & juicy. Overall i would give 11/5. Muchas gracias amigo. 😋🙌👏

I found this place a little over a year ago & they never disappoint. They have an AMAZING friendly staff, great prices, and delicious food!! As a Hispanic, I can say this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. The only reason I gave the service 4 stars is because of the girl that attended us. She came by like 2 times to check on us & when we requested more salsa & napkins she never came with them. A very nice gentleman noticed we were missing something & brought the items to us quickly! Besides the girl, everyone else is amazing. My family & I love this place & we always have a great experience(:

Great place to eat friendly staff Clean restaurant

Our new go-to Mexican restaurant and quickly becoming our favorite. They have the usual tacos, burritos, etc. but also items we may not be familiar with-more authentic Mexican cooking. And the margaritas were spot on-not overly sweet but just right.

My wife and I have been coming here for the better part of a year now. This is one of those hidden gems you have to discover. There are huge portions for the price. Awesome staff, and the food quality is 5 star.

Great Mexican good beer selection and full bar

Food is always great! This Sunday we went and there was so many flies you couldn’t eat!! There as atleast 20-30 flies trying to land on our food. The manager saw us trying to get them away from our food and done NOTHING! We ended up boxing our food after 2 bites and leaving! We spent over $50! I did call the manager and they apologized but if that many flies are coming after my food what is the back where they cook it like? I couldn’t even eat the food I bought because it made me sick to think about it! They even said others where complaining about it! Oh they did say they hung a sign on the door!!! Like that will keep the flies out !

Food is fantastic. Atmosphere is great as is the service. Best Mexican restaurant within 50 mile radius. Parking is a little tight but you can park across the street.

The best Mexican food in King. Their only problem is their location. During meal hours they get allot of business and parking becomes an issue. Being attached to the back of a gas station is not fitting for the level of food and service they deliver. Regardless it is still my favorite Mexican food in King and that is saying allot because there are some other really good spots as well.

Restaurant has good food and good service. They have several parking spots right in front of the restaurant and in the back. The prices are reasonable and they give plenty at one serving. I had the fried fish and it was well cooked and super delicious.. We will return!

All of the food that I’ve gotten from here has been very good, even if it was to-go, and usually the other places I get to-go food from tend to skimp out, but they don’t. The quesabirria tacos are especially good, and the service was especially great.

I was not expecting this AMAZING Spanish cuisine (la comida español) but it is simply delicious. The ambience inside is great as well.

I moved here from Texas several years ago and let me tell you I practically wept with joy when I discovered this place. Real Mexican/TexMex food!! Their queso is so good, I have to have it weekly at least. Rice is super garlicky in a good way. Their chicken sopes (smothered in queso) are heavenly. Their spicy green house salsa is excellent. Staff are super nice and always friendly.

What a hidden gem, was out here for work decide to stop in, first the place is CLEAN CLEAN, then the service was prompt… most importantly the food is amazing, and beer cold! Try the mango sauce!

I don't normally dine at Mexican restaurants but got a takeout from this one..It was a very clean place..the staff were friendly and food was good..Got a takeout..It was wrong..didn't look because the bag was double tied..Food was ok..just not what I ordered ..Maybe they'll get it right next time..

What a pleasant surprise - I would probably not have stopped here thinking this place had great food/service. But my lady said I needed to experience a great lunch. Delicious. I had the Chili Relleno lunch she the two taco lunch. I'll be back for sure!

Our favorite Mexican place to visit

We found out about this place about 3 months ago and haven’t been anywhere else for Mexican food since! The service is awesome and the food is amazing!

Linda Vista is always good, only reason service is ever slow is because they are always so busy, but it's definitely worth going too.

The food is great, well seasoned! We are big fans of there carnitas nd the coconut shrimp! Waiters re always nice and friendly. A big thing for me is local businesses run by local people which this place is!

4 an a half stars first me an my wife have eaten here i had the California Burrito come hungry it's all I can say about that my wife got the steak tacos she said they were good just a little dry. But we will go back she said she would try something else the next time

The Best Mexican Food Ever! No lie. We just ate there today, 12-3-22, for the first time. The food was so delicious from the first bite to the last. Super tender meat and very tasty sauce! Absolutely no complaints and no leftovers. We have eaten many Mexican restaurants in the King and Winston area, and this was without a question, the absolute best we've had. The restaurant was also very clean and maintained, and their draft beers looked very appealing in the giant chilled mugs. We have found our new Mexican restaurant. I will update if my opinion ever changes. UPDATE 11/26/23..... Almost a year to date since my last review, and nothing has changed. Still the best Mexican restaurant around. Never disappoints. Although I've only tried 10% of their menu, my personal favorites are 1. Burritos Deluxe (one chicken and one beef) 2. Shredded chicken quesadilla 3. Mojarra Frita (I get garlic, but diabla is supposed to be delicious too)

Don't get the menudo. Just threw out the order I got 20 minutes ago. I love menudo but this was nasty. Tripe wasn't fully cooked. Tasted like barnyard. And they didn't put any tortillas in the bag though I specifically requested them. Wasted $15.

This place is a little Hidden Gem in King! Behind a gas station is this delightful little restaurant. Mexican food is one of my favorites and I can eat it almost every day so I'm very picky about the food. They had great salsa, large portions of food from their lunch menu and the service was probably one of the best in any restaurant around. Super friendly, affordable and in my opinion the best Mexican restaurant in King! I will drive from the neighboring town of Walnut Cove just to go eat at this restaurant because it's so much better than the ones around here.

My beer mug was clean, didn't smell sour like most beer glasses. My beer was cold and delicious, same as my food. It was extremely clean, which I love. The server was very friendly and attentive, and they were very busy, we were a party of 12, and he was able to keep up. I believe their salsa is the best I've ever had. Every time I visit King, I make sure I eat here before I leave.

The food was amazing! I don't remember ever having Mexican food that tasted so good! I wanted the Cameron Fundido ut I asked for chicken instead of shrimp, no rice and added Pico De Gallo. It came out exactly as I asked and was delicious. I will definitely be going back there again!!
