What a joke. Far from an Italian market..... D&W meat sucks

The salads are perfect, also there chicken salad and.tuna salad , there lunch meats.are even better I go there every other day 😋

A great Philadelphia Deli. You would think in the city of Philadelphia you would be able to get a great cheesesteak or hoagie just about anywhere but that's not the case. Linden market on the other hand makes about the best hoagie I've ever had, in or out of the city.

Used to get their 99cent hoagie from here back in the day, and still get hoagies on occasion. I also lived in the house before they built the store there in the early 80s.

Fresh meats and cheeses. Great size hoagies, and are delicious. Friendly service. Also great prices for lunch meat and cheeses.

We went to try a hoagie from here for lunch. It was delicious and filling. They have the freshest ingredients and are very friendly. The price for a meal is great. Definitely worth it.

A great area deli with lots of options for sandwiches/hoagies, sides, meats, cheeses and some general needs. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. Places like these used to be all over the city, but have slowly disappeared as Wawa expanded. I'm glad the Linden Italian Market is here and I hope it stays around for a long time.

We got an itialian hoagie and a roast beef hoagie. They barely put any meat on it. For the cost of the hoagie, they should add a little more meat. I been going here for years since I was little. They were the best hoagies around. Past few times we got their hoagies, it was barely any meat.

This place is just awesome. All the food is great and fresh. Always. The people complaining about the seeded rolls being a little hard, do not know what a seeded roll is supposed to be like. Also!!!!! The $2.99 Kids Lunch Special is unbeatable for your children. School lunch, picnic down the street at the river, anything. It's a really good deal. Small sandwich, bag of chips, and a kool-aid jammer. One of the best delis in the area.

Ordered just a Classic Italian Hoagie and it was delicious! All ingredients were very fresh and service was great. I came here yesterday and it was National Mom & Pop Shop Day. I would highly recommend!

Best Italian Hoagie in the city

I have been going to Linden Deli for alot of years, the staff is very nice. I love there medium cooked roast beef hoagies.

I had a large Italian Hoagie with Seeded Roll. It was the best hoagie I've ever had.

EDIT‼️ I called in to let them know about my order and the bread being stale. I was told that that “we get rolls fresh every day and seeded rolls are a harder roll so they crumble” what a disappointment. I’ve eaten hundreds of seeded rolls. I know what a stale roll is like, also just because you get fresh rolls in everyday doesn’t mean you don’t serve left over rolls. Been seeing this AD for the award winning linden turkey club, after two weeks of seeing the advertisement I decided to try it. I’m highly disappointed. Just like the other review by secret eats. My bread was old and stale I arrive at the deli before 12, it’s not that late in the day to not have a fresh roll. The “garlic pesto oil ” was none existent. The only reason this wasn’t a 1 star is the ingredients inside were fresh. Would I drive back to eat here again. Probably not but if I’m in the area again and I don’t want Wawa (less 1 minute drive down the street) I’ll come here hoping it’s a better experience. 3.8 out of 10. Wouldn’t recommend this sandwich. There’s literally another comment made recently that shows I’m not the only one who has received stale bread.

Old fashion deli with a great selection of lunch meats. the service was great and the food was fresh.

Stopped by for an Italian hoagie on a seeded roll. Wanted to give this neighborhood spot a try. We called ahead and the hoagie was ready in 15 mins. The hoagie wasn't as hefty as we would've liked but there's a fair amount of toppings and we would've preferred a little more oil and the meat to be sliced thinner. But that's all personal preference. Our only complaint was that the seeded roll was dry and a bit hard which seemed to hint that it wasn't from that morning...especially since they charge an additional $2 for the seeded roll. Damage $10. Protip: Save $2 and skip the seeded roll for a regular roll.

I'm here at lease 3 times a week for a turkey hoagie, Fresh with plenty of veggies and nice rolls you'll be surprised by the quality taste, As good or better than any hoagie city wide, Give them a try and you'll be hooked like me.

THE BEST selection of great deli anywhere in Philadelphia! Great service from a team of people who enjoy taking care of their customers. While all the deli is great, the pickles from the barrel are delicious.

Just started going there. The hoagies are awesome! Small but quaint. The girls are hard workers making sure everyone is taken care of. I definitely recommend stopping there.

We are always happy with there sandwiches and pasta salad.

Breakfast sandwich was pretty bland. They use pre cooked egg patties. Something you wouldn't expect from a local deli. My wife's Italian hoagie was pretty good. Great roll. They were also very friendly. Just need a batter Breakfast sandwich.

I have been going here for many, many years and I have never gotten something that I did not like. The hoagies are great, same for the sandwiches. They have the best hoagie dip that I have ever tasted. I highly recommend visiting there.

I was a little disappointed this time ( maybe because of epidemic ) I just got 2 Italian hoagies on seated roll it is late in the day so maybe that's why the bread was a little stale and a little light on the meat I've been there in the past many times fabulous food every single time this was my go-to place I will go back again for sure definitely worth checking out fabulous service every time

I have been coming to this deli since I was 17 years old. The hoagies have always been made perfect. The rolls are always fresh and they give you the perfect amount of meat for your sandwich. And the prices have always been great!!! Unfortunately, I moved out of the city a few years ago. But every time I'm back in the area I make it appoint to stop in an grab my favorite Philly hoagie.

We picked up 3 hoagies to bring to a relatives house for a late lunch/early dinner. Rolls were excellent, all 3 hoagies desperately needed salt, easily fixed though. If we lived anywhere near here we would be regular customers.

Not only was the food fantastic but the ladies behind the counter were incredible. The homemade meatballs can't be beat and the pepper shots were great. Don't miss this place if you're in the area!!!

Love the Linden market. I forgot how amazing their hoagies on a seeded roll are until revisiting last week for the first time in forever. 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't understand why there is a $2 upcharge for a seeded roll over a regular long roll. Seems excessive. $2? Workers are always VERY nice as well.

Got another tray from Jackie from Linden Market and once again it exceeded all expectations. Large and lucious with fresh lunchmeats and cheese with enough condiments and rolls and rye bread to satisfy everyone at my annual Halloween get together. Go there for other products but these trays cannot be beat...................Thank you Linden Market for always being # one.......................

It's a few minutes walk from my home and the food is excellent. I generally order the same hoagie when I go but it's always good and I can't complain.

If you want to get a good samwhich. Go to Linden Italian hoagies. They are the best. Small in there Its take out but they are so good

I've lived in the Northeast for nearly 7 years, and despite driving by this place multiple times per week, I had never stopped in. That was until about 2 weeks ago. My g/f and I work opposite shifts (she works first, I work second), and so I thought I would surprise her with lunch. Two Italian hoagies, two bags of chips, and two bottles of soda later, and I was the hero that made her day better! Do yourself a favor and walk right on by the Wawa (that's next door)...

All the good stuff from all of Philly's favorites, right down to the rolls. Great hoagies clean family owned business.

Linden Club is easily in the top 5 sandwiches in Philly.

The employees are always very helpful when I stop in! I've only ever purchased loose rolls but will have a sandwich the next time I am in!

I am a little disappointed. I use to go there a lot and the hoagies were great. It looked like new help. I ordered 2 hoagies on a wrap, 1 got the wrap. And it used to have a lot more meat.
