Super cute and fun play cafe! Had my daughter’s 5th birthday party there. Lots of activities for all ages. The sandbox is big enough for 6 kids. Highly recommended!

Little Brew is an absolute gem! This play space cafe, with its Montessori-style setup, is a haven for both caregivers and kids. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding while the little ones explore and learn. The highlight of my visits has always been the wonderful staff, particularly Amanda! Their warmth and attentiveness make every visit special. And as well to the owner for creating such a fantastic establishment. As for the drinks, I’m addicted to their caramel cafe lattes; I literally can’t go a day without one! Five stars all around for Little Brew – it’s become a cherished part of my daily routine!

Really wish this place was closer to us, but otherwise fantastic. Pros: lots of different toys and activities that the kids really loved. Everyone was happy for the two hour slot. The food is surprisingly really good. And the coffee is really good. They use Café Bustillo. Now I didn’t like the cold brew that they had, it’s a prepackaged one, but whatever it was I didn’t particularly like the taste. She didn’t know what the brand was. personally I like Stok. But the woman working there was kind enough to make me a café Bustillo cold brew by just icing it down. That was way better! The service here is really fantastic. Everyone was super sweet and helpful and they’ll bring you your food since you have to stay with the kids wherever you are. Cons: There is no parking really near this place. You have to park down the block unless you’re lucky enough to get one of the couple of spots in the lot or on the street that seem to be occupied all the time. The entrances in the front near a busy road , but the back entrance is a to go coffee spot and where they have the kitchen so I get that. The wall cupholders are fantastic, but there should be more of them! I think I only counted two or three. Know, before you go: You can’t wear your shoes in the house, you take them off and put them outside. This makes sense because kids are on the floor all the time and they want to keep it clean. There are two hour blocks that you purchase and use that day. I think there is a discount or a different way of doing it if you’re not a walk-in. You can go online and purchase maybe a membership or something? I’m not 100% sure on this. You’ll have to look into it or ask those questions. The changing table is upstairs. And the stairs are a bit narrow, this is an older house so you just need to be aware.

Love, love , love this place! I visited with my 3 & 6 year olds while on vacation just to fill our day. I mean, the idea of a drinking coffee in peace, with my kids, in a public space sounded pretty awesome. I booked an open play session online and signed the waiver for one child. You cannot book for two, unfortunately. They are pretty lax, however. When I came with both my kids, it was no big deal. We also didn’t realize we needed socks but she let it slide. There isn’t huge, clear signage so look for the address when visiting. You have to park on the street which was no problem when we went at 9am. When you open the door, you’ll walk right into a playroom. At first, I thought I entered into the wrong door but a mom told me where to go. To the left you’ll see a small hallway which takes you to the little coffee spot and checkin. You’ll pay there and place any orders. My boys instantly started playing which was great. There’s a downstairs area with two rooms and the small cafe. Each room has drink holders on the wall which was cool. & each room has seating for parents. The rooms are clean, and well organized with play stations and toys. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 more playrooms and a restroom. The rooms are loosely themed and super fun for little ones. The sandbox room was a favorite for my boys. Lots of space and seating is available upstairs as well. I love how all the toys are engaging and help with development. I will say, I was a little afraid that my older child would be a little bored. This is definitely geared more towards toddlers and babies. There are even adorable baby swings hanging in one of the rooms. I WISH I’d had a place like this when my kids were babies. I actually still wish I had one near me! It’s a brilliant idea! Kids play while parents drink coffee and snack. It’s very stress-free. And, the # of children are limited so it never feels too overwhelming. For a two hour experience, you cannot beat the price at all. Also, the latte was GREAT!!! I drank it a little too fast, it was so good. I ordered an iced lavender latte with almond milk. Definitely try it out! If you have little children and need a break from the usually, check out Little Brew Play Cafe! It’s really a great time!

Owner was nice. I was a little shocked to pay $16 for my 1yr old to sit on the floor and play with toys .. I could have done that at home. The rooms are super small. It's like paying to sit at someone house and play with toys. Unfortunately, I did not like the coffee either which was more upsetting. I should have visited the website before going definitely my fault. I nor my other two guest will return.

This place is so cute and meant for little ones. It's in a house so you could easily pass by it but once you get inside it's like a child's paradise! They definitely cater towards both kids and parents. They serve coffee and little treats just like at a coffee shop and the rooms upstairs are amazing too!

I had the pleasure of visiting Little Brews Play Cafe today with my four-month-old and a group of other moms. Let me start by saying that the coffee was excellent, the food was delicious, and the facility was well stocked with things to do. However, I do have some concerns and subsequent ratings related to the lack of accessibility and safety considerations provided by Little Brews Play Cafe: 1. Stroller and Wheelchair Accessibility: Unfortunately, due to the cafe's location in a historic site, there is no stroller or wheelchair accessibility to enter the cafe. This limitation may inconvenience some visitors, especially those with mobility challenges. 2. Space Constraints: The cafe, housed in a beautiful two-story home, is aesthetically pleasing but poses tight quarters for a lot of babies, toddlers, guardians, and their toys. It can get quite crowded and may be challenging to navigate, especially during busy times. 3. Slippery Floors and Uneven Flooring: Although socks are mandatory, the original hardwood floors are incredibly slippery, and there are no signs to warn patrons of uneven flooring. During my visit, I witnessed another mother trip over these uneven floors while carrying her eight-month-old, which was concerning. 4. Lack of Separation Between Play Area and Cafe Space: There is no separate play area from the cafe space. The low tables meant to hold hot drinks are within easy reach of young toddlers and are located amidst toys and games. This setup can lead to accidental spills or injuries. 4. Limited Accessibility to the Second Floor: Access to the second floor, where the only changing table is located, is only possible through a steep and tight set of hardwood stairs. As a mother, I personally didn't feel comfortable going up or down these stairs while holding my son, and as a result, had to change him in my lap. While I truly enjoyed the concept, food, and drinks at Little Brews Play Cafe, I believe it's essential for the management to take note of these concerns to prevent any future accidents or inconveniences. I look forward to returning in the future and wish LBPC the best of luck moving forward!

I recently visited Little Brew Play Cafe and I must say, I loved the concept of the place. It's a unique blend of a cafe and a play area for kids, offering a great experience for families. The coffee and food were delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. However, there were some safety aspects of the establishment that gave me pause and affected my overall experience. As much as I appreciated the charm of an older two-story home, it also brought about some hazards and inconveniences for families. The small, sectioned rooms and uneven flooring create potential tripping hazards, making it difficult for parents to navigate or keep a close eye on their active little ones. The wooden steps leading to the upper floor were very steep and had only pressure-mounted baby gates at the top and bottom. These gates felt less secure than what's necessary, considering the potential hazards the stairs posed for young children. During my visit, I witnessed a terrible incident where a mom tripped over an uneven door threshold, which had no caution tape or warning signs, and fell while holding her 8-month-old baby. Thankfully, no serious injuries occurred, but it highlighted the importance of addressing safety concerns within the premises. While I appreciate the concept and the effort put into creating a family-friendly environment, I believe more attention should be given to child safety. In my opinion, a location that prioritizes child safety and convenience would be better suited for a play cafe. This way, parents can relax and enjoy their time at the cafe without constantly worrying about potential hazards. In conclusion, Little Brew Play Cafe has a fantastic concept, and the coffee and food offerings are commendable. However, improvements in child safety measures are essential to make it a truly family-friendly destination. If you plan to visit with young children, I recommend exercising caution and being aware of potential safety concerns.

Even after reading all of the reviews and looking at the pictures, little brew exceeded my expectations! The coffee was amazing and it was so convenient to not have to make a stop before coming to play. My daughter loved every single room and we spent over 3 hours playing!

This concept is absolutely brilliant. I had to the luxury of going to the Easter brunch as my 1st experience. It was relieving to allow my kid to play without worrying about her getting into anything etc. Plus there's coffee!! I'm also appreciate that the Easter eggs that were hidden throughout had things in them other than candy. Major plus.

Didn’t know what to expect going in but oh my goodness it’s AMAZING! They have such a variety of toys downstairs and upstairs. They have a sand room too which is worth it just for that room alone. It’s a great place to allow the kids to get out their energy and have a coffee too! We will 100% be back!

We finally were able to visit this wonderful place. There is so much for the children to do. This is a shoe free facility. Socks are availbe for purchase imf you happen to forget to wear them. Coffee and danish available for the parents while the kids play. Our kids started off on the first floor for about an hour, and then we took them upstairs. There is plenty for them to do. The sandroom upstairs my son loved. We will definitely be returning.

Probably the best coffee shop experience for parents that want to actually enjoy their coffee with your kids, Lol. Little Brew Play Cafe is a great experience for the kids, with toys, books, and play spaces in a cozy room. The play room area is perfect for reading, playing, and keeping kids entertained, while parents can relax on the couch or chairs (with a coffee or sweet treat). We came out of our way from Dunedin to check it out, so glad we did. With 4 kids, will definitely be frequenting this place!

Had the joy of visiting Little Brew and Play Cafe and the kids LOVED it! I had to bribe them with chicken nuggets just to get them to leave! There is a wonderful variety of play stations, including a room with a huge sand pit! We even got to paint pumpkins with the other kiddos! The entire place was kept tidy and clean even with a bunch of little ones running around. Kudos to the ladies running it! The kids already asked to go back and I’m looking forward to it too! Not only do I get to sip some coffee while they play and interact with other children, but they sure were quick for a nap after they got their nuggets!!

The atmosphere is so cozy & welcoming, we started with 1hr open play + 30 mins yoga option & then she really wanted to play more so we stayed for another session! Your child’s imagination will soar here & there are plenty of spaces to sit & have some of their fresh coffee or tea & enjoy watching cuteness unfold!
