We went to Little Tommies Tiki on 1/2 off wine Wednesday. We enjoyed the Fish and Chips. It was also open mic night, lots of local music, very relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and marvelous service. If your in Gulfport be sure to check it out.

Mark, very helpful, welcoming. My neighbor and I went there for the first time.. it was a really good experience, Mary took care of us. Delicious lunch and spectacular view. Thank you, I recommend this place.

I went on Taco Tues. Ordered blackend shrimp tacos. Yellow rice and black beans and chips. Nice, fresh and the green sauce adds a nice punch to the meal. Leave full but not stuffed. $12 isn't bad for this nice lunch.💚

I was just at this establishment for a late afternoon bite with my two children. I had ordered the 1 lb peel and eat shrimp plate and a root beer float for my son. Our waitress was named Jayden and she was a great server. After our plate was done she gave me the total and handed me the card reader. I tipped her 18% and used my credit card to make pmt. It was after pmt when reading the receipt that I realized in fact we had been charged 27.30 on the 1lb shrimp plate instead of the 26.00 price as noted on their menu. I was also charged 6.30 instead of 6.00 for the root beer float as noted on their menu. I decided to pull a menu from the place they are kept near the bar. After making certain I was over charged I asked the dark haired waitress with the nose ring if she could perhaps help me with the bill. She asked what the issue was I said we had been overcharged. Her quick retort was it was tax on each menu item. I said that can't be as there is a separate area where tax is noted and we were charged accordingly in that area the 7% tax. She then said she didn't know why then. I asked if perhaps a manager was there who might better explain the different prices we were charged versus the listed menu prices. A tall older women with blond hair in a pony tail came out and instantly presented with a poor attitude. I asked her if she could answer the question I had regarding printed menu prices but being charged more than the menu price. She then said it was tax, again I shared the tax area on the bill indicates what I paid in sales tax. She then said I was charged more because I paid with a credit card. I said hmmm ok so what difference does that make? She said people who pay cash pay the noted menu price but credit card users pay more than what is listed. I responded I had cash on me and had that been stated at time of ordering or anywhere on the menu I would have gladly paid cash. She then went on to say there is a percentage that is added to those prices as the owner pays more when credit is used and I said ok well what is that extra percentage? To which she could not provide an answer. I then stated that we are Canadian visiting Gulfport and in Canada what is listed as a price on our menus are what the person pays. There is no change based on cash or credit card use. If there is, then it would be stated for the customer to know in advance of order. She then raised her voice to me saying I am not in Canada!!!! To which I stated yes I am very aware of that. She then said "Well I don't know what you expect me to do for you?!" to which I responded " I am not sure myself except I wanted to start with having my question of price difference answered at the very least" and "I am asking a question and you are yelling at me raising your voice and attempting to intimidate me into submission". She also made a point of letting me know that other Canadian customers and customers in general do not question the price difference. She then said the owner comes in at 4pm and I could ask her. I said I did not appreciate her coming in "hot" as I am being calm and simply trying to understand why the over charge. She then put on a sick syrupy smile and said "Oh, I am not coming in hot". I said I will simply leave as I don't like their mistreatment of me. It was then that the wait staff disappeared into the back. The young man at the bar who said he was from Maine overheard everything turned to me voice lowered for fear of retribution and said he empathized with me and felt badly. That he appreciated my calm polite demeanour throughout that exchange and that there had been a lack of transparency in their listed prices and their justification of the increased charged amount. I felt bullied and incredibly disappointed that I was yelled at for a simple and fair question. Your wait staff with the exception of Jayden are not only rude but are a sad representation of what I thought was supposed to be a State of southern hospitality.

Had the best service on Taco Tuesday. I honestly believe that Stoyana is the BEST waitress I have ever had. Please give this girl a raise! She was professional, funny and didn't flinch under pressure. The live music was also amazing!

Disappointing. I’ve lived in Gulfport eight years, and when O’Maddy’s had an hour wait for lunch we finally decided to check this place out. I won’t be going back. Apparently the key lime pie is standout, but we got beef nachos that were swimming in meat drainage and a Cuban sandwich that was mostly bread. I would have rated Little Tommies Tiki one star but Stevie the server was very friendly. Also, this rating is based primarily on the food. I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but tourists who are just looking for drinks might appreciate the Boca Ciega bay waterfront view/vibe at a place that seems to never look too busy.

Worst fish and chips EVER!!! The fish was slimy and mooshy hard crunchy batter on it and the fries were just tiny pieces left in the bottom of the fryer , told the server I didn’t like it and still charged for it

Don't order the pirates grog. It's rum and then 12 oz of grenadine.

Best place in town to be a regular at! Everyday a different special, slightly different vibe, and all the Gulfport characters! Tacos are killer. Wait staff gets slammed when the place turns into a legit party but they always take good care and serve top notch stuff! Dog, kid, and nerd friendly!

The staff is amazing. The location is great. It The owners you gotta worry about. It really just depends on how drunk and angry they are thaf day. If you aren't from Gulfport, you'll have a great time if you don't mind waiting. Because of the management, they have a revolving door of new people. They often won't serve unless you are at their tiny bar. Wait times are ridiculous because of it. The kitchen crew is awesome, and the wait staff works their butts off. Much to be desired on the ownership side. I love my local friends who go there. I'd just rather order my stuff from Neptune's next door. The best time to go is before 3. If you want food and drink when you want it, then go next door. Tiki is like your drunk uncles back yard barbecue. You get what you get and you will wait for it. If you have to go here for an event or a party just order a pitcher. It's just easier on the staff since they never have the support. Storm runners is opening soon. We all can't wait. At least they will likley be open on Mondays. And don't take anyone with a wheel chair. Their accessibility for restrooms is just as convoluted as the ownership.

Good live music, that's it. They need more help. Waited 90 minutes and our order never came. Waitstaff apologized ,said they were backed up. We left hungry.

Fun restaurant in Gulf Port. I had the pulled pork and my friend had a pinacolada that she said was one of the best she'd ever had. Service was superior. Would recommend.

Incredibly overpriced (and mostly fried) food with incredibly small portions. You'd have a better meal going to McDonald's than here. Staff won't help you find seating or arrange an area to sit and you'll need to wipe your own table down once you find one. Don't forget to tip!

Its now called The Tiki Bar and Grille. A great place to meet friends and hang out for casual open air eats with friends. Thursdays is their delicious BOGO fish and chips Great placevfor July 4th too

Food was ok I’m a cook so when ordering a chicken taco I’m not thinking I’m getting chicken out of the can The presentation of the plate was just divine most of all they’re getting three stars because of my waitress she was very nice very well polite I’m African-American she was from different culture also when I approached the restaurant I can see there were two white females employees right there they did not greet me they did not say anything They did not even acknowledge me but this woman she did I don’t wanna name drop anybody I just wanna let everybody know that goes to this particular restaurant that if you are from a different race that is not Caucasian that they probably would not listen to you greet you I’ll probably even acknowledge that you’re even there the food again was a one star but just because of this one employee I’m gonna give them three stars

Little Tommies Tiki is an awesome little place to visit. They have an eclectic selection of patio and outdoor seating and are situated across from public sand volleyball courts and Tampa Bay. The food is not your average food; they have a diverse choice of different types of food - not just fried bar food. The service is generally adequate. It is a dog friendly place too! This is our go to when we ride bikes to Gulfport. Very pleasant all the way around.

Finally made it to Gulfport, FL! Definitely go to Little Tommies Tiki! I had the blackened fish (huge piece of fish) and blackened shrimp tacos and they're famous homemade Key Lime pie, which wasn't super sweet and litteraly the best I've ever had! Live music, water views and oh heck yeah I'll be back very soon!!!!😊💜

Location is great, live music and affordable beers is a good combo, but save your money for food elsewhere, because that along with the service is consistently awful. You can do much better for food in Gulfport.

One of the worst dining experiences that I've had in many years. There weren't many people eating and it took 1 hour to get our food and it was only 2 of us. I got the black and blue steak salad for $16 on special and it was tiny with gray incredibly overcooked steak. I couldn't eat it and I'm now at McDonald's :⁠-⁠( the server never came by to ask if we needed anything or if our food was ok. This place gets 2 stars because beer prices are good and they have good live music. Go for that and NOT the food. Awful!!!

Stopped in for a $4 lemon and basil sangria on a HOT Saturday.... perfection!

Service is great but never fast. Don't come here in a hurry. My go to is the garlic parmesan chicken tenders, sub ranch for blue cheese.

This place has had ups and downs over the last 5 years but whoever owns it right now is doing a great job! Historically the kitchen has been incredibly slow, like over an hour wait for food but my friends decided to give this place another try because we heard something had changed and it did! We’ve been twice in the last few weeks and our server was amazing, the food came out fast and was really good! The price of this place is good too. It’s becoming our new spot after volleyball. I love the vibe outside, it’s so nice with the water in the background and the chill outdoor seating.

Good food and drinks with live music. Catch the sunset directly across the street at Gulfport Beach and then settle in for an evening of entertainment. Not quite as crowded as some of the other bars on the evening we last visited. Large bar and plenty of seating.

The whole setup here is bad. A couple tables get table service and the rest have to wait in the slowest lines ever. Took them one hour after I ordered to tell me that they were out of pulled pork, then had the nerve to upcharge me to a cheeseburger, especially after waiting an additional half hour for that. Get a good system together here please.

Easy location to visit. Great view of the water. Grouper is so popular they were out when we dined, but the steak Fajitas were tasty. Margarita was good. Fried pickles as an appetizer were really super - 100% addicting! (I am a fried pickle person & these may top the list for me!).

My friend says the fish fry is actually very good. The french fries ok but the fish terrific. That was the main reason we went. The waitress was lovely. Not many gluten-free options. I had pulled pork without a bun and I had to pour my own sauce on. Cole slaw was yum. It was just OK nice music, relaxed atmosphere too bad the city put a covered fence up in front of the volleyball court so that you can’t see the water but you’re right next to it. Gulfport is a great little town to walk in.

AKA THE TIKI BAR AND GRILL. Gulfport Fl. For in expensive drinks and the best taco's you can buy, along with live music and a cool Tiki Bar atmosphere, you can't go wrong here. Go for Taco Tuesday, 2 Taco's, with Chips and Casa for 8 bucks. add a beer or cocktail for 4 or 5 bucks and you have a great night out that does not break the wallet. And by the way, the Tacos are not average. they are totally stuffed and exceptionally good. defiantly a cut above the basic taco's you can get at any beach bar.

Love the friendly staff . The food is consistently very good. I usually get the grouper tacos with the tommy sauce. I love them but have gotta taco salad and another fish option which I forget now what it was but it was also very good. Been there many times. It’s gotten to be my go to restaurant with visitors. Love when they have music too.

The Tiki is my absolute favorite Gulfport restaurant. The food is always amazing, try their specials. Their blackened basa fish tacos are my go. They use Lorna Doone's for the crust of their key lime pie and homemade whipped cream. *Chef's kiss. They have happy hour M-F and specials on certain beers all week long. Live music and an expanded outdoor seating that is pet friendly are great.

We spend decent bit of time in Gulfport so we have gone here a couple of times. The food is decent and the staff are friendly but this place needs a bit of touching up.

Fajita Fridays!! They have beef, chicken and shrimp. I had the shrimp and was very happy. It comes with black beans and rice and it's affordable too. Very happy with the service.

Love the food here. The rice bowl is delicious. We live in Jacksonville. Came here in May to visit with friends and couldn't wait to come back. The people are so friendly. Very laid-back atmosphere. Plenty of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the weather.

I went to Gulfport on vacation and while there, I adopted my cat (weird, I know) but the point of the story is that I named him Tommie Tux after this place because I enjoyed it so much and went there like 3x in 5 days. Plot twist- there is nothing little about Tommie the cat.

This place has fantastic food. You can't go wrong with their daily food deals. Items my wife and I especially love are, the tacos, fish fry, fried pickles and French fries. Little Tommies Tiki has put a lot of time developing there outside patio area. You can always catch local favorite bands playing on there raised stage. You can also enjoy a view of the beach if you turn around and watch the sun go down. Another huge bonus of Little Tommies Tiki are the drink specials. They have deals on well drinks, 16oz cans, buckets of beer, and pitchers of beer, margarita or sangria. All in all this place is a fantastic spot to enjoy an evening in paradise. Located in the heart of pinnellas county's diamond of a town, Little Tommies Tiki is the place to go if your a local, or a tourist.

One of my favorite getaways in the area. Gulfport typically has something popping, and the Tiki lounge has some of the yummiest snacks and drinks around.

Arrived there at 12:20 got our drinks at 12:45 and gave our food order. By 1:45 had still not gotten our food and saw several customers who came in after us had food. We stopped the waitress and asked why others were getting food that showed up after us. She 1st said "that comes from another part of the kitchen" and then asked what we ordered. At 2:10 our food finally came out, my wife cut into her fish and it was raw.If you value your health and expect normal service do not go anywhere near this place. I will actually be offering to pay for my friends food at a different restaurant just to ensure they do not experience what we went through. Unbelievably bad and I love Gulfport

Super disappointing food and not cheap either! Our server was great - friendly and attentive, but the food was pretty terrible. $13 fish and chips was the worst fish and chips I think we have ever had...anywhere. My husband is not one to say anything, but this time he did, and our server was great but the food remained sad. We live in the area and go out in Gulfport a lot, but we will not go back here. See photo of the first fish and chips brought out, second one really wasn't much better.

Disorganized! Walk inside and see the chaos (supplies, bottles of liquor, paperwork, etc) ...unfortunately this lack of order permeates to the service and kitchen. The people working are great, and doing the best they can without a system. Food is up and down...when it's on it is very good
