Hands down the best lobster roll and haddock ever! Well worth a stop and the staff were so friendly.

Stopped in to try as a friend said it was worth going out of the way for their Lobstah roll. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Maybe my expectations are too high, but for the money, I would think you would get a decent amount of Lobstah meat.

The best steamer clams & lobsters!!!

I felt this was WAY overpriced for the portion we got. A little cardboard boat that a medium fry would fit in for your whole meal is a little chincy. 2 @ $32 plus canned drink . I will go elsewhere. Went to another place the weekend after and received almost triple what we got for slightly less and it was just as good.

The lobster roll’s yesterday were very tasty and worth waiting for Would like to suggest that the bread rolls be thinner . We did taste and noticed crab meat mixed in with the lobster. We prefer only lobster 🦞

Owner is miserable! I asked about lobster and got barked at ,wanted to buy steamers and only steamers their to eat is 22.99 per pound tried to buy more and he said 22.99 not the 8.99 listed price . The only lobster you can get is a 32.99 with soggy fries a a spoonfull of coleslaw. Its à 1-1.1/4lb lobster He said hard shell it wasn'5 !!! I cracked and broke whole thing with my hands and it was half empty the claw and tail slid of its shells when i cracked it open. To be fair and honest the rest if the food at the table was pretty good. p s don't ask for a receipt to check your bill all in my bill was ,$230+ dollars .His reply was i am not ripping open a regstra for a receipt do u want the food or not .

We were reluctant to try the spot given I had heard from other locals that the customer service here is not good. We gave it a shot and boy were they right. The owner/front desk person is completely unhinged to the point of screaming at us, calling us liars for his mistake and chasing us down the street. We felt very unsafe and will never go back.

Eat in or take home this place is great! fresh catch daily with multiple sized lobsters. Bisk is delicious and the prices are good. The have it all from Steamers to Muscles to fish and lobster rolls.

This place is awesome!! Third time in the Lakes Region and finally got to try Lobster Connection. It did not disappoint! I got a lobster roll and my wife got the Lobster BLT roll. The rolls are traditional and I liked it dipped in butter. There didn't appear to be a lot of parking but we didn't have trouble finding a spot. There is outdoor seating and a nice lake view.

Can't beat the clam strips! Mark (the owner) is always easy going and happy to see his customers. This is a must-visit for anyone stopping by or locals (like myself) looking for a good place to snag some summer seafood.

I’ve gone to this place since i can remember, the service has been unmatched all 21 years of my life, so i assume also of the 28 years of the business’s life. Mark the owner is normally a shy fellow, and you might have to ask him to speak up, however nobody knows lobster like him. trust me. Billy, the head chef is easily the hardest working human i’ve ever seen, he gets every order out in an appropriate time and the quality of the food is again UNMATCHED. I highly recommend this business for anyone, this is a must stop!

Don't bother calling ahead to order takeout. Or at least add 45 minutes to the time they tell you.

Absolutely wonderful!! Visiting for the weekend from West Virginia (originally from the area) and have missed the food so much!! The service was amazing, food was delicious I will definitely be back next time I make the trip home.

The best lobster rolls are served at the Lobster Connection. Reasonable price and LOTS of lobster on delicious rolls. As you can see from the place, your money is going towards the food vs. fancy restaurant fare. Highly recommend.

My second visit to the Lobster Connection 🦞 and I was very disappointed with food. I couldn't even eat the food. The fried clams were very dry and smelled bad, as well as the french fries like everything had been fried in days old oil. I would have given it zero stars if I could. However, my first visit to the restaurant was just the opposite. The clams, fries and coleslaw were fantastic. 5 stars on that day. Wth is going on over there?

Great lobster, chowder, lobster rolls etc. Onion rings were excellent. Local spot with fresh catch, picnic tables outside with a lake view. Excellent spot.

We love this place! As a year round local and former Mainer, this is my number one seasonal “go to” for fresh seafood: in inland NH! We wait for them to open in season and it is always something we look forward to! We also order fresh Maine lobster and steamers for our events and parties. The owner is super nice and all of the seafood always tastes fresh. Excited to see future expansion plans/branch in 2023-2024!

Ordered take out on the lake today. The whole family was impressed with their meal. From the fries to fried scallops, shrimp, haddock plate to the lobster roll! Yes their coleslaw did not disappoint either. Been coming up for years and had never been here. So happy to have tried it and will definitely be back. Thank you for a GREAT meal!

A great place to pickup lobsters of all sizes! I’ve gone in here to get anything from 1 to 6lb lobsters. The fried shrimp is a hit with my family too. The staff are super helpful and quick too!

We have frequented the Lobster Connection for years. Today’s visit was absolutely underwhelming. We had lobster rolls (one without the roll). The lettuce was old and the portions small. The boss was nowhere to be seen, but he needs to know! So disappointed 😔

Delicious, fresh as it gets, never disappoints!! It's been a "go to" place, every summer for years, when I come up to the lakehouse. A real treat ! Coleslaw is also one of the best I've ever had. Sometimes, there's a little bit of a wait, but it's worth it. It has nothing to do with them "not being quick enough" etc , it's just because it's so popular, that's how amazing it is, so be patient! You'll appreciate it 😊👌❤️🌸

Friday night date night was never this good! Amazing food!

Food was great, service was quick. Prices have gone up quite a bit throughout the years, but feels like a symptom of the economy rather than the fault of this establishment.

The lobster bisque and lobster roll were amazing. I wished we lived closer. The staff was very personable and the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

The freshest seafood I eat all season is here 3 years straight! I eat a lot of seafood here in New England, and for some reason this place always seems to be the best. I never give 5 stars, but this place deserves it. Nothing fancy, just good fresh seafood!

1st time here and the food was really gd service was very quick and food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was great if you like to eat outdoors which we do .so give this place a try you will not be disappointed...

This is more of a take it home fresh seafood market. They do offer a few fried options. But the seafood is someday fresh! Try it out.

Website was deceiving. NO inside seating. Had to sit outside so food was cold before we could finish it.

Stop whining about the price! Delicious lobster and steamers are going to cost you. This is a real lobster place, not some clip joint with one or two lobsters floating in a tank (see photo). Practice the accent ("Low-ab-stah" and "Steemahs"). I come here whenever I am visiting from Texas. This is the real deal.

Food was ok. Typical roadside fried food shack. As mentioned in previous posts overpriced. Don't ask anything about food options or selections or you will probably be insulted and treated as if you are an annoyance and not a paying customer. Other employees seen performing general tasks appear to want to be anywhere but there. Skip this place and find a restaurant with a better environment and general vibe.

I called and ordered 8 lobsters.They were supposed to be one pound and a half. When I picked them up they changed me 132.00. Holly Moly. I called and asked why they were so expensive he said they were 17.00 per Lobster. On there Web site one and a half Lobsters were 7.99 a pound. I told the gentlemen if I had known that they were 9.99 a pound I would of not bought them. And to top it off they were small lobsters without much meat. Morial to this story go to Market Basket and pay 6.99 a pound and they won't charge you to cook them. SO OVER PRICED.

This ... this was $27 for one dinner platter... Take out. $27!! While the food was okay..the price is ridiculously over priced. I definitely dont mind paying for great food but we will not be going back. This was a simple shrimp and clams...mostly fries...Its a shame because this restaurant would have been one of go toos!

The seafood here ranges from good to very good, and everything we ever had was reliably fresh -- one of the crucial things in patronizing a seafood place. For N.E. natives of a certain age, at times it's disconcerting to see how much fresh seafood costs these days, however, one of the points is to have the local food. Well-prepped fresh seafood is a delicacy. This place has competitive pricing, and the people there know what they're doing. Just like in Ye Olden Days, when we'd drive down to a lobster pound on some cove of the Atlantic Ocean, one walks into the place and there are several large tanks full of lobsters. Buy a few and take 'em home to steam, if you have a lobster pot, hot melted butter, and the nutcrackers and picks needed to make short work of your crustacean. For a quick meal, check out the menu, place your order, and then go eat your seafood, freshly hot at the peak of taste -- you can take it to one of the picnic tables vs taking it home. The fried scallops there, hot and with just a bit of their tartar sauce, are a favorite. The lobster rolls are good -- just a little bit too much mayo for some, but delicious -- and the fried clams are satisfying and hit the spot when they're hot 'n crispy with the thin coating on their belly clams. We had a sample of the lobster bisque, which actually had some lobster flavor, as opposed to hot, creamy, salty orange soup served at other places. Clam chowder is a pretty subjective thing. Some people want it to be very thick, and with lots of potato and only clam strips (not bellies). We were raised with a thinner version, made several times per summer by our Yankee grandfather, as long as the grandchildren went out to dig the clams -- he made it with roughly chopped whole clams and creamy but thinner soup, and not overwhelmed with chopped potatoes. ... ... We ordered a pint of Lobster Connection clam chowder, tasted it and found it flavorful, very thick, not enough clams (for us), and lots of potato and just a tad too much onion -- and found a solution anyone can do to make chowder to their individual taste. Took the pint home, then v gently caramelized in butter just a wee bit of chopped onion, a little chopped fresh parsley, and a few tablespoons of fresh minced celery, 'til very tender and soft. Next, added one can of whole baby clams (both Geisha and Campbell's brands have those -- NOT the tuna-fish-size cans of clam strips, which we call rubber band clams), with all of the liquid, and a healthy pinch of thyme (but no more than one pinch), and heated that carefully to a simmer -- and then added the Lobster Connection clam chowder, taking it to a simmer again. Turned down the heat, and added in approx 8 oz of half-and-half, give or take -- just added the amount that took the chowder to our preferred thickness (or thinness?). Heated that to nice 'n hot, but barely simmering (as one does when milk or cream is involved). Added a generous pat of butter, and ladled servings into warmed, deep chowder bowls -- people added their own sprinkle of salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. It was some of the best clam chowder any of us Chowder Snobs had ever tasted. One kitchen pro opined that doing this was reminiscent of baking a specialty cake these days, with recipes that seem to start with "Take one box of your favorite brand cake mixes, and ...." We did this 'doctoring up Lobster Connection chowder' several other times during our summer stay, and each time what we produced was just delicious, and just a bit different each time. If it wasn't as good as it was, we wouldn't be writing about if here.

We hosted a big group of 12, so we ordered our lobsters steamed and ready. We picked them up by boat and had a terrific meal. Friendly owner and staff, and terrific quality.

Always fast and fresh, we love all of the food they offer. We go there frequently by car or boat and have never had a bad meal!

Purchased some of the best lobster rolls ever. Being from a bit south, they were a good deal cheaper and fresher than I’m used too.

Pretty toasted bun, perfect and generous heap of fresh lobster, not overly dressed, crispy and fresh fries (not frozen) and great slaw... at 18.99 .. ok, its fresh lobster!! If you want to pay 10 bucks go to the golden arches... come on people! This is not expensive.. for 10 bucks you get a burger and frozen fries and a coke... These people care. And you sit outside with a great view of the lake.

An out of town guest makes it a point to have one lobster roll a day while visiting the northeast, and we chose this after reading reviews. The lobster roll, on a kaiser bun, did not disappoint. The onion rings were delicious! Fried oysters and fried shrimp were on the greasy side & lacked flavor. It should be noted that we tend to have high standards for seafood being Cape Cod natives. Service was good. Staff was friendly. Kids can enjoy observing lobsters in the tanks. There is a nice pavilion to eat under outside, or you can bring your boat right to the dock.

You can call ahead if you have large orders of pick up. They have fresh oysters, fresh fish, scallops, shrimp, mussles, and a variety of sizes of lobster. Yum. Have been in a number of times over the years. Highly recommend.

I stop here many times for there fried clams and other sea food. There Lobster Bisk is to die for, along with there sea food. Very friendly and helpful, outdoor seating.

We stopped here to get take out to bring to our tailgating party before a show at Bank of NH Pavilion. Great food, super friendly staff!
