Lobster roll was very good. I will be back. It was real quiet maybe some quiet music playing would be nice.

We went back and we were very disappointed. They raised the price 25% but they gave HALF amount of the lobster than before. $10 clam chowder has no clams. It’s a ripoff. It’s okay to raise the price, just to give the same amount and it would still be good. But they cut the amount in half. We won’t come back. The review before: 4.6 stars! we Ordered classic and BLT, good portion of lobster with the price!!

UPDATE *** Adding pictures below to prove the price change after owner replied to my review stating there has been no change. That's not true. Please see my credit card charge (we bought 2 rolls) in Oct 2023 and a picture of the old menu. Both pics are less than a year ago! It's really not about the few dollars extra charge, though. It's about the food portion shrinking and the owner lying to customers. I prioritize supporting local businesses but not when the ownership straight up lies to customers... Unbelievable. This used to be our favorite lobster roll in SWFL. Unfortunately, they raised the prices and they give you about half the meat they used to. Super disappointed. We are on the search again for our favorite lobster rolls after this recent experience.

Lobster Rolls No. 1 has an appropriate name! These are THE BEST lobster rolls we’ve ever had and we have been dreaming about them and craving them ever since we tried them. They only use the highest quality Maine lobster claws and it really shines in all of their food. Not to mention, their lobster rolls are LOADED with lobster. Here’s what we ordered: ~Lobster bisque 🥣 So rich, creamy, and full of lobster! ~Connecticut Lobster Roll 🦞 (with warm butter) 🧈 ~Classic Lobster Roll 🦞 (with lemon mayo) 🍋 ~Lobster Roll Sliders- 1 mini Connecticut roll, 1 mini classic roll, 1 lobster salad roll So, I expected to like the Connecticut one more because I LOVE, butter, but shockingly, I preferred the classic because the lemon flavor complemented the sweet lobster perfectly. They were both absolutely scrumptious with tons of lobster, and perfectly toasted and buttery brioche buns. And the sliders are a great way to sample all three!! Can’t wait to go backl and eat the best lobster rolls ever again!! They were absolutely divine. Not to mention, the owners Michael and Naddya are fantastic. So authentic, down to earth, and they really care about the quality of the food served.

Excellence service and food quality. Met an extremely kind server and cook? named Lisa, so nice and creates such a warm fun environment, she’ll take care of you and treat you like family. Everytime our food comes out it’s beautiful!! We keep on coming back here for the great attitudes plus the delicious food!

Lobster rolls are big and meaty! You choose with mayo, or without, and the chef assembles it to your request. Delicious!!!! Lobster rolls are much bigger than Mason's...

Went to the Fries Factory late night with a big crowd of people and there was only one person working, Julie. Everyone in the party ordered a couple things and Julie knocked it out of the park! Everything not only tasted good but the presentation was equally as excellent!!! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely amazing...I go 2-3 times a week for the Connecticut roll to go. Sometimes I don't make out out of the parking lot before my food is gone...very generous serving size. Customer service is absolute top notch! One of my go to's

Chill atmosphere. Kiosk for ordering, was user-friendly and to the point. Plenty of seating, spacious selection. I enjoyed the decor and the food was of good quality. Price worth the amount of food. Great spot!

We haven’t been here in over a year. The lobster is plentiful and delicious. The Connecticut roll is my favorite. It’s served warm and buttery on a classic split top roll. They have German food available now. Their dessert selection is quite large. The plum strudel was amazing! We will be back.

The best around. Fresh, large chunks of tasty Lobster with consistency. I ate there two days in a row. They really care about serving a great product! You just don't find that any more. I highly recommend!!!

Love this place. Connecticut lobster rolls are awesome but the Lobster Bisque with extra lobster is amazing and my favorite. Very filling. I tried the lobster and Mac and cheese and just wow. I had it to go and had it for dinner 2 nights in a row. Great place, comfortable ambiance and super nice folks working there. If you have an appetite for lobster, this is the real deal…

Great combination of great service and excellent food, my husband and I got the classic lobster rolls and there was plenty of meat. Lisa was very pleasant and friendly, and let us taste different soups.

Maybe it was because I came just before closing time. I ordered two lobster rolls, classic and CT. Nothing special really, disappointing tbh - roll was not fresh, too much bread not enough lobster- very plain tasting on both rolls - no seasoning at all - I don’t think Maine would approve sorry to say

Went in for the Lobster Roll Sliders special that was advertised on Facebook. They did not disappoint.

Nice and fast sit-down place with delicious lobster! Had the sampler, and all were very good. I think the simple hot and cold was the best just because the lobster was very good on its own.

The schnitzel overcooked and dry. Mac & Cheese and spetzel greasy. Specialty roll skimped on the smoked salmon. Pictures look more appetizing than actual food.

Great atmosphere restaurant is very clean and the food is amazing and fresh I had a shrimp roll my wife had a lobster roll and we were both very happy and not to forget the great customer service provided by Lisa go check them out you won’t be disappointed

Casual spot to grab some lobster rolls. I love the older lady that works there. She’s so personable. I got the CT roll, so it was warm with butter, just how I like it. I ended up ordering 3 for me; I made two meals out of it :) I will absolutely come to this place again!

Lisa/Fort Myers location was delightful. The food was amazing! We ordered a lobster bisque, a clam chowder and two Connecticut lobster rolls and drinks ($74.00) The lobster rolls were outstandingly delicious. The lobster meat was piled on, very generous portions. The delicious soups came in actual bowls again, very generous portions. Definitely worth the cost. Relaxing environment a lovely little German bakery off to the side of the restaurant. It was a great late afternoon lunch! I did not get any of the pastries, but I will return for more lobster rolls and I will try some of those pastries!! I would highly recommend this charming restaurant.

Absolutely Superb Maine Lobster Salad Roll. Crisp, slightly tart with lemon...the freshest, snappiest lobster since living in New England. Well worth it.

This place is amazing!!! The lobster meat gets flown in from Maine a few times per week. The rolls are filled and the meat is so sweet!!! I will absolutely be a frequent visitor here. They also use the same rolls that are used in Maine.

These used to be excellent. They are still good but the lobster roll itself is tiny now. They used to have longer rolls which one much better. Not as excited as I used to be getting one

stopped in today for an 18$ Lobster Mac n Cheese. it was a pretty small portion but had a good couple chunks of lobster. it could’ve been cheesier to me. the only downside is that i heard the employees saying “it’s in the microwave right now” and they had MICROWAVED my food to warm it up; it was hot and cold, didn’t even have the decency to mix it!!! i thought they would keep like a crock pot or something going all day? it was disappointing because the pasta was way over cooked and idk i thought they would at least pop it in an oven, crisp up some cheese/breadcrumbs on the top, something. it was good, but it’s way too expensive to be sitting in a fridge and microwaved in front of customers. i don’t see them sticking around for long, place was dead during Friday lunch rush. owners quite snarky and unprofessional in replies, surely they won’t like this one either. not a good look to paying customers giving honest feedback.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today and it was really, really good! Authentic lobster rolls, they were delicious, not over dressed or greasy, fresh and full of lobster. Everything we had was great. They are a new restaurant, expanding their services and options, soon to be adding the addition of a Danish bakery! We're definitely be going back!
