Great family run business that is always packed with locals. Food is amazing and value is untouchable . I visit weekly and would go more if I could.

We love going for a casual dinner here. Excellent carbonara, eggplant parmesan, salads, huge portions! But they also have smaller portions on a lot of dishes if you aren't that hungry.

Food was good , portions are great, the only thing I didn't like was how they sneak in fees without the legally required disclosure my bill which wasn't itmezied was 57.65 then after I gave them my card the total changed to 63.11, I guess they charge to use credit cards which is normally a cost of doing business. Plus there is no itemized reciept they just scribble a dollar mount on paper and hand it to.you , I also belive from what I got totaled what was on menu to first dollar amount drinks are 3.75-4 for fountain that was flat . They need to get out of the stone age and use a pos system. A side note if your younger the food was worth it but 95% of the customers are older then the dirt the building was built on so be ready to add salt.

My family have been coming to Pizza Pub over 10 years. We live here full time,and not snowbirds. Normally we visit at least once a month, lots of times more often. This is one of my dad's favorite places to go. He is 92 and also needs assistance getting in and out of the restaurant. I am handicapped and need help loading and unloading walkers from my car. When the owners are in town this is normally not an issue. But for the past 4 visits I have had to rely on the goodness of their customers to help us. I tip whomever helps, employees or heros with big hearts that offer to help.The heroes rarely take my money or offer to purchase their drinks they are happy to help. Yesterday I called after we got there to request help, the lady was borderline rude, but said she would be right out. We waited in the car 10 minutes, I called back and they just hung up on me. (This was not a first) A lady picking up her order, stopped to assist my dad and I. She happened to be a caregiver, God bless her. We were just going to leave, we have done that several times before also. If my dad didn't continue to pick this place, I would have no problem not going there. They are a very neighborhood place.If you go there and they don't know. you will normally get good service, the food is always excellent and reasonably priced. about $15 per person. When we got inside, the waitresses very snippy and rude, short clipped comments. My dad is 92 with Dementia and he likes to go out of his living facility at least once a week. He is slow in ordering and eating. But this should not be a problem, when we got there,they only had 1 other couple in there. They had 4 girls sitting at the counter planning a birthday for one of their family. Ignoring the world and 100% on all 4 phones. After we ordered the kitchen was fast and food was great. By the time we left, it was 5p dinner hour. They still had open tables. I saw a large family come in and figured they coild combine tables so I tried to get my dad ready to leave. Our server wouldn't even come collect the bill. She had the lady that was cleaning tables come to get it. When she returned with my bill. I paid the food portion and zero tip. I wrote on back of ticket, no help, no service, no tip and have a better day. As we we're leaving another helpful person , helped my dad into the car and helped me load, both walkers. As I was getting ready, out comes our server(I wish I could remember her name she and Ann have been there forever) and told me. if I cant tip the servers take carryout! I do tip and i tip well for extra help. Tips are not mandatory, they are earned, and the whole world has forgotten that. While sitting there on several calls I heard them tell customers, there was a delivery charge and a minimum tip of $5 for the driver. Again not fair to the customer or driver.Either add it in with delivery fees or allow the driver a chance to earn it. A friendly reminder saying dont forget to tip your driver, would be fine, but dont require a specific amount. This is a family owned business I SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES. But tips are not mandatory. When I said that , our server told us not to come back. I ask name of manager/she just walked off and said her manager agreed with her and told her ok to say this. Apparently this business is relying on their excellent food to keep going. They don't even need $100 a month extra to survive. God bless them, i have no doubt that they will survive, but they need to realize who is paying their checks. Keep turning people away and they wont be needed.

I was hoping to try this restaurant after just moving to town. I walked in at 2:30pm today, Wednesday, and noticed a fair amount of customers eating and chatting. Thought to myself this place must be alright. I looked at the handful of vacant tables and chose my seating. About 2 minutes later a brunette waitress advised “We aren’t taking any orders right now, sorry.” So I left. I honestly haven’t ever been told this before especially during a seemingly normal business flow. Given the area of town this is located I presume they have mostly retirement patrons and not a true “lunch rush”. I really don’t know why I was denied service. I’m pretty disappointed. Maybe call in advance before walking in here?

Amazing food and wait staff very efficient

Simple menu but an awsome sauce for chicken or veal parm. Fair price. Makes their own homemade bread which is tasty. Pizza is hand tossed but I like a thicker crust which they offer for $1.00 more. A superb place for some pasta or a pizza.

Hole in the wall .. had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Service was good .. host keep us informed on the wait great job guys

We love going there. We enjoy the antipasto salad!! Actually, we have enjoyed all of the choices. The staff is very pleasant. Rachael is a great server!! Recommend trying the Pizza Pub for sure.

I went with my wife and daughter, the place is small but cozy, good service and delicious pizzas. We liked it a lot and we already included it in the places to eat after a walk.

Food was amazing! Absolutely the best Greek salad l have ever eaten. I was amazed by the freshness and portion size of the salad for only $10. The salad easily could have been shared amongst 3 people as an appetizer. The white pizza with fresh broccoli was perfect! Very family friendly atmosphere. The dining room was filled and there was only 2 employees working the floor. Both provided amazing service and worked exceptionally well with each other and the customers. Meals were served timely, accurately and hot! We were frequently checked on to see if we were enjoying our meals, needed anything else, drinks refilled, etc. Loved it here and will certainly return. Can't wait to try the calzone!

The pizza was amazing! One of my favorites when we visit Ft. Myers. The lingini with clams could use a bit more spice to it, but very good.

The best philly I've had in SWFL, came here for some Parm subs and got a cheese steak. My girl is from the Philly area and I'm exceptionally picky. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Disappointed in myself for not finding it sooner!

Pizza Pub has never been disappointed, and I have been a customer for over 20 years. ALL of their food is great. I live in North Naples and am happy to make the drive for either dine in or take out. I highly recommend.

Love this place for lunch. However multiple times have been harassed over a tip for delivery even though there is already a 6 dollar delivery fee. Tipping is not mandatory and is based on quality of service. Based on this quality of service 0 tip would be accurate. Won't be back. Unfortunate.

The food here is very good and the prices are very reasonable. It's not a very big place, so you will probably have to wait to be seated. But the service is excellent once you are seated. I will definitely go back

You just cant beat the portions and price. Have I had better yes but paid a lot more for it. The place is always very busy which tells you something. You can eat out there once a week and know you wont be disappointed or broke.

I was there today 3-13-2024 with 2 friends we are about 70 years old ,they treat us like a garbage ,the brunette waitres make us wait more than 30 minutes and she serve other people come before us !! whem I complaint about take so long to care us she came to us in very rude person on this world I never see And after we argue with her she trow a basket bread in our table ande looking to me and say “ make this the last time you here “ If you work with public you have to be polite and kind ,that’s my words for today

First time ever having a great pizza 🍕. The veggie pizza is fantastic. The meat pizza is very good, but a little salty. The Pizza Pub was jamming with people. So know it is great food.

Varied menu. Very good pasta and pizza. Gargantuan quantities. “Decent” service but cold. Very advantageous value for money. Very busy; It's difficult to eat there because they don't take reservations.

Horrible service for mediocre food. I stopped in on my lunch break because I pass this place everyday going to work and wanted to try it out. I was ignored why I walked up to the counter. The person at the counter was short when I asked a question when she finally acknowledged me. After placing an order for a single slice she walked away without saying a word and continued to ignore me. After waiting a few minutes I asked how much I owed so that I could pay. She was again short in her reply. When my pizza finally came, it was as if they just threw pepperoni on the pizza and it was barely warm.

The portions are great always have left over . My husband always orders the Chicken Parmesan every time and loves it. I'm always torn between Chicken Piccata or Chicken Marsala that are great. The staff is friendly and fun.

Rude customers complaining about your service (but great food) they are clueless concerning this lacking economy and nobody wants to respect a job today, they are only there for a paycheck.

Almost everyone knows already that Pizza Pub has delicious food. This is a thriving restaurant since they have friendly prompt service and a welcoming ambiance. EVERY table in the restaurant is ALWAYS full of smiling satisfied faces!! THIS is how you run a restaurant, 35 years in the making!!

February '24 Another great meal. The eggplant parmagiana spectacular. Excellent tomato sauce. Linguine and clams with linguine also amazing. We love this place! As usual the service and the food was great. The chicken parm and the side of braciola was teriffic. This place is amazing and don't let the small store front and dining area fool you.

Busy place even on a Tuesday night. Food was very good and very reasonably priced! Pizza, pasta, chicken caesar salad , everything we had was tasty. First time for me but one of my family members favorite places! Only single drawback was the short, older, cranky, mean, rude waitress we ended up with. She is fairly new and might seriously consider another line of work. Busy place I understand but place is fairly small and she wasn't very attentive at all. Never said hey I'm so and so and didn't get all the drink orders Had to get up and go ask for my drink, then food items she forgot to bring out and then for drink refills. Even after she had passed by our table 4-5 times. Place is fairly small and she didn't even bother looking at our table or asking if we needed anything or how everything was while serving other customer tables next to us and around us. Tip was reflective of poor service and she got rude about not getting a better tip. I think 10% was more then fair. Gratuity is based on exceptional service I believe? If the manager was present we would have been more then happy explaining our stance and why we left what we did. Would absolutely LOVE to go back and try some of the other items. Great menu prices! Would definitely love to try some other great looking dishes. DEFINITELY would want another waitress waiting on us however....

Loved everything about this little family owned restaurant! The prices were so affordable and the food quality was amazing. Our server was so attentive and brought us extra sauce not once but twice and we didn't even ask for it. We ate our fill and brought a full container of leftovers home with us. Be sure to save room for dessert. It was delicious. Highly recommend!

We have gotten pizza here for 10 years as take out. Love the crust and if you add butter and some garlic powder to the bread on the side of the entrees and microwave it is a great addition.

Crowded, no surprise, great food and service

Waitress was extremely rude and nasty. To the owner, get better people to serve the customer because your food is very good and your service is terrible. Recommend to do take out only at this place. Do not bother sitting in.

Come here every year when we visit family . Food is always good . U get bread before the e food witch is always warm and very good . Speghetti selections are all very good and reasonable priced. They have deals every day . And u get more then enough food to bring some home . Pizza is also very good here . You can also sit outside

Best lemon chicken franchise ever! Big portions.

We only have had takeout so far this trip,but the pizzas are still the best we have found.Generous portions of toppings,we had half veggie and half the works,both were great.Still gets crowded for dinner,lunch is a better option.

We were a group of 10 and went mid week around noon. They were able to seat us within half an hour. Food was fantastic, but as other reviews have mentioned, the service was lacking. Half of us never got utensils, and even though we asked multiple times we ended up just getting up and grabbing them ourselves. We also didn’t get one of the waters we asked for the whole time we were there. Our waitress was nice, but I felt like she wasn’t taking much time on our group, which led to some things not being taken care of. She seemed super rushed, which kinda stressed me out. She also said I was unable to substitute my house side salad that came with my meal for a Greek salad, even with an up charge, which I found odd, but whatever. As I said though, the food was fantastic. I got the linguine carbonara and my husband got a pepperoni and black olive pizza. I didn’t care for the onions in the carbonara, but otherwise it was amazing.

Food is absolutely Amazing! Staff on the hand are NOT so much! If you are not a regular or up to their standards they treat you awful! The owners should reevaluate the upper waitresses that think they have management skills and learn to treat everyone the same and not like they are simply trash beanth them it's wrong !

MEAL: This review is for a freshly made, 14" pizza pie on our first and last time visit to that restaurant. We ordered it with three toppings: pepperoni, meatballs and banana peppers. It was not so great. The marinara was too sweet, unseasoned and watery. The meatballs tasted like super-salted ground beef, not meatballs. The cheese was barely enough to call it a pizza. The pizza where I am from in NYC, is 10 times better than that on a bad day! Pizza Pub's pizza does not even compare with something someone would make in a hurry in their kitchen, using tomato paste, shredded cheese, etc. It was yucky and I would not recommend. Boxed supermarket pizza is way better than that Pizza Pub's pie! SERVICE: The Service was dry, unfriendly and the three (3) or so waitresses looked overwhelmed on a Tuesday's lunch hour. Pizza Pub is a small restaurant and our waitress looked like she was putting up with us, rather than being friendly and engaging. When we asked her about their expensive $3.00 "SLICES (TUESDAY-SATURDAY LUNCH ONLY)," she repeated multiple times, "with added toppings," making it sound like that overpriced slice was going to cost even more. There was also no hot shelf | hot counter, to be able to choose the pizza slices, as it is common in NYC. Thanks but no thanks. The drinks they served us had like 3 lbs. of ice, barely containing water and soda in it. Ask for no ice so you may get what you are paying for. FINAL THOUGHTS: Most Florida pizzerias advertise themselves as "New York Style" this and that. Pizza Pub is FAR from that. It is more like "Overpriced, Florida Waterdown-Style Pizza" than anything else. Do not get fooled by false advertisement.

Pizza is comparable to a few locations in the Boston area. By far the best pizza I have had in the Fort Myers area.

The food was excellent as always, and so was our server Crystal. She gave us quick service, complete answers to our questions, and checked on us at appropriate times. The only reason I took 1 star away is because, as a server for 5+ years, I noticed she was quite busy taking care of her tables and giving great service, as the restaurant was full when we sat down, but another server, a taller lady with long blonde hair, just walking around with her phone in hand, as well as others standing at the counter the aame way. While your restaurant is full, your phone should be away and you should be focused on your tables and sidework so that your teammates are not left struggling. Thank you again to Crystal for the excellent service and to the kitchen for the tasty food.

Pizza thief!! We order a large pizza for pick up/take out. Since when did pizzas get slices into 71/4 slices? Whoever sliced the pizza cut 3/4 of a slice out and pushed the pizza back together. Ridiculously obvious by the way. Also the girl that took the order over the phone was rude. Actual pizza was ok but did the pizza slicer person actually think that their thievery would go unnoticed? Won’t be going back to Pizza Pub of Ft Myers. Starz just down the street is way better on all aspects !!

Our new go to for family dining and great Italian food. Something about the way they make their sauce makes their pasta dishes so flavorful. I had the chicken parmigiana. Holy cow they don't skip on the sizes or the cheese. Our waitress Rachel is so friendly. You would swear she s known you her whole life. The food is always spot on. And the homemade rolls are perfect. Crisp on the outside but soft and warm. Best in Fort Myers.

My mother in law who along with her father, brother, and husband who are regulars at this restaurant received horrible horrible service at this place. The waitress first messed up the order multiple times and got snotty when they said something about their order. Then the waitress stopped her at the door and chased her in the parking lot demanding a bigger tip for 2 take home meals and yelling at her in front of all the customers. (My mother in law just wanting to get out of the situation took out her wallet then gave her 10 more dollars) Then after getting home and opening Our meals only to see our food was thrown in the bag with spaghetti sauce spilled everywhere and the bread not being wrapped up just thrown in the bag. Great food but because of the horrible service we will never step foot in this place. This situation occurred Oct 5th for reference!

Food excellent. Servers have an attitude. Without the owners present this place has gone down hill. Been going there many years but maybe not again. I have heard same comments from many people lately. Unless they change it will not survive.

The waitresses were unduly rude and abrasive when we entered the restaurant. Although there were a few tables that needed to be cleaned we waited by the door. The waitress yelled across the room for us to wait outside because it was a fire hazard. She was in no hurry to clean a table for us so we waited outside in 90 degree weather while she took her time. Our guests were surprised at the lack of regard for customers and the retaliation by our waitress when we were finally seated. Her sighs and attitude were definitely a sign of unprofessional behavior. Wont go back!
