Have gone to this longhorn numerous times and the quality and service is always amazing! Our server, Collin, was extremely professional, kind, and made our experience very enjoyable! This is the best longhorn that I have visited by far!

We got to order our meals and were not disappointed... Dad really liked the grilled, sweet corn. The food was amazing. Wait, time wasn't long... Overall experience was worth it.... The only things you guys have wrong is ur time man I went with my family to eat at 8:45pm and you guys where closed When ur time says a different hours smh wow never again 😡

The food is very good, but the tables are squished together so you feel like you're eavesdropping on other conversations. Tables are small for 4 people and servers don't remove empty bread boards or salad/bread plates, so the table is too crowded for 4 people to eat comfortably. Drinks were eventually refilled but not very quickly. 12 oz Ribeye (26.49) was good, 9 oz Parm Crusted Chicken (18.79) was tender as were the 2 6ct Chic Tenders (15.79ea). Iced Tea (3.39) was good, baked potatoes are precooked and the skin is very dried out. Salads are premade and the Caesar salad needed more dressing. It was a decent meal but nothing especially fantastic.

It's always a plaisir to come back here. Awesome food. Nice staff. Great overall value.

Food was overpriced and overcooked

My family and I went to have dinner tonight and when we arrived we were greeted rather coldly by the host. When we said we were 3 and a baby so we would need a high chair he immediately told us how that would be a problem and didn’t have a place for us. The way he was looking through the computer you could feel how we were a bother. It wasn’t until my husband asked if we could have a booth and place a high chair that he even offered to see if it was possible. Needless to say, we felt very uncomfortable and left. We were very disappointed with this location and the way we were treated as a nuisance.

This is my favorite location of all time. The staff is amazing and professional at all times. Such amazing vibes when I come here.

My husband, son-in-law, and I had a wonderful and surprising experience at this Longhorns. We hate to be sticks in the mud, but we don't expect good food, value or service when we go out anymore. Thanks to Amber last night, we were pleasantly surprised. Although the prices are much higher, we had great food and service. Longhorns has remained consistent. Thank you Amber!

Good service and excellent food!

Could not adjust the setting sun shinning into my wife’s eyes. Why? The string was broken and they didn’t want to disturb the people sitting in the booth to climb on the seat to close the blind! Absolutely ridiculous!

Great steak really enjoyed the people and the environment

Went to go eat at around 3, the hostess came 5 minutes after we had walked on, with an indescribable attitude. She told us it would be 5 minutes for the table to be ready. 20 minutes went by, and she came pointing fingers, the told us she will put us on the wait list. All this happened, with about 75% of the restaurant being empty. This is from a very loyal customer who eats on a regular basis and loves the food there.

Went for dinner on Father's day, went early, they definitely needed more help wait for food was long, tables around complaining..the steak was tasty but porterhouse steak small not what were use to, it was ok but could've been better

We usually have a good experience with this reasonably priced chain. I ordered their top steak medium rare and it came out way overcooked. To their credit, they took it back and tried again. Still medium, but I ate it and we moved on.

Steaks were decent. Mashed potatoes, corn, and Mac n cheese were trash. Asparagus was good. What really didn’t sit right with me is the menu and the server said 2 sides were included each, ok, so we ordered them…didn’t even want 2 sides each but figured we’d try them n share. She ended up charging for each individual side. I paid. I didn’t feel like arguing, but it cost me an extra $20. Still tipped her right or whatever but left her a little note letting her know that I know.

Longhorn Steakhouse is a fantastic spot for steak lovers! The steaks are always cooked just right, juicy and full of flavor. The service is excellent, and the cozy atmosphere adds to the dining experience. Don't miss out on their signature steaks; they are truly delicious! Highly recommend it!

Nice place to go and enjoy a porter house steak,with French fries or the side you enjoy most.

I used to work at a longhorn, back when peanut shells on the ground was a thing, under Rare Hospitality. The ribeye I ordered was AMAZING, EXTREMELY well prepared, kudos to the chef. What set this visit aside was my crutches. And the Server, Frankie. Water was on the table immediately and never empty, bread served immediately, food delivered with flair. As a former server, myself, that girl hit all the marks perfectly, some of the best service I've ever had. Surprisingly, she is a new hire. Good sense of humor, conversation, and overall made me feel welcome and wanting to come back. Staff was overall friendly, and accommodating my condition. Great job Longhorn and Frankie Especially. The fact I can still remember her name alone speaks volumes to personalized customer service. Vs just another waitress... I am thoroughly impressed. Keep up the great work. As a local , I'll be in often, especially throughout off season.

Super delicious food, very friendly staff. The bread with butter to start with was perfect. A fillet steak with lobster tail and two sides for $34 is totally fine.

Excellent steaks any time we went over there, also staff was always very nice and helpful. Drinks were always spot on, good prices for the steaks which are always cooked perfect and the best bread ever!

First time at this location. Everything was prepared prefectably. The order was on time, and the pickup was an easy process. Longhorn is consistently good throughout all locations, which makes it a good choice when traveling.

I've had several bad encounters with longhorns now. The last steak I ordered takeout I couldn't eat because it was so dry and overcooked. It feels intentional but who knows. It costs too much for a bunch of kids to fk around. I won't be back for awhile till I can forget about it.

My Flo filet was absolutely delicious, even better than my husband's t bone! Salad was delicious as well. Reasonably priced drinks. Dinner was 23, average cost these days for a steak. Waitress was very attentive and had a very enjoyable dinner.

Had to tell food runner that i had been trying to get another glass of wine for a while. Bartenders were buisy but they made me my girlfriend and son 30 minutes to sit us at a bar booth?? Feel service would have been different if we were sat a tablr in the dining are.

I can’t speak about the food because we decided to leave. We asked for a booth and was seated at a table, we reminded the hostess we wanted a booth and she said sorry we don’t have any available even though there was three just cleaned. Ok not a big deal but when we sat down the carpet around our table smelt like throw up and after sitting there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged we decided to get up and leave. The place was hectic and the staff seemed disorganized

We do more take out than eating in. But when we do eat in, service is always great. The food is always hot and cooked to order and flavorful.

Amazing experience. Had the pleasure of having the young lady Jocelyn and I will say AMAZING JOB! Will definitely be back and requesting Jocelyn each time.

My wife, Terry, and I had a fabulous server, last evening. We are retired and 80 years of age. Her continuous attention to my wife's needs made our entire evening very special. Her name is Brianna. ID #3495 06102 7453. As an employer of over 250 persons, I learned the value of rewarding them regularly. Brianna is the best server we've had in our 4+ years of coming to Longhorn.

ordered a to go curbside order and sat in the parking lot waiting for the food for over an hour then had to go inside to get it myself. of course the food was cold by the time it got to me 0/10

It's a Longhorn Steakhouse. You know what you're getting, and that's why you go. Solid food, decent price. And I will also mention that their salmon is amazing!!

1st time and it was fantastico! Had the filet mignon. It was cooked to perfection. Cut like butter. I got med well. Just right! Juicy and tasty. Loaded potato was good but needs more loading. Ask for extra sour cream, bacon and cheese while ordering. Asparagus cooked perfectly. The bread that prefaced the meal was hot and delish. Ask for extra butter. Bottled flat water was also good. We had the ginormous ganache cake with vanilla ice cream. Easily serves 2 with taking alot hime; and could get away with 4 servings if you get 2 more scoops of ice cream. Overall, very impressed with the meal. Our waiter was Alexander. Very nice, quick and knowledgeable.

Best t-bone I've had in a while. The building has been cleaned up a lot since the last visit years ago.

Best LongHorn is SWFL. The service is a step above any other I’ve been to. Very friendly, and helpful. The food is great too. I ordered a Flo’s Filet cooked to medium and it was perfectly cooked. If you are craving a good steak that won’t break the bank this is place.

The food was good however, we were seated at 7 pm, and we didn't get our food until about 830pm if not later. The server passed by multiple times, but didn't explain why it was taking so long or even check in with us. One of our group members finally went up and asked about it. On the plus side, they did heavily discount our table.

I’m a chef that pecan smokes and reverse sears grass fed choice steaks at home so I usually don’t get to enjoy steaks at restaurants. The 20 Oz ribeye I had here was fantastic. We got double cooked broccoli that was also delicious and we were able to customize the meal for our picky diets. This restaurant put an ear to ear grin on my face. Better than a Kobe filet from Sam and Nicks in Dallas, for 1/5 the price.

Great service and steaks cooked to perfection. Amazing mashed potatoes and the bread is always welcome. Parmesain crusted dip is always a great way to start the meal. Matt gave us great service tonight

My main dish was undercooked and I sent it back but it came back still the same raw and It came with another side dish I didn’t order. Over appetizer were alright but it wasn’t that good

Burned ribs arrived after 75 minutes. Apparently similar problems at other tables. The manager was absent and left problems to waiters. First time ever we have had a bad experience at Longhorn.

My mother and I went for New Year's Day. We both ordered a filet mignon. The steak was cooked to perfection, however, they were about an inch thick. I asked her before we ordered if the filets are still nice, big, thick filets and she assured us they were. The steak was smaller than the palm of my hand and thin. This is the second time in a month that we had this issue hence why I asked the waitress. I thought it was bc it was a different location,but no. What they advertise is nothing like what you get. I know that happens with most food advertising, however, this is a HUGE difference.

My favorite place for a good steak.

I went to Longhorn for my birthday on December 23, and was disappointed because we, 3 of us, and was not given the Stampede for desert. Also, you don't give a discount for seniors like Outback does.

The food was excellent. Service was excellent. Good steaks. Good potatoes.

What can I say? It is Longhorn. The food is consistently great. I had the Filet and wife had the Ribeye. Both were perfect. The seasoning/rub is what makes them Longhorn on top of the meat cuts. We keep going back because for a chain based steakhouse no on else compares.

Long horn really needs to learn to put more or better description of the food example=Firecracker Chicken Wraps 9.49 | Spicy chicken and cheese tortillas with avocado-lime dip. Cal: 720 Dip 220 A wrap is not fried or baked this is basically a southwest egg roll but thin. Trying to order something lean and get fried food. Very unhappy with my order due to poor description of food.

Order the longhorn blue rare with baked sweet potato and salad. My husband ordered the lonhgorn blue rare with loaded baked potato and a saled. We got our grandkids the ribeye asked for it medium rare and cute in half with fries on each plate. Ordered white cheddar mushrooms and spinach dip for appetizers. Our saldads came before our appetizers. The grandkids steak came on one plate and French fries on two small plates. My steak was medium at best, and so was my husbands. No one ever came around to ask how the food was. Had to chase down the waiter to get steak sauce and ketchup then he forgot and had to ask a second

Steak was overly peppered seasoned, distracted from natural flavor. French fries were not "seasoned" and served cool, not hot and not crispy at all. 10 ounce salmon was a very small portion compared to previous visits.

Waren vor einer Woche schon in einem LongHorn Steakhaus. Und da es so lecker war, mussten wir nochmal in eines der Häuser gehen. Auch hier war das Essen sehr gut 👍🏼 Ich musste wieder Sparerips essen und war so voll gefuttert 🤣 Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt 👍🏼

My family, some friends and I went for my birthday dinner, party of 13. Our call ahead was for 7:30, we sat at 8. The server acted like he didn’t want to serve us. He had an annoyed face on and didn’t do much. My steak was charred. I got well done but man! It was BLACK. The server did apologize at the end for the confusion, service, and food.
