I was passing by there by chance, and I decided to go in: and what a disappointment it took me 🤨 the food tastes good, but they are a pittance, but for a roast beef, and a baliada, they charged me, $34. It also seemed strange to me that they don't have the Prices on the menu, I think the waitress took her tip🤔and I deludedly left her $5 more😡

Bad food, bad place, very expensive for such ugly food, we had a very bad experience with my family, I have a relative who didn't like the food because it was raw and whatnot. He didn't eat it, he just tried it a little 🤮🤢 the place was all dirty, the bathroom was dirty, bad, everything was very fatal.

The food has a good flavor, but they give very little, the order of ripe plantains is only half of the banana, the food is expensive I feel that in this restaurant they do not give enough food like in other places they are very stingy when it comes to serving the orders .

Unlike other Honduran restaurants, the food in Los Costeños actually tastes authentic and delicious. I’ve been to many restaurants where the baleadas were hard and flavorless, but the cooks at Los Costeños make the baleadas perfectly.

Didn’t kinda like it, baleadas too small. Eggs are good. Coffee Too cold, guess the machine doesn’t work. Only 3 workers. Tortillas small also. 59 dollars just for some small entree. Not recommended, go to a Salvadoreño which the baleadas are bigger. Tortillas are medium.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! This place is insane scammers, this place does not have respect for you as a client. this place refuse to give your money back or change your food for something else, the lady is rude and continue on saying no no NO and we were very clear on what we wanted and been respectful to here but when we got our order it was not how it’s supposed to look and she was asking for more money for (chimol/pico de gallo) that’s supposed to be in the pollo ceibeño already but with not ashamed she does not know how to make a tradicional dish and does not know how to accept a mistake, after this the lady became angry and stared to say disrespectful words to us, someone need to put her on her place. The owner does not give her face and the menu that they give us was completely different from what they told us, again this is not a about the money is about respect and she does not have that but not even the food look right. The moment you pay you’ve lost. DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible experiencia. Nos hicieron esperar casi una hora y nos fuimos porque al final la comida aún no estaba en preparación. Aparte súper caro los jugos que en realidad eran agua dulce.

Ordered a baleada with steak and it was terrible, smallest baleadas with terrible flavor, its not the attendant fault but the cooks! It was my last time going there! No toilet paper or paper towels in the restrooms and the hygiene is in the worst condition.

Muy muy mal servicio llame a la 9:10am hacer una irden de unas baleadas y me dijeron en 15min llegue a Las 9:45 pedi mi orden y aun la muchacha q me atendio me dijo aahh si le faltan 15 min 😡 le dije mi amor si llame. Las 9:15 Mira la Hora demelas para comer aqui ya me dice la mujer ok y cuando recivo mi orden Era Mas huevos y nada de chorizo y la mujer se reusa a aceptar q no tenia chorizo le reclame y me decia q si tenia regreso a la cosina y la cocinera le dijo q si tenia y de verda nada tenia le dije q me echaran extra entonces y ahi me Las dejo en la mesa y porciones muy pequenas para el costo q tiene la comida por suerte no aviamos pagado aun y les dejamos Las baliadas ahi por q no quisieron arreglarlas y eso q les dije q no eran regaladas q si tenian q le pongan extra y nada la misera me Las dejo ahi pues me levante y nos fuimos.. pobre de la duena del local q no sabe Como Ella's atienden al cliente...

Pedi para llevar una sopa de Res y lo que vine a encontrar es sopa de frijoles, no tienen cuidado con los pedidos. Mucha incompetencia.

Decent place, been here a few times and every time they mess up the order one way or another. Shame. Don’t own up to it or issue a fix or a refund even. Management doesn’t even show their face.

Primero de todo, si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo aria. La muchacha que atiende no sabe sus platos tradicionales de Honduras. Nosabe diferenciar pechuga a la plancha con pollo frito con pieza de pechuga. Muchas de mis mañanas y tardes paso comprando pero con el pésimo servicio al cliente perdieron un cliente leal. Honestamente si va a trabajar en un lugar edúquese con el menú. Y sinónimos del menú. Gracias por nada. Y para la Senora q cocina no sabe q es una comida hondureña Fui a dejar los dos pollos y con prepotencia me dijeron noté devolvemos tu dinero y le dije no kiero tu dinero porque perdí 20$ pero ustedes pierden mas

They couldn’t accept an order mistake they made. I specified enough but they continued to deny the anatomy of a chicken 😭. Honestly I was a regular customer but I guess everything has an end.They argued no refunds but I didn’t complain for the money back; I just wanted for them to accept, that wasn’t what I ordered. The cook didn’t even want to accept the common sense. Well we live and we learn. Last visit for sure.

My review of this place is solely on the baleadas because it's the one thing I miss from home that I get from this restaurant. I have to say in all my years of living here in Miami and looking for the closest thing to the baleadas from Cobel en La Ceiba, this restaurant has been the most consistent in taste AND price. Whomever is making those tortillas de harina back there, really knows how. It's always a hit or miss when you try a new place but I'll vouch for this restaurant and say that in the 15 years as a customer I'll keep coming back for those baleadas as long as they taste like this. Customer service is always warm and welcoming, if they don't answer the phone it's because they are BUSY! El que quiere busca como.
