Great place to eat after school

very good customer service & very nice

Ok here we go. First thing first everything was on point except the Sweet Tea. No Sweetnesd at all, it's like somebody forgot to put the sugar.... Like really!!! But other than that it's a reliable place to eat and enjoy your self.

This is the third time the food is not fresh, and can’t even exchange it , will be afraid that they will spit on it

ordered the new $5 meal and the drinks are EXTREMELY wrong. I chose sweet tea and lemonade for the drink options. Don’t be fooled by the look of the drink, it’s not the right one. It is COFFEE and lemonade… I was already too far to go and get it fixed but it is VERY disappointing. We took a sip of our drinks just to taste the DISGUSTING mix of flavors.

I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and a medium fry...staff is very friendly but the food was disgusting. Obviously the bread was microwaved due to the rubber texture, the cheese was not even melted, the fries were cold, soft/soggy and like rubber as well. Tried calling the store immediately and only get a message telling you to leave a voicemail which I can assure you, it will NEVER be returned. Hopefully, when I contact corporate they will help.

People are always nice and every time I go my order is right!

I just got home and started eating and notice this on one of my fukin fries i didnt fukin go back because i live far and was super tired from working all day and hungry this was literally my only meal i had today and this is what fukin received form this fukin place this is just damn disgusting!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

One of the best mcdonalds you can go to they are quick and the food always good, never had a problem there.

I don't think they made the iced coffee right. It tasted old and they extra charged me for a Large ice coffee because the kiosk was saying they're out of stock. The coffee made my stomach hurt. I didn't even ask for a remake or refund.

I took my dons here after the Miami edison football game and they had a blast it was well worth it

Received a 10pc nugget and a sweet tea from the drive thru. They got the sweet tea right. The nuggets were not hot or even warm... I'm very disappointed with my experience.

In Broward county, ALL McDonald's are franchises and therefore they can do whatever they want with no accountability

This used to be a pretty cool, music/JAZZ themed McDonald's. Not sure what happened? Just average now. I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, only their coffee once in a while

I love the quarter pounder cheese meal with the fries and drink. I like the double cheeseburgers but the price needs to be reduced to $2.29 instead of $3.39. McDonald's fries are the best

Cashiers were attentive & friendly, place is clean & kitchen is well staffed. Food was throughly cooked. Better than a typical generalized "3 star" experience.

Everything went well on this visit to McDonald's the food was hot and fresh. There was no discrepancy with my order. My grandkids were happy.

I simply asked a boy in a purple sure to give me some ranch instead of him just getting the ranch because everybody else there were busy assisting other customers p he pointed telling me to ask her when he when she was busy I don't think he cares much about his job that's why I gave your McDonald's no customer service

I ordered breakfast in the drive thru. I had no issues and the staff was relatively nice. Dude that handed me the food wasn't very talkative or anything. He just gave it to me through the window and kept it moving

It’s says they are open 24hrs I literally just left the drive through it is 2:06am Tuesday June 20, 2023 and they told me they only had chicken nuggets and fries available and that they close at 2:50am So annoyed by these workers that should’ve be working if it bothers them to work especially if it’s 24hr services.

Great service, clean, but....The owner only pay $12/hrs for starting positions. I never worked at any fast food restaurant but the owner is selfish, cheap, and greedy. Take out taxes and you make practically nothing in this current economy. Sad. I do not support

Picked up food from here Friday (4/28) night at about 11pm. Manager working was one of the most disrespectful people I've ever met in my life. Locking people out of the restaurant, scoffing at customers, and verbally abusing and berating her employees in from of diners are just a few things I witnessed while waiting about 15 minutes for my pickup order. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere here very well may be the worst I've experienced at any restaurant ever. The poor guy working the counter with her, I felt so bad for him. Give the management job to someone who can at least pretend to not be crazy.

This McDonald's is amazing. I missed my bus transfer on the way to get ready for band practice and decided to stop in for a quick bite so I'm not malnourished while playing guitar. I put my order in through the app and they had it ready for me in no time even with people waiting in the drive thru. I got a ten piece nugget, mcdouble and a small fries with a coke and each item was executed perfectly. They even got the sauces I asked for right with no problems. By the time I was finished I felt ecstatic and wanted to personally thank the manager and tell them they have a great team but they looked busy so instead I'm writing this glowing review as soon as I left. I was the kid in a black pea coat with shaggy hair anyhow. Thank you!

You can't order more than 2 meals via the drive thru. My husband had to go inside and order the rest of our meal since we are a family of 4. I thought Mcdonald was a family friendly restaurant but not this one.

For mobile orders you get charged when they are serving your food but even though they know I didn't have the food that I ordered they still charged me anyway and told me to contact my bank smfh . And Nilda had the nastiest attitude like that was my fault. If they don't have the item I can go on the app and cancel the order but I couldn't because at the location they put in their system that I picked it up so I was charged. I use this app everyday I know how it works .

Not the best experience when it comes to picking up a mobile order here at this McDonald's location, also very disorganized staff in the lobby when trying to place an order and also trying to retrieve the order. The staff almost blatantly ignored me as I was picking up my mobile order that I paid for via the McDonald's app. They also ignored an Uber driver as he was coming to pick up an order. The food was hot at least but the wait time and the experience of the staff as far as customer service and their timeliness with completing food orders I would rate as less than one star but four stars because the food was hot thankfully

McDonald's is contributing big time to global warming. Their drive thru is slow as molasses.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is horrible and disgusting bad customer service they gave me my order after giving it to the wrong person. They didn’t remake my order when I asked them to, they argued with me about it thats unsanitary to give me my order after someone else already touched it. I waited in the drive through for about 30 minutes cause they couldn’t find my order since some one else paid for it because they don’t pay attention to orders. I had a code for a free meal on top of paying for my order and they gave it for 20% off I had to pay the difference when the coupon said it was free, that’s false advertisement, never going here again.

If I wasn't blocked in I would of left.Doesnt make since two lines and service is still slower than a snail.Absolutely no since at all.Time management horrible.

In a post Covid world, this mickey D's had protocols in place to facilitate social distancing while providing their food.

I tried many times, at different time of the day always bad customer service! They take forever to make an order. Last time that I came here it was in the afternoon. I made an order through the app to pick up . When I got inside I wait like 15 minutes they had my order ready and no body checked out. Also there was two employees the oldest lady asked to the young one to check my order and she said oh no! This is not my job my job is to do the order that they make inside. I think that’s not appropriate in front of a customer. Also when their boss came in and she said hi to every one she was making fun of her. That completely unprofessional . They need more training and professional staff .

This particular store says that they’re open 24 hours but so not true. They stop serving food at 3:30am I know because it’s the closest and only McDonald’s in that area. I’m here now and it’s 5:51am and they’re still closed I see the manager she sees me but choose to ignore me and every car pulling up. Some changes because that is false advertising

I always do take out orders at this location and it is pretty decent. It is always clean and the atmosphere is quite good.

All the burgers where dry as if they were there sitting for a while and they missed an item per usual smh maybe if they stopped chit chatting amongst each other for a minute they can complete their jobs properly 🤔 🙄

The worst not even a 1 star i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, this is it. Cold,greasy, look like chicken that's being seating in the oven for days. I don't remember me telling the cashier I didn't want lettuce or tomatoes so they just give it to me how ever they want too.
