This cafe is adorable and super chill. My husband and I came here because we want to start trying new spots that we don't have to bring the kids to. The vibe was super relaxed and the staff was extremely helpful. We tried the tuna bowl and Brussel sprouts bowl, both had fresh ingredients and were very tasty. We also got a Matcha latte with coconut milk, a peach and strawberry lemonade donut, a peanut butter ball and the spinach muffin. We wanted to try as much as possible. The flavors of the donuts and muffin were outstanding. They are all gluten-free so don't expect a gluten texture donut. The donuts were not dry and I can't get over how they nailed their flavors, the strawberry lemonade had a punch of lemonade and the sweet of the strawberry, the peach was so good too, almost like a warm peach cobbler, but the donut was chilled. My husband and I both drooled over the spinach and (feta?) Muffin, I can't remember what cheese, but it was like a flavorful quiche in muffin form. Everything was great in it's own way, I will definitely come back for just the baked goods alone. Thank you for an awesome experience.

I absolutely love that they have so many gluten free treats! The atmosphere is amazing with a super chill vibe, even when the line is out the door. I've been able to introduce friends to this place, and also get them hooked!

I love The Lotus cafe! They have the best gluten free and vegan food in Ogden. All their bakery items are also gluten free and so delicious. I would definitely recommend if you have allergies or just want some yummy fresh and healthy food. The inside of the cafe is so cute and clean as well. Such a good place to study or hangout! If you haven’t tried this place yet you’re missing out!!!

I agree with ‘E V’s review - I felt absolutely unwelcome here. Lady working could kill a plant with her death stare. If you hate your life and/or people, don’t get a job where you have to interface w/ the public. I’ll support other places but not here.

Love Lotus!! Everything I’ve tried has been great (the beet and goat cheese sandwich is AMAZING, tuna wrap, turkey avo sandwich, I’ve never had something I haven’t loved), and I’m a huge fan of the donuts. The space is so warm and inviting and I’m so grateful for what feels like a community space and feel. The owner has put a lot of love and soul into this cafe and you can feel it.

Each time ive seen Dust on air vents blowing particles all over dine in foods, tiny gnats are all up in the untreated plant life therefore making it a battle for me to fight off gnats from eating or landing on the dine in foods we got... Witnessed worker walk past all 4 dirty tables &do nothing about it, in fact we had to clean a table for us to even sit down . Also Do they ever disinfect their tarot and games they sit out for all community to touch n use ? I also saw the workers get easily stressed at large orders - in turn rushing to accommodate- and neglecting to properly take more than 15seconds to wash their hands or dishes they needed to use for the next order :( I've never once seen anyone at lotus wear or use gloves, which is disturbing for the times their workers are rushing around not ensuring they washing hands correctly. From what I understand nothing served / promoted as vegan or gluten free here is actually truly vegan or gf. As confirmed by the owner she states there is no true way of keeping the kitchen from ' cross contaminants" - if someone has allergies they should avoid eating here. The food was delicious, yet every other aspect I mentioned feels so much less than " wellness " In fact I just felt more stress eating here with the dusty vents blowing over the foods, swatting gnats away, feeling disgusted by the lack of kitchen care / washing hands , && having to wipe our own table to even sit down - choosing which one was less dirty to even attempt to sit at 😵

I was eager to try this place out. When at the cashier to order, the young lady didn't acknowledge me until I said something and even then I was completely disregarded (for reference i was the only one at the cashier and was giving cues that i was ready to order. The staff was at the register, but avoided eye contact with me). Poor customer service. Food? Maybe better? Who knows! didn't have the chance to try it

Laying it on thick with the live laugh love vibes, only problem with the food was there wasn't more of it. The turkey sando is extra tasty. The lady hooked me up with Sriracha.... and the quinoa salad: choice. First time, won't be the last.

This has great reviews and looked really delicious but we lost 30 minutes waiting before asking for a full refund as they hadn’t started our sandwich order. Staff were nice but were not completing the orders that kept backing up. Wish I could’ve tried the food so just plan a slower relaxed sit down meal and you should be good.

The cutest little coffee shop in Ogden! They offer yoga upstairs, I will have to check that out one of these days! The shop has indoor or outdoor seating, the vibe inside is perfect, plants and lots of seating areas. They make homemade, healthy breakfast options and made from scratch pastries. Definitely a perfect spot to meet a friend for coffee and brunch! Will be back!

This is the best golden gem of Ogden. Can’t get enough of their food.

The food was out of this world good as befits the Lotus flower. Off the beaten path a bit but worth it for that very reason, and there's a yoga studio below. One of Ogden's treasures. Dylan was very helpful, and open hearted.

I love this cafe so so much. Such healthy nutritious foods not to mention their teas and smoothies.they have a good selection of healthy but tasty gluten free treats which is great for my dietary restrictions. My go to when I’m feeling a little under the weather is the detox tea or rose healer tea with honey and lemon. They love to accommodate your needs and satisfy your wants. Such wonderful kind people working there. They also have a really lovely selection of products such as books candles crystals and much more. I’m sad because I’m moving a bit further a way from Ogden and I wish there was more than one location but honestly I’m willing to drive 20 minutes just for their tea and good service on occasion 🥰

I’m so happy to get healthy, unique and fresh food. Charming inside and it has a patio in front. I got Brussels sprouts with quinoa that had cashews and dried cranberries. It came warm and was so nourishing and conforting. The service was friendly. The soup was warming and fresh made. I need to go more often. What a healthy, hip place.

Very hot and hearty coffee here. Their simple black French press coffee hits the spot. The prices are a bit on the high side, but if you don't mind the price, the breakfast options here are really good. This is a really calm spot to be at if you need to finish homework or study. If you're into crystals, they sell those here, along with incense. On warmer days, they have a lovely patio you can eat on.

We got carryout from here twice on our recent ski trip to the area and it was fantastic! We tried a few things but a special shout-out for the wraps since the outside wrap itself wasn't like a typical wrap that falls apart and is difficult to eat on the go. The outside of their wraps are super delish and holds together nicely and the flavors inside are fabulous - thank you!

This place is hit or miss. I appreciate that their desserts are all gluten free but they aren’t all good. Sometimes I love what I get and sometimes it’s not good at all. This last time I ran in to grab a dessert to-go. After I paid, and was prompted to leave a tip, I realized that they also add a service charge to the bill without letting you know. So be mindful before double tipping if all the service you received was moving an item from case to hand.

The Lotus Cafe is super delicious, their food is made with fresh quality, nutritious ingredients. I always feel so satisfied when I have a meal from here. I had their soup of the day, a peanut butter bar, The Goat sandwich, and a beet root latte. So good!

Love all the tea options here! Also enjoy the healthy food, snacks and desserts. Appreciate the card decks that are available for use and to purchase. Everytime I come here I have a really positive and peaceful experience. Also appreciate that they stay open a little later than the other place across the street.

Absolute best place in Ogden for lunch. The soup was fantastic.

Gotta be a little patient if you plan on eating inside, and check the bag to see if all your food is there when you do pickups, but other than that their food is the best!!! The smoothies are good, they even have vegan bakery items, & the atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy.

Superfood Chai and the AVO Toast and the Brussel Sprout Bowl are all AH-MAY-ZING!!!! Put it on your list!! Vegan donuts and Lemon Tumeric Balls are so YUMMY!!

I ordered VegHead, Matcha Tea, and Teal Heal smoothie. I also ordered Lemon Turmeric Balls as a side dish. They’re delicious and the atmosphere was very calming and pleasant.

Hidden Gem! So glad I found this place. I have been trying to have a healthier diet and sometimes I just don’t have the time to pack a lunch. I found this place and was able to stay within my diet restrictions and it was also so delicious!!

I've been a long time customer of Lotus and went in today for the first time in a little bit! Their smoothies and coffee are yummy. If you get a chance to get one of their GF baked goods you wont be sorry. DELISH!

I stop here every time I am in town. Delicious gluten free, vegan food and treats. Some nut allergy friendly ones too, would always love to see more though! Thanks for doing what you do!!

First timer: I just tried the mushroom and rice soup. It's delicious. I will definitely be back to try out the other soups, sandwiches and salads that they have to offer.

If I could rate this 6 out of 5 I would. Everything was perfect. The food, the service, the vibe. It’s a bit expensive but worth every penny and more. Thank you guys

A quaint, peaceful cafe located just off of 25th street in downtown Ogden, across from the historic gym styled with 4 Greek Ionic columns. Lotus offers an abundance of vegan food options, including an assortment tasty coffee beverages. The cafe itself may appeal to many with an attraction towards meditation/yoga/mindfulness lifestyles. AND there is actually a yoga studio attached , entrance found within the cafe lounge area. The lounge area is eclectic and cozy with a picture window view in the front while the restrooms are clean and orderly. Weather permitting, and depending on individual apt for coldness, there is an outdoor seating area. I visit once in a while for conversation with friends over a robust Americano at a reasonable price.

Very quaint relaxing atmosphere. Smaller, simple menu that leans on the healthy side. The turkey avocado sandwich was good. I liked the heavier grain bread and it was pressed. The cucumber added extra flavor. Their smoothies seem to be popular although I did not try one. I would visit again. The patio seating would be nice on a warmer day.

Spectacular food. Good, simple, and clean. I had the sautéed tofu bowl one night and even considered going back the very next day for a repeat. The local kombucha was also a star!

Such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere! My husband has gotten lotus for me several times, but I just went inside for the first time the other day and was very impressed! The person at the counter was very friendly! The food is always made with fresh ingredients and they have vegan and vegetarian options which is hard to come by! I love the atmosphere there, and they have a cute shop. I will definitely be back!

Great little place to get yourself a healthy bowl. We've been in here a few times now and they never disappoint. Pro tip: get the raw Snickers for dessert you won't be mad.

This place is fantastic if you need a good place with wi-fi that has delicious food! The salad I had was absolutely heavenly and very hearty. I tried a matcha latte for the very first time and, after the initial earthy taste, I found that I actually liked it quite well. It complemented the salad well. The staff were great in helping me decide what to eat as I had never been there before. There was nothing with black pepper on it so that was just the icing on top of the cake for this place. I will definitely be back to try them again!

They nail the “new age” atmosphere, which isn’t really our thing. Their coffee…is some of the best! I got the cold mint coffee and it was delicious.

I love the food, the atmosphere, the energy, and the people that make up this restaurant. Their soup is always amazing, the breakfast wrap is the best I’ve ever had (I’m not exaggerating, it is that good), and the coffee, smoothies, and pressed juices are all great too. I highly recommend.

We need more of this in Ogden!!! But it is a little expensive. I got a smoothie and muffin... after tip, it was almost $20. But it was great.

Great options if you are Vegan or Vegetarian. I appreciate that this place has lots of seating, both indoor and outdoor. Some of the juices are a bit too "earthy" for my taste, but my husband loves them so don't let my personal opinion sway you.

Amazing quality food, very clean space, and fast for such freshly prepared from-scratch dishes. The foods are all handled with many different folks in mind, offering a very inclusive menu for people with medical or spiritual eating restrictions. If you're looking for something healthy, light, affordable and nutritious this establishment is highly desirable. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there are plenty of fun trinkets and gifts to purchase as well. Ogden is lucky to have this place.

Everything is delicious from the salads, sandwiches, juice, and sweets in the case. I’m GFDF and Lotus meets those needs with healthy and flavorful food.

Drove by here since it was close to the public library. Its a nice cool place to relax and chat or read a book. The speciality drinks are also an add on if you want something. The different lattes are something to try! Never had I added honey to my coffee. An interesting taste.

Great place, delicious food. The workers were so kind even though I myself was not vegetarian or vegan. They gave a wonderful first impression and they have great coffee. They sell terrot cards and stones and crystals and more. Not to mention the customer service was absolutely incredible!!! They are now my all time favorite places to go. 100000000/10 would recommend 😊😊😊😊

Great food! Mostly vegan inspired bowls & wraps. However the turkey avocado sandwich is pretty yummy. So there are a lot of vegan dishes to choose from but you can add meat/protein/eggs to the dishes. It's a very different experience: the cafe is very quiet and peaceful and we played a little chess while waiting for our food. The desserts were vegan and very unique. I highly recommend this place

Tuna wrap and the avocado toast were amazing. Gluten free salads and toast options. Most if not all of the pastries were gf, though I’m saving them for my road trip, so don’t know how they taste. Veggie options as well as meat options. Absolutely hit the spot and would for sure recommend and come again.

Lovely space, well lit, lots of seating options, not crowded while I was there, perfect customer service. I had the tuna wrap and I highly recommend it. I enjoyed it so quickly I didn't have the opportunity to take a picture. I highly recommend this space over some of the other over crowded and slightly under staffed options in the area

We stopped here on our trip from Seattle to DC as it had a place to walk the dogs and the menu looked great. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the bathroom was clean. There was a nice lounge area with couches and tables. The counter had a variety of handmade goods for sale. The food and drink was disappointing. With full sincerity the latte I ordered was the worst latte I’ve ever had. I had one sip, got the chills, and threw it out. I think the barista didn’t grind fine enough, tamp hard enough, and definitely didn’t steam the milk well. There was no microfoam texture, just big fluffy bubbles on top. If charging $5 for those drinks there should really be some barista training and quality to the drinks. The sandwiches were good but didn’t contain as much avocado as I’d expect from a sandwich. I do appreciate all the gluten free options. Overall I think this place has a lot of potential but needs to step it up to justify the prices.

This place is amazing!! They have food that is actually healthy and made fresh right on the spot. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it for the quality. Cute atmosphere too. I go out of my way to eat here!
