Very nice Italian restaurant for a late dinner, with a romantic atmosphere. The food was very authentic and delicious, but they were short-staffed. It looked like only one girl was serving the entire restaurant. Ten minutes after we sat down, someone came by to give us water. Another ten minutes later, someone asked if we wanted to start with some bread, to which we said 'definitely,' but the bread never came. I don't even remember how long we waited, but finally, the server came to take our order. We started with the prime beef carpaccio, which was really delicious with a nice touch of truffle oil. Then we had the very juicy lamb chops and mushroom ravioli. The food was really delicious, and we would definitely love to come back again for it. However, I hope they can improve their service.

The atmosphere was super adorable and very classy. The service was phenomenal. We saw Madalyn. She was very attentive and we had no issues. The food was okay. Not worth the price in my opinion, but the wine 🍷 was great!

Have many work related meetings/celebrations here which are usually great. However yesterday I felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman, pushing the specials, The steaks we ordered as medium well had to be sent back as they medium rare. Not up to your usual standard.

Recently moved here from NYC and haven’t found a decent place to eat in metro Atlanta until I went to Luciano’s!! Friendly staff, a diverse atmosphere, plus high quality and delicious food that reminded me of my previous home. We made a reservation in advance and was seated right away upon arrival. The place was packed but I still saw multiple people waiting 30 minutes for a table. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew it had to be great and it was. From the staff being so attentive to the food coming out fast and synchronistically. I absolutely loved it and our waiter Jonathan made our experience memorable. We will be back very soon. Despite what other reviews stated, this restaurant is NOT a fine dining restaurant. We dressed casual and were treated remarkably. The price is reasonable and the portion size is standard.

Tried to order a to go order and was placed on hold. After 10 mins I decided I would not order from them but my wife, who is more patient than me decided to stay on hold for a bit. After anither 15 minutes on hold, she finally got mad and hung up. Do not reccomend calling in to place an order to go as this is the 2nd time this has happened to us with this resturaunt. I guess when you call, you are a lower class of customer. Will never try them again!!! By the way was placing an order for 5 people at my home. So tired of poor customer service!!!

Stopped by Luciano’s for the first time today, and I must say this is by far the best experience I’ve had in a restaurant. From the greeting as a walk in customer, to the server (Heidi), everything was just perfect. The owner or manager in the suit was really nice, he made sure our wine was chilled. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great service and food!

Richard was our server and he was on top of his game. GREAT SERVICE AND AMAZING FOOD. We will be back again.

I placed an order online, and it said it would be ready for pick up at 6 PM. When I arrived, the food wasn’t ready until 6:30. I had to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant for a to-go order. I’m never coming back here again.

I ordered the calamari and zeppola. The calamari tasted good, but the portion was very small for $16. The zeppola was dense.

I guess it was because there were so many customers. There were a lot of mistakes made while serving, and they kept trying to take my plate while I was eating.

Fantastic atmosphere and interior decoration. Service was excellent, our waiter, Carlos was incredibly attentive and charming, and made sure all of our needs were satisfied. The food was immaculate. I had one of the best ribeyes ive ever tasted, and the bread and sauce was tremendously flavorful and savory. I hope I have the privilege of dining at Luciano's in the future. I certainly recommend it

My wife and I were in town on business and chose to have dinner here for the first time because it was close. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Our server, Heidi, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and made sure anything we requested was taken care of for us. The food quality is outstanding, flavorful and appealing. We couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience after a long and tiring day. Thank you again Heidi and we plan to be back when we are in the area again.

We were less then thrilled with our dining experience. We told the waitress this was a first time visit. No suggestions were made. We also told the waitress it was a birthday for our son. We dine at a-lot of nice restaurants, unfortunately this one did not live up to the expectations of the reviews. It was mediocre at best. The garbage they bring with bread was awful, we were constantly looking for our server who was no where to be found and when we had issues with food or refills we just waited for long periods of time til she would eventually appear. My kids couldn't eat two of the meals and the portions for gluten free were less than half of a normal portion. When speaking with a manager she was unsympathetic to the meal issues and proceeded to charge us for two normal Alfredos for the kids (adult portions) when the shrimp ones we had ordered were inedible. No apologies or deserts offered! The time waiting for other meals to be made along with no knowledge of the menu by the staff made this a hard pass for our family! Will not return!

The food was one of my all time worst. I gave this restaurant a try beacuse of its high ratings, which was a mistake. If you don't trust me, go and give it a try.

I like leaving reviews, but I want to leave this one where you've heard me say this right up front: reviews are so subjective. I'm giving this place 3 Stars; but that's just my personal, subjective opinion. I 100% think you should try Luciano's and decide for yourself. So why the three stars? I think it's just because it was really just an average experience overall. We were there around 3pm on a Tuesday. And I get that 3pm is that wild time in a restaurant where everyone is recovering from the lunch rush and preparing for the dinner rush. But... the service was really slow. Not just once or twice, but all the way around. Our server was a super nice guy and we tipped him well, but we only saw him a couple times. So everything was just slow.... for example, it took forever to get our order... then it took forever to get our drinks... then we didn't get bread until we asked about it when our food came out... then we didn't get a refill on drinks until we were getting our check. Which, by the way, took forever. I mean, when I say took forever, it was the kind of thing where we're starting to wonder if the rapture happened or a Zombie apocalypse broke out somewhere and we needed to run. We're looking around and wondering what we should do... should we leave? So we would just have to flag down whoever we could to get stuff. Everyone was nice though and helpful, once we got their attention. But who knows, maybe our guy wasn't normally a server and was just filling in or something? But the service is only a small part of the overall experience so on the food! The food was good. It really was good. Well, okay it was really pretty average to me. I didn't really like the pasta. But like I said in the beginning, these things are so subjective. And the enjoyment of Italian food probably even more than usual. I liked the food... but didn't love it. Same with my wife and daughter; we were all pretty MEH about the whole thing. I got lasagna and my wife got, I think, the tomato basil fettuccini and my daughter got a cheese pizza. The pizza was frozen pizza level bad - I definitely had higher hopes cause it looked they had a cool pizza oven. I think my daughter, who is roughly 65% pizza didn't even finish her first slice. I could hear Dave Portnoy dropping the box and storming off saying "Frankie, it's a 4.8, that's a review!" It's been a couple weeks since we were there and I can't really remember the specific reasons I thought my food and my wife's food was just OK; but that's kind of gets to the point of what I'm trying to say, I guess... the food was just average and kind of forgettable to me. But, the place has a nice enough atmosphere and decent food. I'm kind of hard on my Italian restaurants and maybe I was too hard on the food in this review, who knows? And again, I definitely think you should try it out yourself. You might love the food and I imagine our experience with the service was a rarity and that you're experience will be better. Just don't get the pizza. But you should get the lasagna; though I don't remember why.

Wonderful food great service great time with friends.

What a bunch of snobs! We were visiting the Atlanta area and saw this place on goggle. We stopped in to try it on a Thursday and it was extremely busy and super loud.. It looked fancy and we had been traveling that day so were wearing casual clothes so I asked if there was a dress code. After looking me up and down the hostess said snottily said no. They told us there was a wait but they guessed they could seat us at the big rectacgular table. I went to the restroom and they seated my husband. I came back and couldn't belive where they expected us to sit. The table they sat my husband at was right in the middle of several other tables and the bar. The server couldn't e en make it all the way to our table! It was ridiculous! We left because the whole staff was just rude and made us feel very unwelsome. Google to the rescue! Just about a mile or so away was an amazing Italian restaurant called Vinnys Pizza and Grill. They welcomed us like long lost family! The food and service were both excellent! So skip Luciano's and head to Vinnys!

We have enjoyed coming here for years ; we come for birthday parties ; date night ; we like the environment; food has always been great ; I love all there cocktails; and enjoy that they change the cocktails menu occasionally: we have gone with a baby and toddler and they have high chairs available if needed;

Had a really great gnocchi in a cream sauce. The caprese salad was super-the tomato was fresh and sweet. The triple chocolate cake was ‘death by chocolate’ just perfect!

My friends and I visited here for my sister's birthday party. The staff brought a small piece of cake to our table, and we enjoyed it deliciously. All the food was excellent!!! 👍🏻👍🏻 The staff were friendly and professional. 🥰🥰 I will definitely visit again next time!

This is a go to restaurant for me....I eat here at least 3 times a month... the tomato dipping sauce is to die for and I put it on everything. Carlos was our sever this evening and he was fantastic! Wonderful personality, excellent recommendations. He made the night very special!

We are regulars but things have changed in the last year. Seems like new staff every time we are there. Food is usually consistent but had a few meals recently (lasagna) that were undercooked. We'll give it another try but management needs to take a look. (Recently ate here again. Our waitress was great but disappointed by the new Lasagna recipe. This is a staple item at Luciano's. Why would you make changes? The manager told us it was the same but our waitress confirmed it was different. Different noodles were used and what looked like Bolognese sauce. They either ran out of the needed items or something drastically changed. Wouldn't be comfortable ordering this again. Update: We went back to give this another try. Lasagna was still a mess. Pasta stuck together in piles. They must have someone new preparing this. Receipe has changed. Wife had the Gnocchi and it had no taste. I couldn't get anyone to bring pepper to the table and had to get it myself. Server didn't tell us about any of their specials until we asked after the meal. Sorry Lucianos we won't be back. Complete lack of leadership and training. There are better options.

I got the salmon and it is fantastic. Wife got the Bolognese and it was very good too. The bread is among the best ever. It has a sundried tomato dipping sauce that is out of this world. It is a first class restaurant.

Extremely slow service, some of our group had to leave early as it went on too long.

Do yourself a favor and try to get seated in Denzel's section! He maintained such a calm but fun atmosphere and provided excellent service. He really went above and beyond when the toddler at our table asked for whipped cream on her ice cream - when the kitchen didn't have any, he ran to the grocery store next door and bought a can for the table. Needless to say all the adults had some to! Denzel is the reason I'll be coming back!

Had the gnocchi and the scallop risotto. Both were a little disappointing. Having gone a Luciano for the last 15 years, I have seen first hand the loss of quality in the flavoring. When pasta is covered in sauce, it is simply not the same as pasta coat and infused with sauce. The current approach leans more towards olive garden than a fine Italian establishment. For the new comers, the food atmosphere and staff will be an upgrade. For the long term customers, some passion has been lost
