This little restaurant was a wonderful surprise. I've been up and down Cortez Blvd many times since I moved to Spring Hill in 1985. I never knew this restaurant was here. Believe me, if I did know about it, I would have saved myself many trips to St. Petersburg for a good duck dinner. Magdalena's menu has something for everyone. The dinners include homemade soup,salad,bread and a generous portion of the entree.We had duck with orange sauce, red cabbage and fried potatoes. They serve wine and several international beers. We ended our feast with homemade apple strudel and ice cream. We will certainly go back, it was a treat.
