We ordered a graduation cake and cupcakes for our daughter's high school graduation. Not only was our cake beautiful, it taste absolutely amazing! Our family and friends are still talking about it. The banana pudding cupcakes... so so so good. Cassandra is professional, personable and you can tell she loves what she does. I've used Mainely Cupcakes for all my baking needs. I have posted others reviews on local bakeries here in the Charlotte NC area. This bakery is an Approved home bakery, meaning she has been approved by the FDA and local health office. She is located in Indian Trail NC. I attended a event and Mainly Cupcakes was one of the vendors. The display was very nice it caught my attention, the I talked with the owner and she told me all about her business. She is more than a cupcake maker, she is a dessert designer. Her cupcakes come in many flavors, I purchased eight of them to try out. They all were amazing but my two favorite were the butter pecan and banana pudding. You can find her on Facebook and her website. Don't take my work for how good they are try them for yourself. She make cakes and other desserts also.

We had our greatest experience in purchasing a cake with Mainely Cupcakes, from placing order to picking up. We had a hard time finding someone who could do the Motown magic Jimmy Mack character and we sent a picture and she took our design and made it even better than the original(with our permission of course) which left me speechless. I ordered my son's 1st birthday cake from Mainely Cupcakes. I got a cake for the party and a small smash cake for him for pictures. She was amazing and a joy to work with. From talking about the theme and how receptive she was and going over size and pricing..everything was very straightforward and she came up with the perfect cakes for my little ones big day! They turned out amazingly. Most stunning and creative cakes I've ever seen for a 1 year olds party! The guests were in awe and it definitely made an impact. Not only were they stunning to look at and added so much to the room, they were delicious! The cake was unbelievably moist and the filling and buttercream frosting was just perfect. Held an event on 8-18-18 and hired Mainely Cupcakes to put together a cake and some favors. Cassandra went beyond just a cake and some favors. My event was incredible in part because of the awesome display that she put together which included my cake, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate ribbons, and custom chip bags.
