Every time I come to Vero Beach I eat here! Amazing!

The staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely to die for! The Pho soup is great and the best crab Rangoon ever

As a Vietnamese person growing up eating authentic Vietnamese food everyday, I feel that I can write this review with credibility. I heard about this place and wanted to give it a try to support local businesses. I came in to try the “Bun Bo Hue”. Before adding any garnishes or condiments into the bowl, I tried the broth first. The broth tasted like their other menu item “Mama Hue noodle soup/Banh Canh”. It didn’t taste like Bun Bo Hue at all! If you’re going to make a noodle base soup for customers, it should taste authentic and have that flavor. The broth was very off base. Worst yet, the meat was mostly minced up and in pieces. It lacked the other meat and fillings that you would typically find in “Bun Bo Hue”. Finally, the noodles were mushy and flat. They overcooked the noodles. With all of that, the entire dish was inedible. I took 3-4 sips and could not even finish the bowl of noodle soup. To claim “authentic Vietnamese cuisine” in their title is being a bit dishonest. I just felt so let down by this restaurant. It was not authentic food at all. Plus, the “Bun Bo Hue” bowl was almost $20! With all this being said, I would not be returning. I would not recommend any of my Vietnamese family or Asian friends to try this place.

Stumble upon this hidden gem. The food is amazing! Must try the dumplings and the Bun Bo Hue. Owner is extremely friendly. I’m definitely coming back to try out more of their dishes.

Best Pho in town. Best friendly service in town. Fresh rolls are a good size and filling. Beef brisket is my favorite. Good eats, even as take-out. Fresh limeade is a must. Have tried other places in town, and Mama Hue is by far the best. Better than most Pho (Vietnamese) restaurants in Orlando.

Very hot when I went inside around noon. Ordered pho soup and pork egg rolls... Had egg rolls from friends and those are far better than what I got here .. I don't recommend... The pho beef soup was more than disgusting and threw away ... Don't plan to give it another shot the soup I think was bouillon cube with some other seasoning... It should have been much much clearer... It was nasty so I threw it away.. alll was not as it should have been - sorry I had alot of hype coming here but was let down -

Best steamed gyoza I have ever eaten Spring roll excellent My wife’s pho very tasty My stir fry noodle beautifully seasone but the chicken overcooked( rubbery) Service horrible, one man trying to run the whole front of house, impossible! 20 minutes to get a cup of tea??? They need help, people came in and left without seating, no one to bus tables Will give them some time before we go back! Never got an itemized check/bill!

I started by ordering from them on Uber Eats. On a trip to vero with my mom we stopped by the restaurant and she had it for the first time. It’s our go to girls treat! The food is out of this world! If I could eat there everyday I would! It’s our favorite! Definitely try the crepes and the tapioca dumplings, to Die for.

Best Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) I have ever had and I have had this dish in dozens of Viet restaurants across the country. Spiced just right and generous beef. Wife had Pad Thai and it was also very good - much better than we had two days ago at the Noodle House “supposedly Thai” restaurant. Waiter/owner also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Omgosh ...what a delicious meal. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls. They were perfectly made ..rolled to perfection and full of flavor ...if you want a light lunch that is healthy and gorgeous ..try this place and this item ! Definitely a reorder and a revisit !

Love Mama Hue, a Vietnamese gem! It is a small restaurant but they have good food and it's clean. The menu boasted a wide array of dishes, from traditional pho to flavorful banh mi sandwiches. My kids love the pho, which has a lovely rich broth. And I love the Kalbi ribs rice platter. We've been to several Vietnamese restaurants in Vero/Ft Pierce but we keep coming back here! I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I’ve been coming here for a while now! And they never EVER disappoint! I normally get take out with them. And the food is always great!! But I’m 9 months pregnant and due in 1 week. So i went for the first time as dine in with my sister, and it was just the BOMB! I actually just went there today to dine in and have a solo date with myself before my babygirl enters this world. And I just love the food, the customer service, l mean they know my name!! I’m telling you this place is just amazing 1000/10 recommend that you come here for some delish pho or even the rice platter, so freaking good!! 04/06/24 -I LOVE this place so much. Went here for date night and again they never disappoint. I literally could eat the fresh spring rolls w peanut sauce every single day!! I forgot to take a picture of the food but I can show you a picture of the after math 😂

this place was amazing truly felt authentic if I could give this place 10 stars I would the food was amazing I had the Korean bbq rice platter super delicious and filling . Great portions as well . The guy waiter who took our order was extremely polite and respectful and made the experience worth while . Will be back for sure .

All the food was fresh & favorable! I had a wonderful noodle stir fry with great tasting shrimp, not the rubbery kinds you get other places. I ordered delivery so haven’t seen the restaurant.

First time having PHO and the experience was awesome. Staff was patient and explained everything to us as first time customers. Food was so Good and very comforting! My only wish is if this location was bigger! if they do expand, they would have a full house for sure!

I’ve lamented for years that I can’t find good Asian food in the area. Not anymore!!! We shared the Pho special, rice platter special, pad Thai, steamed gyoza, fresh spring rolls and veggie egg rolls. They were all fresh and delicious with generous servings. I highly recommend Mama Hues!

The place is small.....but don't let that fool you ....The food was amazing...and so is the staff...I had the Pork with garlic rice and Thai Milk tea...and crab ragoon as appetizer....Others in my party had soup, and Chicken and rice platter....We all loved it.....I will be a regular customer....

Rainy weather and good reviews brought me here today and was not disappointed! Everything is so good and flavorful I just had to order some to go after I sat down for my Mama Hue Noodle Soup. Thai Milk Tea is delicious and all the staff will serve you with a smile. Very good experience and will definitely be back. Prices are a steal for the quality of food I have to say!

Mama Hue Vietnamese Restaurant hands down got the best food in Vero Beach. D and Anna always provide excellent service whenever my wife and I decides to dine in. I’ve tried most of the items on their menu and not one single dish disappoints. My favorite has to be the fried chicken leg platter and their savory crepes. 10/10 on presentation and it taste as good as it looks! I decided to door dash last night, the food was well packaged and did not lose an ounce on quality. Mama Hue is a gem in Vero Beach, I wish they would have more locations! 😃 Please try out their Vietnamese Coffee if you decides to dine in or do takeout…best coffee in town!

This place is a true gem. Authentic Vietnamese food that is fresh to order. We just ate there and the service, cleanliness and food were top notch. We definitely will be back.

The best pho I’ve had in Vero. Small family business and the food is ALWAYS delicious! I’ve ordered delivery from Uber and I’ve also had take out.

Charging for every bit of a sauce is ridiculous. The prices across Vero at restaurants is out of control-if you ask for a lot of extra I get it but charging for sauce when you’re spending at least 30 bucks a person is hard to stomach. Also almost 9 dollars for four crab Rangoon??? The egg roll prices are so high here and everywhere as well. It’s hard to believe the ingredients have gone up this much when you can buy anything still at grocery store and get some times triple the amount for the money. The food is good at a lot of places but it’s never the hipe or level of cuisine everyone makes it out to be.

Loved my tendon and chicken pho with beef broth!

The spicy noodle bowl we had delivered via doordash was $24 with meatballs added and the bowl was filled with these disgusting chunks of who knows what. Super bummed because we are so grossed out we won't be back. Update: read the stores feedback and that is good to know but just stating none of that was in our last 2 noodle bowls.

First time we came in and we absolutely loved it. “D” was very professional and knowledgeable, he took our order and gave some recommendations. Anna was super nice as well. Food was delicious. I absolutely loved the Pad Thai, one of the best I have eaten. My husband asked for the Stir Fry Noodles but added a fried egg and he finished it all 😃 Will come back next time for the PHO without a doubt. Great prices and great atmosphere. Thank you Mama Hue!

I have been to this hidden gem several times and I must say their food is always consistently delicious, service is genuine, and the restaurant itself is very clean. My family usually orders takeout chicken pho and chicken pad thai (both very yummy) but today I decided to try something new. The savory crepe was so beautifully presented that I had to take a picture of it inside the box before I left the restaurant. Everyone in my family tried it and it was a big hit! Thankfully it comes with two crepes. The last thing I want to say is the menu that is very easy to read. I like that it comes with pictures for every item so you know exactly what you are getting.

One of my new favorite spots in Vero Beach. The Thai milk tea was phenomenal, I ended up ordering a second one on the way out. The vegetarian rice platter is so fresh and tasty but it was too much for me to finish. The server was kind enough to offer me a box to pack the other half of my meal. Overall, I would say the prices are worth it for the amount of food you get. The quality is on a whole other level, do not even compare this place to any Chinese takeout.

I get a lot of deliveries from DoorDash and UberEats through here so I decided to try here and it is delicious. The atmosphere is soothing for a small family owned restaurant. The service is great from the gentleman and the lady that work the counter and the food is to die for. Really great people and amazing food with a good atmosphere!

It’s simply the best Vietnamese food around. The service is great - support this family and keep small businesses and authentic food alive. Skip over the rest and just come eat at Mama Hue! You cannot beat this delicious food…chicken broth Pho with brisket is our favorite dish here. But - EVERYTHING on the menu is top notch. Tapioca Dumplings, Gyozas, all of the rice platters, everything else, it’s amazing. I had their pad Thai delivered to the hospital when my nephew was born and ate it there simply because I couldn’t think of anything my family would rather eat on a special day like that. Authentic, flavorful, full of love, that’s how I would describe Mama Hue’s food. Thank you for making dishes that are an experience, for serving Vero Beach with kindness, and for creating something our family can enjoy every week and feel good about what we bought. This establishment is cherished and a hidden gem. If you haven’t tried it - just go and try it!

My family literally eats here every week, sometimes twice because we love it so so much. We are big on Asian food, and this is literally the best we’ve EVER had. I cannot recommend this place enough. Our favorites are the chicken broth pho w/ brisket, chicken leg rice platter, vermicelli noodle bowl, pork chop platter, and beef pad Thai. The appetizers are amazing as well we love the steamed gyoza, krab rangoon, and pork egg rolls. EVERYTHING on the menu is fresh and delicious, you cannot go wrong. The presentation is beautiful as well. The inside is smaller but very clean and cute, we usually order takeout anyway though. They implemented a points system where you can get $$$ off which is amazing because of the frequency we order mama hue.
