Their brand of bakery is quite different and eclectic, which is fun. I bought several pastries for 2 birthday boys. They seem to enjoy their surprises! SDB seems to enjoy using the purple sweet potato as purple is their color of choice. I think using the sweet potato was a great decision and not using food coloring is wonderful.

Food and cappuccino are the best. The staff us very friendly. Atmosphere is very relaxing.

The desserts are delicious especially the bread pudding.

This coffee shop is amazing! The staff, the ambience, the music the community this place is just incredible. Coffee is amazing. All of the pastries and treats are made in house by their amazing pastry chef I can’t rave enough about this wonderful spot!

A must go! We ordered Lattes and a few food items and everything hit the spot. I recommend trying the quiche and bread pudding 1000%!

Came by on Friday night and had drink and tiramisu and rum chatta came! Management and staff are amazing people! Food and drink are good too! I will definitely come back!

I ordered a vegan birthday cake and it was the best I’ve EVER had, vegan or not! It was moist, dense, not too sweet and beautifully decorated. Everyone at the party agreed.

I went to Sweet Desires Espresso Bar today to check out their renovations, and it's so beautiful! The drinks and goodies all looked amazing! The owner, Mrs. BB, recommended the lavender coffee which was a great, yummy choice. I had to get the hubs the mouth-watering peach cobbler sticky bun, plus, they threw in a delicious cake pop! If you haven't been yet, then put them on your list of places to visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delicious coffees and treats, best around town

This place is absolutely exquisite. The people are wonderful, everything they make is delicious, and it's a splendid environment to eat in. My only problem is that I am leaving Florida and wish I could bring them with me, its that good and I love everyone there that much. I will miss it, but if I'm ever back in Florida this is the first place I want to go.

$.75 for a splash of half and half. Pretty offensive. If cost goes up of ingredients and you want to pass it on to the customer as they said then you pass the increase to the customer. You don’t make them pay for your carton.

I enjoyed my drink, although it was on the more expensive end. The reason I won’t be returning is the extra steps you have to take to NOT leave a tip on their POS system. Feels slimy. No thanks!

This charming little coffee cafe is such a wonderful addition to Vero Beach. I stopped in and got the lemongrass chicken salad on greens to go along with a cold brew coffee. Both were delicious. And the portion of the salad was enough for 2!! Gluten free items are also available.

Wonderful atmosphere with live orchid plants. Love the plant base sweets. Had the lemon, pistachio loaf with rose glaze and a dirty chai with coconut milk. Amazing! Dirty chai wasn’t on the menu, but they made it for me upon request. Very much appreciated!

Unique food, excellent. A bit pricey.

They warm the brownie for you! The ham and cheese croissant was so light it almost floated off the plate. That’s the way a croissant pastry should be.

Such a cute place to grab a coffee! I love their monthly coffee specials, coffee with a twist! I live for cappuccinos and they make an amazing one! Staff is super friendly, the decor is so cozy and unique with their full wall mural and comfy coffee benches. A MUST have for locals!

Went to this little cafe for the first time this week with some classmates to study. The vibe inside is super cute! It is clean, the staff is friendly and its comfy cozy. We only had drinks but i would love to try their food specials and baked goods sometime. We will definitely make this a regular place for us to go study. The prices are reasonable.

Went by today and tried a chai tea latte, 10/10! The shop was super cute and clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. My favorite part about this place were the vegan options 🙌 love love love. Highly recommend and will be going back :)

My husband loves the sweets!!! Our daughter raves about the chocolate chip cookies. He is a vegetarian and wanted to try the entrees. He tried the vegetarian chicken sandwich with jalapeño coleslaw. He said it was good, but let’s face it who trusts a vegetarian? I did taste the coleslaw and it was yummy. I got the chicken and beef empanadas with a “salad” and some jalapeño dipping sauce. Empanadas and dipping sauce were tasteless. If you like fancy lettuce you’ll love the salad! I forgot to mention we both got chai tea, me cold, him hot. BOTH also tasteless. We will be back for the chocolate chip cookies.

A contemporary cafe with great ambiance and unique food options. Definitely recommend checking this place out for brunch or an afternoon pick-me-up. They have great quiches and offer fun, different baked goods like passion fruit doughnuts. Every sip of coffee tastes that much better knowing you're supporting a local business.

I’ve been searching for a great cortado in Vero & I have found it! An amazing pastry selection & the staff are so nice. Highly recommend that you stop in!

My husband and I have been here twice so far and both times were phenomenal! Their baked goods are the best in Vero Beach. Our new favorite is the passion fruit croissant donut! We also love their drinks, I tried the chai latte and gingerbread latte and both were fantastic. My husband has tried the iced cortado and plain iced latte and he loved both. The service is also incredible, it is rare to see people who genuinely love their job and create such an inviting atmosphere. Overall we absolutely recommend Sweet Desires and will definitely be returning!

A gourmet chef and talented artist teamed up to open a new coffee shop that has incredible food and unique environment that reminds me of 1950s ice cream parlors. Not cheap eats but super high quality. The macaroons are so rich it took me three days to finish one. Original artwork on the walls. About as nice as you could expect in a plaza but I'm not going to say it's as nice as oceanfront so close to a perfect score.

Really cute place with great food and even better coffee! The employees were very kind and helpful despite me being indecisive. Baklava was to die for and the coconut macaroons were excellent!

Finally a gourmet espresso/bakery in Vero. Coming from a big town, I haven’t found a place that uses this caliber of espresso & syrups as well as making lattes with the smooth yet robust flavor & creaminess until now. The quiche and bakery items are superb as well, especially since there are no other authentic bakeries in town. This place is a gem and please don’t ever leave!

I spent almost 9 years living in Seattle, WA, so I consider myself a coffee snob and up to this point, I had only found 1 place in Vero Beach that made legitimate coffee until today. Sweet Desires Espresso Bar & Bakery is stellar! I got a hot, flat white and wasn't disappointed. The espresso was super strong without any bitterness and the milk had the perfect amount of foam and creaminess. There was no need to add any flavored syrup, although their syrup selection included 2 of my favorite types: Butterscotch and Roasted Hazelnut, so I'm sure I will try them in the future. If I had anything to change about the coffee, would be having a larger-sized "large" as 12 oz. is not enough for me :) **Update: I just got an iced Red Eye and with iced drinks, you have the option of either 16 or 20 oz, which is perfect!** I also got an almond croissant, which was delightfully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with just the right amount of almond paste. Delicious! The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming, with a variety of seating choices and artistic flair on the walls. There is a nice assortment of music playing in the background too. Overall, quite a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

Wow delicious!!! I understand now why the name is “Sweet Desires” expresso bar and bakery ,because everything is sooo good!!! The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is so beautiful and welcoming and the people are so friendly and courteous.I am going to be back soon and tell everyone about this awesome place♥️

We just had the most delicious lunch here at Sweet Desires. We had the Mediterranean quiche and quiche Lorraine. The quiches were flavorful and the crust was especially light and flaky. My sister and I like to visit Vero Beach with friends. This will be on our "must visit" list. The coffee was wonderful, too. I can't wait to try their baked goods. For those who are vegan, please note that there are options here for you as well.

I went to Sweet Desires a few days ago and it was AMAZING!! The ambiance is beautiful and like no other coffee shop. I enjoyed a few treats and a specialty coffee. Then we attended a tea workshop where we learned about the teas sold there, to include the Sweet Desires tea. I am more of a coffee drinker, but the workshop gave me a better appreciation and love for tea. I tried the Sweet Desires tea, which was a tea made specifically for the Sweet Desires. The tea was naturally a blue color, but when you add a little lemon to the tea, the color changed to a light purple! The tea was so refreshing. Overall, I highly recommend Sweet Desires!

I had the iced mocha coffee and orange cranberry scone, both fabulous! I also had the sweet desires iced tea that changes color when you add lemon! I loved everything about the coffee shop and Brandy the owner is absolutely fabulous! I would definitely go again.

Food is great. Wonderful coffee! Excellent and timely service. Atmosphere is pretty clinical, but there's a fun, mostly black and white mural on one wall.

After hearing about the opening though a friend this Jersey Girl had to give it a try. I have not really purchased ANY baked goods since my move to Florida because everything is always way to sweet for my taste. Along comes Sweet Desires...ladies your cafe is amazing! Purchased the Blueberry Crumb Cake it is lite, fluffy and the type of morning crumb cake we New Yorkers and Jersey transplants want and were lacking here on the Treasure Coast. Thank you. Fabulous new coffee shop that I now visit multiple times a week. There are a few others that I love and frequent, too, and they all have completely different vibes. There’s room for all! Loving this clean, bright, cheerful Sweet Desires space. I’m making my way through their food offerings and can say their chicken salad sandwich, brownies, cinnamon roll, and tart cherry pistachio balls (my new fav) are amazing. They have the best iced chai I’ve had in town, the ambience is artistic and welcoming, and the staff and owners make a great team who all seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Highly recommend. We need to keep businesses like this one successful so that they stay!

Finally got to visit Sweet Desires in Vero! We popped in after closing 🫢 but the staff was so sweet and accommodating! I had a cold brew (DELISH) and they cut us an extra big slice of the blueberry crumb cake (lightly sweet and perfectly shareable). The decor was beautiful and so many people were still sitting inside. Such a welcoming environment, it looked like no one wanted to leave! I have to come back earlier in the day to try out the other menu items. This would be an adorable spot for a coffee date! Highly recommend!!

Best spiced chai I've had since moving back from the middle east ❤😋. Loved that the banana nut muffin wasn't overly sweet. Went great with my chai and didn't over power it.
