Excellent quality baked goods at reasonable prices

I love this place. Best donuts this side of Anywhere.

I called to place an order a few min ago and the girl hung up on me after telling me no I couldn’t order! My little girl was so sad after hearing this on speakerphone! Idk what’s up with her!!!!

We had a delightful 45 miles drive through the country to get to the Manchester Bakery we'd heard had wonderful pies. While the baked goods were delicious, the shopping experience was lessened by the unwelcoming attitudes of the employees. There was no "Hello" or "Welcome". Answering questions about their pies seemed a disturbance/chore. There was no "Thank you" at the end of the transaction. To be fair, it was extremely busy; however, that's no excuse for rude behavior toward customers.

They have many options of donuts. They also sell pies and a few other homemade items like sugar cookies.

This hidden gem is filled with delicious goodies. If you are in the area and have a sweet tooth, definitely stop by and give it a try.

I was VERY disappointed to say the least with my latest visit here! When I walked in NONE of the MULTIPLE employees working even spoke to me! I almost walked out and I wish I had now because when I got home and opened my bag of doughnuts a couple gnats flew out, the sourdough bread was extremely dry with no flavor and the cheesecake tasted like straight up cream cheese! I NEVER leave bad reviews but this was just a terrible experience all around!

I travel to Beverly ky (red bird mission) frequently and never miss a stop for donuts, pies, misc. red bird ladies love the products and I take 10-12 dozen cookies back to Ohio each time.

A friend brought me a sack of treats from Manchester Bakery. They have the best apple fritters I have ever had anywhere! There is a LOT more apple in them than other places I've tried.

A must have! Best freshest donuts ever made! Well worth traveling nearly 2 counties to get! The employees are very friendly! Peanut Butter Cream Pie is Delicious! The Best I ever had!

Red Velvet cake was ok. A little dry and icing a little different. I bought a Strawberry/Rhubarb pie and it was fantastic!! The Apple Butter was really good too. The ladies there are very friendly and helpful.

Best place to get baked goods in Clay county

I have been here twice in the past, and both times were amazing (baked good and workers combined). I truly plan on making this bakery a routine stop, everytime I visit KY.

This was the best doughnut I’ve have. I got a cream filled and it was amazing. The fresh doughnuts are amazing but, if your looking to save a little money, a box of day old doughnuts are good too. Seriously if you’re in the area you need to go here.

Small cute bakery, the food is very cheap and good. But, They seem really judgmental and unfriendly when you come in. Feels very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. They have a sign up about how you should be covered from neck to knee for god, but I don’t see how your clothing is related to what kind of donut you want to buy. They also don’t take card so that’s a heads up. I wish I had a better experience because I really looked forward to going there.

If you want fresh baked goods, this is the best place to go. I come from another county to get fresh donuts, cakes and pies. Which they have lotsore than that available.

Great bakery! Donuts made fresh. Love the Carmel nut Donuts. Other family favorites are chocolate eclairs and apple fritters. Also have pies and cakes. Would like more lemon filling in donuts please! 🍩, 🎂🍩 😍

Delicious baked goods. Clean. Convenient location and hours. Have several varieties of cookies, donuts, pies, breads, rolls. New item - fresh butter. Wonderful! Definitely worth stopping in and getting a sweet treat if in the Manchester area.

Stopping at Manchester Bakery is the best part of driving through Manchester. I especially love the white cream they use in their filled donuts. Even the plain glazed are great. They also offer a variety of other baked goods, such as cookies, pies, etc. I noticed a strawberry rhubarb pie on my last visit that looked good, but I was travelling so didn't try it.
