Ordered a large sausage pepperoni pie brought it home and found out it had no sauce!!! Called and complained to one of the kids and all I got was sorry sir that's how we make our pizza so I wouldn't recommend going to Marcos for pizza unless you don't want sauce

I really like Marco's pizza, it never disappoints me. I ordered the pizza online and picked from the store. Workers are polite and respectful. Now the pizza, meat, cheese, dough and veggies were perfect.

My pizza was made wrong and I took it back obviously.....Madison was just amazing. She made me a new pie and she said I can keep the old pie. She went above and beyond. She also offered me a free beverage and also gave me store credit for the next time I order pizza from Marco's. She was very professional, polite, courteous and down to earth. I can't thank her enough. THANK YOU MADISON 😊...I'll see you next time

Ordered take out, on Wed. the 23rd of May at the Wesley Chapel pizzeria. The pizza was awful too much dough, too little sauce and cheese! Did not enjoy it at all, after eating one piece we threw the rest in the garbage! I will never order pizza there again!

5star all day friendly, fast, great attitude

Had multiple pizzas delivered and at least my location was right on it. Food was good other than one. It just wasn't our cup of tea.

Placed order online at 1040 and someone called immediately to tell me they were closing and if already paid and would refund.. They explained it would be 3 to 5 business days but never offer for me to pick up pizza or any apology. I get closing but it 1040 on a Sat. night.

I thought I ordered pizza not grease ...super greasy soggy pizza !!!!!! Smh waste of $30

Pizza and cheezy bread was super good!! The guy in the green long sleeve was super sweet and very cute.

The sign says open it is open. It is 10 pm and online it says close at 11… Marcos , why are you closed 1hr early than advertised??

I don't actually know how the food is because we stopped there an hour before the closing time and the doors were locked.

Food was delicious and the service was fast.

Ordered online. I get there only to be told they have no order for me. Of course I forgot my cell at home so I had to drive 5 miles home to get it and 5 miles back. Hallelujah my order is sitting in the heater. She said sorry your order was in the oven when you were here. I asked her how come she couldn’t find it with my phone #. She said well the system is really messed up. She did not give me a receipt so I can’t do the survey ( very convenient). If you can’t properly take an online order stop taking online orders. Wasted my time. Food was not hot when I got it home. No missed calls on my phone when she realized her mistake. Just a big OH WELL ….

Just need the people that are preparing the food to remove their jewelry(bracelets, wristbands, watches etc)because the pizza dough is touching all those items on their wrists-unsure how sanitary that is. Additionally, if you they are touching the food, they NEED to wear gloves. If they walk away from their stations they need to remove the old glove and put a new one on.

I pre-ordered for a family gathering. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pizza was really good, even the gluten-free one we ordered. No complaints.

I called in for a delivery, and as always the background was extremely loud & busy. There was an issue with them processing my card & when asked for the numbers again, they loudly started to repeat them to someone else. This should NOT be allowed, as I have no idea who they are giving my information to, not to mention who else is around to hear it. Huge security issue.

It is so rare to find a really good gluten-free pizza, but they knocked it out of the ballpark. Most places undercook the crust. My brother got a crustless chicken and vegetable dish. It was very good also. It is mostly take out but the have two tables inside and offer limited bottled drinks.

Best Hawaiian pizza ever. Not just ham and pineapple, more delicious ingredients added. My family really enjoyed 😉

Horrible service, they take forever to deliver. We called it and after waiting for 30 min, we called again and they said we should wait for 40 more minutes.

They have the best pizzas and garlic knots. The best is garlic Parmesan crust with onions, Canadian bacon, and regular bacon it's to die for .

My Pizza, the Pepperoni Magnifico, was the true definition of "hot n ready". I ate two slices before I pulled my truck out of the parking lot. Thank you Maco's. Excellent service, food preparation, cleanliness and everything else. A+++

Wanted to try something new other than the usual pizza spots. Marco’s on Wesley Chapel Blvd was a wonderful find, * * * * * hands down. First time trying this establishment and definitely won’t be my last. Specialty Ordered pizza customized and still received it in under 20 minutes made to PERFECTION!!! Thank you Marco’s for an absolutely wonderful dinner. Proud to say your my NEW FAVORITE PIZZA SPOT!!!

We tried 5 different pizza places this year to satisfy my wife’s cravings, anything from $18 pizza to $47 pizza. Marco’s was what made her happy

This Marco’s location used to give great service and high quality food. The past 4 times the food has been over cooked. Or prepared very sloppily. On one delivery they forgot our drinks. On the next delivery they forgot our salad. Tonight’s delivery was scheduled for 6:20 but arrived 40 minutes late with the driver reeking of smoke and the pizza entirely cold. And they forgot the salad dressing as well. I forgave 1 bad delivery - we all have a bad day. 2nd and 3rd bad orders I still gave them some slack because COVID sucked for all of us. But tonight was the fourth and final time for me. It’s consistently poor service and declining food quality. With NY Best and Amici’s right down the street I’ll say adios to Marcos

Great, friendly customer service! Very friendly welcome as soon as we opened the door. Marco's Pizza definitely delivers the quality when it comes to their food! Check my photos, the pizza looks amazing, and tasted so, so good! I definitely recommend getting your pizza fix satiated at Marco's. We were pleased with the whole experience and will be going back for more and more. 😎

Pizza is good. Crust is filling. Just always seems like they could cook the pizza a little longer. Never seems like the cheese is all the way melted. On time.

I always order from here and it’s great! My pizza tonight was cooked perfectly and it was hot. Always a good amount of toppings and cheese. Also at a good price. Love this pizza!!!!

Staff was very customer oriented. Enjoyed waiting for my pizza and watching excellent customer interaction. Received the pizza drove home got all ready to eat opened the box and looked in at a overly burnt pizza. Did we eat it, yes, do I want a free pizza, no. Just was very disappointed for our first time there. Check your pizza before you leave. It would have been worth it if I did.

Our pizzas don't look at all like that picture of there pizza. That picture looks like a triple helping of sides when they first opened the pizzas had a lot of toppings but I guess with the price of inflation they had to cut down on the weight of toppings so now the toppings are really skimpy. Pizza still taste good but would definitely be better if had more pepperonis, mushrooms, onions, you get it.

Nice chain Pizza place, fast reasonably priced and usually has some good specials. They are also very generous with the toppings.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but this particular incident I really have no other choice. I order my pizza and when I open the box it reeks of marijuana. I didn't even eat the pizza because I thought it would have drugs in it. I've had Marco's before but this is the first time I've had it in Wesley Chapel.

Best pizza in Wesley chapel. Ask for lite sauce and extra cheese . You can eat it with a fork .

Not the one to place negative reviews ever. If I do not have something positive to say then I rather say nothing at all. In this case, this experience really upset me. We ordered pizza for pick up, once we got there we waited in our cars since we got there a bit earlier. One of the girls at the front desk was smoking/vaping. We immediately thought this was a bit odd and we believe for a place who handles people’s meals all around them this is not the best behavior. The girl continues to use this electric vape device, passes it to another employee and this uses it as well, coughing the smoke out of her mouth. I am not judging these girl for what they were doing at all, but I do believe in a closed room where like I said people’s meals are being prepared constantly this kind of behavior is very unsanitary. I wish no bad on anyone, and would never cause a scene, but not everyone is like me and this could turn into a bigger problem. Other then that, no complaints on the food at all! As good as always!

The young lady behind this counter who took my order on the phone and who also gave me my pizza was very nice very helpful very respectful and very pleasant the pizza was excellent as well

I had heard of how amazing Marcos pizzas were, well they weren't lying, amazing smooth taste, it's not salty, not over sauced, not too much cheese that you feel like you're choking on rubbery cheese, it is simply perfectly put together pizzas and they allow you to change ingredients like we can't do tomato sauce so we did the white sauce and it wasn't a problem, the pizzas were delicious packed with flavor and it is flavor that doesn't get old as you reheat it or eat it the next day, the staff are also nice and efficient and it's not super expensive at all for the quality and the sizes. We tried the Hawaiian pizza and the veggie pizza both with white sauce, nothing was overpowering, it was perfect.

Best chain pizza restaurant hands down

My pizza experience was great. The only downside was I wasn’t able to enjoy watching the television while enjoying my meal. Marcos used to be a great family experience because we could come in with our families and watch football on Sunday’s while enjoying our meal. This would be 5 stars if the TV worked, but your employee Josh did a great job helping us!

I have always had a positive experience with Marco's Pizza. I have two young daughters, that both scream for Marcos Italian sausage pizza whenever we drive by. It is a great form of bribery, and the rest of the family enjoys it as well. The dough, the sauce, cheese and all other ingredients, seem to be of higher quality especially within a family that possesses many discerning pallets. Marcos is a fantastic place to stop and get a bite to eat. The quality is always there and the consistency is incomparable to their competition. Thank you for your time. Good pizza, and cooked how I like it (well done) most other places ignore my request for well done. Just wish they were a bit closer to Epperson.. Employees are almost always helpful and quick to respond to the phone even when BUSY. You need to make your one topping medium $7 with out the need to get two of them!

Awesome pizza, toppings, portions, sauces you name it this location the 2 times I've gotten it has been fantastic. I always get the thick seasoned crust extra cheese and it's magnificent and the best part is that they don't charge for their sauces like most places which is a huge win in my book and also this pizza still taste great reheated. I think this is my new favorite pizza place A+++

I love Marco's and eat it quite a bit. Being a New Yorker it is hard to find good pizza in the south. Marco's pizza is best in Tampa.

When we order delivery they always forget to bring the 2ltr soda.

Love love love this location. The pizza is always steaming hot whenever i order delivery and staff is always very knowledgeable and very kind! Great customer service. My deliveries are rarely late. No pizza place will be perfect, so just ignore the bad reviews. Honestly marcos is the best out of all of the chains.
