What a JOKE !!! I couldn't even finish walking through the door or look at a menu before the cashier/waitress was asking how can I help you. Went in today thinking I'd be able to dine-in not knowing that orders are now given to you in to go containers ..Would stop here every time I'd come to the area. Am now totally turned off and will NEVER RETURN.

The best pizza around Wesley Chapel. It actually tastes fresh and handmade.

We mistakenly called and ordered from here thinking it was the 900 degree NY at the groves and how dissatisfied and disappointed my family and I were. We ordered 2 calzones and an order of wings. All was cold, soggy, the bottom of the calzones wet and overloaded with mozzarella cheese. We did our best to try and save it by warming it in the oven but unfortunately we had to trash it all. Terrible experience.

Pizza is amazing service is incredibly bad went in to get sat at a table outside lady brought us out with menus then after 45 mins I walked in because nobody's been out to take drink or order I was then asked by the same lady that sat us "oh your sitting outside" which I responded "seriously your the one that sat us" like I said foods great but got some ditsy people

The restaurant reeked of a strong odor of fabuloso cleaner, competing with the smell of soggy pizza. The prices were outrageous and the service was deplorable. Adding insult to injury, they also included the tip in the bill. Furthermore, the pizza was so soggy that it couldn't even be picked up. It's best to steer clear of this place.

Located in the Wiregrass Mall, this has always been a good choice for pizza slice while shopping or afterward. They're never without customers, and I always leave satisfied. Like most visits, the pizza place is always adequately staffed with helpful, friendly employees.

So bad (four entrees) half way thru it, in the trash, so distraught "felt robbed"...forgotten take photos to post. well, that was their last chance to get it right, will try other Italian food source and there's plenty.. good luck to all

The price and food was incredible. My mom and I came to eat and there was a very kind lady that served us with a smile, and was super patient. My mom ordered pesto pasta and I ordered cheese pizza. 100% recommended!!

What I ordered vs what I got…. This place is never as good as you think it’s going to be. I’m sorry but $21 for a personal sized pizza is regrettable when the pizza is mediocre at best.

The cheese pizza was very good but a little burned. Veggie pizza had a Ton of garlic and was very bad. The salad was okay. It's best to use make your own option. Also the service was awesome. He was very nice and it only took 10 mins for food to arrive.

We were in the mood for wood-fired pizza, so we decided to order from 900 Degrees Woodfired Pizza. We chose a variety: Vegetarian, Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and a Caesar salad. The order was ready in just 20 minutes, so I picked it up from the restaurant. The interiors and ambiance of the pizza place were amazing, with a nice and beautiful setup. We started our dinner with the Caesar salad, which was a great beginning. The salad was fresh and flavorful. Next, we moved on to the cheese pizza. It was cooked perfectly with a generous spread of cheese, making it delicious and satisfying. The vegetarian pizza was also excellent, well-cooked with a good amount of vegetables evenly spread across. Finally, we tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. While the buffalo chicken was tasty, the pizza itself was a bit of a letdown compared to the Cheese and Vegetarian pizzas. Overall, the pizzas were hot, delicious, and made our Friday night enjoyable. Despite the slight disappointment with the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, we loved our meal and will definitely order from 900 Degrees Woodfired Pizza again.

You would think this pizza would be crispy .. 900 degrees and I oreded it well done .. don’t give the option of well done and send it out the door almost raw pizza dough . Shame has good flavors but way undercooked … sloppy it’s hard to eat because it taste like dough raw

Some friends of mine all got together for dinner and we had Alana as our server. This was some of the best service i’ve had in a long time. She was very on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner.

I came here for dinner and the service was phenomenal! The food was very delectable! Our server Alana was very helpful and kind and definitely made this a 10/10 experience.

Pepperoni pizza was decent but the veggie had an overabundance of minced garlic on it. There was so much it was visible on each piece of mushroom.

Pizza was ice cold. Rubbery sausage. Not good at all. Delivery was only 5 minutes away. Wings were good

pizza and service have been great for the past several visits. however, on a recent visit, we had a poorer experience. the condiment containers such as parmesan and garlic powder were all greasy to the touch before our order arrived. this may disrupt the appetites of some. with a full-service restaurant, one would expect such items on the table to be swapped or rinsed. the water cups received were clearly contaminated. it seems as if either the tap water system needs to be cleaned or more likely, the cups were not thoroughly cleaned for us. the water in the cups had a surface that showed unknown particles and it seemed as if the water surface had grease. maybe they quickly rinsed the cup instead of doing a comprehensive cleaning. images attached. just to clarify, this was noticed before the food arrived at our table so it could not be from us. I hope this poor experience was just a one-time thing only.

This ia a good hang out cum shopping arena where this outlet is based out, we enjoyed our food and great hospitality

The pizza is always great. So is the calzone. Have never had the Buffalo wings, but they look and smell great from the next table over, LOL. This place would be so much better if the ambiance was better.

Margarita piazza was worst that the gas station piazza. And the French fries 🍟 either the waiter had some to eat before he got to the table or dropped the basket before got to the table. Great atmosphere but please GET IT TOGETHER. good luck 👍.

Waitresses are awful. They treat you like they don't want you be there, they almost throw you the food. Tabkes are all dirty, dirty napkin holder, everything dirty. Waitress came to leave the food at the table, no parmesan cheese for the pasta. When we needed a silverware or something they would showed themselves very annoyed. Will never come back to this place.

The pizza is thin crust and is cooked just right with the slight signature burn marks of the wood oven. The garlic knots were delicious, too. Carlos provided attentive service very cordially. The seats and tables are heavy, metal framed, so the atmosphere lacks a coziness I would want at a pizza place for sharing pizza.

Great pizza for Florida. Decent pizza coming from NY (toppings are rough chopped and don’t stick to pizza but delicious and fresh taste!). Creative pizza topping options and the fries are amazing. Stomach is happy. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Recommend!

We've been to this 900 Degrees several times over the past few years. We primarily would go out of convenience of for other events such as fundraisers. When we fist would go, it was ok; not great, but worth coming back to. Over the past few times it has been really "hit-or-miss"... The biggest issue is our food comes out cold; especially if you order anything a dish. The pizza's are ok; there really are a number of other places in the area we like better. So the convenience factor has left and we probably won't be back.

Wasn't expecting much but surprisingly good pizza! Nice crust, not too thin, not too doughy. Perfect ratio of sauce, to cheese, to toppings. Lasagna is good, baked ziti was fine - slightly bland and needed a bit more salt or flavor.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible. After getting a table the hostess forgot to tell the waitress that we were sat down. Almost 15 minutes. Waitress took out drink order and food order. Garlic knots and pizza. Everything came out at the same time. Pizza was undercooked like raw. I have an iron stomach and the food brought me to my knees . She said we would get a discount because of the wait. Fast forward to the bill. Got a 10% military discount which I should have gotten anyways and that was it. Will not return straight trash

Delicious! I ordered a large pie to go & this pizza reminded me of New York Pizza. I would definitely go back & the garlic knots looked good so ill definitely be back for that

This is very good restaurant and the food was very good and service is excellent, very nice location and setting outside is great.

We had a horrible experience last night. We were seated and then ignored for 25 minutes. Finally, after being stared at by the hostess and some other wait staff, a girl came over and apologized saying that she was never told she had a table. We ordered our drinks and a large half cheese, half Quattro formaggi pizza and garlic knots to start. 9.5 minutes later, the pizza came out and we were told the knots were coming. They were meant as an appetizer so we had no need for them at that point but the waitress said we would be given a discount for the inconvenience. Fine. The pizza was grossly undercooked. You could see that the dough was raw. And the Quattro formaggi supposedly had Gorgonzola cheese that very much resembled blue cheese in color and taste. There was also a ridiculous amount of it to the point where I had to cut that whole part of the pizza off. We got the check and the discount we were given for our inconvenience was the military discount! We should’ve gotten that to begin with since my boyfriend is a veteran, but more than that, she was giving it to everyone around us! What a joke. Within an hour of leaving, we were both ill feeling. Was not a pleasant rest of the evening. Very disappointing experience from start to finish to say the least.

Wait is crazy. Place is dirty and messy. Ambiance is loud and noisy. Door dash people arguing for the delays. Wait time for food is insane. I won’t recommend this place. Service is rude and in a hurry

Love the pizza flavor, big slices, nice lunch combos, the balsamic oil needs improvement , so as the brushetta is basically a salad

Good pizza; bad service. I ordered a day in advance online on 10/30/23. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time on 10/31/23 and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. The cook was rude when I canceled my order. I canceled my order, but they refused to refund the tip amount. Despite speaking to 2 different managers, I have not received a refund for a tip on a pizza I never received. Again: the pizza is great…staff and management need to step up customer service if they want to survive in a dying mall.

The pizza was pretty good. It's a bit greasy but still tasty. We had to ask for our check twice, and the people behind us came in after us and placed their order after us, but they were served first and left before we got the check. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one cheese and the other was a pasta with cheese and mushrooms. There are not many choices at the mall, so we may try this place again.

The pizza horrible. It needs a little more crust , it was barely cooked all cheese and very salty . Had the caprese salad . The mozzarella was gross tasted fake or it was pizza cheese , was hard weird tasting and the rice balls tasted like card board very mushy ... I'm sorry but we won't be visiting again . Hope it all comes together for you in the future as your in a really good spot for business . 😊

Our first visit to 900 degrees - ordered for take out. Ordered a large half pepperoni half margarita pizza, nothing fancy. Total for the 1 large pizza was $22. Overall the pizza was just ok. The crust was a bit tough and chewy for my taste. I do not feel the price was worth what we received. We will probably look for another pizza place in the future.

A few months ago I visited the location and we dined in . It was burnt and tasteless. I didn’t say anything. Today, we were in the neighborhood and my child wanted pizza . It was Sunday 7:45 they close at 8 . They said we can only order to go . When I arrived there were three families eating. I asked if we can eat there Jose said no they closing . Then I asked if we can eat it outdoors he literally said no . Meanwhile, I saw ppl getting wings from the back . I was bothered tired and annoyed . I went across to the park . The pizza was tasteless and BURNT. They don’t know how to make pizza . I will never go there again worst pizza I’ve had . Never again!!!!

Food is pretty good but not cleanest place

Friday... Went to dine-in for lunch with my family, as we were sitting and waiting for our food at our table I looked over and seen the cook quickly grab the mop, mopping the floor BUT NEVER washed his hands after... He immediately grabbed the flour and dough an proceeded to make our pizza! My husband got up to inform the young lady what happened and that we're leaving and to cancel our orders of 2 pizzas. I looked on IG seen the lady whom we'd informed of the situation 'Cynthia' and Ivan were both managers whom both were working at the time didn't do much to rectify the situation. Cynthia was nice and apologized but Ivan not saying a word at all, instead gave us a demeaning look as we were the one's in the wrong! We loved this pizza place and have ordered MANY times before, but this was our 1st time dining in and we got to see their unsanitary plus unprofessional ways! Disappointing... We will NOT Return!

First time trying out this pizza. Honestly not impressed at all. Ordered a small pizza, taste was ok and I honestly had to reheat in air fryer. Garlic knots... Were dry as hell. Add more garlic... Butter... Salt... Kinda bland. For 32 bucks.. I would have enjoyed dominoes pizza instead.

First time here, stopped on way home from work and ordered a L pizza with just 2 toppings. Turned out expensive but the Pizza was good. May be next time will visit for dine in.

My girlfriend and I split one of their giant classic Calzones and an order of Calamari. The classic Calzone contains ham, Mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses. They offer a number of Calzones, and they're all huge! Even with splitting it, we took half home with us; however, we did also have the Calamari appetizer. The Calzone was delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared in their wood fired oven. The Calamari was delicious as well, even if the batter was a little heavier than I prefer. Their Marinara sauce is prepared in house and was very tasty, and was included with both dishes. The atmosphere was fairly basic, but cozy.

Owner was very rude, calamari rubbery, soup extra salty and very pricey for food that was not worth it. I guess just buy pizza you might have better luck.

I take my time out to drive here from my job on my break ! Waiting around Like a stray cat while one lady is asking the waitress' Is there onion in that ? Is that cheese made from low fat ? When was it made ? Can you put mushrooms in it , ( No )so can I get mushrooms on the side ? Is it warm or do you have to heat it up ? Blaaaa blaaaa blaaaa ! 30min break man wth , I walked out and would never come back ! As if she was buying a new car . Check the cameras please ? Slow service, bland food, manager was rude. Took an hour and a half to order and eat 2 pizzas and get the check at lunch time. $28 for 18 inch pizza with 3 toppings. $$$

We were excited to try it. We heard a lot of great things ordered it off of uber eats, Pizza was cold stale burned on the bottom hardly any sauce. The garlic knots were like rocks I don't know what the deal was but it sucked.

Got quoted a 10-15 min pickup time, which seemed odd for a Saturday night. Husband waited 30 minutes, asked about how long it would be and THEN they put the food in the oven. 🤦‍♀️ Pizza and subs were decent but not better than our usual place that is closer and cheaper. Wings were greasy and not flavorful. Kids pizza was just slices of pizza that looked like it was previously made and they stacked them on top of each other with a paper plate in between.... Not exactly using good common sense. We're definitely gonna stick to Caprese Pizza House from now on.

OMG I'm from N.Y. and trying to find a pizza that can stand up to its name (N.Y. style pizza) is hard but this place made it. From the thin crust to the grease on top from the cheese the nice fluffy crust in the back it was awesome. We will make it a point to go at least once a month. Our server was very nice making sure we had all we needed since my 2 1/2 grandson was with me. Overall great family place to go for pizza.

The food and service was excellent. So good that I completely forgot to take pictures, however I thought the crust lacks a buttery crust. Great service and it was quite busy when I went around 6:30pm on a Wed night. I would recommend to anyone who is in the area looking for some great pizza or Italian food.
