So impressed by the staff! Honestly, I am unsure of the names of the crew that works Friday nights, but my goodness! They are something! A few weeks ago I called up super close to closing time hungry and the young lady was so helpful and made sure I got a pizza. tonight, again I called late for some food. Not only were they awesome to me, but when I got there the delivery driver remembered my last name ( he promised me he would learn it because it’s long) he remembered me and my last name!! Well done Marcos!

Very well maintained equipment. Clean store. Couldn't have asked for a better place to serve you great pizza.

Good pizza, peperoni were skimpy in an extra large. Some slices only had a couple.

Marco's is a great supporter of schools. Picked up 5 pizzas for a class - delicious and at a great price.

The plain pizza was typical for Marcos and good. They have great deals, but I was disappointed by the mushroom pizza. It was clearly canned mushrooms on it and soggy.

I just wanted to come on here and brag about Cameron. I order from this establishment almost every single day. Order the same thing every single time. When I went to place my order online they were out of salad. Just got their shipment that morning. Cameron went above and beyond to complete my order. Even made fresh croutons. I've been a store manager for over 20 years. I am a store manager in a nearby establishment. Diamonds in the rough like Cameron are far and few. Please make sure this hidden treasure is given the props she deserves. Thanks Cameron!!

Cameron truly makes my day. She is always cheerful when she answers the phone, thorough and professional. After a tough day at work it's nice to hear a pleasant voice. Whatever we order is always fantastic but I wanted to say how much I appreciate Cameron.

I ordered a pretty expensive order yesterday. Included in my order was a chicken salad, and when it arrived, it was missing the chicken. I didn’t realize this until later when I was ready to eat. The restaurant was already closed by then. I ordered under a different name if someone says, “We couldn’t find you in the system.” I ordered two pizzas, one sub, and two chicken salads. I know things happen but that salad was over $8!!!

Service is fast and good but unfortunately the food isn’t that great.

This was my first time ordering pizza from Marco's. Unexpectedly, I had to change my order after I placed it online. The pizza I ordered for a neighbor needed to be meat free and I didn't know that. Upon calling, Marco's to change my order, the immediatly fixed the order and made me a new pizza to be meat-free. I am so grateful for their help and understanding... and quick fix! The food is great and we will back soon.

According to the online order, pizza was to be to be ready at 5:10 pm. When I got there at 5:12, I was told pizza wasn't even started and ended up waiting 15 minutes. When I go to Papa Johns, online orders are ready when I arrive.

I have been ordering from this location for years no problem until today. Delivery driver knew he dropped my pizza and still had the nerve to give it to me. Called the store and the Manager seemed so busy he could careless. This is how you lose loyal customers.

This store is located in an apartment complex, I almost missed it. Small waiting space inside. I had a pepperoni pizza, which was good. Overall nothing particularly stood out, but no complaints.

Good staff... I think the very nice guy that helped me during pick up was the manager and he was very friendly and helpful. When he found out we were going to eat at the picnic tables out front he gave us plates, plastic ware, napkins all with a smile. The food was hot and fresh. I loved that I could pick which flavor crust to get and how cheesy it was. This pizza is comparable to Hungry Howies but I prefer Marcos to the closest Hungry Howies nearby.

Pizzas were hot and well prepared. Staff was helpful and polite.

Terrible customer service, was told 5 minutes for a pizza. Ended up taking 10-15, waste of my time and not worth the quality of the food.

There are some great NY style pizza joints in Tampa Bay. Marcos is not that. They don't try to be. They have a fantastic medium thick crust pizza unmatched by anything we have experienced anywhere in the Bay area. Their ingredients are fresh and delicious. The old world pepperoni is remarkable and the Italian sausage also stands out. The key to a perfect pizza is how you build it. We get the deluxe regular crust with all crust toppers, extra sauce and baked well or extra well. We have never been disappointed with a Marco's pizza!

What makes these guys so good is the consistency. My pizza is the same each and every time. Delivery time is spot on to the lead time they give you. I’m a pizza sauce guy and theirs is fantastic. I never ordered from Marco’s as the pizza from their commercials did not look that good to me. I tried it 1 day and I’ll never go back to anything else. From straight cheese to Garden pizza to meats everything has been great.

Definitely not a NY style pizza to me, but let me tell you when you’ve had a tad bit too much to drink on a Friday night at home and you are hungry, THIS pizza is right in the hood, and it’s delivered piping hot and delicious to your home in WestChase until 12am midnight! It’s GOOD!!!!

Free parking in the back. Very convenient. I love their pizza sauce!! Always a good plus when they don’t burn your pizza. Ordered their cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. Not too crazy with the plain cheese pizza but pepperoni pizza is really good. Will order from then again. Highly recommended. Fast service with pick ups.

No matter when I go to Marcos, the food is consistant...its always great.

Usually get descent pizza with bad delivery time. This time it is bad delivery time with hair in my daughter's pizza. Then she offers 10 percent off next time. U have got to be kidding me. Update: Management contacted us after this incident. They offered us a refund and they informed us they would be doing updated training for all of their employees. Update: Quality of pizza and delivery times have improved drastically! Improved from the one star rating.

A good place to grab a quick pizza to go. Delivery or pick up, it’s all good. They also have a selection of sandwiches, salads, and wings. There is no inside seating but there are some tables on the patio if you want to eat in. However it’s essentially pickup/delivery only. This is not the typical cardboard pizza that you get from most delivery chains. It deserves a try if you are looking for something new.

Pizza is excellent! Crust is yeasty, crisp and perfect thickness. Ingredients are all quality and they make an very good pizza sauce. My new goto pizzeria.

I have bad experiences with delivery pizza, but this place has NEVER delivered my pizza wrong, and they have great consistency. They make the pizza the same everytime, so you don't have to guess whether it will be good this time. The staff is fast and friendly.
