Just came here for 5 nights and this place is amazingly beautiful. It’s near everything .. 5-10 mins shopping /restaurants/ 15-20 mins away to most of the parks; inside our room… it has everything you need for a 1 family house..except food which is in the main area of the resort or buy stuff & cook the meals the way you prefer; also surprised to see washing/drying in our room as well.. which is a plus. has multiple pools, activity center for kids, bikes, boats, sauna … you name it … it’s here. Love the experience we had and sad to leave this place. Highly recommend !!

I recently stayed at Marriott Cypress Harbour Villas in Orlando, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The rooms were absolutely spectacular—spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The resort itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The services provided were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. There was plenty of entertainment for the whole family, making our stay both fun and relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando.

Marriott cypress Harbour needs to stop offering these packages to non owners its not doing them any favors there turning this place into a hot ghetto mess when we come to Orlando we wanna have fun a nice resort

Wonderful, amazing, phenomenal, gorgeous!! My husband and I went to this resort for 4 days for a little get away and it was perfect. They had 3 swimming pools, 5-6 jacuzzis, plenty of activities for us to do, an arcade, and so much more. We loved every minute of it! We were highly impressed and so relaxed the whole time we were there. Great customer service and all the staff were lovely. I highly recommend staying there. The rooms were very clean and we felt like we were home.

My favorite thing about these villas is the massive whirlpool tub in the master suite. It's such a treat to bring my husband with me during work trips during my stays here. He enjoys the amenities here. I recommend this resort to other colleagues that travel to Orlando. The Lakeview is beautiful to look at from the balcony.

This is our 5th visit. We have never had one negative experience. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants etc yet you feel completely isolated inside the grounds. It’s quiet, beautifully landscaped, and immaculate. The villa is always in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. We feel very safe here and they have security at front. We will be back!

This place is a gem! Rooms very clean, comfortable and you feel like your at home. The grounds are very well maintained. Pool was not loud, water was comfortable and there was ample seating. Lots of activities. Definitely will be our go to resort from now out.

Very well maintained and good room service. A couple of times the front desk said they will get back to me but didn't. I didn't feel they were committed to resolve my issues. Large, well equipped rooms and lots of site activities. Very good value for money.

Renovated villas are nice and your within 15 minutes of all the Disney attractions, but still away from all the busyness.

In this trip we travel with kids we get a villa 2 bedroom with the kitchen and was a the best, the location very close to parks and everything, the service was excellent.

Nice rooms, nice staff- would stay again. Request rooms near activity center. 10 minutes from major attractions. CVS within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great use of 35k Bonvoy reward nights. Book direct for best deals.

Love this place! Great location, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is wonderful. Special shout out to Storm who works at the front desk for going above and beyond for us while checking in. The housekeeping was great, too. Nice to come back to a clean room after a full day at the pools! We will definitely be back. Everything you could want or need is on property. Three pools, restaurants, basketball, pickle ball, mini golf, splash pad, playgrounds, etc. You won’t be disappointed here.

3 nights of reported AC issues. I'm completely unsatisfied with the experience of service. I work in commercial property management so I can state clearly. This experience was preventable and should have been addressed immediately.

The resort is around 40 years old. But they maintain nicely with the old design. It has a jacuzzi inside the room. And a big laundry room. The kitchen doesn’t have a blender. Not like other resorts. The front desk refused my small request that never happened before since I traveled around the world for 20 years. They offer daily activities. Most of them have a fee that I joined with other Marriott activities that are free. The floor of the whole room is carpeted. The location is the most convenient for SeaWorld. Otherwise, it will take around 20 minutes to other theme parks. There is Publix supermarket 5 minutes away.

Great customer service. Front desk staff extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. Storm checked us in and he was fabulous. Beautiful resort.

Loved the amenities and enjoyed my spa experience

What a beautiful place, rooms were large, screened patio, several pools, boats for rent, lots of activities for all ages, small convenience store on site expensive, restaurant food expensive an just ok, staff very nice, an friendly, well landscaped, short drive to most attractions around Orlando. There is also a bus stop at entrance (I-Drive) an inexpensive if you don't want to rent car or drive.....recommend There is also fishing aloud at property

What a beautiful resort! It was quiet, clean and had everything we could have asked for. If we had more time, we would have tried out the pickle ball court, ping pong, basketball court and bikes to ride along the trails. They have a kids splash pad, playgrounds, a beautiful waterfront and boardwalk as well. We also enjoyed the main pool area with working hot tubs! The food was fresh and delicious too. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. We highly recommend it.

We were anxiously looking forward to this stay as it is centrally located which is big boom for those who want to go to Disney and for those who want to shop and dine. Close proximity to MCO airport too! Checkin was a breeze but not to happy with the pushy approach to their time share appointment to try and sell you. And also next morning they called really early and was not happy with that at all! It’s a beautiful resort with really well kept gardens and lot of flowers. The lake in the centre makes it even more beautiful. Room are comfortable and well equipped with almost all everything you may need. The beds were comfortable too. My fav part was the netted balcony where you could chill and have your meals. Entertainment is planned with a timetable and kids and adults have something to do. The pools are lovely with lots of seating and there is a restaurant and bar which makes it a convenient feature. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a pain esp if you come in the nights as it’s first come first served as basis. Walking around is so easy around the resort. Would def come back as I found it so relaxing and the service we got was a A plus!

I was there May 3rd,4rd and 5th 2024. SORRY, MY REVIEW HAVE TO be in Spanish. From the first minute checking in I felt at home. It's my second time there but the first time I went to the parks and I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the activities. From the first night the guys in charge of the activities treated me to me and my granddaughter how at home and that's how they did it the three days I was there. Thank you guys from PR, I forgot your men and Elizabeth... Thank you, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, GUYS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES...I ALSO HAD A GREAT TIME WITH EVERYONE WHO VISITED THOSE DAYS. SEE YOU SOON.

The check in manager was very rude. The rest was awesome and the stay was excellent.

This is a amazing resort, my daughter and her husband/kids have been staying here the past few years when she comes to visit me. I just love going to join them and have lunch or dinner at the grill by the pool. It's also centered around so many other places to eat outside the property.... highly recommended...

The Marriott Villas are a perfect home away from home, especially if travelling with family or a bigger group! They have studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom options. It’s a very large property with ample parking! They also have a marketplace for a last minute things you may have forgotten. The actual units are quite spacious - I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Although it was only three of us in the group, it could easily accommodate 6-8 people. It comes with all things you’ll need to make your stay comfortable - washer/dryer, full stove and oven, cooking utensils, pots/pans, cutlery, glassware - you name it! They also provide dishwasher soap, laundry soap and toiletries. It is really a well thought out resort and I always thoroughly enjoy my stay here! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a resort that is equipped with literally everything you need to feel at home!

I haven't seen one kid on a device. AWESOME hotel resort. You will not be disappointed. Whether you are a single, couple, family with small kids or family with big kids, there is something to do for everyone. They have different on resort itineraries that are fun and engaging, whatever your hobby is there is something to do. The staff are accommodating, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is near loads of grocery stores, Wal-Mart, CVS, etc. all within a mile or less.

We have been owners of this property and come here every year to every other year around this time since the early 2000s. As of late (the past 3-5 years) we've noticed a decline in some areas. Today I was told by the Front Desk Rep. that "the statuses don't matter here" when inquiring about late checkout time for Gold elite members (which is a benefit of reaching gold elite status with Marriott). I did not push to her the fact that we are also owners and Florida residents, but she would've noticed this when she pulled up our reservation. I have been a supervisor at a Marriott property (not a villa, but still Marriott) and regardless of policy, we would never tell a guest their elite status doesn't matter. Statuses are earned based on how much money you spend a year and how many nights you stay with Marriott, so it does indeed matter, especially since we pay thousands of dollars in maintenance fees for this property regardless if we stay here or not every year by being timeshare holders/owners. I tried to call the desk 24 hours prior to our checkout date to get a late checkout (which i know full well is policy) but no one answered the phone and i wasn't in a state to go down to the lobby. Granted we were prepared to be out at the scheduled checkout time, but this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, especially coming from our home property. We will be spending our next visit at a different property, but when we do decide to return here to our home property, we hope things will have improved. The location is nice, on site amenities are decent and the activities have something for all ages, even though the turnout this week wasn't great, it was still enjoyable. It just goes to show that people can truly make or break experiences. We also always come as a family to celebrate a birthday, and request a couple small amenities to be put in the room. That request was PARTIALLY fulfilled this trip so thanks for the effort on that. I just ask that missed phone calls be returned and to not tell members of a loyalty program that their loyalty doesn't matter. We understand policies vary from property to property, but it's how you word/deliver things that make a difference.

Beds are terrible. Everything else was spectacular. Rooms clean, location, service, everything but the rock hard bed, The floor was softer. Here's the issue, your hotel is for sleeping, when you can't sleep, the purpose is defeated. Only because of this is the 3 stars. I was going to give it 4 but I'm too tired to be generous.

I think is our third or fourth time in Cypress and I don’t to what is it about it but we love it. Very well taken care, personal always working on the gardens and swimming pool areas, people are very friendly, great comfortable rooms. Great location close to parks, outlets and supermarkets. Highly recommend. And the best, I think that it is a lot for the money.
