The last few times we've been to this McD's we've been disappointed in the freshness of the food.

I tried to do a deal then I removed it not sure why I needed to wait 15 more minutes to just change from at store to online

I usually leave reviews highlighting positive interactions in full support of businesses and their staff. Unfortunately, my experience tonight warrants something different. In understanding you are a fast food company and probably deal with an abundance of ppl and different attitudes, I do not think they means that management should relieve those frustrations on patrons or team members! That being said your manager “Jordan” displays a disgusting attitude and demeanour and should not represent any company until she gets it together. It was disheartening to have a wonderful young man help me out(I wish I had his name) and apologize for his manger Jordan’s behavior as she had a “bad day”. I do plan on speaking to the GM as well as reporting this franchise; for lack of better words her behaviour , body language, and interaction with her own team member was disgusting, and I do not even think she can explain why, further than thinking being management equites to be hostile and rude. Again the young man who was actually at the window was great, even while dealing with Jordan’s nastiness. I wish I could say I’m probably overreacting but I’m not , and quite frankly she needs to go and probably be reminded that everyone can be replaced, or maybe put her on a day shift where she may not be so overwhelmed “by having a busy day” that she doesn’t loose herself and a GM can guide her!

Just as good as you expect a McDonald's to be

I was an Assistant Manager for McDonald's if the owner of this place cares for their business then you should Hire me. I am in the top 10 out of 10 as manager and will replace any rude,lazy, and or non sanitary employees for ones that will actually care for the job no matter what the job is. If you do not love your business then so be it. My name is Cristian I am the Manager you need for this place. I've spent countless hours reading all the reviews it saddens me that the owner of this place has not even taken the time to atleast seem understanding of customer concern. Do you want your customers to return or do you want them to replace you with Wendy's or what about Burger King? And yes you might no be the only McDonald's or fat food around that's exactly why you should make sure your Business is up and running at its best.

Only 1 person ahead of my friend and I, had to wait 22 min.

The person who took our order was not trained well. We literally had to repeat our order 5 or 6 times until she got it right. Our food seemed more like leftovers...More like it had been sitting out for a long period of time before it was given to us. Probably the worst food quality I have ever experienced from McDonald's.

I love breakfast at McDonald's. Today was awful. Bagle was hard. Food was luke warm and the woman talking orders was clueless. I think I'm going to stick with the McDonald's near my house

This McDonald's I stop at before 3:50am on my way to work. It's usually cash only , which is ok, and I get the late lunch menu because I get there before 4am change over. But this morning, I arrive at 3:50, little girl takes my order, a double Qtr lber, says go to the 1st window. After a 10 min wait, she comes to the window and says they're only serving breakfast now. Yes, but you already took my order. Then the manager comes to the window and says "I'm sorry, but only breakfast now" . Wait! I was here for 15min and NOW I can only get breakfast? But you already took my order. This needs to be addressed. Young workers & management need to realized what "customer service" truly means. I won't be back! I can get breakfast anywhere!

Can't rate atmosphere because last experience was curbside.

i was put in danger at this location. i am a dasher who had to pick up from this location at 4:45 in the morning. they would not let me pick up the order through the drive thru or inside. they made me ring a door bell and said through a speaker the order would be right out where i had to wait outside in a poorly lit area. it took 15 minutes for someone to bring order and i had multiple homeless people approaching me during this extreme wait. i am a 5 foot 100 pound female and i felt i in extreme danger. i have reported them on my end for putting delivery workers in danger. i called the store to notify my concerns of having us wait outside instead on picking up in drive thru and was hung up on. i will continue to take action to ensure no one is put in the situation i was just in. i have been a dasher for over a year and never felt this concern for my safety while picking up an order. please do not order online at this location between 11 pm and 5 am. you will be putting someone like me in danger. i am disgusted by this stores lack of concern for delivery workers safety and i pray they find a safer system for delivery workers. i will never take an order from this store again and i urge any other delivery worker to do the same.

Keisha , took our order but also helped out with other things. She was the only one with a smile and pleasant attitude. She looked and acted like she loves her job and the people she serves. McDonald’s is very lucky to have an employee like Keisha. She’s one in a million out there today. Thank you!

It is the only McDonald's that cannot pick up Doordash or Uber orders at the drivetru window, too bad you have to get out of the car and wait about 20 minutes in a window created for "delivery." They have a doorbell that is often out of battery. In short, what bad attention for customers...

Drive thru has very short temper, if you ask for anything the wrong way they will snap!!! We were talking in the car joking and an employee on 6/5/2024 at 12:35am didn’t like it and went off about how they don’t have to serve us. I’ve worked at plenty of fast food restaurants working drive throughs. Never have I not been mature enough to understand, I’m not getting payed enough to not just turn the volume down on my headset. I think management needs to tighten up and find good representatives for the infamous franchise, McDonald’s.

I'm just not feeling the vibes from McD's anymore... We were short chicken nuggets and one looked half eaten. I didn't call management to fix the issue. I'm just not returning here... EVER! The staff just act like they don't care. Poor management!

I just ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal for my kid and she chocked on a bone or plastic.I was shocked to see that there was another huge piece in a different chicken nugget. Parents please be safe and caution when buy nuggets for your kids. I’ve never seen this before and I did call right away and talk to the manager he said his name was Carlos. I’m including a picture.

Fantastic food and great service, would recommend to anyone looking for authentic food. Would rate this a 5 star if it didnt close early at 3:30 everyday.

Always fast and haven't had any wrong orders. The store is clean, and the employees actually seem happy to be there, so that is always a plus.

So I order a chicken nuggets meal and they tell me they are too busy to make me a milk shake?? What the heck is this?? Also I got barely any fries. 🍟 What the heck is this? They wanna increase prices and then they give us no food. Very disappointed!

This location has seemed to have gotten better, staff is courteous, however drive thru service is slow, better off doing pick up via the app and they do have the tendency to forget items.

This is literally the worst McDonald's in this county. For the 3rd time now I get asked to park and wait 10 minutes for just a large iced coffee. Ordering through the app ahead of time is ridiculous if nothing is ready or their cleaning their espresso machine or other excuses just incredible

Every damn time I come up here in the morning they doing a "system update" foreal? Every day ? Get a new damn system or figure out why ppl here getting paid to not cook food" never coming back to this mismanaged place

The people that work at this McDonald's are the reason people are against a fast food server making $15 an hour. Don't understand where they think they're worth that when they can't get your order correct or make correct change. Come on Robotics, we need you !

DASHERS PREPARE TOO WAIT! Worst location to pick up doordash orders. You have to wait outside at the front VS the Drive-Thru at night. I usually wait 15-20 minutes for an order as small as one cheeseburger.

This is the second time at this location that I have pulled into drive-thru number 2 with no line while drive through number 1 had one car in it. For some reason the NEW cars that entered drive-thru number 1 were served before me. Just close drive-thru number 2 if you're not going to use it.

The kid in the drive-through is screaming into the mic and repeating everything I say then inputting it incorrectly on the screen on purpose. It isn't a funny prank and I'll just drive down the road to one of the 20 billion other McDonald's to get my kid some stupid nuggets.

I didn't get a picture of it but the lobby has become smaller after remodel, it appears that the drive-thru section of the kitchen is much larger now but it is open again that's good.

McD is cutting portion sizes way too much. Filling french fry container less than half "as it's proper weight".

If I could rate it a negative 3000 I would. I have never been to a more ghetto Mc Donald’s than this. On Sunday 03/10/2024 approx. 3:20 a.m.-3:40 a.m. We sat in line for 10 min waiting on these young guys to order which was not a big deal. After we ordered we spent nearly another 10 min while the young man hung out side the car window hovering over the window to get the clerk’s phone number. Not only did the clerk STOP PRODUCTIVITY to entertain this man but she also made the rest of us wait longer to retrieve our food. Then once we got to the window are cars started honking their horns she didn’t have the bag of food even ready we waited again for that.If I was corporate I would quickly pull the camera video!!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. We will never return here again!

Incredibly slow, staff was having a good time while cars in drive thru wait. They need new hires or staff the customer service is horrible both day and night crews.

Went last night and ordered 2 things and was charged $4.05 I gave the gentleman a 10 dollar bill and a dime I told the gentleman keep the nickel and I would like my change back which was only 6 dollars didnt get my change back went to the next window and asked for my change and was told to go to number 1 slot and i would get my change back when manager came to my car was instantly was told i did not give them the money i told them i gave them basically telling me i was a lyer also had my girlfriend in tears i will not be back to this McDonalds again as long as this manager is working for your company thank you

What can you say? It is a McDonald's. We go here mist often to get iced tea i will say Kat who works the drive thru is great. When she is working we know our order will be correct. The others are mainly kids who don't care as much about their jobs. If I was basing the service rating on Kat, I would give her a five, but can't base it solely on her. It really upsets me when we ho through for unsweetened tea, and they give us sweet tea. My mom is a diabetic and this could really negatively impact her.

I ordered breakfast 8:30 & there was very little wait time, the food was hot & fresh, the people were friendly. Great way to start my day, thank you.

They seem to have an issue with Doordash or Uber delivery drivers and always have an attitude about the orders.

They want more money an hour but can't get NO ONIONS correct.

Alonso went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect with our order.

When I got home, I noticed my order was wrong, I called the number, they transferred me to the port charlotte business and left a message, and no one called back, the second time in 2 days. The first time I caught it before I left this time, I was the only one in there. They handed me the bag. I looked at the receipt stapled to the bag. It was correct when I got home it was wrong.

Always greet you with a smile, polite and can take a joke or two. So glad they are now open 24hrs on weekends

Order was correct and food warm. Quick drive thru service.

Their service was ok had to wait and threw were several people waiting for their order. I did meet a very sexy worker there and we hit it off immediately. She invited me into the ladies restroom and we got really freaky. She locked us in but there were women knocking on the door which made me uncomfortable but I finished in forty five minutes which she informed me would make her late to return from her break. When we exited two women started clapping and applauding which made me feel better. So I can say my experience was pretty good.

Stopped for lunch at 2pm. Food was good, but what attracted me to the restaurant was the deals on the app. Apparently, I was not able to use a deal on the app that I wanted to use (everyone else in my party could). The Manager wasn't helpful at all, didn't seem really to even care too much either, but besides the poor management experience, restaurant was pretty nice.

I am not a fan of mcds. But this one I have been to a few times since being in town and every single time my order is right and stupid fast to get to me. I order and by the time I turn around set down they call my number. Thank you for doing a wonderful job

I had uber eats deliver my order and when it arrived there was 3 sealed brown bags and when I brought my food in I realized they forgot a milkshake and an order of fries . I called mcdonalds and the girl that answered the phone called me a liar and berated me accusing me of trying to scam free food I told her that I just spent $75 on my order I don't need to scam . She claims they put all the items in the bags . And that the uber driver is responsible I then asked her if she sealed the bags with sticker receipts and she said yes and I told her the bags were still sealed when the food got to me . Anyway the way that white trash cashier spoke to me and the fact that the food that did come was ice cold is reason enough for me to never eat there again and I recommend anyone who reads this do the same . Just go to a different mcdonalds

The 4'10" young lady that helped me on Monday afternoon was very sweet.

It's a macDonald's, and a slow one at that. Food is consistent to that around the country. Service at 630 am was very slow, but food was hot and tasty. Atmosphere... Who knows? It's a drive-thru

This is the first clean, friendly McDonald's, I've been in a long time. Gabby is coresponsible for making this visit very enjoyable. It's very refreshing to have somebody caring and responsible. The whole team here seems to have the same great attitude.

Always so over run with people save time drive 3 miles further down 41 and there's another one not ever busy

None of the employees including the manager on duty would speak to us, finally another customer told us about the kiosk to order which barely worked. It says they will bring your food to the table which they didn't.

Don't come to this McDonalds and order 40 chicken nuggets! Cuz you only get 1 sauce then you have to pay $25 for each additional sauce .. I've ordered 40 pieces from atleaat 5 other locations and never got this much attitude about sauces ILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN... NOT TO MENTION THEY Gave us the old cold nuggets they already had made !! I'm making sure everyone knows not to make this mistake here Also the little kids running the place had really bad attitudes I couldn't even get a manager or the Corporate number

Tiene los mejores smoothie y nugget. Que no cambiaría. Si entras y haces tu pedido en la máquina, te atienden más rápido que si le pides a la cajera. Tiene estacionamiento y también atienen en tu auto( haciendo tu respectiva línea)

Worst employees and managers I’ve ever seen working at McDonald’s. I went there just the other day and did a moble order parked and waited while girls keep walking out bringing random bags of food out asking if it’s mine and asking all the other people parked waiting. I finally went inside and there is already people yelling at them there is plenty of working they are just all standing around not knowing what to do. I only ordered 3 items and a drink. The manager says I can’t do this any more I’m going to the back. While we are all trying to get are money back they say no and refuse to bring the manager out. There was many people upset and their drive through line was outrages. They had no idea what they were doing and the manager on duty hid in the back. Never ever going here again. Worst McDonald’s to go to I definitely do not recommend. Waited over an hour before getting my food. And the food was horrible. Cold and didn’t even have the correct toppings. Ridiculous. Refuse to give money back refuse to bring manger out and waited over an hour for food that tasted absolutely horrible. Wow. Crazy.

Drove through for quick 3 am #7 meal (two double cheese burgers). Asked for it plain as I usually do. Eventually get my food and I take a look just to make sure it's plain. It was a cheese sandwich with all the condiments on it, no meat. I tell the guy to just slap some meat on it, he comes back with 2 single cheeseburgers, all condiments still on it. Easily one of the funniest 3 am mcdonalds trips I've ever had, would recommend the experience for anyone looking for a good laugh.

Fountain drink machine in drive-through is broken, so they only have coke and sprite in cans. 12oz can is not equal to a 32oz cup. And im sure they are charging normal drink prices. So I asked for an empty cup to get my own drink from inside. Was told that they can't allow that. No reason given, and they won't walk over to the machine to get the drink I wanted or let me do it. Day before they gave me a cup with no problem, today it's against company policy.

Manged to make an order ON LINE for the very first time.

I quit getting McDonald's breakfast about a year ago, when my usual breakfast climbed from $5.35 to $7.50 it was very off putting. Then, at the same time, it was hard to get an acknowledgement or a thank you from anyone. If I wanted to overpay and get treated like garbage I'd go back to my ex wife. Which brings me to today, due to logistics and time, I decided to stop at this McDonald's location in Port Charlotte. I ordered my usual Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit with two hashbrowns. They had me pull to the parking spot labeled #2, but there was already someone in it so I pulled in Mobile Order spot #2. The employee eventually brought me my food. I consume the hashbrowns first, because they are on top. Get to my sandwich and it's wrong. Wrong sandwich, Egg McMuffin Cheese and the saddest slice of ham that I'd ever seen. Paid $9.06 for this sad experience, damn near criminal, the whole thing.

Night shift manager Carlos is rude as he'll to customers and his employees when the are just trying to help and very racist if you ask me don't ever go to this mc donalds if you know what's good
