Poor work by the afternoon staff. They take orders off the screens and don't prepare them. They make you wait more than 15 minutes for a simple hamburger. It's regrettable. Bad service.

What a nightmare. You can’t customize your order on the kiosk and I haven’t received any customer training so trying to get a human to actually ring up food is like trying to get Congress and the senate to agree on something. This new way of doing things is a huge inconvenience and very counterproductive

The staff here does not clean tables, not even the handicapped table for a handicapped person. When asked, they responded, "We don't clean tables until most of them are dirty or the dining room is full." Lazy staff and no manager t be found. Happy meals is missing toy! It's not a big deal, except it is supposed to be minions.

Went for the new garlic sauce that was supposed to come out on July 9th but it wasn't available

I will never understand why at any McDonalds they give napkins unless you ask for them, it's incredible wow no matter where you travel and visit a Mc they never give napkins hahahahahaha

I work in the area therefore I'm usually stopping by nearly every afternoon to get a nice refreshing Ice cold Coca-Cola with fries and a chicken sandwich to help recharge me as I continue on my route each day. Every employee is very nice and interactive with their customers and always wish me a great rest of the day with a wonderful smile and politeness about them. Thank you for all you do!

The manager and staff are so unfriendly. I was asked to pull out and wait for my mobile order. After almost 10 minutes my fries are freezing cold. The manager took my box of fries and walked away mid sentence and just added more on top that were barely hotter than the last ones. Had to ask another staff member to actually replace my fries. Then when I get home my burger is smushed half of the meat is falling off the bun and barely any condiments. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. I will drive further out of my way than go back here.

By far the best mcdonalds around. Always well cooked food and the employees are all so nice!

Waited in the long wood McDonald's 40 minutes. Incredible went to wakavia Springs 5 minutes. Super fast service and super courteous employees highly recommend.

Ordered from the kiosk for a dine in meal. I've used the kiosk many times at many other locations and have never had an issue. Food would usually be brought out to me in a matter of minutes. For some reason this location did not do so. The food was placed on the front counter at the "mobile pickup" location. Maybe I should have been listening better when the employee was yelling out the order number but I was under the impression the food gets brought to the table like it says on the numbered placards I place on the table. Otherwise what's the point of those placards? Wasn't only until I saw staff member start to bring food from the counter to another patron sitting next to me that I decided to check the order number on another meal sitting there. Lo and behold. There was my meal.

What a disappointment tonight. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this one calls for it. Had an extremely long day, haven't eaten, went to get food for the family and came home, half the food was inedible. The amount of salt on the fries made us sick. You couldn't eat them. My kids were starving and we didn't have much time before they went to bed due to the activities after school, we were so looking forward to some mcdonalds and it just ended our long day with extreme disappointment. Very unfortunate to waste 40 dollars like that and still have an empty stomach.

Pretty good mcdonald’s here i’ve been going here for many years and i’ve never had a problem with anything or anyone. The people always seem to be nice and friendly and the restrooms are always well cleaned. I also really enjoy the workers how friendly they are to their customers, you don’t see that often nowadays. The food is always fresh and hot.

I asked for three cream three sugars in my coffee and they only used two sugars so the coffee was too strong

It's McDonald's..so for the US it gets 3 stars for food. The staff is component and friendly..has space age ambience that is a bit too sterile for me..but sure many will enjoy.

Store manager Lisa. I called and informed her that my order was missing an entire meal. Did she seem concerned- not a little bit. Her only answer was - we gave you what we had! WHAT !? There’s TWO people at my house waiting for breakfast and you send one meal. I can’t with some people! I’m definitely looking into this further. No attitude towards a customer with DISREGARD is acceptable. She wouldn’t like that answer nor the feeling of being left out from enjoying a meal you’re waiting to eat! Wow ! I’m shocked to say the least !

Ordered and paid for a steak, egg and cheese bagel but when I got home I discovered it was a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Pathetic! no wonder people get so angry these days..

These guys are very short handed today but always polite and friendly!

Fries were over done and I think they forgot the salt. The over amount of mayonnaise they put on the quarter pounder caused it to squeeze out of the bun and fill up the bottom of the box. It was late maybe they wanted to go home

You need to fire Anastasia,she is awful!! I'm a nurse an mom to a special needs child and I was charged ,80 cents upcharge for a fanta frozen with the happy meal. No apple juice so I asked for a medium and she made such a big deal out of it and charged me another dollar! Total $1.80 more. That's just wrong. All the McDonald's I have gone to have always charged me a 30 cents upcharge and given me a medium for my daughter. She is heartless. Not to mention none of the staff know how to say " Thank you" NEVER stopping here again!!! Hope it closes down!!!

Super slow this was not fast in any way, ran through for a fast breakfast on the run. Had to wait for about 15 minute for a bagel, at least the staff was nice

I don’t know why I come back to this place. Almost always disappointed with the inconsistency and lack of anyone in the building who cares about what they’re serving. Just received another cold, clearly old meal. Cold burgers with nothing other than mustard (where are the rest of the toppings?), cold fries…all served by employees who were too busy laughing and loudly swearing at each other (the fact that I had my son with me didn’t seem to phase any of them) to put any effort into the food they’re serving.

Worst Drive Thru ever! Young punks work here and I just clicked on a deal code for then to say it's invalid when I had just opened their app and clicked it.....BS

I have been eating at this McDonald's for seven years and it's the best location in Florida. I visit weekday mornings for breakfast and always use the drive thru. So many of the employees have been there for a long time. They are friendly and know my order by heart. The team seems to work well together and there is rarely a long wait for my food. Lunch and dinner meals are good too (for the most part) but their breakfasts are amazing. The manager has been there for a while and she's great. No complaints here.

Drive-through was slow! 17 minutes just to get drinks. Gentlemen, taking order was good. But 1 to 2 people at front were rude. My drinks were sitting on the counter for at least 10 to 15 minutes had to ask them to redo the drinks because ice was melted. They were unpleasant it seem to be you were short staffed. McDonald’s seems to be the worst place to go for fast food and quality staff.

Changing my review here. With 4 times being asked to pull up and all 4 times having things missing out of my order in the drive thru, I would highly recommend that you not pull forward at this location.

This specific location is horrible. The staff is all young teenagers and they can never get your order right, ESPECIALLY at the "Drive-Thru".

Amazing clean and orderly store. The kiosks actually had paper and printed receipts. The QPC was hot and juicy. It was actually the best I have had since I cooked my own in 1978! And the fries were hot too. Best McDonald's experience in many years.

Sunday night was not they're night waiting forever for my food and then had to go back and wait some more when they had to fix it. Idc if it was short staff drive thrue was the only working. I rather drive further then go back.

As many times as I go to McDonald’s this store or others I can safely say 98% of the time they get it right and fast. It’s only when my kids are riding with me that they want a milkshake or ice cream that it’s a disappointment. If they can figure this out forever they would be 100% badass.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s either ice cream machine is broken, they have no ketchup, or they’re missing something.

Guess McDonald's will always be in the family. Not only did my kids like them but now my grandson screams out happy meal everytime we pass it. Me myself an kinda tired of it though . Although the French fries will always be my favs.

I have one happy kid and one sad kid. Went to get happy meals for my two kids. They only put a toy in one. Thanks McDonald's. This place is average at best, and you must always, always check their work, to avoid the one toy drama that happened to me or worse.

Honestly, I feel like while being in Apopka in this area there's not much good places that are decent at all. But this McDonald's has placed themselves on the decency scale ⚖️ of about 4 stars because of they're respectful employees, comfortable dining room inside, and quality food they serve. I also have never got a wrong order from them so but there's a *catch* to this, only the day shift has mostly quality while the night shift has given me a hard time understanding how they were hired in the first place.

Went through the drive through this morning was handed a coffee with the top portion all bent out of shape , it spilled all over my car and burned my fingers . Horrible experience

Manager (maybe a shift manager) was rude after I waited for over half an hour. Floor in the kitchen was beyond disgusting - fries, chicken nuggets, etc, noticeable grease, horribly noticeable. Cashier informed me it wasn’t ready because the manager gave away my order “as an apology”.

Worst location in 50 miles. I drive to the Apopka location because this location is awful. The staff is mostly angry teens that care more about flirting with young customers than actually taking care of customers. I recently was in a rush so decided to go through this locations drive through. I ordered, paid waited in line, was asked to park because my order wasn’t ready. After 5 minutes parked they brought my order out which I checked and was missing an order of fries. I went in and told them they forgot an order of fries. The guy argued with me, printed the ticket and it was missing the e tea order. I paid for the prefer of fries and told them they got my order wrong because I ordered them in the drive through. He went to get me an order of fries and a kitchen employee grabbed them from him and took put them in another customers bag. I waited another 5 minutes before asking if I could just get my fries do I could leave. They said they aren’t ready yet. But I have eyes and can see then packaging fries from a fresh batch. I saw a manager come up and told her the situation. She just looked at me and said they aren’t ready yet. They really were trying to upset me and get me angry. I finally said I can see them. I’m not blind. So she slowly walked of and got me the fries. It’s so stupid the games they play at this store. All the food I had been given in the car was now cold. Soggy fries etc. so gross. Hate this location. So unprofessional.

Wekiva Springs used to be our go to now it's just like every fast food place that doesnt care...stop hiring entitled teenagers whom dont care and whom are rude and bringing down our whole area! Just spend 30 minutes in the drive through for a chicken sandwich ridiculous!

I ordered on the mobile app and sent my sister to pick it up. Did not realize she needed to have my phone. When I tried to check her in on my phone, it wouldn’t allow me to do so. I called and spoke to two managers there Patty and Zack, who both told me there was nothing that could be done except for my sister to return home and get my phone and then go back to McDonald’s to pick up the food. That makes no sense and I don’t believe it. And Zack, was extremely rude on the telephone.

Third time in six months they asked me to pull forward in the drive through. Then after 11 minutes waiting for Egg McMuffin had to go inside.

Drive thru Breakfast Platter is Delicious, Fresh, & Hot including Famous Hash Brown, Egg & Sausage Biscuit, & Pancakes! YUM!

My only complaint is that they never fill the large frappe cup to the top.

Well disappointed the fries 🍟 was hot and fresh at the top of the container but in the middle left over fries. What's up with the Quarter Pounder. The Hamburger went small??? It's still a good place to get a quick meal. Just depends on if they are busy and the food is coming out consistently.

A little out of the way for most but nice for those of us that live in this area. Selection is slightly limited from corporate stores but still have almost everything. Speaking of everything, everything is priced higher here than in a nearby corporate store.
