Great little hidden gem right in the middle of wekiva springs community.

Put in an order, got pushed to doordash delivery. Almost an hour after the order was picked up I got cold pizza and wings. They also didn't leave the order to remain contactless.

Offered my dasher to double charge me and get a second order after the first one was given to someone else. A joke of an establishment with unprofessional people running it. So sad to see

We use to order from here once a week for my daughter. The past 2 times have been awful. Bad in so many ways. We really liked having them so close to the house and they were amazing. Everything has gone downhill. The last time we ordered I tried to go in to speak to someone but was ignored for 10 minutes in a store, in complete chaos. I filed a complaint through the website and was told the store would reach out within 72 hours. They didn’t. Luckily there is better pizza close by. We just liked the convenience.

Don't order from here. You won't get your food and when you call you won't get anyone that speaks English or that knows what is going on. Ordered at 2:57. Delivery time in the email was 3:30. It's now 4:45 and after 3 failed attempts at getting someone on the phone that knows what is going on I still have no food and no idea if food is coming. How is this place even still open for business?! Worst service ever!! Edit: it's now 5:00. Two entire hours, just to find out they cancelled my order. What an absolute bunch of clowns!! My family has been waiting 2 hours for food that was never made and will not be delivered! Unacceptable! The charges better be refunded to my card! Order from this clown show at your own risk

I don't know why I can't seem to get a good thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut no matter which one I go too ! It's always overcooked. Just imagine a cracker with overcooked melted cheese. This is why I go somewhere else now.

On March 31st around 12:30 AM, I called the Pizza Hut store that is closest to my house. I wanted to find out if I had enough time to place an online order for delivery without them cancelling it. (The store that I contacted was not this location.) I called because of how late it was. (I guess it was actually really early. Again, it was 12:30 AM). Online, I read that the majority of their stores were due to close at 1:00 AM, but it did not say when they would stop taking orders. Also, I figured the hours may be different because of the Easter holiday. Someone answered and place me on hold before asking what it was that I needed. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes while the annoying old music played. I decided to hang up. It was already late and the clock was ticking. I called right back and tried to quickly tell the man that answered that I just had a quick question, but he cut me off and placed me on hold again. I decided to try to place my order, thinking there was no way the website would allow it to go through & take my money if it was already too late. I placed the order at 12:56 a.m. and paid with my debit card f My order was supposed to arrive from this location - Hunt Club in Longwood, FL. It automatically chose this store after I entered my address on the Pizza Hut website. As soon as I hit "Place Order" at 12:56 AM, the money for the order as well as a generous tip for the driver was deducted from my account. I was redirected to a page that said: "Order Confirmed! We are working on your order. Expected Delivery Time: 1:26 AM -March 31, 2024 Click to TRACK". I also received a text message and an email that said the same thing. The problem is, the order never came. I was never even notified that it was going to be cancelled, and I was not refunded. They just decided to ignore me! And take my money! I am still in shock. I checked my order history on the site, which now showed that I placed the order for 2 days in the future, April 2. They had changed the date and time on my order for 2 days later. I tried calling the Hunt Club location, but no one answered. I didn't know what to do, so I attempted to call the other store that I had tried before ordering. The manager answered, but before I could even get a word out, he quickly mumbled, "We're closed," and hung up on me. I tried again, and this time, he didnt even say anything. He picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I couldn't believe it. I tried to find a corporate number, but I was unable to find much in terms of contact information. I waited out the holiday and was curious to see if the order would be delivered on April 2. It wasn't. I called Hunt Club unspoken to the store manager, a very kind woman who is very accommodating and apologetic. She sent the order to me immediately, free of charge. However, I still tipped the delivery driver since it wasn't his fault. But that doesn't exactly fix the problem. I expected to be contacted by the corporate because of the incredible lack of professionalism. I wasn't. Pizza Hut is a huge chain. If this happened to me, I am guessing it happens to a lot of people, and probably all of the time. Something needs to change. I would like to thank the manager at the Hunt Club location for the way that she handled the situation, and I am sorry you were the one who had to deal with it, because it was not your fault. I appreciate your patience. You do an excellent job.

The pizza tasted really bad. Like old we didn’t like it at all. Ewwww gave me acid reflux right away. Never ordering from this location again

Gabbed a calzone and it was only half full of contents. Not a great value.

Worst pizza experience ever, pizza was so undercooked! Only one slice came out whole, the rest were tearing apart and stuck to the cardboard box. This was $23 NOT WORTH IT! Whoever you have please teach them how to make pizzas! (3/8/24, 10:21pm)

Ordered 2 pizzas and wait over 90 mins for the pizza by the time we received it everything was cold. At least the driver was empathetic. Also you can’t cancel your order!!! So was pretty much stuck!

I like the pizza from this place, the thin ones are delicious, I like them because they don't add so much puree!

Chose contactless delivery and got a loud knocking at midnight, waking up family.

Great service, my pizza was perfect.

Pizzas weren't ready in time when I arrived for pickup & had to wait a bit, but thought I'd at least have 3 fresh, hot pizzas. Instead all 3 were lousy. It was almost like they had been sitting around for awhile, were dry, & there were issues with most toppings. Not sure what happened, but these were the worst Pizzas we've had in years, & have had far better from this location in the past.

I love this Pizza Hut! They have really good pizza and the employees are usually very friendly. It's very convenient for us but the pizza and other goodies taste great!

Since I'm from New York I figured I would get the New Yorker Pizza. The slices were pretty big, not quite as big as New York slices, though. There wasn't enough sauce on them. But overall they were pretty good

The staff are very friendly but twice now, we have had mistakes made on our order. They always fix it but it is such a hassle to have something delivered that isn't correct.

We tried the Melt for the first time and it was good. I just needed an extra sauce, one wasn't enough for me.

Called several times between the hours of 7:30pm and 9pm on a Thursday where pizzahut is supposedly open till 11pm. Didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone. I could hear the receiver being picked up and slammed back down everytime i called, i called 6 times and on one of the calls someone actually got on and screamed "SORRY WE ARE CLOSED!" and hung up. So I kept calling cause I was confused how they were closed when theres still 3 hours left? Like im a stickler for calling right before a restaurant closes cause i think its rude but it was 3 HOURS!!!! I called a few more times after that and some calls just cycled through ads endlessly till the call was auto-terminated and most of the calls the worker can be heard picking up and PURPOSLY hanging up. I had to call a nearby store that was outside my zone to get SOMEONE to deliver my food. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE FOR THIS UNHINGED BEHAVIOR!!!!

I’ve been ordering from this pizza hut for more years than I can count. The workers here have always been friendly and have always made great food! Even though I don’t order much pizza anymore, this is my go to place that is near me and very convenient and friendly . I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location.

What happened to the Boneless Wings? Now they are half the size. If any Pizza Hut corporates see this, please bring the originals back.

The girls here tonight (Angie and Riley) were SO nice! Very accommodating. I asked for more cheese on our pizza and they had no problem adding more and putting it back into the oven. They even offered to make me a brand new pizza, which wasn’t needed but the fact that they offered was over the top. Thank you girls, sorry I was such a pain.

It's just too expensive to order delivery. So that keeps me from getting food from here. Even with the rewards system. It's not good enough. Otherwise, I like Pizza Hut

I’ve ordered pizzas from this site for years and typically they are good. However, today the pizza wasn’t done and quantity of pepperoni, mushrooms, and banana peppers wasn’t adequate. What a disappointment; especially at $17+ for a large pizza.

Paid delivery fee , tipped the driver, online special and they forgot the 2liter . I never do delivery and never will again. You are left holding the bang if they mess up on delivery orders.

One Pizza was burnt, asked for extra cheese on the other one, was hardly any on it this was the 2nd time our Pizzas were not that great...THANKS

This location burns the pizza, even after you call and tell them not to. I never get all my food, something is always missing. This order my wings were missing.

Quick response. Good amount of each topping. The thin and crispy could be a little crisper but overall we love Pizza Hut.

The thin and crispy we ordered was not fully cooked...it was not crispy at all. It was too doughy and the sauce wasnt hot. Had to bake it in our oven for about 19 minutes.

Pizza wasn’t hot. Didn’t have jalapeños- yellow peppers instead. I would give them another try as the driver was very courteous.

I ordered curbside pick up. The food was done fast, it was super fresh, and they brought out as soon as I let them know I was there.

Received everything I ordered. Pizza and Apple Desserts were hot and the Mountain Dew was cold. Driver left order on picnic table for the no contact delivery. She then rang the doorbell and waited by her car to make sure we came out to get our order. Everything was perfect.

Hasbeen 7-11 guy here saying thank you for amazing service. Their smiles are contagious. Their food is commercial perfect. Their delivery is only delivered by the best. When they leave I miss their faces. Weird some may say...like green hair, but I dig it.

Convenient - we were going canoeing at Park and its right down the street..we were able to grab pies and head to park. Staff friendly, place is clean, quick service

Consistent quality, curbside is a joke.

Place order for a pizza then I was called back and told they didn't have the ingredients for that pizza. When they replace that pizza with another I had to wait in the lobby 20 min because they forgot to cook the replacement pizza. They did offer a small discount on my next order.

The service is always fast they always get the order right. I recently did pick up and the employees were very nice and helpful when I went in!

Whenever you need a hot crispy pizza. Sometimes grated cheese isn’t available, but awesome service and pizza overall. These guys really know how to cook the pizza.

Terrible. You guys need faster service. First, I called and no answer I called again then someone answered and, was really rude. Then, it took the pizza like half a hour to get here and, the order wasn’t even right. You guys have great food that’s why I at least rated it a 3.

I normally order online but i called just to check the specials. The gentleman on the phone was very patient while my husband decided what he wanted. Then when I picked up the pizza the girls inside were very nice.
