The crew here today was absolutely abysmal. I’ve been doordashing on the side for years, and this crew just couldn’t get anything done. Manager was basically having to treat her employees like elementary kids, all the employees were arguing, and one in particular was missing something on every order. It wasn’t even busy and they had lots of angry customers and dashers. Nearly 30 minutes for an order after I showed up even.

Pleasant staff but slow service. Food was horrible. Anyone can tell that the fryer oil needed to be changed, as seen in the photo.

If you ask them to leave their soggy limp brown lettuce off the food they will pile it on sky high. I usually am against leaving negative reviews but it’s been consistent my last few visits.

My work partner and I were in town for some training, which took place at the EMCC campus. We had only 30 minutes for lunch, so we opted to go to McDonald's---it was the closest. We drove through the drive-through. The young cashier was professional and very efficient. We had our meals in under five minutes! And yes, everything in our orders was accurate and delicious!

If you order ice tea, make sure you taste it before you drive off!

The tables were sorta clean, the food took longer than expected and the fries were cold but the crispy chicken "classic", was hot and tasty as always.

Received the bottom of the barrel cold leftover coffee which usually isn't a problem if they make it right. Said they'd make a fresh pot but left me hanging over 15 minutes and still nothing -_- ...and not even busy.

Well the fries had really no eatable potatoes. However the fish filet was awsome ! 👌this time we went was a real good experience. The young man waiting on us was real nice .

What’s missing here? I don’t know how we forget the patties on a burger!? This is a new one for me! I had a huge order and didn’t even get to eat my meal!

So overall, I have zero complaints. My food came out quickly. Grill team was fantastic The female manager was very kind and polite. However, the male manager I understand to be named Dom. Was arguing with one of his team members about a hat, and why he did not have to wear one I really wish he would wear a hat. His hair was very greasy didn’t look like he had showered for a month. I did not appreciate the smell of him walking around with my food, I hope this is addressed soon. I really like this location but he smelled like a barn And that nearly ruined it for me

Standard McDonald's food. The order was correct, the fries hot, the soda cold and the McFlurry, according to my child, "great!" We used the drive through so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

I wasn't impressed. Our burgers were cold almost as if the rolls were not quite, or just barely thawed. We were back on the road before we realized it or we would have taken them back.

If they don't feel like cooking a bagel for your breakfast sandwich they'll give you a mcgriddle instead without offering a different option and then when you call them about it they're rude. Check your orders before you leave and expect mistakes

Got order wrong not happy when I order with no onions that's what I would like on my quarter pounder. Not Happy for the price I paid

Staff was unpleasant and seemed to not like her job Food was wrong yet again I know everywhere is short staffed but the order only requires no or light lettuce n extra sauce like seriously!!! Rant over

The McDonald's was very friendly and prompt in speaking to you through the drive thru . They were friendly at the first window, when asking for my money. In proceeding to the second window, they were friendly, greeting me...as they are handing me out the order. The whole service through the drive thru was quiet and pleasant. 👍😁

They ran out of everything for breakfast. Line was long. Drive thru was long. Need more staff.

Extremely slow service no matter what time of day I've gone there. Drive through and wait and wait and wait. I know it's usually staffing issues but I go there for a "quick" bite.

Awesome Customer service! Amazing Food!

We've stopped there over the years when we are in town hoping for management change or something different. But sadly every time we stop there are always long lines that take forever to clear out. We waited in line for 1/2 hour and when we left the order wasn't right, again! I'm done! Employee's have bad attitudes, management doesn't care, and food isn't that good either. Don't waste your time. That's 1/2 hour I'll never get back.

I placed a order and unfortunately was late picking it up. Manager went out of his way to help me and make my night even better with good bantor and just seemed like a happy place to eat.

Stopped in for a late lunch (2:30). Ordered a Filet-o-Fish and sweet tea. My sandwich was good but obviously not much care was taken in putting it together. A third of the tartar sauce was on the container and the fish was haphazardly placed on the bun. How difficult is it to drop a square portion of fish somewhere near the center of a circular bun? I'm a fan of iced tea and wish McDonald's would make theirs stronger. The weak taste is further diluted once the ice begins to melt.

Stopped in for breakfast at around 710AM Sunday morning. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, amd a bacon egg amd cheese biscuit, and a coke. The bacon was burnt, and the biscuit was too hard to even eat. 0 out of 10. The mcgriddle was hard and crunchy, yet the ingredients weren't hot enough to melt the cheese. On top of this, the whole ordeal took around 10 minutes in the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of us. The one directly in front of us only had ordered a drink. So they had to wait all that time for, wait for it, a coke. 0 out of 10 on the experience. And to top it off it cost me over $10 for an inedible meal. Well done. Would NOT recommend at all.

The staff was extremely nice. It was only 10 minutes before closing and they had no issues making my order fresh.

Every Friday night the shake machine is broke! They think we don’t know that nobody wants to clean it! 25.00 an hour and can’t clean the machine!!!

Didn’t give us our entire order and said we had to pay to get what we didn’t get when we ordered manager gave us Big Mac on the house using it as an excuse to not give our full meal and was acting like he was all that. Manager Dominic is like extremely sweet and has a great personality and he has shown a massive amount of kindness and I will happily keep coming here . May 28,2023 at 9:18pm . I have to admit I was very surprised. We need more like manager Dominic.

Consistency is lacking as far as temperature of your food. Usually get the correct order. It’s McDonald’s, always a good cheat meal.

Great speed for drive through, not so great when you get inside inside the store. The staff is great and they do their best, but it is all oriented towards drive through customers. The consequence is that people inside have to wait longer.

been through 3 times at 6 in the morning and it says they open at 5. waited over 20 min waiting to even order our food. do not come here for breakfast cause they will not serve you. tip for the restraunt. don’t open up at 5 in the morning and not even take peoples orders within the first hour of being open.customer service sucks in general. they need to get their act together.

I don't expect much from McDonald's but this is the worse one I have been to. They didn't want to give me extra sugar for the poorly made coffee and the coffee had bits of trash in it. If you respect yourself as a person drive a little further and get better service from Dunkin.

Normal quality and expectations for a McDonald's except that the drink machine was completely down and the guy at the counter struggled with even the simplest orders because he was new. Nobody was near him when he needed assistance so we had to keep waiting for someone to come out to help him

I have been ordering here for a while. They messed up my order once. The Manager made it right and was genuinely sincere in his apology for not making it right the first time. Very fast paced, high volume McDonald's. But all in all... They have gotten it right 99% of the time. I brought a fussy child... It happens. But they made it right in no time at all. I will continue to do business there with no regrets. One of the better McDonald's I have been to in a while.

Typical McDonald's. Nice updated style. Staff was pleasant and prompt. Could notice they were down team members for the shift. Crew was working very hard to get the orders out. A plus for running short staffed.

This McDonald's has such poor management I watched the woman manager yell at an older woman that was our cashier and scold her like a child. I wasn't impressed and reported it to corporate.

Rude employees except the Mang Becky... got wrong food. again and when I got the rt order it was cold and discusting.. no more Mc Ds for us. We've gotten sick the last few times we've gone to McDs and it's been different ones.. so we don't go anymore

The french fries here on the Hogan Road in Bangor Maine are always valley warm close to cold! Even if you asked them to drop fresh hot fries they are the same temperature. If I travel 3-4 miles down the road to the Broadway McDonald's their french fries are piping hot! Best french fries ever! The food and service at the Hogan Road McDonald's really needs improvement but it's been this way before the Covid hit! 😢 Big over turn of staff at this location too!

Long line for the drive through, but moved quickly. Order was just what we ordered and was good and hot.

My family and I go here about once a week and get ice cream cones n go and eat them down at the water front here in Bangor Maine. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes the ice cream cones are so small they are not worth the money
