This McDonald's is not open 24 hours it is 1:52 am and they are closed

This morning I arrived, and I was the only one in line around 6:30. Out through the voice box was go ahead and order. I paid for my usual, two unsweetened iced teas with a splash of sweet. At the pickup window, I always reiterate my order to ensure it's made correctly. The wavy-haired girl at the pickup window this morning, said yes and shut the window. Surprise, sweet tea for me today. It's simple.. staff need to listen and answer honestly instead of worrying about having to work.

Constantly make mistakes with orders. I would suggest going to another McDonald's.

Ice cream and frozen drinks machines broken.

Says 24hrs, stopped on my way home from Orlando after Titusville McDonalds stated it would be a 30 min wait. Pulled in the drive thru around 1am, she stated they were closed. I'm close to home at this point and don't bother asking why. As I pull around, the lady with a headset was just having a chat outside with a guy on a motorcycle. Another worker was at an outside table having a smoke break. Advertising as 24hrs, the establishment should be open 24hrs. Looking forward to automation.

This location inside and out was spotless! Ordered on the app and food was out quickly and hot. Only negative was the lady working at the front counter did not greet guests when coming up to the counter. I would stop here again if in the area.

The night was extremely business, it's been awhile since I seen this McDonald's SLAMMED packed🤯. 😔 I started to give up hope on eating a #9 XL Sweet Tea please. Or 🤔🤔 a #10pc Nugget 🤗 ... Something said👀"stay " 😂😂😂😂 .. Somehow .... Someway ... The staff was prepared, waiting for the rush💯💯🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 . Y'all did that , and everything was freshly made on time🔥🔥 ... Thank Y'all 💯

Too difficult to wash hands, very less water in restroom taps. Just drips.

When you have to teach them how to make the 5 dollar meal deal 5 dollars, it came to over 8 bucks when I handed the cashier 6 she was so confused I said how is a 5 dollar deal over 8 bucks and then the manager came over and showed her how to do it

Drive thru breakfast will make you late. They waive you off to park and wait forever.

One day I spoke to the manager about a job she told me to come in for a application I was relieved because you can't find the applications online but then when I came in next day I got the same runaround "go to our site" also I over heard the employees talking about how they don't have brakes the W.U would be all over this place

We stopped to get something to eat going down to Cape Canaveral. We were the to the cruise ship.

Not top quality food. Will never eat there again.

Went through the drive thru… ordered 6 dbl cheese burgers no special request.. got around to the pick up window. A few minutes later, a worker asked us to pull forward.. they had already pulled two other cars up.. I said NO… she gave me the rudest look and slammed the window shut . Not 20 seconds later she had my order.. we live less than 2 miles from the store, when we got home the burgers were lukewarm.. they pull you up, so it stops their performance clock, to make their numbers look good … Don’t move up!!!!

The employees were more interested in playing and talking with each other than working. We waited for more than 20 minutes for our order and they waited until that time to tell us that they did not had the frappe we order. Plus they had a lot of attitude. Worst experience in McDonald ever and the floor was super slippery.

awful place, bad service, they literally seem like employees do nothing and seems they forget they have customers waiting for their orders. take so long to just get a drink.

I don’t know why it says the store is open 24 hours on Google and Apple maps. On 2 separate occasions (we now learned our lesson) around 4am we stopped by on our way to the airport and both times it was closed. I didn’t check the hours on the building so it may not be the fault of the store, but it’s frustrating in this digital world it’s not updated online. If anyone that runs that store is reading this, are there any ways to update the hours online?

This place needs to stop advertising 24/7 if they can’t handle it. What a joke.

Says they are 24/7 online and at 10:05 pm they said on the intercom there closed while there was 7-8 workers inside.

Stopped in at 5:30 to get breakfast for me and my two kids and waited at the drive-through menu for about 10 minutes before pulling up to the window and being told that they don’t open till six when their hours are clearly stated as as a 24 hour McDonald’s. And the woman who told me they opened at six was extremely rude. Please rectify the situation. I’m so sick of McDonald’s employees choosing when they want and when they wanna close, especially 24 hour locations. You’re not a 24 hour McDonald’s don’t post that online and don’t post it on your app.

Why claim your 24hrs when you close for part of the night at 12 and re open at 5:00am false advertisement is realy

The staff was very respectful and the atmosphere was excellent, dining room looked very clean and orderly. One young lady let us know what the specials were and was very helpful.

It's McDonald's, what is really to like? They mess up your order and over charge. Soon they will charge for refills.

Ice cream machine is always broken

Extremely disrespectful staff me being an ex employee. Was a terrible decision for my first job I was traumatized and fooled. The management was very unfair and rude most of the time being there. A lot of 2 faced people and not a healthy environment whatsoever. Managers were on the clock and would leave the premises to go to their personal vehicles smoke, be on the phone with personal calls, and belittle staff employees. Though this will always be denied when it is brought to their attention anything to keep them from losing business which should happen. Food was never fresh or cooked while being an employee food was pulled early before being done grease wasn’t always cleaned out. Managers were never doing anything wrong and were always right. As well as regional supervisor would take matters in his own hands and end up going back to normal the next day. Anytime the supervisor or health inspector was present it was a completely different environment. As for reviews after a customer order was taken they will ask you to do a survey but most of the time took the customers phone and did there own survey. Employees as well did survey just to get higher rankings. I would not trust McDonald’s or recommend this to anyone it was definitely not the right environment for a first job. Please call the health department and shut this down not recommended! I learned from this job that gave me a lot of anxiety and pressure for being a 16 year old.

DO NOT GO EAT HERE!!!! There is roaches everywhere, dirty disgusted bathrooms. Almost all staff smoke marijuana on the clock. Let start with the General manager, she flirts with all her staff and all talk sexual, cursing at her own staff or each other. Her toxic relationship is spread to the staff n personal business. They force minors to lift heavy things, clean dirty men n female bathrooms as well as be a slave while all managers smoke on the clock or go outside and be on fb, insta or personal phones. The staff gets treated like dirt trust me I took my daughter out this place of toxicness which I heard and saw enough. Another manager is a terrible gossip manager who talks down about everyone from their hair, clothes etc. another manager, she is a the most disrespectful human being alive who even tried fighting me one time and they still gave her the job back. Let’s talk about maintenance they DO not clean properly. Food could be rotten and they still make it while it sits there for hours. They start giving you illegal write ups forcefully making u sign or get fired just by using the bathroom to much or calling Your mother too much. They discriminate everyone here. Mistreat people forcing everyone to write a false review from your phone so u can get a free frappe. All managers there bully all co workers including my child. They are the most laziest managers I’ve ever met which one manager there disrespects her own mother who works there. Nothing here is fresh unless u ask for it. All machines are rotted and old. Most of them are broken. Dirty dishes don’t get cleaned properly. I can go on forever. Possibly US1 treats u way better. But 46 McDonald’s hires anyone including criminals because they don’t check backgrounds. Crew members there have extreme terrible hygiene that I would not trust my food being touched. That is extreme abuse. Do not let your kids work here if you love them. Everyone please call the health department and shut these people down. Or hire a new professional and respectful staff.

When I finally reached the intercom, my order was met with silence – a deafening void that spoke volumes about the level of service I could expect. But alas, even my lowered expectations proved too optimistic. When my food finally arrived, it was a sad and sorry sight indeed. The burger, once a beacon of fast-food indulgence, now lay wilted and forgotten, its soggy bun and lackluster toppings a far cry from the glossy images adorning the menu board. And the fries – oh, the fries! Limp and lifeless, they languished in their cardboard prison, a pale imitation of the golden perfection I had hoped for. It was a betrayal of the highest order, a slap in the face to anyone who dared to believe that McDonald's could still deliver on its promises of cheap and cheerful sustenance. In the end, my visit to McDonald's was a sobering reminder of the perils of fast food, a cautionary tale of dashed expectations and culinary disappointment. As I drove away, stomach churning and spirits low, I couldn't help but wonder – is this the best we can do? Is this the legacy we want to leave behind?

Custom order and they fulfilled it correctly. Nice older ladies in drive through

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It’s the main reason we almost never go to McDonalds anymore. They almost always mess our order up, and are very rude and condescending when pointing out the issue. Often this location hires the worst employees Ive ever had to deal with at a fast food franchise. Tonight pretty much put the nail in the coffin for us ever going to this location again. Our order pretty much couldnt have been any more wrong. The fries weren't salted, the sweet teas were unsweetened, forgot to give us a sprite, the Cajun bacon chicken sandwiches didn't have bacon, only one straw for 4 drinks and they didn't ring us up for a fry for my daughter and after sitting in line for 10 minutes she refused to ring one up (after their own mistake) and just giggled and said go to the back of the line. And as my wife went to rebuttal that she just closed the window and turned around. This is unacceptable service.

Milkshakes are not available again! Grrr

Right off 95. I stop here for a quick order of fresh fries when going to see my daughter. Each time I’ve stopped my fries have been so fresh - which is why I would stop again. I use the app for the discounts.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the lady that works night shift. She has red hair tells everybody that it’s cash only Even if it’s only 11 o’clock at night I live less than a mile away from this McDonald’ This is happened multiple times and she’s extremely rude. I went there last night to only sit at the drive-through for over 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgment that we were in line And I’m not the only car that got out of line to leave so I left went to the one on Garden Street and had the best service ever! You seriously should reconsider having her as an employee. She’s dragging your company down.

We stopped to get ice cream and wanted hot fudge sundaes, but she said they couldn't make them then, but didn't say why, so we ordered a mcflurry and an ice cream cone. She collected my money and then took another order for food from another customer and then disappeared. I saw my order on the monitor, but then it was gone. The other fellow got his food order before me as well as another door dash order went out, but nobody was making our ice cream or even looking at us. Finally, I asked another person if they had forgotten our order and showed her my receipt. She apologized and made the order. I never did see the original girl, so I don't know what happened, but there was definitely a lack of leadership that night

The food ... getting bad. Got the Big Mac and a filled combo meals. Big Mac, the meat is smaller and seems thinner. I had WAY TOO much bun for what it was. The Filler-O-Fish, was horrible. Dry, no taste and barely any tartar sauce. I have always been upset with the 1/3rd slice of cheese they put on it.

Ordered Breakfast through the Mobile app to pick up through the Drive thru. Upon pulling into the drive through was informed that the drive thru was closed that I would have to come into the store, My husband is a combat wounded veteran and we travel with a service animal, So coming into the restaurant makes things difficult. Thankfully he and I were travelling together so he didn't have to try and get out of the Vehicle and go into the restaurant with his Service Dog. I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter, I told the woman behind the counter that I was picking up a mobile order and was told the Drive thru was closed, she told me she couldn't pull up mobile orders from her register and had to go find the manager. After waiting about 10 minutes the manager finally came from the back, where she proceeded to tell me they couldn't pull up mobile orders, I asked her if I could just show her my order from my phone so they could make the order, as It's already been charged to my card and paid for, which she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give my any food. So I asked for them to refund my money, at that point she told me that she couldn't refund my money. I asked her what the issue was the food is paid for, I can show you what my order is, and she just said We can't do that and walked away. So I left the location without food and no refund at this point

The nicest Mcdonald's I've ever been to! There is one employee that really stands out is Nira. Her bright smile and pleasant attitude lit up the room. The restaurant is super clean and is very inviting. Congratulations to the crew for an amazing job!

Excellent quality food and service, by far the best McDs I've been to! Staff is very kind and food is actually hot as it should be.

They were long lines and my cashier did not have the order correct? I had ordered two four piece nuggets for each of my grandchildren and only one was in the bag when I was leaving and handing them out to my grandchildren.

Absolutely lazy useless employees. I was told to use the kiosk that is out of service. The girl at the counter said I'll be right back to take your order. 10 minutes later, she walks out and has a laugh with the other girl standing around, then walks back in the back, totally ignoring everyone in the lobby. You lost this customer for good.

Food is usually fresh however orders are more often than not incorrect. Lunch & Dinner rush is nuts & it seems noone wants to work. Later night (after 8pm) is usually good and staff is nice. However there is always one bad apple in the bunch.

I normally don't post stuff like this and have never had a pleasant experience sitting in a McDonald's and eating but this morning I brought my kids in and we ordered on the kiosk and our food was bright tour table nice and hot and the gentleman was very kind and respectful. Then there was an employee named Sarah that went above and beyond. She came by and asked how our food was and was so sweet and fun towards my kids. She made our experience exceptional and the best one we've ever had. :) thank you!

This location is very small. They did both have enough chairs for the tables they had. We still decided to order and take our food to go, but once I got to the counter I waited a very long time to even have anyone talk to me. Once he did he asked what I wanted I started to tell him. He looked at me like I was crazy and walked away. I couldn't recommend this location ever.

Tried to order a sausage egg and cheese bisquit w 2 senior drinks, which at every other McDonald's costs 10.44. They said they cannot ring it up, they have to ring it as the cheese being an add on which was going to cost 14 dollars and change, WTWWW!!! I walked out! I don't accept them lying because they don't know how to ring up a simple signature sandwich order, REALLY!!!

There is always an issue with this location. You can place a mobil order, and they will yell you if they are closed or you have to give them cash for the order you already paid for on the app. They mess up orders constantly. Most of the employees are rude. I will say I have been mainly in the evenings.

We live in Broward County and we were visiting friends in St. Augustine. On the way back south we got off in Mims and and ate at the McDonald's. They were a little short staffed, which everyone is these days. So it took a little extra time to get our food, but it was worth the wait. The quarter pounder with cheese I ate was fresh and delicious with big pieces of onions an cooked perfectly. The bun was soft and fresh. French fries were just out of the frier and were hot and tasty. Good job folks thank you all

In the last four times, I've been to this McDonalds. I have only received breakfast once. They are a 24/7 restaurant next to the highway and are always "closed" for one reason or another. Once, the woman came to the window (after I couldn't get an answer at the menu board) and proceeded to tell me she was by herself and couldn't serve me. I guess she drove all four cars in by herself and was talking to imaginary friends just out of my sight.

Some girls assisting were really nice, spetial the blondy new one, but the manager wasn't, maybe she was a bit bussy, but wihout need to be a bit angry, that's not fair

McDonald's Mims, McDonald's Linthicum, doesn't matter. Please, please, train employees to LISTEN as customer orders. I ordered 2 ordered of hot cakes, just hotcakes. The cashier entered 2 big meals with hotcakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, THAT doesn't sound like 2 orders of hotcakes, just hot cakes. Ugh!

I've got more sandwiches from here with no meat then with meat they never have ice cream

The McDonald's on hwy46 has improved by leaps and bound...I don't know what the difference is but they are on point with service through the drive through... our food was all correct and timely not to mention the smiles and positive responses to me!! Thank you!!

Worked here about 4 months ago. I'm a colored woman. They treat us like we don't exist here. The managers don't even speak to you everyday. The place doesn't make you feel welcomed. Everyone just throws you in a place and don't train you. I will never work here again. I felt like I was in a slavery place. It gave me chills. Highly don't recommend working here. I wish they shut this McDonald's down. The managers are the worst.

How hard is it to put food in the bag? Last time I was missing a whole meal, this time missing sauces.

Well. It was not the best McDonald's I have been to. But McDonald's, in general, has had excuses for issues like Ice Cream machines and HR being a problem. Anyway. At this location, I was greeted by a register that stated, "cash only," yet someone was there & a credit card machine was there. So, with no other option as a consumer, I was forced to use a kiosk or leave. However, one kiosk is out of order. This leaves us one other. Hmm.. does this establishment sound like one that wants my business yet? So, my family and I placed an order on the non-human device. Yet, guess what? For breakfast, we were unable to order coffee. When we got someone's attention, they said, "...the machine is broken". OK. It's McDonald's. Broken equipment is not uncommon (especially their ice cream machines). So, we were forced (figuratively) to get the expensive coffee if we wanted coffee. Convenient? That's OK. I got the good stuff and paid for it. My wife wanted Diet Dr. Pepper. So, she got it at the self-serve fountain. Dang. Guess what. Something was wrong with the Diet Dr. Pepper. So, they said, "...just let it run a bit, and it will be ok...but if not, we will get one from back here...". Cool. Well. It was still bad. So, they were kind and gave us one from the back. The other customers behind us will have to fight their own battles to meet the expectations of this establishment. We leave with our food. Now, all is good. Right? Nope. Guess what my wife got? A Diet Coke. Haha. Oh well. We were being unreasonable? Not once making a complaint not even a unkind word or sad face we left. From start to end. One thing was consistent—a horrible experience. Turn around and go to another exit. This location was awful. But, in the last 20 years, McDonald's was all about the family experience and "fun" with fast food. No longer. However, they do pay $13.00 to start working at this location. I guess they don't make enough money to provide any, well, anything.

This is my closest MacDonalds and stop for breakfast at least once a week, sometimes more. What’s up with NO HOT COFFEE at 8:30 am? Has happened several times. Very frustrating.

Very disappointed with the staff. Had a simple order a number 4 and asked for no picked with mayo on the side and a sprite. Pay my order and got it quick but when I drive off I notice I don’t have mayo but instead I got a ranch, so I drive back around let the first employee at the window know I wanted mayo not ranch and she just simply said you can wait in line for it instead of grabbing it so I’ didn’t have to wait since I already went through the line. Sat in line for another 4 mins and when the lady with short red hair comes to the window i simple let her know I needed mayo and she gave me a stank face and looked at me crazy. Not my fault y’all don’t know how to do your job right, all you had to say was I’m sorry and give me mayo not give me a stank attitude if you don’t like customers don’t work in a customer service setting! Very unprofessional from both the staffs in countered and I’m glad this is not the McDonald’s near my house. Teach them ppl manners and respect

Drive thru works as it has for 50yrs. Food was hot, fries were great, Coke was cold and fizzy. All as it should be.

Went through the drive thru last night and ordered a fish sandwich. Worst food ever, bun was petrified, the cheese was half off the bun and no fish filet on it, put it in the trash where it belonged. Never going to McDonald's again. Poor food, poor service.

Fast food is supposed to be fast. This place was not. Stood around waiting for a simple order while having to listen to the manager complain about lack of employees rather than working and just getting our order out. Had they had any motivation to work, I could have not wasted 30+ minutes standing and listening to gossip. And had we not reminded them, we probably wouldn't have even gotten our drinks. It is best to skip this place, there are many better restaurants at the next exit that have similar turnaround times to this "fast food" place just one exit up

Well I ordered a chicken crispy deluxe meal the chicken sandwich was dark brown like it was old and burnt or the cooking oil wasn't filtered so they got me another sandwich and it was the same so I only ate my fries and left and this doesn't have the 2 for three deals like other McDonald's

This is the only McDonalds I can remember ever going to that actually got the order right on the first try. I was very happy going through the drive thru here. Definitely worth a second visit if I’m ever in the area again.

The quality of the customer experience has gone down hill drastically over the past year. For the prices you pay and the wait time you would expect quality food and service.

Food was good, accurate. However lobby was very hot. Lots of flys everywhere, and very small seating selection.

Asked for extra onions on sandwich and there was none then I said something about it and they through them away instead of just putting onions on them. In my opinion that's a waste of food and time because then I have to stand and wait again and then my fries were cold. Smh

I have been buying fillets of Fish sandwiches for over 40 years as they are my favorite. Today I got the worst one ever! The filet was old and 1/4 off the bun. The bun was absurdly chewy. It should never be a tough chewy bun. If I had not already driven the 2 miles home, I would have returned it in a rage.
