I forgot to ask for hot sauce, and they put some in the bag anyways so despite the 20 minute wait, this mc donalds still gets a 10/10 from me👍

WORST mcdonald's I have ever been too

I've never once had a good experience at this location. I've been cussed out by managers. I've had my food thrown onto the counter. I've had more things missing than I'd like to mention. The lost goes on and on. As someone with limited income, unable to drive, I unfortunately do rely on this store for food from time to time. But having to call multiple times, 99% of the time ignored, because I was missing 20 nuggets, or 3 sandwiches, or the fact that my meal was completely wrong, is just sad. I work fast food. It's not that hard. The fact that I've had the last 6 meals from here messed up is just sad. Do better

Used mobile order for pick up. I arrive and no order. I obviously have proof of order. They mistake me for serveral different order. And ended up not even completing the order. Definitely would drive a few more minutes for something else.

Took 15 min at drive thru window foe 2 breakfast burritos

Sometimes it’s cash only and you can’t use the app. Always it seems like there’s only one person working. Very slow service

Even though they are now open 24/7, delivery was not available until 5am. But once it was available, it was very quick.

This mcdonalds has never gotten my order right, they always forget to put straws in the bag and half the time the drive through takes insanely long. This is literally the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to...

Normally pretty good food. Seems like lack of communication with customers and guests when busy and even with coworkers. Maybe more people are needed on shift if it would help during peak hours with how they are suppose to answer the drive threw and greet the first 3 seconds. Normally the wait in line hasn't been as bad around the 11pm to 2am peak hour in the city but the silence at the speaker and lack of communication or customer service at windows even could improve. The speed has definitely picked up though and quality of food made to order has become notice aswell!

The place is always dirty and all of the employees (especially the female managers) are always rude and unwelcoming

Come here if you want terrible service, and homeless people straight up harassing you in the parking lot. All this times I've gone here this has happened to me.

terrible! my expectations for mcdonald’s is never too high, but this was the worst! they gave me the TINIEST sandwich. my mom ordered a fish sandwich, no cheese and light sauce, but got cheese and a ton of sauce. the service was terrible, and there were no workers. the only worker we saw when we went up to order twice was a cleaner. worst mcdonald’s!!

I work near by and eat here frequently and they never have ice cream any time no of day no ice-cream it never fails.

They’re gonna charge for extra Carmel on a sundae and then put less than what even usually goes on a sundae, drive thru lady was super sweet but how is a sundae with extra anything gonna be 98% ice cream and 2% of the fudge or Carmel? Literally only put it at the very top and everytime I’ve come to this McDonald’s they’ve skimped us somehow on things we additionally paid for, no real awareness for the customer and just rushing through everything

It should not take 20 minutes to order food and all the tables are not cleaned and food everywhere

I sat inside waiting for my food for over 20 minutes, and when I finally approached the counter, I realized my food wasn't even being made. I requested a refund of my purchases only to be told I cannot get a refund because I paid with card on the kiosk and it would take over 24 hours to do. I then asked to just get the food and drink, only to be missing one of the items I ordered. Time and time again I've retried this location and their awful customer server, and time and time again they have failed me. I'm extremely upset with my experiences here, and will never be returning.

Early morning visit is expensive and problematic with a 25 minute wait for a meal. I ordered a number 1 (Egg McMuffin Meal) with an orange juice. Got to window 1, they said $9.56 for a number 1 meal. I haven't been to a McDonald's but if that's the going rate that is ridiculous. I'm not pay 10 bucks for a tiny breakfast sandwich, cheap hash brown and watered down orange juice. Also the screen said $6.59 before I moved to the window so I couldn't help but wonder if the person at the window was undiagnosed dislexic. So I switched to just an Egg McMuffin and after I waited 20 minutes for the 1 car ahead of me to get their breakfast, I pulled up to the window and the girl said it would take a while longer to make an Egg McMuffin sandwich only and tried to get me to accept something else. I said I already waited 20 minutes I might as well wait a bit longer and get what I ordered. She offered a free hash brown for my waiting and I suggested an orange juice would be nice too and she said "I got you" and she got me both along with my sandwich after a few more minutes... But! It didn't have any Canadian bacon on it. It was Egg and cheese on a muffin it looked weird without the round ham piece on there but I was already back to my hotel by then and I was hungry so I ate it. So props to the girl for hooking me up with the free stuff but I would've rather just had the sandwich I ordered with meat on it and not had to wait and burned nearly 30 minutes worth of gas idling in the driving thru. I don't understand what took so long everything about the egg McMuffin is pre-made except for the eggs and you can cook half a dozen at a time in under ten minutes. Whats going on McDonald's? I miss the McDonald's from the 1990s, Huge menu, faster service, more 24 hour locations, way better restaurant and people looked you in the eye and smiled. I miss the McDlt, the Arch Deluxe, the Steak and Egg bagel and pies that were deep fried!

Absolutely deplorable! Placed a mobile order and waited for my food. One of the employees (not management) took it upon herself to tell me I can't sit there. Accused me of loitering. When I responded and told her I have an order on the screen and how she approached me was very rude, she decided the best course of action instead of apologizing was to call the police. Apparently, she does this so much that another customer asked for the manager to report her actions. I was NOT trespassed or issued any sort of citation or ticket, which she made very clear that was her desired outcome. The whole encounter was so upsetting I didn't even get my food. I've been to this location many times, and I've never had an issue. Today was my first time encountering this woman, and it will be my last time visiting this location. The entire encounter from me ordering my food to her weaponizing L.E was about 6 minutes tops.

Employees need to be trained and crew leaders from managers

Worst location in the city and they know it. The managers do not care the workers do not care. The food is so sloppy couldn't even get the pickles on the sandwich. After a long day and hungry I almost had a meltdown. I kept my cool. Spoke with the manager and felt dismissed. Even laughed at. Never again will I be returning to that lobby.

Drive thru is open 24 hours like listed, but the lobby is not. Not a fan of showing up thinking someplace is open for dine in, just to be turned away. If they're short staffed, they need to change the hours listed to reflect this.

Morning manager at this McDonald's was rude and service was slower than normal. If an employee is gonna keep being rude to customers, why bother stopping in for food?

Food was slapped together so sloppy the cheese was only 1/3 of the way on the burger. When ordering the lady was so quite I could barely hear her and talked so fast it sounded like another language. When I picked up my food they tried handing me the wrong one I politely told them what I had (things were just out of order) and I got an eye roll and her basically tossing my food to me in response. Very rude staff overall.

I went to McDonald’s and I couldn’t order through the app so the app told me to order at the location. I drove to the location to order and the guy who is working said he didn’t have anybody working until 4 am I work overnights so I can’t eat my food when I forget it from home. Instead of closing down the location when you don’t have people he refused service. I get it but if you are talking on the intercom, you should be able to serve food. I’ve had problems with McDonald’s before lots of problems. This was the last straw. I will not be going to any McDonald’s ever again.

The environment was great experience and food was delicious

This is the second time I have came here into the dual drive thru line and got to the point of ordering and watching myself get skipped in line 5-6 times from the other lane before my order gets taken. Absolutely infuriating when I am waiting for 10+ minutes and new cars arriving are getting instant service

We went there and a employee called the cops on my husband for asking for a replacement to what was forgotten on our order. Pure craziness.

They never get my order right when I tried to tell him what I ordered so they can correct the problem they never do they always tell me they can't give away anything for free then when I tried to correct them what they did wrong this evening they told me I was bar from the drive thru. Now what's up with that. In any fast food chain the manager should know that the customer is always right it's not the manager after all if it wasn't for the customers they would be out of a job so therefore the customer is the boss. There was a night shift manager named Phillip he is always rude and disrespectful to me I think I will take my business elsewhere and since I work night shift I guess I will start packing my own lunch at least I won't be rude to myself in my opinion Phillip should not have a job maybe he needs to seek employment elsewhere. I had to give at least one star so I can write this review but in my opinion I would give him no star this is slow and they don't know what they're doing and they want to argue with the customer now how professional is that. Plus why is McDonald's the only one who charges for water when you order food everywhere else gives you free water when you order food.

I ordered two Big Mac’s with no Mac sauce. They put stickers on the Big Mac’s saying they didn’t have sauce but they also put a bunch of the sauce on them. I went back to the location and explained the situation to the manager and the guy who made them lied to the manager and said he was sure he made them with no sauce. So she showed him the Big Mac’s. It’s one thing to make a mistake. But when you intentionally mess up an order and still don’t own up to it when the proof is right in front of you Is insane.

The staff don’t care about customers in the lobby they just care about the once that come through the drive through. Customer service 0/10

Worst McDonald's in Lincoln!!! I've had many issues with this location almost every time I've tried to either go through drive thru or order delivery. This Last time it was within 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered and they canceled on me. Said if I had any questions fo call and I do and they won't answer. Never using g this location again!!!

Drive through...they are like BK, pricing themselves into restaurant, dining. Which they aren't...how can they all charge occupation and dining taxes in drive thru??? Fast food no longer cheap food

It's 10:50am on April 26th 2023. The cashier was really awesome although she had difficulty understanding a couple of things but a real keeper. Food came out fast it's probably because the fries were old. But you are such a tease you should not advertise you're amazingly good looking McFlurries when your ice cream machine is supposedly broken I'm having a rough week and really wanted this as a reward I feel let down.

Looks good with the new renovation. Food came out in a quick manner. Missing some food, but they fixed it right away.

This location has got to be the worst! Their drive thru service is very slow and the lobby is even worse. And it doesn't even matter what time of day I go there. Late night, afternoon or morning. Always the same but last night I decided I'm never going back again. Went to drive thru, they took 2 orders for the lane next to me and never took my order. I angrily left. 😡

I only come here out of desperation in the middle of the night for third shift. Services incredibly slow but the McDonald's food is McDonald's great and that's really all you can ask for

Open 24 hrs. Even when they are very busy, they are able to maintain excellent service.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 37 minutes to be assisted in the drive thru. I understand being understaffed but cmon.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I’ve been to McDonalds in the hood with barred windows and whatnot, at least I didn’t have to wait 50 minutes. Even with only a few cars ahead of me, I was in the drive thru for what felt like ages. I don’t blame the staff- it’s hard for one guy to run a restaurant alone!

The McDonald's was clean, the food was fine. However the workers were all standing in the back talking. The girl that waited on me was super nice don't get me wrong. But no one was actually standing at the front register & one man said he waited over 5 minutes before anyone noticed him. That's pretty sad.

The food was just not up to par. The fries were not hot, not even warm. I asked for extra ice in my drink and I didn't get it. The cashier was given $100 bill and could not count back the change efficiently. It took her quite a little bit to get the change correct.

The worst McDonald ever, they never get my food right, never answer calls if your order is wrong, and they always have terrible customer service. There is another McDonald's 3 min away I would go there instead of here because the employees don't know how to do their job and they are sooooo rude it's ridiculous will never come here again!!!!!!!!!

As one of the only overnight options for food near work, I'm pretty disappointed in how it is run. On more than one occasion, I have been skipped in line in the drive threw. Only taking orders from one speaker when both are open. They seem understaffed and tired. Hire more people. You are working them too hard. Happy employees don't make as many mistakes.

No one there, but still a long wait for food. Self-service order machine printed receipts without any words on them. Kids' apple juice was bad, even though it says good until November 2023. She said it burnt her throat. So my wife and I both tried it, and it tasted horrible.

I wasn't here and apparently it thinks I was .. not cool! Last 5ine I was at McDonald's was a long while ago and they screwed up my order like 75% of the time before then and the interior looked like people don't know how to sweep or wipe tables properly.... And for what they want to be paid you'd think they'd actually earn it.

Mc Donalds is a staple. Some locations are better then others. The Lincoln West O location needs to work on service. They do not have a separate fountain drink station either. Customer service was an issue, not so interested in the walk in customer.

West O store is a debacle! Someone cut in front of my order, and messed up everyone behind me. Also, the order signs are so not easy to order from as not everything is there unless you know what you want to order! And Bring Back McRib Always!

The Staff have great attitudes and serve really fresh, good coffee and food! Most great McDonalds are slammed when it comes to the Drive thru's anymore. This is an excellent McDonalds and I recommend it!

This is your typical McDonald's.

Food is a 4 star because, well, it's McDonald's. Not saying anything bad, just can't give a cheap burger 5 stars. It's what everyone knows and expects. Easy, fast comfort foods. I like the atmosphere here.

Terrible morning customer service everytime I come I get a rude person taking my order I just want my food so I can go to work I don’t need the extra drama get enough of that at home but it’s mainly the old lady who’s either always yelling at me for no reason or getting my order wrong

Just a typical Wednesday morning, and I'm finally on time by being ahead of schedule... I think to myself oh an egg mcmuffin and hashbrown sounds delightful this morning. I approach the McDonald's gas station combo and notice that there's a little bit of A-line, As I mentioned I'm a little ahead, so no problem- I'm willing to wait. I get to the back of the building and think oh my luck is up there's no one at the ordering station.. Spoke too soon! Mic click. Then a shriekingly obnoxious voice with an interesting attempt at makeing an apology, "Soooooooo sorry, can you pull up to the 1st window" Zero explanation, no good morning, nothing to greet you other than that voice, followed by a rather long line of people ordering 1 by 1 at the window. 2 others bypassed the lincluding myself. Thanks but no thanks I'll pass. I'm not gonna rate the food cause obviously didn't have any to try.

I took my grandkids here because they were giving out Wakanda Forever toys in the kid's meals. I normally refuse to go to McDonald's. However, the service was great and the food was actually hot and decent. They didn't forget anything!

Overcharged on McRib deal. Had to complain and go inside to get overcharge taken care of. Took quite a while to get a person to even come to the register. While waiting for another employee to come open the cash drawer, another customer got short changed by $3 and she had to wait for them to open the drawer again to give her the $3 they didn't give her the first time. Not going back to this location ever again.

There's lettuce on my no-lettuce sammy. There's no fries in my meal. 'Nuff said. This is my first time coming to McD's in at least 5 years and I can say I won't return for at least 5 more.

45min + wait inside. People coming in from the drive thru saying their order is wrong. The manager bairly spoke English making her hard to understand and she was rude.

Took way too long for the small orders. Once you get to window the workers didn't know whose order was what. Waited 6 min for them to tell us the coffee machine didn't work. But had a caramel frappe ready, so why did we wait if you knew it was broke.

they're open all night so that's the only reason I'm giving it two stars
