Great people, excellent service.

Ordered a burger no pickles no onions due to an allergy, and they still put them on the burger. Went back and asked for a new burger and they added extra pickles and lathered it with mustard. Absolutely ridiculous!

Waited for 10 minutes at the pickup window after ordering ahead and they still forgot my sauces. I order ahead so I don't have to wait. I'm willing to wait especially during busy times but to leave the customers at a window without any greeting for 10 minutes is a little ridiculous. I've had better service at this restaurant in the past so not sure what happened.

The food is very good, and Cory, the employee who took my order, was very nice and helpful. True chad.

Salad lovers beware: they’ve dropped their quality and now serve cheap iceberg lettuce for “frsh greens” and less than a dozen pc of spinach!

The drive thru is very tight. If you don't know how to park in tight spots, I highly recommend going to the Runza on 48th & O instead. The meals were over $10 per person after condiments (which we didn't even get). Out of all the years in business, you'd think they could figure out how to make the smothered grilled chicken sandwich, not a smothered wrapper with soggy bread and chicken. The salads are now smaller (aka the size they probably should have started with anyway), but they seem more like a usual proportion. Overall, I am highly disappointed with Runza now.

As much as I love Runza, this specific location was a complete disappointment 😞 I went through their drive-thru yesterday and was treated SO poorly I will NEVER be going back. As the lady took my order, she sounded mad/frustrated. When I got to the window to pay for my order, the guy that took my payment slammed the windown after handing me my card back. When I received my food, I checked my bags to make sure everything was there, and he gave me the death stare. I asked for my receipt, and he rudely said it was in the bag. I understand fast food can be a very hard job, and it isn't much pleasant, but we are not all bad customers. I felt discriminated in a way. I will be taking my money somewhere else next time. SAVE YOUR GOOD ENERGY AND GOOD VIBES AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! 😏

I ordered the BLT wrap meal...it cost almost $8. There's no chicken on it! You literally just get two tiny pieces of bacon and a glob of mayo. That's ridiculous and misleading.

A staple of Lincoln society and atmosphere!!! I know people who ship Runzas across the nation to friends, family and away from home college students hungry for a taste of home.

The lady at the window beth was awesome very happy the food was good and on point.

Small site, but good food. They didn't make my orders meals at first, but I easily caught it and they got it fixed.

Overall: pretty good! First time in Lincoln and at a Runza. I Food. Good. They told me they have some of the best ranch in the Midwest. It was pretty good. Service: quick and good.

As most Nebraskans know Runza is always good.

Smaller Runza, will be a bit packed on Temperature Tuesdays but usually not too busy on other days. Never had a wrong order, so that's always nice.

The # 5 meail the burger was to small and the fish sandwich was over cooked

Great little fast food drive thru in a friendly neighborhood. I either order the Mushroom Swiss Burger or the Double Cheeseburger (no mayo) meal. Frings are the best of both worlds and the french onion dip is tasty.

They were clearly pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait, but the cashier was courteous and personable and the food was excellent!

Nice and quick, Runza was good as expected.

Really friendly staff. Food is good, however. If you order online make sure your order is complete when you pickup. Extra sauce and such doesn't seem make it in the bag, even if paid for. Computer snafu.

Barely fit through the drive through in my small car. Fries were AMAZING

GREAT fries and chicken. chili is the best too.

A local staple for sure. Our neighborhood store has a walk up window which makes for awesome ice cream stops while exploring the neighborhood with our kids.
