Found mold /unknown substance on my bun was waiting for 45 mins for my food only to open it and see that plus look at the cheese

This place is without doubt the worst service I have ever experienced at any McDonald's. I will drive out of my way to avoid ever coming back here

I was in line for 45 minutes and they didn't help me

Never really had any problems during the lunch rush. Only one problem, and in South Florida can happen ALOT are the overhangs above the drive thru ordering and pickup windows don’t do anything to keep rain off and out of your window! Whoever designed these and accepted them should be fired. This place was renovated not long ago and this is the best they can do for sun and rain protection!? Come on, man…You know rain doesn’t fall straight down!

The owner should be ashamed. This place is terrible. The food is always old and the line is always a 30 minute wait im eating a burger and it tastes like an old tire

The oder taker was very rude and my whole order was wrong,I spent my whole 35 minute break in the drive thru.Very unprofessional!! What ever happen to speed of service 2.45 !!

Yesterday July 7th I ordered a Yabo fish large sweet tea. The fish was cooked and old crease and the fries was cooking all grease. I got home. I realized I called. She told me to come in and she'll give me another one when I came in the next day and she gave me another order, still cooked in old grease !!!!!! Change you grease no one wanna taste that McDonald fries use to be nice and soften good not a hard is a rock crispy ..

I enjoy the meals and the service! The aesthetics need much improvement! 🥰🙏

Very slow drive-thru, spent over 20 minutes in line, ordered a milkshake and a cheeseburger. When I finally got the shake, they forgot to make the cheeseburger? Surprisingly poor performance at this McDonald's.

This location can't make up their mind about their hours of operation. Online it says it's open 24 hrs but tonight closed at 11:30. Other nights I've come at 10:30 and they're already closed. At least correct the hours on the website. The ice cream machine has been broke for more than 3 months.

I am from Los Angeles, One of the reasons I went to West Palm Beach Area was for the Beach, Trumps House, And THIS McDonalds. I had people talk about the difference of this McDonalds Restaurant. I heard they had beautiful showcases of Nascar replicas and to only find out they removed them and deposed of them. I wasn't able to take photos or even see the beauty of theses cars. Sad Face For Sure!

Dining should be closed at 11pm but they close it before 10 pm.. you stand at the door to ask if they close all of a sudden they Dnt understand English, i rather go inside than sit in my car for 30 mins and waste my Gas.

The service is horrible and super slow!! These employees always have an attitude every time I come here. I don’t understand why I have to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins+ everytime I come. It’s ridiculous. I ask for well done and still get soggy food.

Tuesday February 28 , 2024 around 10:59pm I Arrived at this location with my family we went thru the drive thru because online it said that it’s open 24 hours when we got to the ordering menu the employees informed us that they were closed at 11:00pm the female employee tone was rude and unprofessional I called the store the next day spoke with the manager he informed that the drive thru closes at 12am and it isn’t 24hrs he wasn’t much help I felt rushed off the phone as if he didn’t care to hear my complaint which I found very unprofessional as a manager customer service should be a priority not an option the people who are representing this company lack customer service skills my experience with this location was terrible and I won’t go back

Great place to dine in a great city.

I did ask for no salt. So I knew I had to be patient. 15 minutes an 6 cars out of drive thru later I'm still being patient. The manager comes out and beat me getting mad cause I asked how long would the wait be. He goes and re-dips the fries already sitting there. As he passes them to the female that took my order she coffs . I questioned him about it and he states if anyone coffed it was him. As if it made a difference who it was. Because it was still over my food. The burger was old , cheese wasn't melted and all this took 20 minutes to still have a terrible experience. My message would be go to any other McDonald's than this one, regardless the drive. The one's leaving good reviews must be friends of someone work there.

Fries was cold and the mc chicken was ok...the burger was good my lil brother said but he didn't want onions but still got it

Losers refusing to take customers’ orders while sitting inside on their phones with a line of 5 cars in the drive thru. Never took anyone’s order and we all ended up driving away while the employees were trying to hide inside with AirPods on their ears. Don’t waste your time.

The place it’s close before 9pm for dine in but has a sign that says it is open until 11pm

Rushed through ordering, then my order was wrong I had to go inside to reorder. It took me about 25 minutes to get what I ordered. Then we get home just find out that the number 1 ordered is a sausage sandwich which will make me really sick so now I can’t even eat my meal. Horrible horrible horrible. Going to another location out of my way for now.

This store is always horrible, but at least they can stay open for the recommended time on their doors. I came around 8:55pm for a mobile order counter pick up, I was turned around because they said the lobby was closed. Now it’s going on 8 minutes of me waiting in line for my pre paid food which is cold, I’d sure, by now.

This particular McDonald's was the best McDonald's as far as drive-through service I ever saw. The food was extremely fresh and they didn't mess up my order. Which is not common LOL

If I could give a zero rating I will do just that . The employees that work here are very rude . I waited more than 20 minutes for my food. I ordered thru the mobile app and my food still wasn't ready . Then when I was given the food and it wasn't fresh at all . Returned to be given fresh food . When all they did was re drop my nuggets in the grease without even cooking fresh nuggets and French fries. Worst Ever

The staff didn't seem to be familiar with what's included in the mobile app deals.

After leaving St Mary's on 45th Street to go get some food the person on the drive-through Lane felt the need to rush me through my order instead of listening and curse me out to get me off the line. That needs to be some sort of reteaching of these younger crowd that are working that just because you know what's going to come out of the customer smart doesn't mean you get to rush them through their order and then take it offensively when they ask you to stop.

This store is not 24 hrs. I've update Google, but the store keeps changing it back. This store is open from 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.

Lines where slow repeated myself twice that I did not want any sugar or flavor ing in my ice coffee and still received sweet tried to tell the person who gives out the food and wouldn't let me talk she stated the flavoring has sugar no sugar was added but as usual these people of this generation cannot be told anything

It's unreal how you can make more at McDonald's than other places and still no pride in customer service. No pickles no mustard means just that... what is wrong with you people.

These people gave me a raw burger today. It was so raw when I bit into it gross tasting juices ran into my mouth. I can't stop gaging and when I returned it to the store the manager had an attitude. If I get sick from this I will be contacting my attorneys. I have pictures of the disgusting mess they gave me. Will never go to a McDonald's again!

9/23/23. Supposed to be a 24 hour Macdonalds. I stopped by about 12:30. Got to where you order in the drive through and waited there for a few minutes, no response. I drive around where you pick up food and saw there were multiple workers inside as normal. Are the workers really just refusing to take orders? I don’t see any other explanation. All people working at this time should be fired. What a horrible experience, yet again, it’s Florida what should I expect I guess.

Please ensure no pickles no mustard. It's on your tickets and i am allergic. You give me attitude and most of all you don't care. Awful

Self order kiosks and self serve drinks available so you can order customizations easily and not wait for refills. Water is available at the self service drink station.

Long line and a wait for food but we receive food fresh and accurate. Staff taking order and handing food were really friendly. Cautious of location due to dunks/homeless around the area visiting local gas station and might ask for change in McD line.

The manager and employee was on the cell phone while the drive through was backed up to the road then the lobby got packed and not till I made a complaint about them both on the phone the manager looked up at me said something to the employee that was on the side of her on the phone and went in the back of the store the employee humped her shoulders and stayed on the phone

The cashier did not give me my money in my hand the right way the money flew away, and the customer behind me in the drive thru got out of her vehicle to get me the money. There were not any napkins with the order. The people in front of me waited 30 minutes for their in the drive thru pick up parking.and it was only one drive thru side open to drive up to order the food. I did not like the service the young guy had to fix the drinks and bring the food out to the carto the people waiting in the drive thru pick up area.

We went to mcdonald's on 45th St. We did a mobil order and they gave us the wrong order. But they were very nice and had friendly attitudes, they remade our order from the receipt I had and the food was delicious. I went the restroom during my visit...need to say, the restroom could have been tidier and stocked with soap, but other than that, not a bad experience, just a few tweaks needed 😃

Went to this place ordered a cheeseburger meal we’re is the dam cheese fries were cold as ice and also I paid for cheese and tomato and do u see cheese and tomato on this sandwich let’s really talk about it.

Been having problems with app. Tried to order breakfast and it said not available...then tried to order lunch as i was walking in and it said not available. But then it took the last order & it added something else. Now I had to pay for that as well. Ashley, the managere said she could not help me. My husband was rather annoyed so I tried to explain to Ashley, she needs to work on her recovery skills. Offer something else for free or at least offer help with contacting corporate because the breakfast/ lunch menu times are a problem alot with the app. BTW, the crispy deluxe chicken was not crispy at all..it was rather mushy. Ashley really wasn't interested I'm my advice and stated she doesn't have to listen to me. She needs to work on recovery!

129 was my order number 1st of all when asked if they had any more adult happy meals 4 ladies start yelling saying no matter where I go they are out witch is okay but was all the ratchet yelling necessary. So I then order 20 PCs and I was given 2 sauces like let’s be real you should get atleast 3 or 4 I asked for a sauce and the lady goes it’ll be .27 cents so I said nvm. I realized as I took the box out of my bag that isn’t wasn’t the double quarter pounder but the normal 1 patty one they all were saying no no that’s not what she ordered and they literally made me pay the difference. Lately when you go through the drive-thru there's two lanes but only one is open, if you go at night don't expect to get ice cream or shakes they claim the machine is down.. Sunday afternoon a day when most people are off with their kids in McDonald's dining is closed I went through the drive-thru and they said they don't have enough help.
