I was served at the drive thru by Jeanette on kirkman rd in Orlando guess what she was so pleasant/nice smiling the whole time NOT RUSHING ME being that it was my first time visiting the establishment answering all my questions she was great!!!!! have not seen that in Orlando in years….such a wonderful experience she needs to train the whole Orlando area…I will always give a shout out to her whenever I go back bc her customer service was beyond her pay I’m sure… if u meet her tip her bc I will… great person

Bad bad service when they took my order the employee didn’t advise of the additional charge for the drink, took my payment at the window and didn’t advise that the food was going to take over 10 min to be ready and just left me at the drive tru not her or any other employee took the time to come to the window after 5 min of me waiting to let me know what was going one I had to get out of the car and knock on the window to catch the employees attention which looked like she was in la la land and asked for a refund and a manager, her the female manager came I explained and all she knew how to do was apologized and gave me a refund and told me that was going to be a learning experience for the employee I was speechless idk which one was worst not even out of courtesy offered at least to give me the food for that one time free or charge of at least get something for compensation! Bad service and I don’t recommend and too expensive for their food 👎🏼

I love this place. They have the best cheese empanadas hands down. The mango smoothie give me life. Jeanette is also such a nice and welcoming! ☀️

Very pleasant atmosphere, with tasty food, ambient music, a very spacious and cozy lobby. Great for a small business meeting or a family outing.

Server Camila was very friendly. However, we ordered 2 lattes some food and a champagne Bellini and after waiting over 20 minutes they said they didn't have any. We were on a date. We were never refunded for it or offered any alternative and the server ended up busy at the counter and never bothered to check back with us about the drink we paid for and never got so we wrapped up and left. Won't be coming back, don't see a reason why as there are too many cafes offering better service better food better ambience. Place feels cramped and gives the vibe of a corner bakery and not of a Cafe although has Starbucks prices.

Always Fast and Fresh, I’ve been several times and it’s always Delicious. The Bacon egg croissant sandwich is worth the Price and on a fresh croissant. Jeanette was also a great help in what to Order from the Amazing Bakery.

My boyfriend and I go to Mecatos for breakfast every Sunday, since the store on Kirkman rd opened. Estephany and Romina are always very friendly and help us with everything we need. Very good food. The coffee and the cheeses with guava 10/10. The attention 10/10.. The girls are always very friendly and the service is fast :)
